JD sighed softly s he took his seat at the bar, the man's petty
insults didnt even pose any type of real damage to his body,
everybody insulted him on a daily basis until their lives were
in any type of danger then they were praising him and wanting
him to protect them. JD sighed and looked towards the bar keeper
before Roran and muttered "actually on second thought" he
muttered "I will take that drink." JD gulped down the first one
as the barkeep sat it down before looking towards the man that
sat next to him,"and you would do good to watch your tongue
dragon or there will be even one less silver dragon in the
world," the mead had no effect on JD and he wouldnt even let
that be the reason he had told the man off. "This mountain
belongs to my family as much as it does you which means I can be
here as long as I want to be." His lips twitched lightly and he
spread out long just to get on the man's nerves knowing he didnt
like JD's family but JD wasn't in the mood to play games he was
here to make sure the villagers even those of dragon descent
understood the law his family drew up. "So tell me Roran why did
you kill that man in cold blood?" JD's eyebrow rose awaiting an
       answer.
Before he got an answer though JD sighed "actually on second
thought I could care less, the man posed no threat to you
what-so-ever the laws of these lands will be taken seriously or
consquences will come thats your first and last warning." JD
growled slightly and his voice rose to the crowd, "that goes for
the rest of you to, if you intend to keep your life I would lay
off of your petty dreams of slaying the silver dragon and go
home to your family." JD sighed lightly remembering that when he
returned home all hell was going to break loose, he had received
reports that his older brother left and withdrew from the
family, his younger brother had faded from exsistance almost and
aparently the original starter of the family was supposed to be
dropping in for a visit. JD sighed and rubbed the bridge of his
nose before ordering another drink guessing his conversation
with Roran was over unless the sliver dragon wanted to exchange
       more insults.

As she slipped her sword into it's hilt he stopped listening,
she was refusing the fight, she was backing down... Did she
think she was better than him? or was she afraid? it was a
question that annoyed him but as he wondered he also noticed,
she kept out of his swords reach, at least out of it's natural
       reach anyway.
He continued to watch her though before thinking of a smart way
to attack, the area was getting warm around him as the blood
began to boil at his feet, the spires of frozen blood melting
releasing the guards the the horses corpse... A woman of fire, a
woman who probably didn't understand the difference between her
fire and his ice, but it wasn't important, most people didn't
realise the fact that where as they manipulate the element, he
       is his...
"What business do you have here, Yamato?"
Her words triggered something in his head, a twisted sickened
cog that made him realise she wasn't going to attack, she wasn't
going to fight him as all, she thought she could talk reason to
him, the way she had worded things, the way she put her weapon
away, she was acting better than him. Normally violence would be
a key to solve this, beat them into a corner and watch them bear
their fangs back but this woman was different, and that was a
very easy thing to see. "My business here..." He smiled as he
looked at her, his memory for the path's he walked running wild
in his mind, the young children playing, the market, the sch...
the school where the kids had left from, it was still day,
children went back... where was it, where, where.
He breathed in slowly closing his eyes and then smirked, he had
a rough guess but running through the street would be obvious,
and he knew he had to force her into violence, killing her
guards wouldn't work, but innocent children would, maybe even
she would have her own in that school. "Well you see..." He
slipped the sword onto the back of his belt buckle, it's blade
warping into it's own hilt as he did so. his eye's focused on
her and nothing else. "It's to..." the blood at his feet
instantly chilled, the heat she admitted was impressive but if
he was touching the liquid she would have no chance of matching
him. "Make everyone remember me..." He laughed lightly before
spinning on the ball of his foot, his jacket flung high behind
him as the chilled blood at his feet spiralled out in different
directions as a diversion and quickly he ran through one of the
small wooden doors into a house.
He knew she would be quick to follow, and he hoped for such a
thing, a woman screamed as he burst through the doors but he
need not care bout that any longer, for now he just needed her
to follow him to where he was going to push her to a fight, and
so he jumped over the small table they had and into the kitchen
before launching effortlessly through their back window and into
the street. He knew not how well she would keep but, but if she
was as good as she thought she was, she would be hot on his
       trail. "COME ON CHILD!!!!"

How typical of an Abyssal. As the blood froze again under her
feet, Akeria countered it quickly with her heat; creating a
puddle under her that seeped over the edge of her sandal. Though
this disrupted her grip on her shoe, Akeria was used to having
to maneuver around Ice as she grew up with a brother who was
also an Ice user. Growling low and deep as he ran though the
house and over the table, she shouted to Gracchus as he
       retreated more though the city
''TELL JD TO SHUT DOWN THIS CITY.''
Akeria's temper was rising, the adrenaline was rushing and she
could hear every little sound happening in the bustling city.
She had milliseconds to decide where to go before she would lose
him. Seeing the low-roof, she took the opportunity and jumped as
high as she could, pulling herself with ease onto the roof of
the house. rushing up the front side, she slid down the backside
before doing a dismantling flip to the ground; quickly her sword
was drawn as she caught him dead in his tracks just as he had
landed from jumping out of the back window. Her sword was
centimeters from his throat as she, with a low growl, scornfully
spat out the words ''You will leave my city, now.''
Her sword began to take on a soft glow of red as it emitted heat
just like the rest of her body. It wouldn't be long before the
heat from the sword would slightly redden, if not burn Landon's
skin from the proximity of it to his skin. ''I do not wish to
fight you, Landon Yamato.'' Akeria did not move her sword until
the last moment before she swiftly put it into it's hilt and
spun behind him; her leg flung out as it was on a collision
course with the back of his knees. If successful, this would
bring the man to his knees before Akeria.

At the instant her sword appeared before his throat his leg's
buckled and his body flopped backwards, the ground beneath his
feet and knee's freezing instantly as he slipped quickly beneath
her blade, though before he truly escaped he heard her blade
click back within it's hilt and the air of her assault changed.
Too many fights with his old brothers and sisters had taught him
simple tricks when it came to winding his opponents up, and as
he lifted one of his legs enough so her kick hit straight into
the base of his foot, and with his other foot he began to push
upwards, with his own momentum and the force she had added he
pushed upwards flipping slowly as he approached the roof
       opposite him.
"How about you leave what i'm going to crush child!"
He broke out into a mad laughter as his feet slammed into the
tiles of the roof, the shingles shattering around him as his
thick black boots dug deep into their structure, his eye's
staring down at her, the emerald green pattern within his eye's
moving like water. "Or did you want to take this seriously and
try to fight me?" He stared for a moment as the fragments of the
foot began to fall down towards the small alley, though as the
first shard touched the floor he kicked both legs out as he
jumped backwards, small shards shooting towards her followed by
       a thick cloud of dust.

The hair on the back of Roran's neck stood up at the threat but
he said nothing. Keeping both his hands on the bar, Roran sat in
silence as the Draconian scolded him. Who did he think he was,
treating him like a child? Insulting him so blatatly, in front
of these people. Finally when he couldn't stand it any more
Roran shot JD a look of pure disdain, "Enough." He hissed, a
thin icy white cloud escaping between his teeth.
"What do you want?" He asked, grabbing the mead in front of him,
taking a drink, he made a face and set it back down. Even the
honeyed alcohol, that he enjoyed tasted wrong now, these damned
Draconians knew off to ruin everything. Still seething Roran
looked at the man next to him, "Well, are you going to answer me,
or shall I consider this conversation done and take my leave?"
He asked, after several more seconds Roran stood, "Very well. I
shall take my leave." Standing up he started to walk away then
stopped and looked at Jd, "Oh, and give my reguards to your
sister, Akeria. She lways was the most polite, and attractive
one in your family." He said giving him a mocking bow, before
       heading to the door

Raising an eyebrow at the rudeness of her brother's entrance,
Akeria set down her quill and ink and sighed. ''there are many
things to talk about in the family. As you know, our brother has
left the family. I found old parchments on the family and it
seems that Draconius is not around to appoint a new Legend. So,
as the only leader available I am appointing you temporary
Legend status until Draconius can come and approve you.''

JD snickered as the man’s breath left out in a misty type form
causing a slight drop in temperature, where his hand had been
sitting causing a slight frost to appear upon the outside of the
skin. He breathed his own slight yawn almost amused at the man’s
reaction, he spit the small flames forward through his lips
defrosting his hand as the man stood and made his way for the
bar door. “You know” JD muttered and the barkeep saw a slight
smirk upon his lips. “Your dad and mom did the same thing
according to my foster father, just walked away when somebody
higher than them were talking.” JD was treading on grounds he
shouldn’t have been treading on but he didn’t care, the man may
be older but JD was an elder for a reason he had earned his
place as well as his brothers and sister. He shifted around in
the bar stool and as if a battle between giants was about to go
on the men in the bar scooted back as JD’s now golden eyes
stared at the man. “That would explain why they are dead now
won’t it” his lips curled up in a slight snarl formation as the
       words left his lips.
There is a reason he was the strongest second only to his
brother and third to his real father, but many people tried to
snatch that title from him. “So leave the bar and go back to
that stupid cave you call home and guard that pathetic pile of
treasure. I came here with a serious offer and yet you still
disrespect my family like your all high and mighty.” JD rose and
walked past the man, “and as of my sister I will tell her what
you said but I don’t think I would ever allow her to acknowledge
the existence of such a stuck up brat.” The words left his lips
in an insulting way he wasn’t holding back the words, for years
this one man had hated his family and for what reason JD had no
clue but he didn’t really care he just didn’t want him anywhere
near any of his family now, but JD didn’t move from the spot he
was at but instead turned around staring face to face with the
man daring him to say something disrespectful.

When he spoke of Roran's parents Roran froze, his jaw clenching
then unclenching, his hands twitching. Resisting the urge to
fight him he decided he wasn't going to give the bastard the
satisfaction, turning on his heel he glared at JD, "You do not,
have the right to talk about my parents, Draconian or not, they
were twice what your family will ever be." He snarled, the fact
he had brought Roran's parents into this, made his blood boil.
They had died in service to the Draconians, protecting something
that had been entrusted to them. Roran had never learned what it
was, due to the fact they came and quickly took what it was him
       family protected.
Breathing heavily, Roran calmed himself down to speak civilly,
"What, did you want?" He asked, through clenched teeth, this man
was an ass, a pompous one at that, but his family had sworn
fealty to the Draconians, and as such Roran was forced to at the
very least listen to what the man said. He had an overwhelming
desire to gut the bastard but he kept his hands off the weapons
at his hips. Folding his arms over his chest he stood there legs
slightly apart, "Well, are you going to tell me or just stand
there, and throw petty insults at me like a child?" He asked
       irritably.
