Re: The Beasts' Domain

Xamphere was no silent and immobile as his slowly lowered his
bow. Not because of the creature's now very weakened state. Nor
because he was out of power. This was a reason much more trivial
than that. It was pity; overcoming his body and soul. This
creature was meaningless and sought death anyway. Though, he
could not raise his bow to him as he launched forward: headed
straight for Xamphere. Even as the creature came upon him, he
did not move. Only his one visible eye slowly dying down in
color and vibrance. As if he was being pulled into his own
world. He was simply watching.
His body being visciously mawled as he could only stand there;
his flesh breaking on impact much like glass. Leaving that
spirit like Ire concentrated under the skin. Showing more and
more of the omniscient looking creature only for the explosion
and spikes to rain down upon him. Destroyed the rest of his
flesh in a massive shroud of the goo. Though, as the explosion
and commotion settled there stood Xamphere; having only his
right eye and some of that side of his face around the eye still
intact. The rest of his body being in a form of Ire; slowly
draining off of him, though, never losing it's shape.
The spirit like form looked to Pain's own mirage; a calm look
played upon the eye that yet remained. Inversion energy slowly
creeping from the eyes as the scarlet within began to spread to
the rest of his eye. The inversion energy spreading over the eye
and reforming a shell made from the balance of the Ire and
Inversion Energy. The process slow, but, effective. Now able to
reconstruct himself: having no battle to draw from his power.
His body, only the right side of his face and shoulder at this
point, formed a single black wing behind his shoulder. His body
slowly being pulled up from the earth. Stopping a couple feet
lower from the creature; a numb glance in his eye. "What is the
point of killing a creature who can not die. You can not kill
pain. You may fight it, but, it will be back." What little
remained of his mouth pulled up into a smirk.
It was clearly noticeable that the matter was reforming him
directly into his basic, red haired, form. The act of
reconstructing his body draining him of his godlike power.
Creation of matter causing much more of a drain upon him than
destroying matter. The two powers were forced to work with each
other rather than against; making it all the more exhausting.
This would not change no matter how much moonlight shined upon
him. If pain had lasted a little longer after that attack
Xamphere probably would have been erased. He would have been
turned completely into the Ire he wielded. Destroying his mind,
body, and soul. Only able to hang onto a fraction of himself.

Pain had reverted back to his first, much more primal and
fragile form. His long crest slowly nods in response to
Xamphere's humor, hissing quietly to imitate laughter, having no
vocal cords or the concept of speech it only ran off of a hive
mind with whatever held the reigns. Pain slowly turned around
and began to tear open the portal that held his chain. It then
stood there, a jagged swirling vortex. As Xamphere would draw
closer to the portal he would see a singular pure white 40 by 40
foot cube floating in empty blackness, yet many colors of Ire
could be seen, and if Xamphere were particularly perceptive he
would see very minute traces of very familiar auras, small yet
growing amongst the masses. Pain then nodded and etched the
letters "U-R-D-R-O-X-A" into the dirt with his claw, then slowly
pointed through the portal to the cube. As soon as Xamphere
would enter the portal he would find himself in the far end of a
pure white room. The birthplace of advanced forms and the crown
achievement to Urdroxa's toils, The Nexus.
It was pure, as untouched by shadow as heaven itself, yet it
held an ominousness that would buckle gods. At the far end to
the right was a huge crystalline rose whose petals were close
together and one had been lain down, as if creating a way to go
into the core. Past this chamber-like rose, was a large throne,
half blue, half red. The two colors swirled effortlessly
together yet did not blend. Remaining two specific dualities
that never merged, as if two distinct entities in themselves.
There sat cross-legged a 6 foot 7 man wearing black silken
clothes, silvery filigree decorated it's luxurious appearance.
Two horns stretched from behind his head to the front with it's
tips arced upwards like a demonic crown. Yet suspended in dull
illumination was a translucent crown with Rubies, Sapphires,
Diamonds and Obsidians decorating it's surface. His eyes seemed
to be in constant motion, swirling galaxies of red and blue. His
head propped up with his right hand, as if expecting
entertainment. His gaze was relaxed, yet meeting it would send
chills down anyone's spine, that cold expectant stare carefully
calculated every last bodily feature to a scary accurate level.
His pupils began to glow gold, ready to examine his newest
visitor. "And you... Must be Xamphere..." His lips curl into a
smirk, that gaze still observing and planning. "And now what
thoughts must be racing through that mind... How I envy your
ignorance..." He chuckles and stands, bowing his body and then
gazes directly into Xamphere's eyes, as if evaluating his soul's
weight and burden. "I am Urdroxa Dominae, God of Chaos, and
brother to legends. I wondered when I'd meet the new Ire's host.
It's chosen wisely if you've beaten Pain. He's the only thing
that's ever lived in the Ethereal Realm." His long black hair
flowing down his chest and back. "So... You've come a long
way... For what reason, may I ask, does a person come to such an
inhospitable place such as this?" He asked patiently.

The time for words was over, so, he nodded in return to Pain's
message; reading it loud and clear. His body was not fully
constructed just, but, he jumped through the vortex without a
moments notice. With a hazed sense of mobility he had found
himself simply standing in the purest of rooms: as if he had
always been standing there. His consciousness only now catching
onto the fact. He looked down as if to remind himself of his
existence. Watching his right hand slowly regenerating itself.
His left arm still in it's Ire form.
Though, he would soon find himself snapped from the daze;
looking up to the entirety of the room. An eerie calm fogging
over his mind. What was this place? "We're home.." The voice
echoed in his mind, though, he only looked over as if to see if
he could visualize the source. "You mean you're home..." He
muttered in reply to seemingly nothing. The voice only laughed
in reply. "I've always been home..." Xamphere immediately
replying. "What!?" The voice was gone. No laughter. No replies.
Silence once more.
So, he looked forward. There was only one way he would get more
answers and it sat at the end of the room. Slowly he walked,
seemingly without effort. It was as if something was pulling on
him. The decision to move was not his own; that was for sure. So
he only continued walking. Only giving the rose a passing glance
as he stopped before Urdroxa: at this point his body now
reconstruction besides for a large gash from his collarbone to
his chest where Pain had blown it out. Though, his left eye had
not regenerated at all; the Ire still plainly visible through
the socket. It would not reform no matter how much effort he put
towards him. The barrier between his existence and the Ire
within were broken.
He stood before Urdroxa and listened to his words in a calmed
daze. His eye seemingly scanning over Urdroxa's strange
appearance. He had known the name, but, never had seen a face.
This was him. He was much bigger than he had imagined...
Xamphere himself standing at an even six foot. "...." He could
not answer the question Urdroxa had laid upon him. Why was he
here? "I am here to..." He had no idea how to come across the
words he looked for; attempting to gather his thoughts. "I'm
here to master the Ire inside of me so the forces in me can
coexist... Rather than fight each others' presence..." He spoke
plainly: having no idea how to even accomplish this. Let alone
request another to solve the problem for him.

Urdroxa's eyes had been darting over Xamphere's body in great
interest, the Ire itself had done something that had only ever
been done a few times and only ever by him. "..." He was silent
for several minutes after Xamphere was done speaking. 'It
protected him...' he stumbled over this same thought hundreds of
times. It could only ever mean one thing, this boy was a very
exceptional host. The Ire within him has deemed him worthy of
keeping alive. Ire itself only ever latching onto the most
potentially powerful and only those who had true determination.
Urdroxa's lips curved into a twisted smile, his thoughts racing
straight to dissection and experimentation. Truly if Ire chose
him, then he must be something extraordinary. He then clutched
his chin with his right hand, his eyes went from mild
astonishment to grim and scrutinizing as he circles around
Xamphere's body. His hands gently grazing over the Ire bodily
structures, as he did so the Ire in his body would be drawn to
him, not absorbing, but as if the Ire was nuzzling his skin,
trying to do anything to get closer. He had created the Initial
Spark, which all forms of Ire stem from, though not controllable
by the Spark, the new forms seem to recognize it.
He then stops once more facing Xamphere, still completely
silent. He then leans in very close, gazing deeply into his
unformed Ire. His own eye opposite Xamphere's broken one began
to devolve back into a swirling mass. His own energy within the
socket seemed to resonate at the same frequency of Xamphere's
Ire. "It's proud of it's strength, but not in the same way I am.
It understands a great deal of humility... And refuses to back
down. It's fit for a king, style wise. You want to master it
right? Well think of it this way, YOU are the weapon, and IT is
the one holding your hilt. This concept is the driving force of
Ire. You ask for it's strength and in return it gains the
knowledge of what it's like to live. This is however a double
edged sword, like I said you are merely it's weapon by the fact
that it latches onto your soul, it then bounces your raw
potential back and forth between it's own essence, repeating
this process endlessly means with time you can harness perpetual
energy." He laughed and shook his head. "But that is well after
it's full acceptance and eventual integration with your being.
In order for it to accept you... Well... That's up to it.
However, some Ire Personas are too volatile, and some mature
much much later than others." He then turns around and faces the
crystalline rose. "The Nexus can be used to help you better
understand your Ire, however, it will only open for those who
are ready for the ultimate test. In the end, before your Ire can
accept you, it will often challenge you in combat, giving you
the final chance to redeem yourself and prove to the Ire that it
chose correctly, fail and it devours your body and soul, then
robs them both from you. Forever walking amongst your loved ones
in your guise, completely full of your memories and nobody will
have ever missed a thing..." He smirks, trying to test
Xamphere's resolve. He wanted to scare Xam as much as he could,
he could feel the young man's Ire pulse within him and it gave
Urdroxa shivers. It was strong, very strong, yet it seemed to be
waiting.
"Your close I would guess, it already saved your life once that
I have seen, and Pain's Ire normally would've tore any younger
variant apart, yet yours stood firm and took his biggest hit
head on. I don't think you understand the rarity of that
happening. It happened to me alone that I know of, Pain's is too
hostile to ever want to save him, in fact, kudos for destroying
my pet. Not an easy feat. Also... From what I've seen, Ire tends
to mature through combat and personal struggles, the greater the
personal pain or aggravation, the stronger it resonates with
your soul, until eventually it reaches... The Truth...." His
voice tailed off, having almost forgotten his Truth form and
it's purity. "Once the Truth is unlocked, there is nothing
anyone can do to stop it... Limitless energy, no physical body
to limit your output, a body immune to most energy. That's only
the tip of the iceberg. You better be ready to die at least 3
more times before your Ire will accept you... Unless... Unless
you and it share perfect harmony of soul and personality." He
then leans back and looks somewhat appeased by his findings.
"Your an odd one Xamphere, had you been anyone else's son, you'd
be on my operating table and ready for dissection..." His eyes
seemed to have changed from stern and analytical to crazed and
wide. His lips curving to reveal his true sinister personality.
"I may be twisted, but there is no greater clarity than that of
perfect insanity..." He begins to giggle maniacally, his fingers
pressed into his mouth, biting down on them gently as his eyes
gazed wildly into Xamphere's. "Now... Tell me more about
yourself... About how you came to be..." His mind hungered for
more knowledge of this creature, wanting to know every aspect.
"A question for a question, we'll make it a game." He said
chuckling. His lunacy dying down to a dull roar.

Xamphere watched, listening intently, as Urdroxa had gone onto
his lecture of how exactly Ire would allow him to master it: or
work in harmony. The same persona? It had seemed as if the two
personas interlocked perfectly with one another... But soul?
What could he mean by that? What exactly was he lacking? He only
grumbled at the thought with a huff. Crossing his hands over his
chest as he had turned to face his head towards the rose.
Looking over it for a moment; contemplating his offer. Those, as
he thought about his words, "combat with one another" seemed to
radiate profusely in his mind. Bouncing back and forth; thinking
it to be the best shot. Maybe the Ire and himself were in sync,
but.... He wasn't treated it correctly. This entire time under
the assumption he could control the Ire....
He wondered exactly when he could fight the creature inside him.
Was it not ready? Or was it not ready? "That's the question,
isn't it?" The voice once more breaking through. Xamphere only
sighed at the voice; always coming in the form of a riddle. It
was quite irritating having to decrypt each message and adapt to
the answers. It was clear he would have to figure this out on
his own... Though, Urdroxa did give him the right questions to
ask himself: knowing that for a fact. He was quickly snapped
back to reality as he calmly spoke. ".... Right. Question for a
question." With that he walked over to the rose; standing aside
it and looking down upon it.
"My creation is what you seek?" He did not like where this was
headed; knowing the results of his original creation, though, he
was not going to break a deal. "Well, I am not aware of the
exact details... But, I can tell you, my 'mother' was a
demi-goddess by the name of Eri.... A kind woman. Worth to be a
goddess in her own right. But, it seems as if kindness is
reserved for the angels." He let out a sigh as he spoke. He had
only met his mother once and in that day she earned more of his
respect than Razor, his creator, ever would. "Anyway... I was an
experiment much like Razor and his brothers... From what I
understand he had combined her dna with his own; infusing power
along with these genes.... I am sure he went through many test
subjects before finally succeeding..."
He spoke coldly as if lementing his own existence in the back of
the mind. Though, in fact, he lemented his creators existence.
Razor. He was the exact opposite of what Xamphere hoped to
achieve; those traits being push down into his own brother:
Enquebis. He looked back to Urdroxa from the rose; letting out a
sigh. "Kade has seen the side effects of this recklace display
of irrationality. Though, I doubt you see it the same as I. Just
casualties to you..." He took a pause as Urdroxa's question was
now vaguely answered; turning back to the rose once more. "So,
tell me, Urdroxa. Why did you recklacely revive him? He is like
a lightbulb... You can keep replacing the bulb, but, it's always
deemed to blow itself out..."
Though, the moment he finished a loud crack was heard; his eyes
growing wide with pain. His eyes flickering between gold and
scarlet as he attempted to look down. The small gash of a scar
leading from his collar to chest slowly glowing with the Ire's
bright blue. Fingers slipping from within the deep neon. The
hands grabbing to each side of the scar as it pushed it wider
and wider. Inflating the entire wound to the point that the scar
had etched into his body; going from his right shoulder all the
way down to his bottom left rib. His hair slowly beginning to
fade in color as his eyes did as well; making them almost a
blinding white as he dropped to his knees. "W-What's going on
Urdroxa!? Is this you!?" He blurted out on sheer instinct alone.
Though, in answer to the question the Ire in his left eye
extinquished itself. The face of the spirit-like forming
appearing in the massive gash. Two golden eyes now prominately
new on the creature's face.
Pulling itself half way from Xamphere's body; only it's waist up
visible. Contorting it's body to twist: now facing upward toward
Xamphere. A look of irritation in the creature's eyes. "Time,
time, time... I am tired of waiting on you, boy!" The voice
boomed with a deep sterness; rather than it's usually amused
tone. Though, before he could reply, the energy seemed to launch
back into his body in the motion of a tackle. Forcing him to
complete his transformation into his god form; the bits of flesh
slowly starting to crack away. "You will fight or die!" The
voice screamed over his own roars of pain. "URDROXA!!" He yelled
out angrily as he attempted to speak. "The Rose!! How the hell
do I fight this thing!?!?" He fell down onto all fours as even
larger portions of his body started to chip away.

Urdroxa smirks as he begins to tell the story of his birth. "I
see... How ludicrously tragic..." He said amusingly, but then
his laughter subsided when he talked about how Urdroxa probably
thought of them as mere casualties. "You're right, and your
wrong. I still see the body as my toy box, but I now value the
soul..." He sighed, his demeanor becoming more stern once more.
The topic going back to his brother, his eyes going down to the
ground, clearly a tough subject for even him. "Family doesn't
leave family. It's the one rule I stuck to my whole life, and
he... and you... are my family." He said shrugging lightly, his
eyes suddenly snapped to Xamphere as the Ire began to reject
him. "Ah... So it's happening already, yours is impatient
indeed... Now that is interesting..." His amusement put him into
a daze, almost blatantly ignoring Xamphere's pain as his
fingertips once more slip under his teeth, this time he bites
too hard and blood gently flows down his fingers.
After the screams of pain echo in his mind, he realizes they
weren't being caused by him, which made him snap back to
reality. "Quick, into the rose. I must warn you, only because
you are..." He smirks at himself. "My Nephew.... The Nexus will
flood your core with the most power it can handle, essentially
skyrocketing you past godhood. This will stimulate the Ire's
growth and cause it to split apart from you. That is where it
becomes tricky, as yours is more rational, it will most likely
end up challenging you directly, at least warning you before
attacking. Who knows, I haven't had it reside in my body my
whole life. Next step, The Nexus will create an alternate
reality within itself for the two of you to fight. Should you
win, your body will fully absorb the Ire's personality. Not
killing it, but making it docile and accepting of you... More or
less a final pissing contest I'd say...." He said chuckling.
He then began to help the pain-wracked body into the chamber. He
then took several steps back, the lowered petal raises and seals
him in. "Now your body will retain half of the infused energy,
so the fight will be grand. The most optimal fight possible with
every fighter's limits maxed out. I can not intervene, if I do
the challenge is failed and it will most likely fully reject
you... Be careful Xamphere..." Concern invading his voice as he
raises his hands. A golden panel with strange golden sigils
appear in a language only he can read. His fingers scale over
several before finally pressing a large central one. "Beginning
infusion..." The chamber begins to fill with a clear liquid, it
would feel warm and calming, almost having a numbing effect on
the body. As it filled the whole room the Nexus resided in began
to pulse with huge amounts of energy, the entire Ethereal Realm
powering this truly powerful construct. In one gigantic pulse
Xamphere's body was flooded with raw energy that clung to his
soul, giving it the power of the world itself, it would prove to
much and actually stun. Until the Ire would find a way to
separate (You rp that). Then lastly the Nexus would provide one
last pulse before transmitting them into an alternate reality.
(You can control the environment and where it sends you to
fight).

Xamphere continued his roars of pain; especially as Urdroxa had
helped him towards the entrance; the scar on his chest cracking
open a little wider. He could hear Urdroxa, but, he mine as well
be speaking spanish. The words not registering in his mind;
clouded by pain. Reaching out for the rose in a last ditch
effort. The rose quickly accepting his form as he found himself
in the blank room. A calm overflowing his mind as the liquid
followed over his; his eye opening underneath the liquid. The
embrace more than just bodily: clutching on his mind.
"So it begins..." The voice echoed as the energy flowed into his
body; the spirit like form painlessly tearing from his body.
Though, the calm from the liquid had faded. A feeling of
emptiness now replacing it. As if part of his own persona was
stripped in half along with the creature exiting his body. It
merely stood across from Xamphere; remaining silent for the time
being. Raising it's right hand into the air as the setting had
changed in a flash. All different forms of swords. Each one
holding a different shape and color.
Though, once the setting has formed, the neon blue had faded
away from the creature; showing an exact copy of Xamphere's
basic form. Holding Xamphere's own blade in his hand: rested
calmly on his shoulder. Only staring at Xamphere with a cold
glance; remaining perfectly still.
Xamphere had taken this quiet time to survey the area; the
blades covering the dried earth. Stabbed deep into this earth.
"Do you enjoy looking into your own soul, Xamphere?" He could
only look to the copy of himself; his single eye appearing to be
dead inside. A pure white cascading over the coloring. "Well, to
be honest, I am surprised I have one..." The copy only laughing
at these words. "Your soul is far from nonexistent. It is my
greatest weapon and your strongest attribute... The soul of a
proud warrior. Strong enough to conquer worlds, yet, humble
enough to maintain life. " The being spoke plainly as he slowly
walked over to Xamphere. "But, no matter how strong I must warn
you... Only one blade may beat me here."
Though, before Xam could even look for said blade the copy had
launched forward; swinging the flat part of the blade towards
his face. Shooting Xamphere's body like a weightless piece of
paper. His body slamming through a mountain like mass of earth
before being halted by slamming into another one. His body
falling down next to a blade that appeared to have a hook like
shape. Immediately gripping the hilt and pulling himself up.
Pulling the blade from the Earth.
Although he was still in his God Form his flesh was healed,
though, his scar seemed black. The whole for an eye socket just
an empty pool of black. Yes, he could feel a massive spike in
power, but, his soul was torn apart. His entire being suffering
the consequences. Half a soul was enough. He knew this for a
fact. There very idea of him being here in this situation was
enough to tell him he could win. With that he did a roundhouse
kick; launching two extra blades stabbing for the copy. His own
body launching forward; matching the speed of the two blades.
Coming down with a downwards slash towards the copies skull. He
had no idea what to expect or how to destroy him. All he knew
was that he needed a blade.
((You wanna be a dear and play the copy? Make things more
interesting that way. I don't wanna rp by myself. xD
Spoiler: till xamphere fights using his powers the blades will
be desolved each time they hit. And the copy can only use the
Lunar Ire. And a lot of it.))

The neon blue figure stood silently as Xamphere hurled the
blades at him. Just as swiftly as Xamphere had hurled the blades
did the figure throw up it's two hands and each blade slid
perfectly into it's grip, the blades themselves dissolving
swiftly, only then did the being utter words. "I see... You
don't yet understand... Don't disrespect me by playing a child's
game..." It growled, disappointed with the lackluster
performance. It then snapped out it's right hand directly for
Xamphere's blade, the fingertips clutching it as they are now
just inches apart from their identical faces. The copy's face
smirked at the closeness before his body suddenly emitted a huge
pulse of Lunar Ire, a bubble that would spread out around him,
an attempt at knocking the real one back and damaging his
resolve. The air began to swirl around the duplicate as he stood
perfectly still. The ground itself began to dissolve at his
feet, the Ire from his body began to feed off the nearby
structures. "The thing about Ire is, the longer it's allowed to
exist, the faster it replicates and the stronger it becomes
until nothing is strong enough to quench the flames... Be ready
Xamphere." He then snapped his arms back and began to erupt in
the bright neon blue Ire flames, from this pyre erupted 3
pillars of neon blue, each on blasting in different directions
but all converging on Xamphere.
Urdroxa slowly formed high above, directly between them and the
moon that now crested high in the sky. He himself having
replicated it for the fight, trying to see what this Xamphere
was capable of. "This match is gonna be interesting... Tell ya
what kiddo, you win, I'll teach you something only 3 people
know, and even fewer can control it perfectly; The Truth. You
lose, and I'll have a new soul to dissect and study for my
labs... Your pick son of Razor..." His words were quiet yet he
knew the words would hit home.
