OK, I'm not at my computer right now. So, it's hard to explain.
Is there a specific image you have in mind? As far as size fits,
I've considered adjusting it. They may happen, soon(tm)

SignAvatar lets you compile multiple avatars. When you use a URL
avatar, SignAvatar changes the avatar on every reload. It's not
doing it here, why?

Not seeing the issue. Are you making sure to click the 'change
profile' button after you submit your image.
I'm the one that removed your profile picture BTW.

Because I'm trying to figure out why you're having issues
uploading a new avatar. Perhaps more detail on what you were
doing exactly could help.
