Zen - for most RPS no, if two people are doing a one on one,
then yes.
Kingdom RPS might also require a request, other than that, nope

In the multiverse enter as you please. but one on ones, spars,
and storyline is request.
And if you are looking for entering without request "Creatures
welcome" in multiverse is your best bet.
