Re: The Silent Hunter

Razor had walked closely behind her as he remained silent.
Observing and memorizing the paths as his curiosity grew further
and further. Though, once they reached the dirt path and she
turned to speak to him; his eyebrow cocked with an amused
curiosity. Speaking in an amused tone as he couldn't help, but,
to smirk. "Oh, a man? So, you must be his or else you wouldn't
tell me... All the more reason for me to have a little fun."
With that he gave her a wink. Only to continue walking down the
dirt path and stopping before the tree. His eyes drifting up to
admire the formation. It was interesting to see the least. The
way the twigs and branches intertwined with one another. A
visual representation for their society. Their cooperation. It
was beautiful in it's own right. "Hm.... I see." Despite his
admiration for the visuals he couldn't help, but, to judge their
defenses. Being a fighter in nature he had seen many forms of
defenses and offenses. Unless this tree had a certain power to
it; it would be useless to his own allies and enemies. The
defenses weak in nature. Though, he kept it to himself; not
wishing to offend.
Once within the borders of the land his head arched up to look
to the tree houses in particular. Watching as the smoke poured
out from them; seeming the sweet aroma of the smoked meat.
Though he did not require food to remain alive, he did enjoy the
taste. All of his senses being very high: including taste. The
very smell of the food allowed him to sample the tastes.
Smelling being most that allowed creatures to taste. Essentially
skipping the very act of eating. "Mmn... I hope the food does
taste as good as it smells..." Licking his lips as if he had
tried to lick the taste off of his lips. Though, as he seen the
unicorn, his brow arched once more. A creature as illusive and
legendary as the original Chimeras of Greek legend. Razor having
artificially created many of those original Chimeras. "Oh, a
unicorn..." He spoke with a sense of lackluster. As if the very
sight did not surprise or shock him. Seeing many strange
characters throughout his years. "Haven't seen one of them
before..."
Though, as she spoke of her home he had looked back to her with
a curious glance. "Your home?" He spoke as he attempted to
picture such a place. Imagining it much different from those of
these tree houses. "I wouldn't mind seeing that." As she spoke
of the morning he let out a bit of a laugh. "Morning? So, I
guess you want me to stay the night, huh?" A smirk crossing over
his lips as he looked around. "Well, you'll have to buy me a
drink, first." Giving her a wink as he looked around. Turning
back to her. "This is all very impressive... Though, I can't
lie. I was looking forward to the excitement of meeting this man
you spoke of. I want to see what this village considers
strength. I have seen their defenses. Now I want to see their
might." He spoke plainly: a spark of excitement obvious in his
eyes. Though, he could not deny. A small part of him had wanted
to destroy the man's ego. Proving his strength to only be luck
and privilege. Razor having been destroyed and reborn several
times over.... Eventually gaining powers that seemed to rival
those of Gods. Not of mortals.

Skye giggled at his humor, "Well we do have moonshine, and ales,
some wines. My father has a whole cellar full of rare aged
drinks. The man, no I don't belong to him nor anyone, he thinks
I am property he can just claim. He's very powerful sure but
there is no inch of me that is even semi attracted to him." Skye
began to walk him through the village, people would stop and
stare at them, whispers arose. "Don't pay them mind Razor. They
aren't use to strangers." They finally made it to the bridge
and crossed over it, they kept walking until they got to a stone
path way. The path lead up to a large cabin style manor. Skye
smiled at Razor. "This is my house, my father should be inside-"
Just in that instant a man walked out of the door, but he was
not a elf by any sort. He was nicely built and carried a bow. He
was dressed very nicely in a royal red tunic with black slim
slacks. The man's hair was a dirty blonde color. He had on
shoulder armor and armored boots. He was directing his attention
toward another man who walked out after him. The other man was
an elf, with ash blonde hair, and was fairly tall. The man was
dressed in a white button down shirt with the top few buttons
undone so that his blonde chest hair showed (what little he had
anyways.)
Skye got really tense for a moment and let go of Razor's hand.
Her father wasn't alone but with Ian. The man who was so in love
with her it was sickening. He treated her like property. "The
one with the bow is my father. The other is well...
Suddenly the man with the long blonde hair and button down shirt
noticed them he whispered something to to Skye's father and he
turned around to look at them. Slowly he began to walk down to
meet her...

"Oh, don't worry about that. i am no stranger to the whispers."
once they reached the house he had eyed the two coming out. His
eyes were not focused on the father, but, the many by the name
of Ian. Not even so much as looking to Skye as his grin and eyes
grew dark in nature. Clenching his right fist with a sense of
restraint; the blood from his hand dripping down into the stone.
staining it a deep scarlet as he licked at his fangs. He would
not attack nor verbally assult the man. instead he had something
much more insidious in mind. His bloodied hand reaching up and
clenching Skye's jaw. Shifting her to turn to him as he leaned
forward: pressing his lips against her own. His fang piercing
his tongue as a single drop hit her lips. The aphrodisiac-like
blood of his would excite the girl. Not enough to take away her
control, but, the effect was still there. Licking it off her
lips as he dragged the scarlet between her lips. Forcing the
tongue to mingle is blood within her mouth. Slowly pulling back
as his tongue slowly rolled over her lips. Enjoying her taste
before he stood up straight: turning to face Ian and the father.
His eyes glaring as his smirk never faded: flashing the pearly
fangs. "lets play..." He muttered under his breathe to himself.

As Razor kissed her heart raced, this was her fist kiss. She
felt as if she was tipsy her body almost trembled. She didn't
want him to pull away. But he did leaving her feeling the
flutter of butterflies in her stomach. Until Ian stormed over
pushing her father out of the way. "Hey! Who do you think you
are?!" Ian yelled, "That girl you just kissed is arranged to
marry myself! Not some freak of nature or what ever it is you
are! That is my girl not yours!? Skye's father grabbed Ian's
shoulder pulling him back as to restrain him. Then he looked
back to his daughter and the mysterious man, "Skye? Is this man
a friend of yours? I don't quite appreciate having this thrust
upon me with out even knowing his name but, I that could be my
own fault. Have you been seeing him long? Skye began to try to
get a word in but was cut off by Ian; "Well, not-"
"It does not matter who he is or if they have been seeing each
other long, she should have been fooling around like some
harlet! Skye's father gave Ian a dirty look and his grip on him
changed. "Let go of me old man your fighting days are long in
the past." Skye just got quiet and rubbed her arm and kept her
head down. She mumbled only loud enough for Razor to hear, "We
aren't even yet arranged, my dad has yet to make an
agreement...I am no ones girl."

Razors smirk faded into a kind smile as he looked back to skye
once more. Speaking softly to her. "Don't worry about it." With
that he immediately turned back to Ian: listening to his words.
Though; as he heard the word harlet come from the man his
egotistical grin faded into that of an irritated glare. Slowly
walking over towards the two; as he slipped his right hand
behind his back. His left hanging down by his side as he made
his way to them. stopping in front of them before his eyes
drifted to the father. The one who had arranged for such a man
to have his daughters hand. The very man who had just called her
a whore. Razor remaining silent to the father as his eyes
shifted to Ian. that smirk slowly playing across his lips once
more as he spoke in that threatening, cocky, tone. "Harlet,
huh?"
with that he brought his left hand up and pressed his index
finger against Ian's chest: giving him a gentle push. Only
enough to throw off his balance as he spoke. "I suggest you
watch your mouth, boy. My fighting days are far from over and I
assure you.. You are out classed." razor only took a step back
as he put the other hand behind his back. the smirk never
leaving his lips. "Ill give you two options. one: tuck your tail
between your legs and run... Or... Two: fight for the girl. You
win and you'll never see my face again. Ill even let you have
the first hit. see? ill keep my hands behind my back." His words
played the threats as his eyes backed them up. antagonizing the
boy with a sense of satisfaction. "Or are you scared?" Those
final words meant to push the boy over the edge. Not even so
much as registering te father's presence.

Skye stood back she knew a fight was going to break out.
"Razor..." She said feeling slightly nervous about the rapidly
evolving situation and around them people began to slowly
gather. The sound of Ian's yells drew them in like flies to
honey. Skye's dad let go of Ian and took a step back, he wasn't
about to get involved with Ian arrogance. "Ian have fun, I hope
he knocks sense into you, matter of fact your presence is
excused from chamber for the next week. Think about how a leader
of this village should act before returning. Skye, come we shall
get out of their way. Sorry Mr...Razor was it, do a number on
him I do not care any longer, children must learn their lesson.
I am far out of my youth to teach one." He extended his arm for
Skye and she crossed around the two to her father, him and her
walked up the path to get out of the quarrel. "You think I am
the child here? Maybe you should keep better tabs on your
daughter and my soon to be wife! This weakling is challenging
me! The best battle mage in this village? This should be rather
interesting."
The chief snarled a bit, "Pretty large words for someone who
wishes me to consent to marry my daughter. Your father wants
this but I do not. It maybe your elven culture but she is half
human too and I am the chief. Fight this young man Ian if you
truly do win I shall sign the papers if you lose I am burning
them." Skye's eyes widened, her fathers words, she waited all to
long to feel like there was a chance of freedom. If the
probability of being forced to marry Ian is gone she is free to
actually leave the village and travel, with out him following
her like a puppy that is. She began to hope Razor was truly as
strong as he seemed. She wanted him to show everyone right here
right now how he should be her only fear.
Ian focused on Razor, his hands began to forum purple thunder.
Ian's eyes changed to gold and his hair became silver. "I hope
you know what you gotten yourself into." He held out his arms
and massive amounts of thunder rapidly hit his hands from the
sky, the thunder was purple and the sky became grey and cloudy.
He lunged forward in attempts to hit Razor with a massive
thunder storm... connecting with Razor's left side..

"Idiot." Razor spoke plainly as the lightning shot forth; indeed
hitting him. Though the moment the lightning had collided
Razor's skin had coated itself into flexible metals. Immediately
pulling his hand from his back and aiming his palms towards Ian.
the lightning only conducting over his body and shooting back
out towards him in return. The metal melting off and flowing
onto the ground. Shifting over to surround the man. Shooting up
around him to form walls and closing off. Forcing the lightning
to become trapped in the conductive prison. Bouncing around the
man's body with blinding speed as it would be nearly impossible
to dodge unless he broke through the thick, solid, metal. Razor
never even moving his feet as he watched to iron prison spark
and surge with the purple electricity. Finally snapping his
fingers as the prison melted once more; pouring onto the ground
at Ian's feet. looking to see the damage, if any, it had caused.
"if electricity is all you get, then, I suggest taking option
number one, boy." He spoke plainly. This elf was no peer or
enemy. Only a boy who looked too highly of himself. Smirking as
the man had reminded him almost of himself as a young man.

Ian had been knocked on his backside, the electric force thrown
back at him didn't cause him harm since he is immune to shock
damage but it did thrown him against the back of the
imprisonment. He looked up slightly in awe but mostly with the
look of anger. "Foolish boy, you can't hurt me with my own
magic! I am a master in the destruction art of shock!" Ian began
to charge up his magic for another attack, purple thunder began
to surround his hands into another static ball, this time much
larger. The sky began to crackle, and the small crowd of people
grew much larger. Skye watched the sky get black as if night
time has already fully came. She made a face at Razor. Her
father who stood next to her wiped his face with his hand and
shook his head. "Ian, stop before you destroy the village,
thunder is not a toy nor is it concealed to one spot, you know
this. Stop being an idiot!"
Suddenly light bolts started crashing against the ground people
screamed and backed away running to hid under the trees. Skye
looked around, "Father you should go inside so it doesn't hit
you." As Skye said that a bolt hit not even two inches from her
feet. Startled she fell to the ground. Angered her father
yelled, "Ian stop now!" Ian although refused to listen, he kept
charging an attack..A bolt crashed five feet from Razor another
three feet behind him. The air got slightly breezy and began it
began to rain.

Razor let out a sigh of irritation as the man had not attacked;
only given a scene to instill fear into the others. Only
managing to fill him with an overwhelming sense of anger.
Speaking to himself in a cold tone as he watched and listened to
the crowd around them: hearing the protests of Skye and her
father. "Stop....? So be it." With that he felt the charge
hitting the earth below his feet. Slowly kneeling down as he
placed his right hand onto the nearly explosively charged earth
beneath him. The earth shooting up in four large spike composed
of soil and iron. The spikes shooting out for Ian's shoulders
and knees; attempting to stab him within each limb. Essentially
impaling him and pushing his body into the home behind him. If
the spikes were to finally give impact that would explode with
sheer force: sending shrapnel into the ignorant Elf's body. The
iron sticking within his body in small shards able to poison the
body with the metal. Physically unable for any doctor to pull
every shard out. This would cause the man to suffer a slow,
painful, death through his lifetime. Razor speaking in a cold
tone as he would walk to the pinned man. "Do you yield, or, must
I kill you now?" His eyes an impatient glare as he clenched his
fist; Ire slowly pouring out from his right hand. Slowly
dissolving the very skin of his hand.

Skye's eyes widened to the sight of Razors attack, Ian luckly
avoided two of the hits but his whole right side was pinned as
was his left hand. Ian's eye widened his body racked with pain.
Ian groaned in pain and looked to his left blood dripping down
his side, then he turned his head to the right to find a stake
going through his hand. Blood stained the side of the building.
Ian's heart was racing and he was in a panic. Skye's father
tilted his head to the side watching Razor's fighting style. Ian
was in shock he couldnt do anything more then gasp. The clouds
above cleared up exposing a sunset."Alright, I think he had
enough, drop him Razor."
