Hunger Games with a twist

So about 3 years ago we started an rp that was supposed to
eventually lead to a Hunger Games-esque thing. But we never got
it far enough off the ground. There were a few reasons for that,
and since I've gotten to learn a few things about starting these
rps, I want to try it again.
Here's the concept. All the characters are students at this new
fancy boarding school. They've been there the entire year, and
tomorrow is the big "Survival" Camping trip to "celebrate"
successfully finishing the year. Students have had all year to
make friends, enemies, develop crushes, form relationships etc.
What they don't know, is that they're being dropped off in the
wilderness for a Last-Man-Standing battle to the death.
Last time we started on the day the students arrived at the
school. That was a bad idea. Gave too much time for the rp to
die down before it really got interesting. This time we'll start
the day before the trip. Students are packing, talking about
hiking, fishing etc, and generally getting excited. but I need
at least 10 students to make this a good one. Anyone who's
interested, got ideas for it, etc, let me know! I'd love to see
this become a thing!

discussion. XD. I was a part of this wasn't I? Damn thats been a
long time. I don't think I even remember my character o.O. I'd
be down.

You were in it Anth.
Your Character was you, because that was one of the rules of the
game. But this time I'm going to make it more of a
reccommendation than a requirement.

I can throw out ideas, but I'm afraid I wont be able to
participate....no matter how much i'd like to.
I cant do combat roleplays, I haven't the experience, or
intelligence to effectively carry it out, and I lack a the know
how on rules, and general knowledge so......I can throw out
ideas, and shit.

Nobody in this rp is a trained warrior. You don't have to know
combat. You could know sabatoge, treason, trickery. Whatever it
takes to survive.

Unless you're from one of the first few districts. They are
trained within their districts before the games

as near and far as the daily routine. The ability to outlast can
often be more valuable than the ability to remove the threat. If
you can eat and drink and hide while they waste their energy and
starve
