Pain, he had told her to pull it out to try and conquer it...but
he really didn't expect her to jump to the most hurtful memory
she could. He had to give her props for even attempting that, he
let it play out watching how much care this one woman had for
her brother. He couldn't say much for he feels the same way
about his siblings, though do to his nature his personality he
would hunt through the worlds across dimensions and to the
heavens and back to find one way to cure them of a so called
incurable disease. When the womans family slowly died off, for
some reason he actually felt a pull at his chest, he knew how
she felt at that point, he had thought he lost all of his family
at one point as well. He shook his head and continued watching
his golden eyes shifting to her just as her eyes slipped closed
and the scene around them faded. He breathed a light sigh and
       rose to his feet.
He appeared catching her head before she hit the ground and
lifted her into his arms, her purple hair cast over his arm. He
breathed a light sigh carrying her out of the treasure vault
watching as it filled back up to the ceiling with gold and
treasure, he carried her all the way to a deeper part of the
cave where a bed lay, with a small fireplace and other things
essential for somebody to live. He laid her down upon the bed
and pulled the satin covering around her, figuring she would
probably sleep the night away. He moved from the bed, his feet
carrying him to the mouth of the cave where he stopped and
merely looked out over the the side of the mountain into the
valley below. His mind was elsewhere even at that current time,
thrown off into the distance thinking back over every inch of
his life from beginning to end. A deep sigh left his lips as he
turned back towards the bed wondering in the deepest part of his
mind how could he teach something to somebody who wasnt what he
       was trying to teach.
The sun had began setting long before the girls eyes would open
and she would be staring at the ceiling..by then the cave was
covered in a thick darkness, the only light was the orange flame
that danced in the middle of the cave and it was just enough to
cast a silhoute over the man as he sat against the opening of
the cave. Beside the bed on a small table a plate of food had
been set for her, the food was still warm despite the fact it
had been sitting there for a long time. A small sigh left JD's
lips but from the mouth of the cave as the wind passed through
he spoke his words were only light and enough for her to hear.
"That exercise took a lot out of you, eat and rest up, you are
going to need it especially if you plan on conquering the pain
that comes with being a dragon. It is not an easy task, trust me
I know, I had to learn on my own."

She started to sit up. Trying to take in her surroundings. She
gasped as the room spun and she fell back. Her head pounded and
she felt as though she were kicked in the ribs. Repeatedly. With
the strongest boots ever made. She swallowed and rolled onto her
side. At least that didn't hurt so much. "I feel like I've been
hit by a train." She whispered and put her palm to her head.
"Does the pain get easier?" She squinted at him, even the orange
glow of the fire proving to be blinding. How could she become a
dragon if she couldn't even handle a couple of small tasks? It
seemed impossible. She swallowed and bit her lip, using her hand
to kind of force herself up. She would not let herself become so
helpless that she couldn't sit or eat on her own. A small yell
of anguish burst from her lungs as she forced herself to sit up.
She sat there, panting for a few minutes, holding her knees as
if she would fall over if she let go. And she probably would.
After a few moments the room stopped spinning and something that
smelled absolutely mouth watering filled her nostrils. She
reached over with one hand pulling the plate closer to her. The
plate was warm, so the food couldn't be that old. Avoiding the
fork as she realized she was suddenly ravenous she tore off a
piece of meat with her fingers and popped it into her mouth.
Flavor burst across her taste buds."This is wonderful." She felt
a little bit better too. She tore off another bite, and another.
Before she realized it, the plate was empty, she had ate it all
with her fingers with out even realizing it. she let herself lay
       back on the floor.
It seemed like she was only gong to blink, but the moment her
eyes shut she began to dream. The memory of her brother
flooding back into her mind."You're not dying." She told him
       over and over again.
"I am sissy. And mommy, she's trying to hide it. But I think
she's sick to. I saw something coming out of her mouth today. It
looked like blood." Amelia dabbed more sweat from his head.
"Well worrying wont help you get better. Why don't you get some
sleep okay?" She smiled. "I wont leave you, I'll sleep right
       here."
"Okay Sissy. I love you." He curled up to her, one of his small
       hands taking hers.
'i love you to Benny."She kissed his forehead, and fell asleep
with him. When morning came, she awoke, to his little fingers
being stiff around hers, cold within her grasp. She began to
scream when she realized he was dead. Her mother had to break
his fingers to free her hand. The sick sound echoed through her
dreams. Tears streamed her cheeks as she slept.

He had listened to the sounds of the cave, how the mattress of
the bed shifted under her weight, how it sounded when the pain
left her lips. All of it was heightened to a dragon, and she
would find that out when she was able to meld everything from
both herself and the dragon together. Soon the sound of her
eating food was apparent, he rotated his head to stare in her
direction the gold tint of his right eye was all that was seen
from beneath the long strands of his black hair, but his left
eyes was a sapphire color. He watched her even as she threw back
the last bit of the food and then passed back out into a deep
slumber, a slight sigh leaving his lips...maybe he was too nice
to others, something he had always wondered about. He placed his
right arm on his leg and pushed himself slowly to his feet with
a small huff, and slowly made his way over to her.
He stopped where she had fallen asleep and looked down, he could
see the sorrow that danced through her dreams even now. The
tears fell from her eyes and along the ivory skin of her cheeks,
it was enough to cause the lightest of pulls on his heart
strings. He bent to one knee and slowly pulled one of the
blankets from the bed and threw it over her making sure to cover
her up. He gave the lightest of smiles as he raised his fingers
up and trailed them along both of her cheeks wiping away the
moisture of her tears. Then he rose back to his feet, he grabbed
the plate from the table, and made his way out of the room he
was in and shut the door leaving her in the room as the fire
blew out behind him. He was sure she could use the rest, when he
made it outside the room he looked down the hallways of the
manor kinda glad that for now his brother was at the Den with
his family leaving him the homelands for some time alone.
He moved down the stairs from the single room not making much
noise as he moved along the marble floors and to the kitchen,
the tea he had on had just finished making his time almost
perfect. He grabbed a cup and poured himself a glass of tea
before sitting at the large table alone, he looked around the
house staring at the empty walls. No pictures, nothing like an
actual family and yet he still felt closer to all of them as a
normal family would. He closed his eyes sipping on the tea, he
just thought allowing himself the well deserved time off. He
could get used to the life of being at home instead of always
out hunting that which hunts his family. Dealing with threats
and tying up loose ends, this time it would be different. He
figured he would check on the girl again...he rose from his seat
and made his way upstairs peeking back into the room she had
been placed in to make sure she was ok.

The rest of the night was terrible. Horrible dreams bombarded
her. Her fathers death, her mothers funeral, Ashley's
confrontation. It was like every horrible thing that had
happened came back to haunt her. Eventually she began to toss
and turn. Which in turn caused her dreams to be filled with
twinges of pain. It was amazing how these small tasks took so
much out of her, and put her in the pain that she was in. The
rest of the night was awful. She wouldn't find peace until she
awoke in the morning. Her eyes slowly opening in the dim light
of the area she was in.
Her eyes opened, at first she was looking at the ceiling, it
took a moment to remember where she was. After she did though
she looked around for the dragon who brought her here. He didn't
seem to be anywhere around. Well at least she could go look
around. With some effort she sat up, and let her legs swing off
the bed. She found moving was easier and the pain wasn't as bad
as she thought it was. That the more she pushed on the more the
pain lessened. She stood up and began to look around the area
she was in. Something she didn't get much chance to do. Where
was that guy? "Hello?" She called out, hoping he would hear her
       and come to her.

He had been sitting at the table long through the night, his mug
lay on pieces across the room and his hands were in his head.
The night terrors, the nightmares were the reason he had always
spent so many nights wandering the world, flying through the
skies and slaying those that stood in his way. Last night was
different, when his eyes slipped closed he didn't see the day
his mom died or that he lost his siblings, he was given a
glimpse of the future that came soon. A future that he was not
ready for, his death at the hands of these slayers of dragons,
how could it be so. Since then he had been awake all through the
night his head in his hands. Thinking, and waiting for
everything to play out for the girl in the room upstairs to
awaken so he could move on with something else, more training to
keep his mind busy. It was then that her voice echoed through
the many empty halls of the manor and down the stairs to where
he sat. With a light sigh he rose from his seat and made his way
       upstairs slowly.
Each step up the stairs echoed through the empty house, dancing
off the walls and back to his ears back to his mind. A light
breath passed effortlessly through his lips as he finally came
to the room where he had let the girl sleep and pushed the door
open. Inside he seen that her pain had passed and she was able
to move around, that was good made things slightly easier today
would be much different than yesterday. He stepped into the room
and walked to the other side past the fire pit and took a seat
on the otherside of it. When his eyes met with the pit it
erupted with a sapphire blue flame that cast the entire room in
a brillant blue glow. He let it settle in for a moment, the
light and the flame casting the room with heat before he turned
his eyes to meet the girl that walked around, he took a deep
breath and pointed at the spot on the other side of the fire
       from him.
"Take a seat, I want you to tell me about your life from
beginning to now, the fire will change into the story as you
tell it. Then I myself shall do the same, I want to hear what
does pain you such, and I shall share the same."

She decided to take a seat away from the fire. If he wanted to
know about her, she wouldn't be focusing on the magic that was
in the fire, but in telling the story. He wanted to know all
about her. Beginning to now. This was going to be hard. She
looked up to meet his eyes. "I was born in Ashire. My father
fought for the king, and my mother, she became the kings
mistress. I didn't know this till later. When I read her diary,
but that I will tell you about later in my story. When I was
very young my father was sent off. To war. Or so I was told.
Actually I also found out from my mothers diary that he was
actually." She looked away from him as she said it, "A dragon
slayer. He was gone most of my childhood.
She turned her eyes back to his. "Eventually my mother became
pregnant again, and the king moved us to the palace. It was
celebrated as an act of charity. But I later found out that he
was actually trying to hide his bastard son. Soon I was the only
one allowed to roam around. Mother, I barely seen her. It seemed
the only one that seen her was the doctor. Then Benny, my little
brother was born. He wasn't ever allowed to leave the castle,
but I loved him. He and I became very close. Then he got sick.
Then mother got sick. The doctor said he didn't know what was
wrong with them. They both died. Somehow I lived. The king's son
fell in love with me even though I was still very young. My
father came home and said he would move me back home. That night
I started to gather my mothers things. I had just started
getting my menses around that time, so I was hoping to find
something to help me through that. What I found was my mothers
       diary.
"I learned about my brother belonging to the king, and the
reason behind her becoming the kings mistress. She did it
because she knew we would not make it with out his help. The
king was evil and often found ways to get what he wanted. He had
sent my father to war with the dragons so my mother and I would
suffer. Then she finally became his mistress, and he made sure
we didn't suffer at all. Then she got pregnant. And moved us in.
Eventually my mother told him she no longer wished to be his
mistress. Shortly after that my brother and my mother fell ill.
She wrote in her diary that she thought the king poisoned her
and Benny. She had noticed the young prince watching me and
hoped I would be spared because the young prince was in love
with me. But then my father returned after my mothers funeral,
having been injured in the war. The king had no choice but to
       let me go.
"I lived for a few months happily with my father. But he too
fell ill. The kings doctor said it was from his injures in the
war becoming infected. He died a short while later. To survive
on my own I became a barmaid. Serving ale to drunkards and
soldiers who got a little too handsy sometimes. The girls my age
were soon married off and no one but the prince wanted to marry
me. I think it was because the king threatened anyone who looked
at me. Years went by, with the prince trying to win me over. A
girl my age, Ashley, who worked as a barmaid with me fell in
love with the prince, as his affections grew for me, her
jealousy grew for me. And recently the prince asked for my hand
in marriage. Ashley couldn't stand it, she burst in and put the
Prince to sleep, then put me to sleep. During my slumber, she
turned me into a dragon, to punish me for his loving me. Because
as far as we knew dragons no longer existed. I dreamed of you
y'know. That a dragon would come and save me. I thought it was
just a dream. Then when I woke up, and realized I was a dragon,
you came to me." She looked down at her hands. "I haven't even
told you my name. It's Amelia."

She didn't sit at the flame and that was fine but either way she
still told her tale from beginning to end, she spoke about her
mother and a king.....the prince and his love for her......and
then a curse that would form into a blessing....all these things
could be painful to a human. It could drain the very life from
her and yet there she still sat before him speaking of the tasks
as if they had only happened yesterday, as if they didn't impact
her so much. His eyes shifted to look to the outside of the cave
they now sat in staring at the starry sky outside, finally her
story came to an end followed by her name. He thought Amelia, a
perfect human name like his own, but one that could never stick
around if her life really was to change this much. This Ashley
girl may come seeking her and he didn't want to be forced to
       kill anyone else.
Silence followed her story for a bit, the only sounds echoing
around them were the cackle of the fire in the room, a the wind
wipping past the opening on the cave. He thought long and hard
about his own story about the things that he could tell her from
beginning to end. His eyes slipped closed...even now all he
could hear was the screams that echoed through his life
story....the yells of death of torment....and then the roars of
a dragon. His eyes slipped back open forcefully the dark orange
flame flickering in his own eyes. Finally after a moment he
breathed a light sigh the flames extending to the roof for a
moment casting the room in a brillant oranged light. He spoke at
that moment...lightly enough for the woman to hear him over the
cackle of the flames of the howling wind outside.
"My story, if I tell you it could put your very life in
danger....so just so you know as soon as you hear this you can
never go back to the life before. The story starts in the small
village on the outskirts of the draconian kingdom where me and
my siblings were born...it was my brother Rai, my twin sister
Akeria, Me, Adrani, and his twin Kait...we lived a normal life
with our mother, we weren't any type of royalty back then...we
lived like that until Rai left off for school to the academy at
the age of five. Back then it was so much simpler, almost two
days after he left thats when they came. The slayers of the
dragons. They ran through our village killing everybody,
slaughtering those people that we had called friends, that we
had called family. Then they made it to our house, I pushed my
siblings into a closet to hide them before running out to find
my mother......she was dead by then and I was taken."
He stopped at that point his head turning back to the outside
world, he glared at the stars twinkling outside as they seemed
to peek from beneath the dark clouds that danced about through
the sky. He shifted to his feet at that point, walking towards
the edge of the mountain top through the mouth of the cave. His
eyes slipped closed, once again remembering back picking through
every little detail even in his own mind. The color of the
ground in that place, the walls and even the creatures that
walked about. The next place was dark, eerie and everything had
been snatched away from him there even his own sanity, his own
emotion. He took a deep breath spitting a small flame off the
side of the mountain before continuing from there.
"Where was I taken? That was the question I asked myself for
days...even as I watched the demons and devils that moved around
the place. They trained us...turned us into nothing more than
monsters but then I never knew who I was...not then. I thought I
was some human child taught to wield weapons and kill in the
most cruelest of ways. I killed many people, demons, humans, and
anything else that stood across from me in the arena. I could
never explain to the people why blades repeled off my skin...why
arrows never pierced me...and I definitely could not explain my
escape on the eve of my fourteenth birthday, yet I remember the
one thing...the only thing that sticks with me even to this day.
I will never forget the words that rested on the announcers
lips, and maybe that was why I executed him with the rest of
       them when I was done.
'Today ladies and gentlemen we have a special fight for you
today, our champion of the arena at this current point, the kid
known only as the beast will be fighting our previous champion.
The Slayer, so sit back and enjoy.'
When I stepped out of the gate as I had done for years, as I was
used to I stared across at my opponent into the deep sea green
eyes of the man that held the blade that slayed my mother. He
had that toothy grin on his lips as if he knew who I was, and
all I could feel was rage...anger hatred all delving deep inside
of me all at once. I also felt something else...something welled
inside of me, something warm that it burned my insides. I fell
forward clutching my stomach, and that was the first time in
forever I felt pain so incruciating that I felt death banging at
my door. I knew though inside of my head that wasn't the case,
then I heard a voice it was strong and wise old beyond its
years. It told me that it would take the pain away and said it
would teach me only as a favor to my father. I closed my eyes
and darkness was all that followed.....I stayed like that for a
       while..."
He took another deep breath at that point, his eyes slipping
closed again for a moment once again silence followed. His feet
carried him completely past the mouth of the cave, the wind
blowing over his body sending his black hair blowing in the
wind. He raised his hand up, leaning it so it was just inches
from his face...time passed slowly as he stared at the hand
which was balled into a fist. He opened the hand and
clicked...once and then twice using his tongue. More time
passed, the silence remaining all for moments, that was until
the flapping of wings could be heard and soon a dark black bird
landed on his index finger. He looked the bird in the face
running his fingers lightly over the glossy feathers, this bird
had been through the most troubling of times with him. Soon
though he parted his lips and continued with his story, he
hadn't gotten where he felt he could leave it to a close.
"From there when I awoke I was back in my cell, there was a
different guard than the smart mouth succubus that normally
rested there. This man was bigger and probably a lot stronger, I
heard the man speaking to somebody else, about me they kept
going on and on about dragon or something like that, back then I
didn't know what they spoke about. All I knew is I was in a lot
of pain and I probably wouldn't be able to fight for a few
days.....well they wouldn't wait that long so they dragged me
out on the battlefield....and I knew exactly what my guard
meant. My body changed, all I could picture was my moms dead
body....my siblings gone and I felt stronger, angrier. The pain
wracked my back, I felt the tip of something rip through the
skin and bone. I felt my muscles increase ten fold what they
were, and my claws I could see them, my fangs I could feel them
growing. I had become what the dragonslayers hated most, a
       dragon.
I don't know who my opponent was at that time and I didn't
care.....I lost myself to my rage I murdered everybody in the
arena tearing through my opponent like he was butter. The crowd
cheered on wildly as I licked his blood from my claws until I
targeted them tearing through demon and mortal alike. I ran
through them as if they were nothing more than food, the lowest
beings on the food chain....when I was finally able to gain
control of my body, blood covered every inch of the arena and my
body..I stood over the body of the announcer, he begged me to
just let him live to just walk away....but I couldn't. I brought
my foot down and crushed his head before beginning to make my
way through the hells and back home....but that is a story for
       another time.....How are you feeling?
For now I will not tell you my name for it signifies power where
I come from, but if you impress me you will get my name. For now
though you may refer to me as your teacher. So Sensei..or
Senpai....or whatever name fits you for teacher."

As he plunged into his story she had completely forgotten the
magic of the fire. She didn't want to think about any kind of
magic right now anyway. She wanted to listen. She wanted to
learn about him. In his story she learned about him. When he
started speaking she felt safe again. As if his voice wrapped
around her and embraced her like a warm hug. She smiled and
listened to him speak. Watched the curve of his mouth as the
words tumbled out. The story seemed to play out in his eyes. He
practically worked magic without even meaning to cast any kind
       of magic. It was mesmerizing.
The story was so captivating. She could practically see it
playing out in front of her, and when he got to the arena she
could hear the announcer, the crowd chanting and she could even
the blood as it splattered onto the ground. She could see the
innocence leave a child's eye as he was forced to grow up too
quickly and fight for for his life at far too young of an age.
She wanted to embrace the child. Take him into her arms and away
from that place. Feeling all alone in the world was something
she was no stranger to. If she ever had children she would do
everything in her power to keep her children from being alone.
She was taken through time and space, in her mind only of
course. It was a birthday. For one of her children. She couldn't
quite tell how many children she had, but there were children of
all ages running around, and she knew that more than one of them
was hers. She felt arms come around her and over her belly,
which held another child inside apparently. Maybe this was the
mutiple of children she felt? Or were there more? She looked as
if she were ready to pop. She couldn't see the face of the man,
but she was certain she loved him. She could feel it. He loved
her too. A woman, who looked vaguely familiar walked in, she
carried a cake. She smiled and took the hand of the one who had
his arms around her. Leading him somewhere.
She blinked as the image faded out. Like someone sprayed water
on it and it melted off the surface. She was staring into the
face of the man. His story Seemed to have come to an end. He was
telling her that his name would not be given. She was to call
him something along the lines of teacher. Then he asked how she
was feeling. She thought about t for a moment. "Well the pain is
still there, it's like a dull ache now. It was terrible when I
awoke this morning. But I learned that if I work through the
pain and embrace it, it lessens, and if I use it to push me
forward it almost diminishes. I would like to take another crack
at calling forth the dragon again today."

He could see the way the girl's eyes were drawn into his story,
the way she seemed to be taken from this world into the very
life he had to live. She showed signs of sympathy, signs of
wanting to protect the innocence of a child that was never there
to begin with. Just like that...slowly the story drew to a close
and with it the enchantment of the fire and his eyes. He rose to
a standing position as the woman spoke she wanted to try again
to transform to the form of a dragon, a small smile crossed his
lips at that point followed by a small sigh. The woman had
spunk, and more strength than he gave her credit for before..so
maybe this time she would get it right, even if it was to just
learn his name. His eyes slipped closed and he stepped forward
one step, and around them once again everything changed and they
were no longer in the room they were in before.
Around them the cave walls shifted, the rock fading leaving
either side of them open to the clear blue sky. Beneath them the
marble of the floor that once rested beneath their feet had
faded and they now stood on an invisible floor. Around them
whipped wind blowing from the east and to the west caught up in
a small updraft before fading around them entirely. The ground
beneath their feet, glowed with a deep dark crimson red color
that blinked on and off like flipping the switch of a light on
and off. He took one step forward, stopping only feet from her
before extending his large hand towards her, he would have to
give her exactly what she needed to survive...until now he was
the only draconian that had no spirit dragon anymore so maybe
that would help her...of course this was against his very laws
       of the draconians.
"Today I am going to give you the one thing that sets us
draconians different from other dragons. A dragon spirit, these
spirits they inhabit your body share it with you from day one on
until the end...you and that spirit will do everything together
from eating to sleeping. It becomes one with you...when I had my
spirit that was who taught me everything I needed to know about
who I was, but sacrifices needed to be made for a battle I had
to win or lose everything I fought for from beginning to
end....here there are dragons of all shapes and sizes, if you
       just open your mind...."
He would not even finish his statement before a dragon would
interupt his speech his lecture to the girl. The dragon was
considerably smaller than JD in his dragon form, but her eyes
were a deep white color instead of the normal golden color of
most other dragons. Between her two horns there rested a crystal
ball, the ball was filled with images that only Amelia could
see, images of the near distant future. That dragons scales in
the light of the sun were a light blue color, they gleamed
brightly making the dragon seem almost transparent as the sun
passed through her. The dragons wings extended back spread out
wide, the underbelly of the wings were a deep pink color as she
spread them wide and flapped them the wind would not have much
force behind it but instead would sail forward and circle around
Amelia. She would hear a female voice, old and wise beyond her
       years speak into her head.
"Amelia, child, I am known as the dragon of visions. I pass
judgement upon dragons and their kind based on the decisions
that they made and will make in the future. You child have a
bright future ahead of yourself and I myself need someone that
can embody the visions I have. You will become the seer of all
of dragon kind able to reach forth and touch one. With a simple
touch you will be able to read past, present and future. I offer
myself to you as the spirit that will protect you and you the
same for me...Do you accept child?"

She listened for his instruction, ready to take on the task of
changing into a dragon again. Even though the room had just
changed in a way that was different than any other time, she
wasn't surprised anymore. Though it was really cool, the way the
floor flashed. But the instruction never came, instead he was
speaking about giving her a dragon spirit. He explained that
dragons usually didn't have them, but Draconians. She vaguely
wondered about that. She wasn't a Draconian. Would that mean
that he was not supposed to give her one? Or was it okay for it
to happen, just didn't happen really. He went on to discuss how
the dragon spirit and herself would become one. Always be there
with her through everything. He didn't get to finish speaking
before her mind seemed to shut down.
The dragon before her was suddenly in dragon form, and the area
around her melded into a different area. It was an area she's
never seen, and she couldn't fully see the room, it was
surrounded in white and the image was slightly blurred. He
wasn't facing her though. He was facing what looked to be a
bunch of other dragons. They didn't seem like normal dragons.
'You stand here accused, of giving a human her own dragon sp-"
Then the image seemed to blend together, and form back into all
the dragons in an uproar, and slowly they faded away. She wasn't
sure what happened. She was suddenly back in the room and he was
explaining that she had to open her mind to it.
Suddenly a wonderful dragon appeared before her. She looked
magnificent. The crystal ball on her head flashed images of the
future to her. One being of one of her, laying down, she was
panting and sweating, and she was grasping her stomach, that was
large with child. So the image she remembered before, was real?
She gasped and wanted to ask the dragon about it, but was too
amazed. Before she could speak her questions, who was she, what
was going on the dragon before her spoke to her. But not out
loud, but the way he did, the first time they spoke. in her
mind. Her voice was amazing, it was one of the most comforting
voices she had ever heard. Something she could be comfortable
with hearing forever. She smiled taking in the comfort.
The dragon wanted her to accept her, and her future. She was
going to be the seer dragon. If she so accepted. With out a
second thought she nodded and reached out to touch her. Before
she knew what happened she felt a shot of electricity go through
her body, then the sudden pain and bliss all rolled into one.
She felt the warm comfort of her new dragon spirit inside of
her. Making herself at home. She became the dragon, body ripping
and changing to accommodate the new dragon spirit. "It's okay
child, embrace this, it's your destiny. Everything is okay. I'm
about to give you a gift, it's going to feel very uncomfortable,
I'm not going to lie, it's going to hurt, but you have my word
       it will be okay.'
She gasped as pain shot through her head. It felt as if her
forehead were on fire, with with the heat of the sun. She
screamed in pain, but it came out as a roar. A slit appeared on
her forehead and it opened, the opening at first was a dark
hole, but slowly filled with a milky liquid. slowly it became
solid and became a baby blue color. The slit opened and closed a
couple times, becoming a sort of third eye, that was like a
crystal ball. Something that would be with her forever. She
accepted it though. In all the events that had just happened she
had momentarily forgotten what she had just seen, but the image
flashed through her mind again of the dragons and him and the
trial. Tell him about it, but it will not change it, the trial
will still occur, that is the dragon gods." She nodded and
looked to him. "Sensei, there is something you need to know.
       I've seen something."
