       The Mad God's Descent
By: UrdroxasReturn Date: August 31, 2015, 1:09 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
It was cold... So cold. The mountain peaks, glittering with
snow. At the very top, miles up, stands Urdroxa. Waist deep in
the snow, his wounds open yet as the winds shear into his body
the wounds begin to close shut. Urdroxa's muscular body was pale
and covered in dried blood head to toe. "Nobody..." His voice
grumbles deep, his eyes watching in horror as his wounds close.
"NOBODY CAN FINISH ME OFF!" He yells, slamming his arms into the
peak, causing a massive avalanche as the snow leaves his lower
waist he stands now on bare rock. His body begins to give off
vast amounts of heat. He sighs and looks down to the clouds
beneath him, then back to the sky above. His body begins to give
off all of it's energy at once, in huge waves. He growls, deep
in thought, all his loved ones were better off without him. He
brought corruption, pain, death, hate, everywhere he went. His
own existence wrought for the sole purpose of destruction, to
rend the gods from their thrones and to amass their power. Yet
when he was created for this purpose, he felt deprived of
emotion, as a true warlord should. He played with mortals,
slaughtered many monsters and creatures, yet none could end him.
He felt deprived of a sweet release, he lived as much as he felt
needed, and with his purpose completed having attained godhood
long ago. His madness stemmed from this, the implausibility of
his own demise maddened him. "Fine... If this world will not
yield me a true opponent I will create one... I WILL have a
worthy death..." He raised his arms and black lightning from the
void of space itself tore open a rift to the Nexus. The rift
accidentally releases huge amounts of Ire, and once it began
eating away the very oxygen molecules in the air it began to
expand rapidly and slowly begins to devour atmosphere. "Good
riddance... This world was worthless..." He smirked sadistically
as he himself slaughtered every last person who could lift a
blade in this world, just a drop in the bucket to him. With this
final act, he leaps into the rift, which seals up behind him. It
was now only a matter of time before this world was completely
devoured and this world's data was being sent to the Nexus.
He was now standing in the vast white emptiness of The Nexus. In
the middle of the Ethereal Realm, a world completely dominated
by Ire of all kinds and variations, was a small pure white cube
       roughly 50 by 50 feet in size. It's material make-up was a
material named Grand Alabaster, a rock that regenerates a larger
portion of what is taken from it. Even with it's speed of
regeneration it still stays the same size and shape. Yet inside
the cube was a demi-plane in itself, the vast emptiness had only
one object in the dead center, a huge crystalline rose with one
petal unfurled so it's master may enter the core. Nobody knows
how it works except for Urdroxa. It's capable of recreating
whole entities down to their energy, and while it takes their
Data in the process it can use any amount of Data to recreate
anything wondrous, and when a Soul is implemented, it can do
even greater miracles. "It is here... That I will forge an
enemy, truly worthy of striking me down..." He smirked, his
energies still flooding off his body in catastrophic amounts,
his rage at his own self keeping the flames heated. He sighed
and stepped in the flower, the petal raising itself back as he
does so. He slowly closes his eyes and whispers a few words
ushering the crystal to life with color.
"Nexus... Create me a foe whose strength matches or exceeds my
own..." He says as it begins to draw power from his body, when
suddenly his body begins to grow heavy, the Nexus's task was
being completed, it was creating a foe for him using his own
energy, sapping out all of Urdroxa's rage, hate, and darkness.
He begins to scream as his flesh begins to boil, the darkness in
his body beginning to fight it's own host. "What! What is
happening!" The Nexus began to materialize wording in front of
his eyes. "THE ONLY BEING STRONG ENOUGH IN THE DATA... IS YOU."
With this the Nexus began drawing more than his negativity, it
began drawing from Urdroxa's memories, taking the ones that gave
him his drive. "FORMING ENTITY, XAR-DURO." His skin began to
tear all over, what poured out was a black liquid. He dropped to
his knees, his hands clutching the gaping hole in his chest,
black liquid gushing through his fingers. For the first time
since he was created, he felt fear. Glimpses at his past fled
through his eyes, bringing tears to them as he thought about his
brothers. "Razor, Kayis, Demon... I'm sorry...." He screamed out
once more, tears erupted from his stained eyes. The core of the
flower began to fill with this black liquid, he was slowly
beginning to drown as his eyes widened and his hands now grasped
his throat. The petal that let him in quickly dropped, pouring
out the thick liquid and the limp Master. Golden wisps of light
began to shine out of the core and began to stitch up his
wounds, the golden threads slowly ebb away as his flesh is
       renewed.
Then it began, the same cackling that drowned out his thoughts
and the one that joins his voice when he gets into larger
fights. His eyes widened, his hands clutching his face as he
watches in horror as the liquid begins to swirl, a pure black
hand begins to slowly rise out of the muck. It's fingers grasp
the edge of it's portal and a head slowly sticks up. It's bright
red eyes glare straight at Urdroxa's slightly murky ones. The
being slowly rises, it stands roughly 8 feet tall, the long
black hair of this creature mimics Urdroxa's it's torso's skin
was so tight the bones could be seen from quite a distance, it's
legs were snapped backwards and just as thin. It's arms were
incredibly long and each one had needle-like long claws. It's
body cracked and popped as it shambled slowly towards Urdroxa.
It's long hair hiding it's face. It's breathing was raspy and
dark, as if it were a long dead shriveled husk trying to draw
breath. It was eerie to hear, even for him. "BATTLEFIELD LOADING
NOW..." The Rose echoed out and suddenly the white landscaped
began to fade away into an open street of an empty city once
consumed by Ire. The thin creature now stands 20 feet away from
him in the middle of the street. Urdroxa tried to draw deep
within himself yet found no energy to awaken, as if it was all
taken from him. His eyes went their widest. "Could it have taken
it all from me... Is this... How I will die?" He slammed his
fists into the ground. "No! I was cheated! I must be allowed to
fight back!" He cried out, tears welling up as he wipes his face
and throws himself to his feet. His eyes now face this twisted
creature, it's body constantly twisting and contorting in
hideous ways. It's claws began to drip with the same black
liquid that came from his body, when it hits the concrete it
burns it away and begins to eat away at even the ground beneath.
Urdroxa winced as he clutches the scar over his chest, the wound
burning from the mere presence of the liquid. "No... I'm no
longer immune..." He looks down at his hands. "I'm... Mortal..."
He looks back to the creature, now only 10 feet away. His eyes
wide as he begins to panic.

       ---------------------------------------------------------
Loud snaps and the rattling of bones was heard loud and clear as
the shambling creature drag forward it's left foot, then the
right. It's pace was slow, yet it was easily the most disgusting
thing he's seen, then it dawns on him. "Wait... Disgusting...
Why do I find this repulsive?" He backs up, his face still
locked onto the creature. His eyes twitching slightly in
disbelief, his body trembling as sweat beads from his forehead.
Then the voice cackled from it's raspy and near dead voice.
"Haven't... you..." It's voice was very slow and laborious for
it. "Figured it out yet? I am everything that made you
twisted... I am your corruption... You've relied far too much on
rage and hate and now it's become your end..." It said, still
slowly dragging it's feet forward. "And when I've devoured
you... I will become whole and I will be in control..." It said
laughing maniacally, it's tone rather high in pitch. Urdroxa
gritted his teeth, deep down knowing it the whole time, he just
prayed it wasn't true. He then clenched his fists and turned to
run, but was cut off when the creature's right hand speared into
Urdroxa's left shoulder, his eyes widened as he yelled in pain.
Every nerve in his body fired off in unison, having dampened his
own system for so long he was unaccustomed to pain and fear.
This welled in his mind and threatened to drown him before this
creature had the chance finish him off. "Don't dare turn from
me..." It whispered, it's cold voice trailing off into demented
laughter. It ripped it's bloody arm back out, Urdroxa almost
paralyzed with a mixture of pain and fear. Xar-Duro clasps it's
fingers together and whips it's arms at him like a club, sending
him dozens of feet away with a solid thud. His body was rocked,
several ribs breaking in his right side. His body flies limply
further down the street, his face down in the cement, tearing
off the first layer of skin on his right cheek.
The creature giggled with sadistic glee as it watched Urdroxa
take the hit so easily, but began to growl. "Don't you dare give
up! I want to hear you scream for your loved ones! Loud and
clear, and MAYBE they'll hear you..." It's mouth curved into a
wide and twisted smile. Knowing that no matter how badly Urdroxa
called nobody would hear him in the world the Nexus created.
Urdroxa coughed up large masses of clots and blood. His body too
weak to get up. His mind raced, remembering every time Urdroxa
had killed his brother Razor, and his petty squabbles for power
constantly taxing the other two brother's patience and sanity.
"They wouldn't come anyway... There's no point..." He barely
manages to mutter. His eyes closed, and something began to burn
in his mind. He wanted to die, yes, but at the hands of someone
he found worthy. This creature, this abomination, did not
qualify. He then begins to give out a pained and pitiful laugh,
though quiet, yet still defiant. "I won't lose to you... Your
not going to take me..." He coughed more blood, yet this blood
had swirls of bright white liquid. In the back of his mind he
heard two voices, young ones, and female. Their gentle tones
rang out to him and seemed to soothe him. "We can help you,
Urdroxa. There is still good in you, no darkness can exist
without light." They sang in unison. He only smiled, his eyes
closed. "And why would you help me..." He grunts, coughing more
blood. "We HAVE to, we are a part of you." He opened his eyes,
they burst into life, red and blue galaxies returned to their
spot. "Just give me the strength to end this fucker..." His body
slowly began to glow with a golden light, bathing his broken
body. Xar-Duro hissed viciously and lunged suddenly at him, his
needle-like fingers outstretched and ready to pierce his heart.
Yet when the monster was about to taste victory the body was
gone and a blast of light broke the empty skies, creating a
pillar of light 20 feet away.
When the light subsided, Urdroxa was standing upright, his hands
at his sides, pulsating with bright white flames, a new form of
Ire. "Light has given me a second chance... I have Ascended to
fight once more, in the name of all that is holy, I will cleanse
you..." The beam of light struck Urdroxa once more, his body now
being swathed in a golden light. It slowly began to create
plates of purest white with golden etchings and holy scripture
written on the back of his chest plate. His body now fully
armored in heavy plate. Just above his horns levitated a pure
golden crown with black, red, blue, and silver gems decorating
it's surface. He smirked, now looking at the monster with a
fierce determination in his eyes four huge wings stretched out
from his back, the top two were pure white and made as if out of
marble, etchings in bright cobalt blue covered them, filling
them with their own magics. The lower set was bat-like in
structure with pulsing ruby etchings. He spread out his feet and
widened his stance, raising both arms in front of him, they both
erupt in bright white flames. "I will be the one feasting.
Thanks to a change of heart, I will master both sides now..." He
chuckled as he looked to the creature, it's face was a
featureless mask, except for a wicked smile filled with an
assortment of various sized teeth, all jagged and rotten.
"Xar-Duro... You're done!" With that he dives for the monster,
his energy arcing in a huge blaze of light, Xar-Duro's body now
begins to emit it's own putrid aura, dark flames erupting from
him. They meet in the center and when the two entities meet the
blast zone encompasses the entire empty metropolis...

       ---------------------------------------------------------
A hellish inferno, that was what the core of the explosion could
be described as. Each clash of the blade and the claws sent
explosive waves of energy out in all directions, causing
horrible tears to streak their ways into the skies. When Urdroxa
lunged the blade into Xar's body Xar's right hand came down on
the blade, plunging it deeper and locking it in place. It's
black blood crept it's way onto the blade and onto his hands,
burning them and exhausting his energy reserves even further. It
was with this moment that Xar used his other hand and pierced
Urdroxa's rib cage, gushing red hot blood onto the ground. His
eyes widened as he coughed out blood. Urdroxa snarled viciously
before twisting the blade inside the creature's horrible body.
Causing a bright light to erupt from within it. "Burn you
horrible monster!" He yelled as he pushed all of his energy
through the blade and directly into Xar's being, overloading
it's core. The monster plunged it's hand deeper into Urdroxa's
body causing his wound to deepen and pour more blood out of his
body. With a sudden twist and a pivot of his foot he drove the
blade straight up, cleaving the being in two and breaking the
mask it's head. It's face bore a resemblance to Urdroxa himself
except twisted and contorted by madness and darkness. Suddenly
the darkness from Xar's body crept into his wound through his
hand, with it's last moments of life Xar transferred his essence
back into Urdroxa, completing him once more.
He watched as the creature began to slowly fade away like ash
blown by the wind. The light in the skies dimmed down and the
armor covering his body began to vanish. The light was leaving
his body, as was his life. "No... I won...." He grunted, wincing
terribly as he dropped to his knees. Holding his side with his
left hand. "I can't die... Not alone...." He fell to his face
and began to sob. Pain and terrible loneliness gripped his body
as it entered it's last stages of consciousness. His body was
wracked with pain and finally he felt peaceful as his eyes shut
       slowly...
Birds could be heard chirping, soft voices chimed in through
them. "Is he alright?" A soft and gentle female voice spoke.
"Why should I care... That bastard killed me..." Another female
voice yet this one was cold and had tints of hate in it. He
winced, confused that he was still alive but even more so about
the two voices he heard once before. "Oh! He's waking finally!"
The lighter one said. As he opens his eyes he finds himself
tucked in a run-down bed in the same city he had fought and
thought he had died in. "Who... Who are you?" He muttered. Both
of them young children, the smaller one stood maybe 3 foot 6 and
the other around 4 foot 8. One definitely a child the other a
teen maybe. The younger one wore a white and cobalt blue gown,
her head donned a tiara with a large diamond set in the middle,
strange cobalt etching on it's exterior. The other female was
staring out the window, he arms crossed in a huff. Her body was
covered in black clothing with ruby colored clasps and buttons.
Her forehead also wore a tiara but with a large ruby with black
etching on it. Urdroxa looked down at his body, it had appeared
to go back in time to where he too was young, just before the
time where he perfected Ire. His body rugged and incredibly
toned but mostly hidden under layers and layers of bandages.
Each one bloodied. "My name is Mia." The younger one said. "And
that's Rhea. She's a tad pissy because you killed her a while
ago. It's ok though, she's back to normal now and I calmed her
down. Might wanna wait to talk to her though, she might add
more." She says pointing to his wounds. "You... You saved me...
Again..." He sighed, looking down, kinda feeling robbed of
death, but glad he was alive. "Thank you..." He said with a
       smile.
