Sophie's eyes went wide in horror as the man bent down before
her. This was completely new to her, the concept of it baffling
and confusing. With her natural reaction to be fear she froze,
her lips barely moving to form the words. "I... I don't know...
Whose he?" She clutches the lily tighter to her chest as she
looks away, tears welling up before she runs behind the woman's
body, gently peeking her eyes out from behind the brunette. She
clearly did not like being pressured. "Pa... Papa..." She says,
the black figure's arm suddenly whipped out, sending the sheath
flying directly next to Xamphere on his right just 5 feet away.
The sheath itself pierced the ground and was angled pointing
towards the building on which he perched. It's body was solid
black but with a red and blue galaxy-shaped insignia. Letting
his aura loose around him formed billowing black smoke coming
from within his robes. A grey orb surrounded his body, showing
the physical representation of his soul's strength. However,
around it seemed to be the silhouette of chains, lightly colored
red and blue. As if bounding it down and locking it's true
potential up tight.
He then suddenly leaps from his perch and silently lands
directly on top of the sheath with his right foot. His body
completely covered in black clothing that has darkness wafting
off of him like a cloak. His face covered in the black
bandaging. His hair forming a mass behind him, waving gently.
His lips didn't move, yet words were heard in a cold voice that
seemed to hold no emotion. "She doesn't know who he is... She
doesn't even know who she's tied to..." His face never left
Razor's as he was incredibly close to him. His body then
evaporated and formed far away from the other two people, but
still within sight and ear shot. Sophie rushed from the woman,
tripping over arock half way but a tendril of darkness whips out
from his being and catches her head before she hit the ground,
helping her back up as she bolts back for him. As she got close
he opened up his off hand(left, without the katana in hand) and
darkness enveloped her. As he lowered his arm her face poked out
from behind him. "Thank you Papa!" She smiles as she clutches
his coat. "I keep telling you Soph... I'm not your father..." He
says ruffling her hair looking down at her. Handing her another
piece of candy. Another delighted squeel as she quickly begins
sucking on it. "She is a timid girl... You cannot get anything
from her now, she gets like this when confronted..." She nods
confirmingly before ducking back behind him, her eyes going back
to the woman as she smiles to her from behind her guardian.
Though he looked intimidating, she held in like she would a
parent. The blade in his hand disappears, noticing the children
in the area he wishes not to scare anyone.

Xamphere let out a displeased grunt as he watched this creature
make his theatrical entrance. Certainly had flare. That alone
made it obvious he had something to do with Urdroxa. He may not
linger with the presence of Urdroxa, but, he could see the
personality shooting through. He may not be kin, but, he knew
SOMETHING. Though, as the girl ran to him and hid within his
presence he felt more at ease. The beast within him slowly
settling down. It seemed this dark man's presence overpowered
hers, though, it was not the same presence. Not causing the same
pain the girl had caused. His body was still pained, but, he now
had the ability to stand. Pointing his hand out as a solid red
blade appeared within his hand. The bottom of the hilt holding a
small jewel as the top of the hilt held a silver wing. The very
blade itself having a strange text up and down each side of the
blade. "I am sorry, Sophie... I am not going to hurt you..."
With that he stabbed the blade into the ground. Using the hilt
to pull himself up onto his feet. His weight rested on the blade
as he watched the creature protect the young girl. A look of
interest following them before he spoke directly to the shadow.
His voice was more stern this time. Not threatening, but, it was
clear he wanted the answers. "Well, it seems you are a little
more enlightened... So, maybe you can tell me. Where is
Urdroxa?" Even the mention of the name caused the power within
him to crawl with anticipation for home. "I need him... He is
the only one who can fix this broken connection of power and
master..."
It was clear he was still in pain, but, his pride forced the
pain back. He could not show weakness to himself. To show it to
others would just contradict that very notion. The more weakness
he showed, the stronger it would become. Until... He would be
devoured by his own birth right.

The place that once seemed secure and safe was no longer what it
seemed. She guessed the saying never judge a book by it's cover
really was true. The sight of the blades made her fearful but
neither was directed towards her. The others actually seemed as
if she was no longer there. Slowly she backed into a building,
its structure just barely strong enough to support her wait on
it. Her eyes watched the two men and the small girl wondering
what would happen in the near future. She had no words for
anything going on, all she could do was watch. A small wave of
relief flooded her after the blades were put away and
realization hit that she wasn't the target of any danger.

Sophie slowly begins to tremble, her right eye glowing gold. A
trait that Urdroxa once exhibited when he wanted to study
something deeper. She pushes Kade's leg further, asking him to
move closer without saying it. He sighs as he looks down to her,
nodding his head when he sees the gold in her right eye.
"Well... He'll be aware of you shortly. But right now he's still
gathering himself. His being fragmented when he asked for
something too great his body couldnt handle it so in an effort
to save himself his own emotions broke free from their host and
gained sentience, much like the Ire he created." Kade's voice
was still cold and slightly hostile. He then pointed to his
sheath's emblem, the galaxy of red and blue. "I'm just one of
his..." He sighs, his tone becoming angered. "He'd call me a
minion... But I am far more than that..." He snarls viciously.
Sophie herself hiding deeper in his clothing, as if afraid. "I
myself am gaining power aswell, through helping Sophie with her
goal, I am closer and closer to breaking His control..." He
sighed as he shook his head, kneeling down to face Sophie and
offering her another piece of candy. "I'm sorry Soph, but after
this one no more... You'll hafta deal with me being a bit
grumpy. I'm sorry." He said looked down, yet her full smile
shown brightly. Hugging his neck she speaks. "No, don't worry
Papa, I'll make you all better!" She says laughing, swinging off
him.
He then stands and looks back to Xamphere. "If you want to
learn. We are probably your two best options of doing so without
Urdroxa's help. You wouldn't want him now anyway... He went from
a cruel tyrant to a mewling kitten. It's almost pathetic..." He
sighed, turning his back on Xamphere and then back to the kids.
He held out his hand and small smoke clouds appeared above them,
each one dropping a small pink taffy wrapped in a sugar wrapper,
making the whole thing edible. "I apologize for being scary... I
just get... Grumpy..." He sighs as he slowly vanishes, retaking
his position high above them ontop of the highest building
nearby. His sheath in his right hand and it's blade snug within.
Sophie then smiles and nods. "Kade says I have to be strong on
my own someday!" She says skipping to the group, holding up her
flower. Completely forgetting Xam's sensitivity to her and the
flower itself, since it was a solid creation of Ire. A small
fragment from the Ethereal realm, it didn't even burn her skin.

As he listened to Kade speak a smirk started to slip onto his
lips. It had seemed as if the day was beginning to fade into
night before their very eyes. The Sun quickly draping down and
melding into the Earth as the Moon crept high into the sky.
Entering his domain as he stood up from the blade. Taking in a
long breath as his body began to physically change before them.
All of the red left within his hair evaporating into the air to
give a shimmering scarlet light. His hair left with only a plain
white. Though, it even grew in front of them and crept down his
back. His eyes closed as he absorbed the lunar air like a drug
addict finally getting another fix. Though, he was now able to
stand on his own he did not let go of the blade.
The strange language inscribed upon each side of the blade
glowing and intense scarlet; even contrasting against the red of
the blade itself. "So, you can help can me...?" With that his
eyes opened back to reveal a pure gold; his eyes never leaving
Kade. It had seemed as if his entire persona had changed within
a matter of minutes. A whole new man standing before them as the
blade's light only grew more and more intense. The light
eventually enveloping the blades itself: the bright form quickly
shattering into a pure light. The light immediately flowing into
his palm and shifting. Forming a whole new weapon: a bow. This
boy formed of a strange energy. Though, this energy may have
been white in light and color it had blackened the air around
it. "You are an ignorant child." His voice almost seemed to have
an eerie omnipotence. "What do you know of my power?" He said
with a strange sense of demand.
This energy he held was clearly no incarnation of Ire. In fact,
quite the opposite. A defense against most forms of Ire: turning
the harsh anti-matter like energy against itself. Turning the
Ire into solid matter only for it to eat away at itself. This
endless flow of the two energies in perfect sync causing a
strange effect around him. "There is only one man who has seen
this power in it's larval stage... Only he could teach me how to
use this energy to channel this energy of pure hunger. How to
permanently maintain this god-like form... To master my birth
right." With that he pointed the bow towards Kade; holding the
energy tightly within his left hand. The right slowly shifting
up as he seemed to grab behind the stringless bow. Slowly
pulling it back as his body began to glow with an intense blue
light. Strange strings of a light blue Ire shooting out from his
body and travelling up his arm. Forming in front of his
fingertips into a large, single, though unstable, arrow. Pulsing
with this new form of Ire.
Though, before he could release he turned his arm to the side
and finally let go. The massive arrow speeding from the bow with
ease directed towards the woods to the right of the town. Before
reaching its destination the arrow split into the same strings
as before. Spreading out into a massive area; slamming into the
trees. It immediately set out a massive implosion of raw energy;
pulling all of the forest life into its raw power before
releasing a massive shock wave. Completely devouring the life,
forestation, and Earth in the points of impact. Leaving a huge
gap in the forest for mile upon miles. "This power to both wield
and destroy Ire.... It gives me the power of the gods at my
fingertips! Now tell me, child. What do you know of this!?" With
his demonstration now finished he released the bow from his
grip. Rather than releasing back into his body it merely
desolved into the atmosphere. Leaving only sparkles that drift
up in the air; glimmering against the moon light. Only to
disappear into the massive orbs radiance.
He knew this would terrify both of the young woman that were
present, though, this demonstration needed to be made. If this
man was as enlightened as he claimed to be he would know how to
dominate the Ire that clawed within him for escape within his
larval form. "What do you know that I do not?" His golden eyes
were a deep glare as he expected an answer. This form was his
birth right and his only hope to return to where he belonged.
Along with the gods in their hall of thrones.
As the power faded away back to where it had originated the
energy that pulled from his body slowly died down as the moon
above them had shattered with the sensitivity of glass. Having
summoned this lunar orb it was not his true source of power. An
illusion: a copy. Shattering into billions of peaces as the sun
once more shined high from where the copy had shattered. The
glass-like lunar shard floating in the atmosphere and glimmer
against the sunlight. His very being fading back to whence it
had been. His hair return that auburn red as he fell to his
knees once more; his eyes slowly dying down and return to the
scarlet origin. His blade spinning as it feel from what seemed
to be the center of the sun; stabbing cocked sideways into the
earth in front of him. Letting out exhausted huffs as the act of
summoning this illusion and using it to draw out his power had
drained him. Done more harm than good as his eyes looked up to
the three of the newcomers he sought information from.
A slight sigh escaping his lips as he spoke once more in that
same gently tone of his: his own personality now taking over. "I
am sorry if that was a little excessive, girls... I can not
control myself in that form, but, I needed to know... If what
that boy speaks is true." He couldn't help but to let out a loud
cough; covering his mouth. Only for him to pull his hand away: a
small amount of blood trickled upon his glove. "I only wish to
return home... Can you make this happen?" With that his once
more desperate eyes fell upon Kade.
(((BEST I GOT. IF YOU CAN'T WORK WITH THAT THEN I HAVE NO
CLUE)))

Kayden's eyes widened at the massive display of power. It was
like nothing she had ever seen before and that is what scared
her. Not the power itself but the fact that she didn't know what
to do or how to react. "What in the hell was that?!" she
questioned, her voice barely audible. She doubted that she would
get an answer, but the question had left her lips without a
second thought. She stared at the male that caused such
destruction incredulously. His form had now changed and he no
longer looked the same; this however didn't bother her so much
as him obliterating a large amount of the nearby forest.
She still braced herself against the building as she looked
around the area. The small girl was still here as well as the
other children. She didn't understand why he made such a
horrifying display in front of such innocents. She pondered the
question in her mind but said nothing else.
Instinctively her arm went out to cover her face as the moon
seemed the shatter revealing a bright sun. The illusion he
claimed seemed fairly real and her mind was having trouble
processing it all. None of it made sense, the power, the sun
then the moon and now the sun again. Ger curiosity was sparked
and she wondered what and who these beings was. She assumed she
would stick around long enough to find out. Why leave when you
can learn something new? Didn't people always say that you learn
something new every day.

Kade's eyes widened under his bandage, he wielded Ire, and he
knew what that meant. Sophie would be in pain. Her very
existence was to ease the effect of Ire on worlds as it was too
strong to be wielded by just anyone. She herself was sent by the
Nexus, the theoretical throne in the source of all Ire, the
Ethereal Realm. Her scream pierced the silence after his
questioning. The very existence of Non-White Ire burned her skin
like a flame even if not struck by it. The flower she clutched
seemed to turn black, it fell away in decay. Her eyes became
white as her skin began to crack with darkness, tarnishing her
beautifully pale skin. Her body began to shake and tremble when
Kade flew down the building at extreme speeds, slamming into the
ground around Sophie, forming up a huge black swirling mass.
As the mass writhed and formed, contorting around Sophie in an
orb 5 feet out and 10 feet tall. The sound of a blade slowly
sliding out of it's sheath echoed very loudly, as if amplified
by the darkness. Then, the darkness began to gather at the
center, slowly siding back underneath the black robes and
clothing Kade wore. His lower face seemed cracked with darkness
just the same was as Sophie exhibited. His teeth bared, each one
sharpened. "Don't... Do that..." He growled, yet once more the
words didn't come from his lips, they were just audible in a
voice that suited his body. He hair began to wave and twist in
no wind. Sophie's eyes were wide as she was held in Kade's left
arm, his right one holding the hilt of his Katana, the very end
still in the sheath as it's bottom rested on the ground. The
blade itself seemed to be made of pure blackness until it began
to shimmer and swirl like the eye of the tornado. "I'm the
Protector of the Preserver. I am tasked with helping cleanse the
world and help it exist in the presence of Ire. This blade is
unlike any other. It's a physical connection to the Ethereal
Realm. The very birthplace of Ire and it's seat of power. One
swipe and your power is drained of your body and forced back
into it's home." He slammed the blade back into it's sheath. "I
serve Urdroxa in only one way. To observe his mistakes and
repent on his behalf. I know much more than you do about the
thing that lives inside you." He scoffs, his chuckling becoming
laughter. As he clutches Sophie tightly, the darkness seemed to
sap from her body and into Kade's taking her corruption onto
him.
Her eyes suddenly perk awake and she starts crying. "I had that
dream again Papa! Please don't let me slip away!" She bawled,
her tears streaming everywhere. She then suddenly became quiet,
standing up on her own as she walked off in the distance of the
blast. Her body glowing bright white, tendrils of bright light
strike from her, snapping at the scorched earth and seemingly
striking everything vibrant and back to life, scorched trees
started to show fresh green growth in their stumps. The cratered
earth slowly filling with water, creating a beautiful lake with
which life can start anew. After several moments she returns and
walks straight for Kayden before falling limp at her feet. Her
hands weakly raising for Kayden.
Kade then faced off against Xamphere, his irritation reaching a
breaking point. "You wield something without knowing it's very
nature. It's strength comes from one's own resolve. Without the
will, the fierce and grim determination to kill and to protect.
I also know that Ire cannot exist in a poor shell. You should
consider that a blessing, if it truly distasted you it would've
eaten your body and created it's own shell. It hasn't done so
because it believes you, as you are, are strong enough to teach
it things. It's not some energy to be manipulated, it has
existed long before you have and should be respected as such..."
He sighs once, looking to Sophie's weak form, knowing she will
be okay even though it doesn't look like she could recover. "And
that energy you think can dominate and tame Ire, it's merely a
variant of Ire called White Ire. You cannot hope to combat
Urdroxa's Elder Ire with something as weak as that, it would
never even allow itself to be fooled into self consumption, and
even if you somehow did manage to contort it in that way you
would create a black hole and end your own life just as fast...
Be careful with what you play with young one. You know naught
what you are toying with. The amount of raw power at your
fingertips would easily rip this world apart if you'd let it."
He shook his head, tapping his sheath with his pointer finger.
"But I wouldn't allow that if I were there..." He said pointing
over to Sophie. "Your hurting her with every second of it's
existence, and I won't let that happen. So please, I will only
ask you nicely once. Please just ask questions, I believe you
deserve to know SOME things about it..."

"Hah! I swear. I can never visit my own brother without some
form of drama around here." This voice had broken in as Xamphere
watched Kade in Sophie with a tinge of regret: seeing the little
girl's pain as if he had attacked her directly. Who were these
two? Though, his questions were quickly cut off by the single
voice. A cocky voice that carried itself with an overwhelming
pride. Quickly the voice had made it's true form known as a
large man of 6 foot walked out from a solid wall. His body
separating from the matter of the wall as if he had been part of
it for some time. Watching. Listening. He was a blonde man with
bright blue eyes that sliced through defenses. Calm eyes that
showed his very ego in his hand. He wore this pride as an
accessory. "So, Urdroxa is back, is he? That's cute. I guess dad
will be back soon then too. Those two can't be separated. It's
actually kind of adorable in a sadistic kinda way... Ain't that
right, bro?"
Xamphere couldn't help but to bow his head towards Kade and
Sophie; a tinge of shame creeping over him. He could only dwell
on how he had put that child's existence in danger just by
showing his own power. Who or what were they? Though, with this
new man now entering into existence he turned to face him. A
sigh is escaping his lips. "I told you before... You are not my
brother." He gave the man an impatient glare as he turned back
to face Kade. "You are right... I could have gone about that
better. I will not put her in harms way again. You have my
word..."
The blonde man smirked as he had heard Xamphere's words. "So
we're half brothers. That's no need to be cruel, Xam. And here I
am being nice like a good big bro.." Once again Xamphere had
turned and grumbled towards the man. The blonde man only able to
let out a laugh as he ignored the attitude; his eyes now resting
upon a rather pretty woman. "Ohhhh! I want one!" With that he
immediately disregarded the drama and walked towards Kayden.
Quickly cupping her hands into his own as he flashed her a
fanged smirk; his blue eyes shining with a bright kindness. "I
am so sorry if my brother had scared you, dear. He's still
young. My name is Enquebis Canis. But, you can call me... Your
future husband." With that Enquebis had given her a wink.
It was obvious in Xamphere's body language alone that he did not
enjoy this new man's company at all. His fists clenching as his
body's muscles with tensed with distaste. "So, my will is what
will give me the control I deserve..." He spoke to himself with
an interested tone. "I do not doubt most of what you say,
Kade... But, I must correct you on one thing... That power that
you say I use to tame Ire? You are mistaken... It is no form of
Ire... it is special to me... THAT is my birth right.. It is
specifically engineered to defend against Ire... At least my
Ire. I do not doubt it's uselessness at the moment against
Urdroxa, but, he is no enemy of mine. I have no reason to take
sword again that who I seek guidance from... That would be a
fools arin(sp). It would not even be ready for that yet. It
would take time to adapt to such strong Ire as his."
Enquebis couldn't help but to roll his eyes at Xamphere's words.
Trying his hardest to ignore the pointless talk of power. His
brother's "nobility" more of an annoyance if anything. They had
two completely different personas and goals and that was
obvious. Enquebis a bit of a play boy. Never too interested in
fighting or proving his worth. His only interest being the fun
life had given him. Xamphere on the other hand desired
recognition. Created as a crime against the gods: he would die
trying to prove his worth once again. He would do this happily
again and again. Enquebis speaking once more to the girl known
as Kayden. "What do you say we dump this pissing contest and go
somewhere a little more... Comfortable. Doesn't that just sound
so much nicer?" He winked once more to her before lifting her
hand; placing a kiss upon the back of it.

Kayden blinked a few times to justify that she was not imagining
things as a man appeared coming from a solid wall. She was no
longer paying attention to the other two males except the bits
of conversation she heard, and the mention of ire. What even was
that? She apparently knew very little about thw world or the
creatures that walked it along side humans. "Um, wait what?!
Future husband? I don't think so. As for him scaring me not at
all. Just surprised by everything.." she responded, ignoring the
instinct to pull her hands from his. She was surprised he was so
quick to touch her. Noticing his fangs she wondered what
creature he was. Books and movies showed creatures called
vampires with fangs, but at this point anything was possible.
"What are you?" she questioned, regaining courage.
She watched the two half brothers exchange words before the new
one put his attention back on her. "Where would we go?" After
the healing and all the displays of power finally over she was
returning to her normal self. She was ready to learn, have fun
and experience what life had to offer. If he was going to aid in
that then, why not? At least she was getting attention, which
she liked.

Kade chuckled and shook his head, having an instinctual hatred
for Urdroxa and everything he stood for, having heard that they
were all connected drove shivers down his spine. His hands
clenched the sheath tightly, the emblem began to shine lightly.
His teeth clenched as he watched the other brother. "More?
Ugh..." He spat on the ground at his feet, his disgust welling
up too great for him to stifle. "Honestly, I hate him, and
everything he was. He only gave me my body and soul back after
realizing my worth." He sighed, looking to Enquebis with a
smirk. "One day the woman will be wise and stab you before you
get the chance, I can see the blackness of that soul, it's inky
darkness wrapped in sin." His smirk widened, finding his sudden
advances distasteful. His face then slowly moved back to
Xamphere. "Thank you for toning it down. She really can't handle
the existence of Ire, even though she's a conduit herself." He
tapped his pointer finger on his sheath, rolling his head. "I
myself find it more of something to study."
Sophie slowly began to stir, she looked up as the blond man
began to speak such a way to the woman. She sat up and began to
tug at his pants, looking up at him confused. "What's a
husband... And can I come?! I wanna play too!" She smiled
happily, not understanding at all the subtleties of
communication. She slowly held her hands together and a small
white spark appeared suspended between her fingers. It began to
unfurl like petals opening and slowly began to take the shape of
another pure white lily. The interior however was colored red
and blue. She then looked up upon creating the flower and held
it tightly to her chest, proud of her new belonging. "See what I
made!" She smiled holding it up, it was made of pure solid Ire,
touching it would mean death in moments, yet the girl's skin
remained intact. "Don't touch, but lookit! Isn't it pretty!" She
smiled holding it up and spinning around in circles.
Kade nodded for his misunderstanding. "I apologize, it just
seemed peculiar, I myself never came across it." He yawned and
let go of his sheath, it vanishes in a puff of black smoke that
retreats beneath his clothing. "Just promise me you won't turn
out to be as cruel as he once was. Someone needs to set the bar,
and it has to be someone great. I feel like someday soon you'll
find that greatness and know exactly what I mean..." He slowly
sat down and crossed his legs, holding his head up with his left
hand he begins tracing his right hand's pointer finger in the
dirt in random designs. "If you would like to test yourself
sometime. I can offer my services. I was once a great swordsman.
An elite samurai, until one day my Emperor was slain and I was
banished, turning Ronin I continued on and searched for a
purpose. That's when HE found me. Bah, should've been more
prepared." He shook his head and shrugged. "Oh well..."
