Surprised, Sonya turned her head back; catching a girl who's
name was apparently Venus coming up. Offering a smile, she
raised and ran her hand through her hair as her emerald green
eyes sparkled in the light. "Hello, Venus. I'm Sonya. It's nice
to meet you." Then, the girl on the steps. "winter? The
pleasure, I'm sure, is ours. I'm Sonya." Turning, to look
around, she took note of something curious about the notice left
at the auditorium. Taking a moment to walk over and study it,
she tilted her head before shrugging and walking back to Venus
and Winter.
"I guess we're going to the field to meet our professor. He
sounds hot. Professor Rayne."

Venus was happy that both her roommates seemed nice. She was
even happier that Wnter wasn't draped in heavy armor. It meant
she hadn't missed some big announcement that everyone else had
heard. Of course, there wasn't a bunch of time for them to get
to know each other before they had to get to class, so they
would have to move for the time being. After getting to the
auditorium, and hearing Sonya's statement, Venus got a
mischievous look in her eyes. "Hot teacher? Sign me up!" She
then headed out to the field with her room mates, and as they
got closer to where their teacher stood, she put her mask over
her face. Hot Teacher was an understatement...

"Nice to meet you as well," she said to the other blonde before
turning to go to class.
Her long hair fell around her like a curtain as she carried her
books silently. Hopefully, the boy from earlier wouldn't be
there. She sighed. She was going to get herself kicked out if he
continued to harass her. The two girls talked about the
attractive teacher but Winter was lost in her own thoughts. The
place was crowded with students. Without much difficulty, she
dodged people as they walked by. When they arrived, she stood
beside Sonya with Venus to her left and glanced around as she
waited to hear what was next.

Hearing the two rambunctious youths enter his domain, Solaris
had awakened from his nap though he feigned a nap still; hidden
by the fedora he wore as the cloak around his body made the
mysterious man appear almost otherworldly. With a soft chuckle,
his crimson eyes opened and he looked upon the students in the
room and chuckled again before raising his right hand and
placing just the fingertips ever so gently upon the desktop;
swiveling 'round to place his feet back upon the floor under the
desk. With a bemused tone to his otherwise sister-esque soothing
voice, the man spoke. "Well, you two seem quite lively. Right on
time, as well. Excellent."
Then, easing himself back from the desk, applying minute
pressure to the surface of the desk, the man rose to his feet
and made his way to the front of the desk; arms crossing behind
his back. "Since this is only the first day, we'll go easy.
However, don't expect an endless flow of sympathy. Some of you,
perhaps all of you, or perhaps none of you may potentially die
before you graduate from the academy. Rest assured, though, that
you'd all likely die if you didn't come here, to be taught and
trained to be the very best you can be. Rather you come to love,
or hate me.. That is irrelevant to me. Above all, as you're
likely aware, survival is the true key. The funny thing about
survival, though.. " He mused, looking at the students in the
class, smirking a sinister smirk. "Only those who master their
abilities will. As you may be aware, your roommates will be your
partners. If any of you expect to get out alive, much less pass
this course, you will need to work together. You don't want to
know what happened to the teams that didn't work together.." He
chuckled, licking his lips, before continuing. "Don't worry,
however, you... probably... won't share their fate.."
As he spoke, knowing they likely didn't know his name, the man
decided it would be for the best to tell. "Oh. Also, because I
may have possibly forgotten it, earlier.. I am Professor Solaris
Amadeus, and I'll be your abilities instructor. Who knows. Maybe
you'll learn how to dodge, at least, by the end of the first
week... If not, the second week for sure. Pride, arrogance, all
these things are useless when trying to survive, especially in
combat. Show too much pride, and you'll lose everything. Any
questions so far?"

Rayne stood with his arms folded across his chest as the class
approached. The school only consisted of 48 Students; 12 in each
class. All twelve gathered together for their courses. But the
first years were comprised of four teams of 3, instead of six
teams of 2. When the students, arrived, he pointed to the sky.
Hovering about 80 feet in the air, and each spaced out about 50
feet from each other, were four platforms, each with a chalice
on the top. The professor wasted no time introducing himself, he
went straight to work, assigning each team to a platform. "Your
objective is to get the chalice from the platform. If you have
powers, use them, but the only rule is you CAN NOT fly! First
team to succeed wins." With that, he put the kids to work.
Little did they know this was more than just a class assignment.
A lot could be established from the way they reacted to being
thrown into the fray...

As expected, Chase arrived on time. The white fox nodded his
head to his roommate and partner in acknowledgement. Senrei sat
in silence as Professor Solaris spoke. Many students didn't care
for him, seeing him as the scariest of the professors, but he
was actually one of Senrei's favorites. He didn't beat around
the bush. He had expectations and the students were to live up
to them As long as they did that, there was nothing scary about
this man... He doubted there would be much discussion to come,
so he waited patiently, his tail hovering slightly. He had hated
being on break. It was time to get back to work.

Looking to Venus, Sonya couldn't help but snicker."Hey, lets not
think about that, right now. We'll have plenty of time to get
our panties in bunches over the stud later." She shook her head,
licking her lips, watching Venus head off. Looking to Winter,
she nodded and headed off after; emerald eyes looking all around
as she saw their instructor in the air; standing with the other
two.
Looking up, seeing the instructor, hearing his words, she sighed
and looked to the platforms he'd spoken of. Listening to him
tell the objective, chest heaving, she was glad to have the
leather armor on to keep her breasts from bouncing."Can't fly? I
can't fly anyway." She tilted her head slightly, wondering what
the best thing to do would be. Looking to the ground, then
around the outside area, she sighed; confused about what to do.
"Hmm.. I don't have anything that'll reach up very high.. any
ideas guys?"

Professor Rayne was GORGEOUS! But he also seemed liek the type
that didn't play any games. When everyone arrived, he put them
straight to work. This eas clearly no social gathering. Venus'
face fell straight behind her mask. She and Sonya could fawn
over the hot professor later, since Winter didn't seem all that
interested.
She listened to the Directions carefully and decided on a plan
of action. He held out her hands to the ground, and a small
section of the earth separated itself from the ground, hovering
like a small board. She floated it in a circle around her
teammates to show them her plan. "I can't move it and ride at
the same time. It takes too much concentration. Who wants to
ride?" He said they couldnt' fly, but riding on levitating
matter wasn't a part of their restrictions, right?

Winter frowned at the instructions given by the professor. She
despised heights, always had.
"If you take Sonya, I will meet you up there, " she said.
Ice formed under her feet and after making sure the two girls
did not have anymore to say, the ice she moved forward. Her leg
arched, as if climbing stairs, and the ice began forming steps
beneath her feet. With an icy staircase, she made it to the
first platform and waited for the others to join her.

Jake nodded back at his roommate when he enter the classroom .
He had heard rumors about this teacher and his methods of
teacher was someone what not normal. But jake didn't really mind
, as long has he could understand how the mans teaching there
shouldn't be a problem .
Your roommate for this semeter was also you partner too. In a
way it work out for jake cause senrei was very good in every
fiend . Jake wouldn't have to do much but he wanted to pull his
own weight and more if needed .
Our first task would of been easy if, jake could fly . Even with
jakes leaping abilitie he wouldn't be able to muster up enough
force to keep up with his roommate
