       MOW Generation 2 Staff List

       With the site being born anew, It's only natural we revamp the
       staff in order to better help us progress. So that being said,
       here is the list of Staff members Effective Immediately.
       Owner
       Athena
       Webmaster
       Rai
       Administrators
       Maru
       Soraya
       Moderators
       Urdroxa
       Let me explain what each position is responsible for::
       Admins are responsible for maintaining the forums, as well as
       keeping members up to date as far as news and updates to the
       site, and aiding members with any issues or inquiries they may
       have. Note: The Owner and Webmaster are also expected to cover
       the responsibilities of the Admins.
       Moderators are essentially Assistant Admins. Their purpose is to
       help Admins with anything they need as far as maintaining the
       forums. Also, In the absence of an Admin, Moderators are
       available to answer any questions or issues brought by members.
       If the Moderator is unable to answer a question, it is their
       responsibility to bring that question to an Admin to get it
       handled in a timely fashion.
       The Webmaster serves essentially as head Administrator. All
       Administrative responsibilities are shared between the Webmaster
       and Admins. The Webmaster is also responsible for reporting to
       the site's owner, and handling disputes which the Admins can not
       come to a consensus on alone.
       The Owner is simply the end all be all on all decisions
       concerning the site.

       Just so we're aware, there is currently no staff aside from
       Athena as the owner (you'll probably never see her) and myself
       as the Webmaster. Please be easy on me.
