Eerie Meetings / The Flower Of Death

Cheydinhal, a town shrouded in an eerie fog and home to the most
beautiful weeping willows colored in a deep dulled green. This
town was known for its shadowy yet eloquent design, all the
homes were well built in stone and beautifully decorated with
metal trim. There was even a lake that ran through the town so
covered bridge paths were built to allow passage across. During
the rainy days many residents would stand on the bridges and
admire the willows and lake, sometimes the few homeless presents
use them to hide from the am when the chapel is closed.
The chapel was in the backmofnthentown next to the rather large
graveyard. The chapel much like the homes was well kept and had
a lovely metal and glasswork trim. The graveyard was even well
kept, the bushes well trimmed, head stones washed and kept free
of weeds. Lovely and dark flowers grew in the town. Morning
glories descended on vines off of homes and the bridges.
Nightshade and deathbell flowers grew in stalks or bushes. A
couple of rare blood Rose bushes could be found around the town.
The grass that grew here seemed to always be tnted a deep
darkened green. Even the dirt patches looked darker, perhaps due
to the lingering fog.
There was two taverns in this town one right at the entrance,
Bridge Inn, and one to the middle of town propped on the corner,
Newlounge. Bridge Inn was more reserved for wealthier patrons as
where Newlounge was for the common rabble. Many fights occur in
here and is usually havily populated at night. The officers in
town prefer Bridge Inn and occupy it frequamtly.
There was a large manor right before the graveyard and just in
front of it was a small two story home with a well located right
next to the side window. This house had been abandoned for many
years. It was at one point actually owned, a Mr.Luicant bought
it but kept it boared up. To this day someone pays the city to
keep it abandoned, unopened, and untouched. Rumors of the city
residents is that it is the home of assassins. Though even the
Jarl himself is aware of this the coin in his pocket keeps him
and the officers at bay. As long as they don't disturb his town
and occasionally do him a 'favor'.
----------------
Inside the house dusty white sheets cover a few pieces of old
wooden furnisher. There is a bed on the upper floor cocked to
the side at a weird angle from the nightstand. A door to the
basement is left locked. Unlocked it leads you to a unlit cold
grungy basement. Broken glass from wine bottles lay around
accompanied by massive cobwebs were a rather large spider waits
upon. If the room is lit you can see broken stone and a emptied
chest occupying the room. The chest rests directly under the
spiders web. A way to set someone up for a death since the
spider perched on the web was a rather large and highly deadly
black widow.
Continuing past the basement there is a broken wall stone rubble
covering the floor. This part resembles a cave. It leads unlit
down a way to an all black door. Protected by a spirit who will
only let you enter if you know the pass code. The spirit door
cannot be picked and if you manage your way through it you will
meet your death by what lays in side.

Snow had been following Anemone for some time now: obvious
within the aging of his body. He had met her in the form of a
boy, but, he had changed a lot in the time. Both mentally and
physically he seemed different. Yet, he still held that kind
demeanor to his presence. Though his life with Anemone thus far
had stripped him of his childish, naive, view on life. She may
had been kind to him, but, she was a cold woman. Sometimes he
wondered whether or not she truly cared if he stayed, but, he
was bound to her. Despite his questions to his feelings.
Snow sat within the Inn that the town's people called
"Newlounge." It was a quaint little dive that he seemed to enjoy
in his time away from her. It may not have been the cleanest or
the most quality living conditions, but, the people were all the
more interesting. Travellers speaking of their time out in the
open and women speaking of their many experiences in and out of
this less than virtuous place.
Though, today, he found himself alone. Without a partner to
speak of as he sipped from the ale firm in his grip. His eyes
focused on the drink as he began to swirl the liquid within his
grip. Every time it grew warm his green eyes began to focus on
it; frost covering the bottle as the drink grew cold once more.
A sigh escaping his lips before a woman approached the chair
besides him. The woman speaking to him in a friendly,
flirtatious, tone. "Hey, honey. You look lonely."
He only rolled his eyes to the woman's presence. She reaked of
countless men. She was a whore just trying to sell her body for
a couple extra coins. It was despicable, but, he cast his
judgements aside. Turning his head to face her with a cold
glance as he placed the bottle on the table. "Yeah... Maybe so.
But, aren't we all?" His eyes quickly drifting back to his drink
before he downed it further. The woman rubbing over his shoulder
as he surprised a growl. She spoke in that same seductive tone.
"Well, maybe I can fix that..."

Anemone arrived in the town, she had lived here for years now.
As she passed the two officers who stood gaurd in her black
hooded cloak they pretended to not notice her with more then a
nod. She walked over the bridge passing both inns not thinking
twice about going in either. She used the well outside the side
window of the abandoned house.
In only thirty minutes she excited the house through then front
door of the house. She was dressed in a tight fitting black
hooded dress. There was a slit down the left leg to expose her
leg. She was still wearing tight knee high boots and the slit
exposed a dagger sheithed at her side in thigh nelt. She had
showered her long blonde hair still wet. She ran out of the
house pretty fast learning Snow had not yet returns.
Anemone put up her hood, the clouds above her a slight drizzle
started to hit the town. The fog got thicker and people hurried
to their homes or to one of the local inns. Anemone scoured the
town before she ended up at the Newlounge Inn. She entered and
the little bell above her head jingled alerting the room of her
presence. "Huh, I need a drink." she mumbled and grabbed an
empty ale from the server's plate. The young tavern wench knew
of Anemone and knew better then to say anything to her about
paying up front. That is where she would be heading any way
surely.
Anemone passed a table but stopped to use the woods rugged
edgeto pop the top open. The two men eyed her over drunkenly.
Her curves in the dress were highly visible. Anemone didn't
bother picking up the cap that has landed on the floor. She
reached the archway that lead to the main room of the bar.
That's where she noticed a common whore getting close to Snow,
and he was actually acknowledging her!
Suddenly she felt uncontrollably enraged. Her eyes lowered and
her face was resting on a natural bitch face. She didn't
understand why she was feeling so...mad. Or was it jealousy?
"Pfft." She huffed and in her mind she was despising herself.
"Me, jealous of her? Never. But...ugh." She shook her head and
began to appoarch. The bar keeper looked up and seen Anemon's
face. He backed up from the bar giving Snow and the young woman
a look. Just then the young woman put her arm around Snow with a
obnoxious giggle. Something snapped.
Anemone walked faster and swong her half drinken bottle of ale
right over the woman's head. She swong the bottle so hard it
shattered over her head spraying ale one Snow, the bar keep
slightly and herself. Of course the woman was drenched in ale ad
glass. The woman passed out breaking her stool as they hit the
ground. Anemone stepped over her unconscious body and slammed
her hand on the bar. "I need a new bottle. Now." As she lifted
up her hand 20 gold coins lay on the counter slightly bloody.

Snow could smell Anemone entering the bar: even long before she
entered the bar. Her job must have ended early. He was not
expecting to have her home for the next couple of days per
usual. Though... She smelled much different then when she had
left. She smelled of... Chimaera. The very thought causing him
to anxiously tap his fingers against the bar. If this had been
when he first met her he would have turned in the middle of the
bar and probably went on a rampage. Though, Anemone had forced
control onto him. If he had not learned control he would be in a
constant wolven state with her.
As she grew closer and closer her felt the lone prostitute place
her arm around Snow: forcing him to let out a sigh. He was all
too prepared for what was about to happen next. The woman
speaking out to Snow: not knowing what she was in for. "Why
don't we go get a roo--" Her words immediately cut off by the
loud shatter of the bottle over her head. A mix of blood and ale
spilling onto his white coat as his eyes immediately darted over
to the unconscious woman and Anemone. Yet, he seemed calm.
Speaking out to the angered Anemone before looking back to his
own drink. "Well... I wasn't expecting to see you home so
early... You reek again."
She was all too familiar with him mentioning her scent with such
disgust in his town. Reminding her of her actions on duty each
time he had seen her. His own hate for what she did all the more
obvious. Especially as he drunkenly stood from the chair with a
wobble: attempting to gain his balance. Without even giving it a
second thought he grabbed his drink and walked out from the bar
and into the open town. If she truly wished to follow him she
could, but, he was in no mood to be around her until that rancid
scent was off of her. Grumbling to himself as he walked; looking
down to the stain in his coat. "I can't believe her... I just
got this damn coat... Go figure. I can't wear white I guess."

Anemone looked confused when he left and got herself flustered
and forgot her ale. She just left the bar to follow Snow. She
ran outside and something changed in her. She was raised and
miles to be cold but even ice melts after a while. She began to
to feel a swelling in her eyes. She avoided eye contact with
Snow but grabbed his arm. Her head down as the drizzle turned to
rain.
"Snow..I have something for you back at home..." By home she
referred to the sanctuary for assassins. She fought the feeling
until it would die. Anemone didn't like being ignored and
although she was unsure of how she felt she felt something. She
managed a glance over at Snow. Her black eyeliner smugged and
runny as the rain hit her face. By now the rain had picked up
again and her right dress was tighter. The dress was slightly
see through in the chest where her bra stuck out. "Ugh now I
remember why I don't wear dresses. They get so heavy in the
rain." She sighed and pulled the bottom of the dress up from the
ground. "And it's dirty, I need to go home.." Anemone pulled
away from Snow carrying the back of her dress up from the dirt.
Her hips swaying back and forth, as she made her way to the
abandoned house. Alone for now.

Snow continued to walk through the town too drunk to honestly
have any idea where exactly he was headed. then again he did not
really care where he was going. Forest, town, bar. they were all
the same to him. he was raised in forests so going outside of
town would probably be the closest thing around here to home.
though he was quickly cut off as Anemone caught up to him and
grabbed his arm. letting a groan as he took a swig from his
drink; turning to look to her in the pouring rain.
"oh do you..?" He took one last swig before
dropping the bottle with a loud shatter. even his eyes wincing
at the sound to his sensitive ears. now looking to her as she
was soaking wet his green eyes scanned her over: a teased groan
escaping his lips. it had been so long since she was home and
seeing her like this... She was the sweetest of bones. the only
one he desired.
The annoyed glance in his drunken eyes slowly dying down into
that of a sorry look. already feeling bad for treating her so
badly on her returned. speakin in reply to her words as she
began to leave: following without question. "yeah...
We should go home.. I'm a little drunk..." He was never
one for drinking but since he had been with her he had been
desiring an escape from the loneliness when she went on a
mission. Despite her disapproval he always found company in the
inn. no matter the company that consisted of. speaking out to
her in a softer tone as he ran his hand over his face: pushing
the once spiked, though now flat, soaked, hair out of his face.
"mmn... You know I wasn't doing anything... You
didn't have to knock the poor girl out.. I hope she's
okay..." He muttered out without really thinking to his

Anemone waited for him and took his arm to help him walk more
steady. Over at the house she unlocked the door; Snow was too
drunk to take the quick way inside through the well. Once inside
she let go of Snows arm and hook her head. Quickly she turned
and locked the door, this part of the house always made her
feel, paranoid. Grabbing Snow's arm once more she hurried to the
basement door, locking that begin her as well. Cautiously she
walked him through the dark basement.
Anemone had done this a dozen times she knew where all the
rocks and traps were, including Lois the black widow. Usually
Lois wouldn't bother with the members but Snow wasn't one of
them so Anemone knew she was eyeing him up. "If you were to be
bit by a Spider a um Black Widow spider to be exact would it
hurt you?" Anemone askedas the descended into the bowels of the
house where a door opened and a dark hiss spoke out, "Mistress."
Upon entering from the Black Door they reach a narrow hallway.
Some low tables sit parallel from each other against the stone
wall. On the wooden tables were decorative vases and bowls made
of silver with Ruby trim. The vase carried some fresh nightshade
bouquets and the bowls were empty. On each side of the wall was
a small framed picture. The picture was on old wrinkled paper
and read the guilds tenants or rules. Sitting on a chairs next
to the tables were skeletons equipped with old enchanted armor
and swords. They acted frozen now but only because the door
didn't express her as a threat.
She walked Snow past them and the hallway mouthed out into a
large room that somehow had a tree in the center, dead of
course, with light pouring in from an above source no one really
questioned. Anemone knew it came from an gem enchanted by a very
old member of the guild who wanted to grow ingredients down here
to make poisons. Around the tree deathbells, nightshades, roses,
ivy and mushrooms grown. The bark of the tree had all the names
of this particular sanctuary's master or mistress's name carved
into it. The last name looked freshly carved. Anemone Luicant.
Two names above hers was similar, Simon Luicant, next to that
was a date which was date of death.
This main room was well decorated and furnished everything
looked new, even to Anemone. "Wow, I guess he did listen and
died up the sanctuary with the money we made. It's like nothing
I seen before!" Anemone gasped and let go of Snow as she walked
out into the center of the room admiring her home.
To the east of the room there stood a throne made of stone,
ebony, and luxurious black blanket draped across the arm rests
and seat. There was a new luxious rug in front of it and a large
safe to the left. Two wall candles lit the area up well. In the
middle of those a fresh cloth tapestry of the guild's mark.
In the west was the hallway to the mess hall but before that an
alchemy lab and ebony bookself. After the hallway was a table
with an display case. Inside the display was the ceremonial
dagger. Above it was another tapestry.
On the wall in which they entered were two luxurious couches
with ebony frame work one for each side of the entrance. Plush
blankets draped over them and soft pillows scattered all over
some on the couches some on the floor next to them. To the east
of the wall facing the thrown was a bookshelf full of books of
all genres neatly organizationed by name. A table occupied the
west couch's side. On the table was a bottle of wine and a wine
glass made of silver. Anemone plopped on the couch. "It is like
laying on a cloud! I am so in love!" She squealed.
The southern part of the massive room was plain. Just a thick
entrance to a thick hallway lit up by another enchanted gem. The
hall was full of doors and Anemone wanted to explore every last
spot of the sanctuary but she turned to Snow and said, "isn't
this beautiful! Where do you want to go? Are you hungry? " A few
dogs came in from the mess hall and barked. They resembled a
wolf mixed with a domesticated dog. They sat calmly wagging
their tails at the messhall entrance wearing collars stitched
with red.
Anemone shot up quick and ran to the safe where she pulled out a
box decoratively wrapped. She brought it over to Snow with a
smile and slight blush. Inside lay a collar. Black enchanted
leather hand stitched with a silver crusted thread. The collar
would grow with his changes and slightly increase his strength
and senses. Plus all elemental powers would become stronger
\faster. " I hope you like it. I pricked my fingers a lot adding
the final touch. It will also allow you to enter here with out
question. "

Snow allowed her to drag him along; barely even comprehending
what exactly they were doing or where they were. Not really
caring too much for the answer in all reality. As they passed
the spider and she asked her question he shook his head in
reply. Wrapping his arm around her neck as he leaned his weight
on her. Speaking in a now amused tone. What exactly amused him
even he was unsure of. "A spider hurt me? You're funny. A spider
can't do shit against me. I'm more resiliant than a werewolf,
babe." He chuckled at the very idea of comparing himself to a
werewolf.
Yet, as they entered the sanctuary and passed the dead tree he
released her and looked around. Though, still following her as
he admired all the apparently new decorations. This place was
very nicely decorated. Dark, yes, but, what was to be expect
from a guild of assassins? Couldn't exactly expect rainbows and
sunshine from them. Though, Snow was a bit more of an...
Optimistic creature so he could feel himself a bit out of place
in the darkness of the dimly lit sanctuary.
He watched her as he leaned against the wall to keep his balance
standing sturdy. Seeing as she enjoyed the setting so and jumped
upon the couch. Letting out a slight chuckle to her words;
shaking his head in amusement. "Well, I am glad to see you're
enjoying yourself..." With that he finally stood back up tall as
he cautiously made his way over to the couch only for her to get
back up and go to the safe for his new gift. His eyebrow perking
up in a curious glance as he approached him with the case. As
she opened it up he let out a slight laugh and pulled it up out
of the box; observing the look of the collar. "A collar, huh?
Does it have your name on it so if ya lose me they know who to
look for?" He laughed once more as he brought it up. Clipping it
around his neck with an amused smirk. "I love it. Fits like a
glove."
He leaned forward and placed a soft kiss against her cheek
before pulling back away; his amused smirk having faded into a
gentle smile.

Shenadmired the new sanctuary once more. Her eyes slowly scanned
everything over before she looked back at Snow. She cruled up on
him, enjoying his warmth and his alcoholic smell. "Now I just

Just then Anemone could hear heals tap into the room from the

disappeared for the longest of times. "What the hell is up with
your hair!?" Anemone said leaning up off of Snow. A black haired
woman with pale skim, green eyes, glasses and slightly more of

"Nice to know that the first thing you do when we see each other

but where is Enqubis? He didn't come with you Hex? I just need
to know if my perfectly decrted sanctuary is in danger of being
busted up by him throwing me into a wall..." Anemone began to
feel her hir around her finger. But Hex shook her head.
"N-no. Just me. It is nice here. Really nice good job Anemone. I
knew you would make a great mistress. Your two recruits are
um.." Anemone looked Hex in the face and before she could answer
Anemone did for her, "maggots who need a lot of training. One
can sneak well the other can't aim a bow to hit a tree."
"You are very cruel." He said shaking her head.
"Well are you here to stay?" Anemone said laying back on Snow.
"Yeah. I think I am ready to serve again. I was made to kill and
this is the only place that will accept my...experiments." Hex
said scratching her face. For the longest se was away with
Enqubis. She also tried to join a mage school and learn more to
improve her alchemy and expand her magical abilities. Although
thy banned her from the school.
"Welcome back them. The one recurit, she is a alchemist so maybe
you can teach her how t actually make a poison that works."
Anemone waved her hand at Hex. Hex just looked at her and shook
her head. "Snow you are such a good boy, why the hell are you
with a cruel chick like her. She's the type to say she loves you
then stab you in the chest with scissors."
"I couldn't do that to Snowypup here." Anemone grabbed Snows
face and rubbed her cheek against him then pushed him away.

Snow let out a thoughtful hum as she spoke of people to join.
Thinking of his own companions, though, he could only manage to
think of Enquebis who was already at Hex's beck and call. He
only looked over to Anemone as he ran his hand through her hair;
speaking in a calm tone. "Hm... Maybe Enquebis may know
someone."
Though he was quickly interrupted when a woman made her presence
known to the sanctuary. A black haired woman who seemed oddly
familiar. As he watched their behavior it quickly became obvious
who this woman was. She seemed different than before, but, she
gave off that same presence that made Snow slightly
uncomfortable. That darkened feel and the smell of death coating
her very being. Emanating off of her like her own distinctive
energy. Hex.
He only laughed to the conversation and her comment to him; a
smirk crossing off his lips to expose his wolven canines.
Speaking in an amused tone as he looked to her. "Well, we all
have a little bad in us... The human in me may see it as self
destructive, but.. The animal in me refuses to run. And I was
raised to always listen to the beasts instinct." His smirk never
fading as he eyed her over for a moment. "I'm liking the new
style by the way... Seems more... Fitting." A slight chuckle
leaving his lips.
Though, as soon as he finished speaking a dark presence began to
fill the sanctuary. The already dim lights of the hold only
growing darker from the sheer sinister presence that filled the
halls. It was enough to make even the darkest of souls ill at
ease. A presence that screamed all that was evil and sadistic.
Not a single feel of good or remorse.
The presence slowly making it's form known as a white mask began
to appear from the darkness: the creature stepping out from the
shadows with the echo of boots clicking against the floor. A
disgusting creature of sin. The mask broken on the left corner
to expose his eye and a small portion of his burnt, disfigured,
face and his single red eye. The other eye shining out through
the eye hole in the left side of the mask. His flesh ripped and
torn into open wounds that refused to bleed: if he even had
blood to leak.
A dark voice slipping out into the empty void as he gripped at
his ripped, ruined, shirt. Plagued with claw marks and tears.
"So.... You seek assassins... Hm... What price are you willing
to pay..?" The creature's bones seemed to crack with his every
step as if his body was frozen like a body who had been long
dead. Snow's eyes turning to a glare as he let out a threatened
growl.
The creature only looking to him; unphased by the animalistic
glare. "A beast can not destroy a monster, boy... Only man can
kill fear." He spoke as he grew closer to the people inhabiting
the sanctuary. How he even made his way into the hold was
unclear, but, he seemed as if he lacked his very own existence
in the first place. His presence resembling that of a blackened
soul. A dark spirit plaguing the realm. Turning back to face Hex
with an amused chuckle slipping into their minds. "What
interesting company you gather in this place... A monster would
be well placed here... For the right price that is.."
The creature sitting back on seemingly nothing as if he was
sitting upon an invisible throne. His right leg crossing over
his left with loud cracks of motion. Letting out a soft, eerie,
hum as his eyes darted from one to the other. Observing their
reactions and anxiously awaiting their words.
