Suggestions Corner

Alright guys. With the exception of the Real World rp and
various One-on-Ones, rp on this site has all but ceased. That
makes me sad. I have lots of rp ideas and they usually start
pretty strong but it's not enough to get things moving again.
So I'm posting this new box to get ideas from you guys as to
what you would like to see happen on the site. It can be new rp
ideas, events, structural changes, and if possible, I'll get
with Thena and we'll try to make them happen.
So shoot! Tell me what you like, what you don't like, and what
you would like to change/add! Let's bring the place back to
life!

Right now, if someone wants something (food, clothes, weapons
etc) in an rp, it spontaneously spawns for them. The idea is a
system of currency that rpers can earn in various ways in order
to purchase various items. It adds limits to the rp and makes it
more interesting. Or at least, that's what I think.

Currently and idea in the works, is a rewards system for posting
etc, that will be able to be used in a more hard core rp we will
be creating. The contents of said rp are still being discussed,
but the rp will require currency to go places, and in some cases
survive. Of course any not interested in said hard core rp would
have no need for the system, this is just an idea being tossed
around, that Rai and I are both pretty excited about.

It's cool in theory. Turns fantasy to realistic fantasy. But,
that would be incredibly difficult to pull off and maintain. If
you are going to go that far you mine as well get the merchants
and the shops and stuff. But, I don't think we have the people
for the merchants and shops though.

WEll the idea I was thinking of was making a forum to represent
a universal shop. Anyone could post there, and describe the
product they wish to purchase. We'll come up with an appropriate
price, and they could buy it. And if they didn't have the money,
there are ways they could earn it.

We would definitely look into that though. The people could
easily prove to be difficult, but thats the fine balance. the
less people we have here, the less chance of clutter.. its a
give and take, but the idea is there. And we are working on fine
tuning it in case everyone likes it.

I sure hope this does not create a prostitution problem...
But, seriously. I'd be down to be a merchant. As for the
universal shop... I'm not diggin that idea as much as actually
merchants and stuff.
