       Team Rocket was lame in the anime! So I've given them a revamp.
       Certain aspects of the team will remain the same.
       Team Rocket was originally a team of scientists, owned and
       funded by Giovanni. They specialized in cloning experiments. One
       day, while exploring Mt. Moon, Team Rocket uncovered a fossil
       that proved to contain DNA of the legendary Pokemon Mew. This
       moment would be their undoing. After hundreds of failed
       experiments, (One of which creating the pokemon Ditto,) They
       finally succeeded in creating a Mew clone, Mewtwo! But Mewtwo
       was too powerful! Too violent! He broke free, destroying the lab
       and everything in it, before escaping into the wild.
       Team Rocket now operates with two Major Goals:
       1. to stop Mewtwo, who has the power to destroy everything , by
       any means necessary. (If you have to lie, cheat, steal , or
       kill, it's fair game)
       2. Uncover another sample of Mew's DNA in order to recreate the
       Cloning experiment, and create a controlable Mew clone. This may
       be the only way to destroy the first clone.
       Team Rocket Agents have the option to start at Pallet Town like
       everyone else, or to begin their story at another location, and
       be issued their starter Pokemon by Team Rocket. (Starter Pokemon
       is negotiable)
       Each Agent will be given their missions via Communicator (PM)
       This communicator will also manage Agent's Currency, if the
       Agent does not have a Pokedex at their disposal.
       Rockets will not receive normal battle rewards if they do not
       have a Pokedex. They will be paid directly by team rocket for
       completing missions. They may also receive bonuses in the form
       of PC or even gifted pokemon as rewards for stellar performance.
       Note: While Team Rocket members are the "villains" of this rp,
       they are not necessarily required to be evil.  Some Rockets may
       even believe themselves to be the "Good guys, " taking on their
       missions for the greater good of the planet.
