Re: Curse turned Blessing?
By: JD Draconian Date: December 18, 2014, 12:08 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
It didnt take long for the dragon to make its way into Amelia's
body and make itself comfortable, a dragon spirit that had
seeked its host for centuries, had finally found a place to
rest. This also would alter the curse placed upon her, changing
it completely into the counter production of what it would be.
It was now a blessing that would be bestowed upon only one
mortal due to his power as a draconian and the abyssal of
dragons. He watched as the dragons spirit melded with her own,
changing her mental and physical appearance, her forehead opened
revealing a crystal...the same one the dragon had only had
moments ago between her horns, when the transformation was
complete, that was when the problems had begun. I saw
something... He raised his hand up in a form to silence her, his
finger curling into a fist before dropping back to his side and
resting there. His words lightly leaving his lips with a hint of
poison to them but not directed at her.
"Here they come, keep your mouth shut until we leave
understand?"
He didnt know what she saw but he could feel the air change,
their world was being disrupted, lightning charged through the
clouds before flashing across the dark skies. Each strike
casting the sky in a brillant array of white colors, most of the
dragon spirits made their way back to their caves seeming to
flee from the weather annomaly that was taking place here. The
ground was the next place to begin changing...it began shaking
cracking around him and Amelia to the point that they both stood
on nothing more than a small platform big enough for the two of
them. It was then that they made themselves known, the only
people in the universe that JD despised with every fiber in his
being, ten lightning bolts in total would strike the ground on
the outside of the platform outside of their reach. He knew that
this would happen and he actually looked forward to it.
The lightning bolts each cleared, their light fading from the
ground below leaving ten massive dragons surrounding them. All
of them were larger than JD in his dragon form, and they all had
different color scales and were different looking in every way.
Either way their deep golden eyes stared down at JD
accusingly...almost demoting him from his poaition with their
very gaze. The oldest of the dragons stepped forward, a dragons
whose scales were a bright golden color, as he moved the dark of
the sky seemed to completely fade casting down the light of the
sun upon them all. His wings were laid out almost perfectly,
stretched as far as they could go so that when the sun beamed
through, it cast the ground in a hazy mixture of colors. The
dragon gazed down upon the draconian and the woman before his
massive jaw parted and the beast spoke its voice enough to cause
the mountains in the distance to shake.
"JD you have been.....?"
Of course as he always had JD had no reason to stand here and
listen to what these old and ancient beasts had to say....no
reason for them to judge him when they would have left him and
his family to suffer their seperation. He just began walking
away from all of them towards the back end of the platform, as
he walked past her he grabbed Amelia's arm and guided her with
him towards the back edge of the platform. As he stepped of the
edge a sapphire blue energy danced over the air forming into a
brideg of pure plasma connecting him back to the earth that they
had been seperated from, he continued across the bridge kinda
pulling her with him by her arm rather lightly not to
forcefully. JD knew it wasn't going to be that easy to just walk
out of the council of gods....and when two of the large dragons
moved in their way on the other end of the bridge he knew he was
right. The two dragons ones scales a beautiful silver color,
almost metallic looking in appearance and the other one deep
dark scales of onyx covered his body making him look more evil
in appearance.
"So you are gonna criticize me because I gave a mortal a spirit,
one she deserved?"
"We are punishing you for doing it without consulting with the
council first, that means you have sealed her fate to die right
here and now and you be stripped of your power as a draconian."
The golden dragon stepped forward and with him the rest followed
different elements flowing from between each of their lips. JD
turned around to face the golden dragon, something seemed
different about him in that one instance his eyes were not their
normal yellow or sapphire color, instead they were a deep
crimson color. His black hair seemed to blow off to the east as
he rotated on his feet, as if some invisible wind had danced
through the area. His eyes came to meet the golden dragons as
all ten of the dragons parted their lips breathing forward a
different array of elements over him and Amelia. JD didn't say
anything nor did he speak as the energies melded over the two of
them like a dome trapping him and Amelia inside. Seconds passed
and to the council they were dead, destroyed by ten of the most
powerful dragons known to dragonkind.
"Recover their bodies once the energy dies down....burn both of
them......then..."
His voice died down as his eyes widened, he stared at the dome
as the crack appeared in front of it running from the bottom of
the sphere up breaking it altogether..sending the elements in
their solid state in every direction. A deep breath passed JD's
lips, his hand wrapped tightly around the hilt of an oversized
sword, the tip of the blade resting in the ground in front of
him. The golden dragon stepped forward again it's eyes radiating
with anger as they met JD's crimson ones. The other nine dragons
were on edge waiting for the order to eradicate the dragon....of
course JD only cared about the girl behind him's safety. The
dragon lunged almost immediately aiming for Amelia behind him
the golden dragon would kill her if he had anything to say about
it. It roared triumphiantly as its fangs sank into flesh knowing
that it could only be hers, its eyes slipping open to see JD in
front of him, his fangs sunk deep into the man's shoulder. JD
only smirked....his own fangs dancing from beneath his lips.
"Return home before you force me to kill the second
council...more brutally than the first...I gave her a dragon
spirit...deal with it. She is under my protection...if you try
anything to harm her I will add your deaths to my list of
killings."
With that he grabbed Amelia's arm once again and guided her out
of this realm appearing back in the room they had left before.
He didn't care about the blood that leaked down his torso, all
he cared about was that Amelia was safe from the council
men....but he also was no fool. He knew they would come back
with a vengance and on that the world would never see. For now
he would watch over Amelia, for now he would protect her until
she was able to protect herself....so his eyes returned to their
sapphire blue state and he raised his head to look towards here.
His lips curled into a light smile.
"Now tell me what you saw?"

She watched as her vision played out before her eyes. The
council to the dragon standing before them. At least now she
knew his name. She looked around remaining silent. "The
punishment for this is death. He's about to cause a war with the
actions he will commit here today." The seer dragon whispered in
her mind. What do I do? What do you mean his actions will cause
a war. "You do nothing. You would only make it worse and your
life would be ended if you get involved. This isn't something
that will be taken lightly. He's bringing war to not only
himself but to all the Ochoa's. The dragon gods will go through
each one of them to get to JD. It will eventually come to a
war.Do we win?You chose to say we, does that mean you will fight
if you need to/ Because your foresight will help tremendously in
the battle. I cannot tell if they will win it, but I do know
that with out you they would they lose.
Then the spirit dragons warning played out right before her
eyes. JD slaughtered them all. Was that even possible? They
were dragon gods. She didn't know if she should be intimidated
or in awe of him. She watched as they all died. Then heard his
words. They'll be coming after him again shortly. As I said his
actions start a war. Can I tell him about it? Warn him?It will
not change what is to come. But yes, you can tell him about him.
He may be able to call a meeting among the dragons. Come up with
some sort of tactical plan f action. Will the other dragons be
mad at him?Maybe, but they are a family. They will understand.
He may not call the meeting now. He may find another way to do
it all together. But war is coming. You should try to convince
him to at least warn the others. I'll try to, but I don't know
him that well.Just have a little faith in yourself. He may
surprise you.
JD dragged her back to where he had her before. He smiled at
her. She smiled back. When he asked her what she saw she reached
out with her mind, remembering that she was in dragon form. "I
can't tell you about it because what I saw has just occurred.
But I do need to tell you of the future. There is a war coming.
What you did today caused it. You need to call the other
dragons. Warn them about whats happened. Come up with some sort
of tactical plan to fight them. I am a seer dragon. I agree to
help you no matter what comes. You have my word Sensei." She
smiled at him again. "Oh, I know your name now Sesnei. Because
of the dragon gods saying it." She didn't bother to say the name
though. He was still her teacher after all. She would respect
him more than that. He did not give her his name. He did not
tell her to say it, so that meant she didn't say it yet.

Her words didn't even change his expression, nor did it even
cause him to flinch in the slightest, it was about time that he
brough the gods reeling before him like before. It was him and
his family that put them into power as a mediator and now it
would be JD that brought them reeling back to the world below.
SHe spoke of bringing the other members of his family into it,
that was the first thing everybody told him, that he should
bring his family in to help...what they didn't understand was
that he would not put his family through that pain. That
heartache again, he refused to bring them into another war he
caused, not when it was barely worth him raising his sword. His
smile it had turned into almost smirk as she told him she had
heard his name from the council, he had expected her to call him
by it but since she did continue to respect his wishes she only
deserved a small reward.
"You may use my real name now if you wish since you did figure
it out on your own technically, as for bringing my family into
this war...that is not an option. I will slaughter the second
council as I have done the first, these creatures are nothing
more than power hungry beasts that seek to destroy everything me
and my family built. I will not allow that to happen no matter
how much the fight tears into me."
He rotated his body around his gaze shifting to the outside
world, the sky had darkened the once white clouds now colored a
dark eerie black. The blue sky now gone only to be replaced by a
crimson red one, the colors melding together in the perfect
description of the councils power, they were gods after all. His
smirk only widened at this point, his serpent like tongue
slipping from between his lips to trail over his fangs, this was
the most excited he had ever been for a war. This though would
be his last, the slaughter of the council would be the perfect
way to end his career as a warrior of his people, as a figure
the dragons looked upon as their hero. He breathed a light sigh
before taking a deep breath and calming his lust for battle
rotating on his feet and stepping past Amelia and towards the
door, his words were light and would slip to her ears as he
passed.
"Come we will begin your next lesson"

So he was stubborn. Not yielding to the warnings of the seer
dragon spirit. But Amelia was in no place to argue. Instead she
bowed her head and nodded. She would not be the one that
convinced him of anything. He was the teacher, and she was only
to listen. He told her she was allowed to use her name, but he
didn't ask her to. He was still her teacher and she would still
respect him, not that she planned to argue that either. He was
the one who was teaching her, who saved her, who just
slaughtered the dragon gods. She would only trust him.
"I'm not going to argue with you, but I'm going to say this. No
matter what happens, I'm going to remain here, and help you.
You're not alone. I trust you Sensei, and I will always trust
you. I wont use your name until you ask me to use it. Giving
permission is not the same as being asked to use a name."
When it was time for her to start her next lesson she could only
nod in agreement. He was right. If she wanted to fight by his
side she would have to learn to control her power. The presence
of the seer dragon spirit helped her feel quite comfortable with
herself. In her new dragon skin. Speaking of dragon skin, with
the seer dragon making her into a dragon, she should learn to
make herself turn back into a human. She rather enjoyed her new
form. The third eye feeling as if it belonged there. She looked
onto JD. Her Sensei. He was among the bravest she knew, or the
dumbest. She hadn't figured that out yet. Taking on dragon gods
on his own. Why did he feel the need to do it alone? Why didn't
he want to accept the help of his family? She had a feeling she
would learn that and so much more as she went along with him.
