2016 BladeMaster Tournament

This is where all applicants will post their character sheets.
Don't be shy, for we welcome all and any. New or old.
There will be few rules this year:
1. Obviously, it's about swordsmanship, so no powers or
abilities.
2. That being said, any damage taken will cumulative. Lose a
limb, limb stays lost; things like that.
3. No character may have more than two races listed, so no
saying that "My character is demon, angel, werewolf, vampire,
ghost, dragon, etc..." It's stupid and looks bad. Beyond that,
only a few of those would even be relevant.
Now! There will be an exception, the Chimera species; we all
know what a chimera is, or have a sense of the word and what it
means. (Matthew, or Razor, is the only one that is a part of
this race.)
4. We will include a prize for semi-finals and finals, beyond
the title. Though, if it's merely the title you are interested
in, so be it.
5. There will be a slight twist to this whole thing.
6. As Dems, Anthony, was one of the final fighters last year,
and won the year before that, he will be hosting the whole
thing.
Most who apply will probably be veterans with the tournament,
but that being said:
List only your main weapons, or the weapons you will use. Guns
will be disbanded and any other firing weapon. Any weapon you
use that is not listed in your character sheet will be
disqualified for batmanning.
Obviously, no modding.
Like the rest of the tournament, we want this to go fast, so...
You have one day, 24 hours, to post. You will be given a 12 hour
warning by your partner, or an admin of the tournament. If you
need more time, contact me, your partner, Razor, and/or
Dems/Anthony. Shit comes up, we understand. Failure to notify
will result in disqualification at the end of the time limit.
I do believe that is everything. Any questions, you know me; you
know Razor and Anthony.
I highly recommend talking your fellow writers into joining as
it is purely a skill based thing and it will be fun.
To expand, if your weapon can change shape with magic, it will
disqualify you. If you use a human, please understand that most
of the characters being used will NOT be human. (Demonreach
gives little fucks about your species; he will annihilate you).
If you use a human, make allowances for their skill and your
opponent(s). (A monster hunter will be better suited as would a
master swordsman, but again: These are creatures that move
faster and are stronger than humans.)
That being said, your weapon can change if you give a detailed
MECHANICAL description of how. Otherwise, don't bother.
Any BLADED weapon is welcome.
ANYONE is welcome so please don't hesitate to ask or post. I am
always willing to give advice; I am not the best for sure, but
anyone will tell you I am pretty fucking good.
Don't forget to have a good time and enjoy yourselves to the
utmost of your abilities.

Name: Demonreach
Race: Unknown
Age: Unknown
Height: 7'11
Weight: 450
Appearance- (While not a beauty contest, you know Demon has to
be the best one around ;P)
His skin is pale, almost an alabaster and just as beautiful;
still, he a marble statue of a god; moving, he is that god
personified. He wears colorless pants and no shirt, his bare
torso and arms and back are covered in Celtic knots which are
deep crimson in color and seem to subtly shift in pattern and
hue.
Weapons- Animessor, Soul Eater. It is as tall as Demonreach with
a wicked blade just at five feet in length. The shaft is made
from the same metal as the scythe blade, covered by an ebony
casing. The blade is thin, with veins throughout it. A skull
resides on the back of the blade, where it meets the shaft with
two large ruby eyes; another ruby, bigger than both of those
combined, rest near the center(these are more than decoration,
but serve no purpose within the tournament.)
This is a Scythe, forged within the river of Styx; it's metal is
stronger, durable, and flexible than most any other. It can cut
through titanium with ease, so steel would be like a hot knife
through butter.
Other- He doesn't feel pain, losing a limb is nothing to him;
any cut or wound dealt wouldn't be felt, as he frankly doesn't
care nor does he feel anything.
His body has been modified: he is double-jointed in all places
(his elbows can swing both ways; his chest cavity can "cave in",
etc. The only thing that isn't jointed as such is his head(for
obvious reason) and his spine.) There are four lungs and two
hearts, which allows for better stamina and endurance.
Being a long term fighter, his reflexes are honed to perfection;
his speed and strength are not to be scoffed at.

Kayis Arel Asader (Former Blademaster)
Age- Unknown. Kayis has been a legend among swordsman for ages.
His legacy will never die.
Gender- Straight, Male
Race- Firena, Asader Bloodline, Shadow Marked Lord.
Racial Attributes-
Kayis has abnormal strength despite his stature he has the force
behind his swing of a car going at 40mph. Speed wise Kayis is
very swift and flexible. His body is lithe and covered in lean
muscle that makes him an athletic symbol of perfection. Beyond
that training and his bloodline and understanding of the
graveyard of blades has left Kayis as a mastermind of all bladed
weapons and he often knows the weakness to every blade before
its user even. Beyond his Kayis' senses of direction and sight,
and hearing and felling are adept in a veteran sense. you don't
get nothing out of both fucking, and saving the world a few
hundred times.
Dead State is a state of mind and body where shadow Marked can
enter a state of lack of feeling. They no longer care for pain
unless it is very substantial as in loss of a limb. They ignore
everything around them and focus on the target, this enhances
reflexes, flexibility, they almost appear to be dead and
weightless in how they handle their weapon and much more
aggressive. This is a power boost due to lack of fear and
caring. Speed and strength increase and are shown in the new
almost dead like power stance used by Kayis.
Appearance- This isn't a beauty contest so I give no fucks.
Kayis has long white hair that flows past his shoulders, and
golden eyes of the Asader. As said before he is a sculpture in
perfect body type for this sort of combat. Kayis wears no top,
but has a white samurai's coat hanging about his shoulders. He
wears no shoes but his feet are conditioned for the worst.
Finally he wears white fighters pants. And just for flare his
entire body is covered in shadow mark white tattoos a sword
shaped cross over his left eye.
Personality- Kayis is only here to enjoy the fun that he started
so long ago. He looks to build bonds with fellow swordsman and
revel in their defeat. Fully intending to take the title that
was once his back this year and slaughter anyone who stands in
his way. All with a smile the entire time.
Weapons-
Kolagara- A single bastard sword created of the Asader steel
unbreakable and powerful beyond belief. The weapon is easily
held with one hand and also well balanced when used in two
hands. The sword itself is shaped like a very slim and long
cross.
Aurulus/Galimath- This is a combo pair of a very thing and light
sharped gladius like weapon. The weapon itself is about 3 feet
long from pommel to tip. It is light and quick but deathly sharp
and strong at its base. Where as Galimath the shield is a bit
more complex.
Galimath is a round spartan like shield though slightly smaller,
but it is a mechanical masterpiece. There are three slits at the
triforce intersect of the edge of the shield where sharp and
deadly blades may eject by the pressure used by the wielder on
certain pressure points on the handle to the shield. In addition
the blades are connected by a 6 foot long chain that can be
ejected for a ranged trap. The final mechanism is a spinning
mechanism that forces the shields edge to rotate at the speed of
the highest powered buzz saw. Kayis knows this weapon well and
knows what places to add pressure to in order to eject which
blades. So he can eject them either one at a time, two at a
time, or all three at once and use this weapon to its fullest
capability. This combo is an old time favorite for this
tournament.
New*
Insuras vector- This is a five part bladed weapon that allows
for the following
Right hand- Has a 2 foot long blade with a powerful base that
upon applying pressure can extend up to two more feet in length.
there is also an oval like section at the center of the extended
weapon used to break or catch enemy weapons.
Left hand- Has a metal coating over the palm used to block
weapons but only with the palm and wrist of the left hand. The
wrist extends a foot out as a sharp blade with a very very
strong base that is used to block strong blows and deflect
them.In addition a 1 foot long blade extends from the elbow of
the left arm.
Right foot- The right foot is covered from shin to toes with a
very flexible metal that has a foot long blade that extends the
moment the foot leaves the ground.
Left foot- The Left foot is the same as the right, but also has
a 1 and a half foot long blade that extends from the left knee.
Final- Around the neck is a collar that has ten 4 foot long
wires with sharp razor like blades used like death whips. The
user can spin them around himself much like a hoop at his will,
and also can detach the collar with ease if he presses the
pressure point of the collar to release it. The weapon then
becomes a four part masterpiece. This weapon was created by Kota
Asader.

Name: Klugh Bloodfrenzy
Age: Timeless (Part of the curse)
Race: Curse Born Human
Curse: Klugh was born during one of the roughest times in the
history of the barbarian tribes, the Great War as they called
it. Due to this factor the gods or the demons cursed him with
one fatal strength and weakness, age was nothing but a number to
the child and once he reached the peak of his age he would stop
aging. He possesses the strength of a god as some has called it
as well as the stamina to outlast a dragon in battle. But with
it came the carelessness of a warrior on the battlefield, his
anger has no peak it continues to climb the longer he is in
battle each drop of blood on the battlefield continues to
multiply his strength and stamina, but makes him have less care
over the injuries sustained to his body.
Weapons: Klugh has only one weapon to his name, the weapon name
to him is unknown known to those around him however the weapon
is called The Earthsplitter. When the weapon is swung in the
hands of a strong warrior it is like a freight train going full
speed slamming into the body and not stopping. When the axe
collides with the ground it leaves behind craters only showing
the mere strength that the weapon and it's user has. The axe is
equivalent to the size of an executioners axe with cruel designs
along the blade of the weapon, when the weapon is swung markings
seem to make themselves known across Klughs body as if the
weapon requires some kind of sacrifice.
Appearance: Klugh is a barbarian by nature meaning that even his
look has that barbarian feel to it wild hair, scars and tattoos
litter his upper body which remains bare and the animal skins
seemingly stripped and tossed over his shoulder hanging down
like a coat. He stands 7'3 and his muscular form makes it hard
for him to move around in any nimble way.
Personality: Anger, that is all Klugh is he has no way to speak
civilly and has only one motto attack and ask questions later.

[Color=yellow]Height:[/color] 5' 10"
[Color=yellow]Species:[/color] Gifted Human/Warrior Mage
Specialties: Magecraft, bladed combat, and tactics
[Color=yellow]Abilities:[/color] he has a very complex
understanding of many magics(though these will be unused).
Besides that he is mostly human. Yet even his human inabilities
he is the best he could be even without his magic abilities. his
speed, strength, and flexibility unrivalled by most humans.
[Color=yellow]Weapon:[/color] He weilds two identicle, dual
edged, blades that are connected, by the hilt, by chain links
forged of a diamond hard material. These blades have deep, razor
sharp, ridges in them: meants to create deep gashes in flesh.
When needed the hilts can pull close and connect into a bladed
staff. When in this staff form the dual edged blades can pull
from the hilt using the chain stored in the hilt: creating a
numchuck-esque staff. The hilt and hand guards are made
primarily of gold as the blades and chains are a diamond like
material. Upon the hand guard of the blades are a silver lion's
head on either side: hinting to a former nobility.
[Color=yellow]Armor:[/color] he wears golden armor on his
forearms, hands, shins, and boots. On the armor of his knees and
elbows there lay curved blades. The blades upon his elbows also
possess a golden chain upon the armor so when the blades are
removed from his armor he can weild them as sort of daggers.
under all his armor he wears a thick, resiliant, black leather
armor. etched into this armor lay the image of a lion's head:
doning three runic circles interlocking upon the forehead of the
beast.
[Color=yellow]Appearance:[/color] Most of the time he keeps his
face shrouded in a furred leather hood... But when one manages
to see his face they will see hair as white as snow: cascading
down just below the ears. His eyes a pale purple and his skin a
faint tan. he has one large scar going through his left eye
socket. he has a very slender, yet, built shape to him. keeping
this shape shrouded in mystery.
[Color=yellow]Bio:[/color] Little is known of Karn, but, rumors
may suggest he was a man out of time. a warrior from days of
old. How or why he possesses power over magic... Or even how he
managed to skip through time is known to none but himself. Yet
he gives the essence of determination... An unspoken goal that
of which he will die for: only after utilizing his potential
power to the fullest first.

I wish to participate, but may be unable to do to an erratic
character concept and an overwhelming amount of stress on me
outside of writing. No matter what though, I will be watching
this contest with great anticipation for the final round.
