       Razorwind: The Short Introduction
By: The Nightingale Date: October 3, 2015, 12:46 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
Ryan Razorwind was a Sargent in the Military that once thought
he was protecting the beings that inhabited the Multiverse for
many many years. He thought what he was doing was the right
thing but he was highly mistaken. The soldiers that were farther
down the chain of command were completely clueless to what was
going on behind the closed doors at the Military Base Facility.
Ryan went from town to town scouting and fighting battles. He
was known as a great marksman, his arrows could break through
skulls. Although he wasn't just a great marksman with a bow he
was great with guns too although he didn't like to use them.
Ryan had learned that you need to keep your emotions concealed,
concealed internally because once they surface they become a
       weakness.
After fifteen years of service Ryan stumbled upon the classified
plot that the Military was assisting the King with. The King
believed humans were the superior race. They were the only race
that was moving forward into modern times. He wanted to also
build beings that could be superhuman beings and fight in place
of the mortal military. He wanted to create ultimate weapons
using people. So the military had been fighting unnecessary
battles to get the faculty test subjects. With this Ryan went to
his superiors, they offered him a lot of money to stay other
wise he would be hunted and murdered. Ryan took the money but
didn't stay that night while on patrol he fled.
Ryan made it as far as possible that night and didn't stop until
the next evening making sure to get away as fast as possible.
After a much needed rest he continued far from the base out
east, deep into a Forest where he found himself lost. Ryan was
dehydrated and forgot he should have been hunting, he was too
focused on running away. He collapsed and was out cold.
Suddenly he awoken in a wooden house. It was nice with nice
furnishings. He looked around and leaned up still feeling
delirious. A young women approached him holding a wooden bowl.
       "You are awake?"
       "Y-yes."
       "Would you like water?"
       "Please."
Ryan took the bowl of water and chugged it down slightly making
a mess. Water streams ran down from the corners of his mouth
onto his toned muscular chest. His skin was tanned and he left
out a big sigh after the bowl was empty.
       "Thank you so much ma'am."
"You are quite welcome, I found you in our forest, were you
       lost?"
Ryan looked at the women, she had long silky blond hair, her
eyes were a light blue, and her face was so flawless. Then he
noticed; she had pointed ears. She was an Elf. He couldn't help
       but stare at her.
       "Is something wrong?"
       "Oh..no I'm sorry I couldn't help but look...I haven't seen
an...pardon if this comes off wrong but an Elf before."
"We tend to keep to ourselves or our villages, not that we are
against the world be there is so much fighting out there. Elven
tribes tend to stay in this forest, there are many of us and his
village is the largest of them all. We trade among each other,
sometimes some of us will travel to the capital city to do work
there or trade but that is as far as it goes I suppose."
       "Fascinating!" Ryan said in awe.
The woman just looked at him confused and continued to the table
where a pitcher sat. She picked it up and eloquently swayed back
over to him. "Would you like more water?" Her voice was so
angelic to his ears. He nodded still in awe over the young
woman. She refilled the bow and left to go set the pitcher back
       on the table.
"My name is Ryan by the way, Ryan Razorwind."
"It is nice to meet you Ryan, my name is Orena Rose.
With that a beautiful relationship began to bloom. Orena showed
Ryan around the entire village, he told her of his past and how
it haunted him. With her he could totally expose himself, to him
she felt secure. He showed her hunting and increased the amount
of food in her village by thirty percent. He would teach young
boys to hunt and track properly. Orena worked in the Mara
temple. Mara was the goddess of love, fertility and healing and
       Orena was the head mage.
Soon Ryan was given a spot in the village's council, and soon
with her father's permission married Orena and became a chief.
Not to long after Orena was bless with a seed growing in her
belly. She radiated like the sun as her belly only got bigger
       and bigger.
Nine months later on a crisp march day she gave birth to a
beautiful baby girl her and Ryan bestowed the name Skye, Skye
Razorwind. She had been born with eyes as light blue as the sky
its self and a head full of blonde hair. She was perfect in
       every way.
Sadly, the cold from winter had yet to blow over and just three
days later a snow storm hit the village causing the weakened new
mother and her child to contract a very horrible illness. The
two were on the brink of death. Skye lost all the color in her
hair for it turned as white as snow. As did her skin, which was
cold to the touch. Her lips began to turn purple her cough was
devastating. Ryan could do nothing, he was helpless. Many of the
healers tried to save them but they weren't strong enough
       alone...
Orena knew what had to be done, she touched Ryan's face and left
       out a smile.
"You have gave my village and I many gifts, I want to give you
the greatest one of all. Promise me you will keep her safe my
       love."
"I promise Orena, if this is the only way you believe will save
her. I won't stop you. Just know there won't be a second that
will go by that I won't miss you."
Orena used all her magika and life energy to sacrifice herself
and save her newborn infant. She died that night, but Skye was
saved, with only minor defects. Skye's hair will never regain
color nor will her skin be able to anything but pale. Skye's
immune system was heavily weakened, ever since that day she
would constantly get sick and contract all types of illnesses. A
slight prick from a poisoned arrow tip would heavily affect her.
Ryan didn't know any magic but as she gotten older he would take
her out hunting and teach her how to track animals. She learned
how to use her elven animal control by herself. She could get a
fox to fetch fish out of a stream for her and so on. As she got
older she would hunt by her father's side and she was quite
talented in the art of a marksman. Her father would tell her
stories of his military experiences, "You have to conceal your
emotions Skye, your emotions become visible weaknesses the
better you hide them from your face's surface the less they can
use against you." He would always tell her.
Therefore it became her lifestyle. She hid her emotions and was
even more silent then a mouse. When she would travel to the
cities with her father she used her stealth skills to pocket
tons of things. Her father would scold her for stealing but
commend her for such a skill. "Don't ever get caught Skye.."
She never did as she got older it was easier to slip away. Her
body became even more matured. Her breast were much bigger then
they should be for a girl of sixteen and years of wearing a
corset gave her body dangerous curves that matched her deadly
abilities with hunting. She always kept herself prepared. Now
she sat resting in a tree near her favorite waterfall in the
forgotten forest dreaming of something more, new adventures and
new challenges. She was ready to experience whatever there was
to offer in the vast world.
