The Burning Depths

The ice cold snow stung on the bits of skin exposed around his
eyes as it cascaded down from the skies like a massive white
blanket. Nearly impossibly for any eyes to breach the thick
white mass of snow falling in front of them. The man's armor
growing colder and colder through every passing second as he
kept his hold strong on the man he held tow. The loud obnoxious
yell of the man in tow breaking through the roaring winds and
flap of wings. "You son of a bitch! You think these ropes can
hold me back!? I can break out any time I want!"
The man piloting the large, scaley, beast finally looked back
to the man he held prisoner in his grasp. A bit of a chuckle
leaving his lips before speaking in a calm tone. "So then why
haven't you? That's right. You're just a copy." The man scoffed
as he looked back ahead of them once more into the blanket of
snow. Cupping his hands down onto the beasts neck as he called
out to it. "Go down! This is our stop! Hopefully we make it
before our guest. Our luggage seems to be getting a bit cranky."
He laughed before the beast lunged down from the sky at an
immense speed. Goinging straight towards the flattened, broken,
tip of a mountain before spiralling it's body around it.
Raznor quickly tossing the man off onto the snowy tip of the
mountain only to calm step off of the beast. A massive blaze
surrounding the dragon before the flames settled; only to have a
baby dragon no smaller than his hand land on Raznor's shoulder.
The Razor copy looked up to Raznor with a growl. "Ya'know. You
didn't have to throw me. You didn't tie up my legs." Raznor
looked down at him as he pulled out a bottle filled with rum.
Tossing it down onto Razor's lap. "Drink up. My treat. I'm sure
our guest won't wanna hear your big mouth."
With that Razor wiggled a hand out of the rope and grabbed the
bottle. Lifting it up to his mouth as he pulled the cork out;
looking up to Raznor. "Our guest, huh?" Only to take a long swig
of the booze.

The gates of Hell
The place that had been the setting of all of his nightmares,
and yet this time he had to return to rescue another. The reason
he couldn't stay for his nieces birthdays was this very reason,
and even now the birthday party was sounding more flattering. He
flapped his wings tearing through the snow that blocked his path
on either side clearing the air from around him inching his
massive body closer to the location of the gate. He flapped his
wings again and roared signifying his target was within sight
that it was time for him to begin his descent. He laid his wings
at his side and fell into a dive towards the flattened ground of
the mountaintop. His body seemed to ignite fire swirling around
him as he inched closer and closer to the ground, a smirk
crossed his mighty jaw as he connected with the ground two miles
out from where he was to meet up with his contact, but when he
landed something was different.
]His body had shrunk down to the size of a human man, he was
standing eight feet tall with a large sword on his back. Around
his body there was a large crimson cloak, the cloak itself was
completely red but inscribed into the fabric wee numerous seals,
pictures and even words, but what stood out the most was the
large dragon that seemed stitched into the very fabric of the
cloak. It was stiched with black thread that made out every
feature of the outstretched dragon almost as if mortal hands
could not stitch the fabric. From beneath the hood his eyes
gleamed one clearly a deep sapphire color but the other, it was
a deep golden color with a slit carved down the center of it. He
began walking forward towards the meeting place hoping that the
guardian had not awoken yet.
It didn't take him long before he came up on Raznor and the tied
up Razor clone, his eyes shifted back and forth between the two
of them before he looked towards Raznor. "Is everything else
prepared, and has the guardian awakened yet?" He awaited the
answer to the question still on edge knowing that at any moment
the cerebrus would awake and tey would be attacked.

At the sound of a familiar voice Raznor broke from his trance;
turning back as a chuckle left his covered lips. Slowly pulling
up his armored hands to a black ribbon wrapped around his head
and face. Slowly pulling the fabric off to reveal the perfect
resemblance to the original Razor; only his eyes gleeming a
light green. Though that cocky determination still etched in his
expression despite the kind look in his eyes. "Oh, come on now,
JD. You gotta relax a little more, ya'know. Aren't you just glad
just to see a familiar face? Though I know the eyes are a little
different from what you're used to."
He let out another laugh before he walked over to the copy of
Razor; grabbing the rope only for Razor to glare. Speaking out
"Oh! So you're my other captor, huh? Well, it's a pleasure to
meet you... Ass. I'd shake your hand but, I am currently TIED
UP!" Raznor only shook his head before turning his heaad back to
JD. "And about the dog... He's gonna wake up eventually right?
So let's go poke the lions den, shall we? You lead the way!
After all. I am a passifist." He gave JD a sly smirk as he held
Razor up to eye level.

He shook his head at the both of them before grabbing the bottle
that the prisoner had dropped and gulped down the rest of the
liquid, before he finally spoke a light laugh leaving his lips.
"Lets go awaken the dog and get this over with I always hate
fighting this thing"
The Boneyard
With that he turned and guided them into the cave, from the
outside staring into the mouth of the cave you would be able to
see nothing, only darkness, but once you step into the dark
thats when the true nature of the cave revealed itself. Once
inside the darkness would lift, and it would seem empty except
for the large black onyx gates at the back of the cave. The
gates were snapped shut with a large black chain wrapped around
the two of them sealing them shut, these were the gates of hell
locked for all eternity to any but the souls of the damned
unless you killed the gate guardian. Slowly he inched forward
towards the iron gates, each step causing him to inch closer to
his nightmares once again. Fortunately for him he would not make
it to far be fore the ground would shake and the guardian would
be summoned.
From the dirt the bones of the dead and tortured that had been
slain here began to form, their bones melding together to form a
mighty bone dragon. The creatures eyes were a dark red as it
stared down at their group, their devilish look only adding more
to the beasts intimidation, it parted its jaw and roared with a
force that shook the entire mountain. The beast rose to its full
height and looked down speaking. "Mortals for trespassing at the
gates of the damned you will join the bones that lay beneath. Be
ready to burn in the pits of hell for all eternity" The creature
stepped forward and breathed outward a wave of ice that began to
make its way towards the group.
JD stepped forward swinging his sword from his back down fire
engulfing the entirety of the blade as it fell through the ice
stopping any of it from hitting him or the two behind him. The
beast roared at him before lunging leaping towards him, thinking
to take him off guard. He moved forward stopping the beast with
his blade halfway before he made it to them. He growled lightly
speaking so Razor and them could hear his voice caring over the
sounds of the beast trying to tear into him.
"Bone dragons can only be killed one way the beast has a core
around here somewhere I need you to find it otherwise we never
get past those gates. I will keep the beast on me if you guys
destroy the core."

Raznor slowly dragged the annoying copy behind him as they
trailed behind JD. Attempting his hardest to block out the
constant complaining from the copy since the time that JD had
stolen his newly received bottle of booze. The occasional "It's
unfair!" and "You shouldn't even be drinking anyway!" breaking
the silence as Raznor followed without a word as he was used to.
Though, he couldn't bare it anymore as they finally reached the
blackened gates; letting out a loud yell as he through the copy
at the gates. "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, SHUT UP!!!!"
The copy had slammed into the gates and slowly slid down with
head head down; mumbling under his breath. "Well, that was
unnecessary..." With a groan he looked up only for his red eyes
to go wide at the sight of the massive dragon forming between
him and the other two. Screaming out to them as he sat against
the wall; still tied up. "GUYS!!!! WHAT THE HELL!?!?!? THERE'S A
GIANT FUCKING DRAGON... THING!!!! SOMEONE GET OVER HERE AND
UNTIE ME!!!"
Though, the dragon remained focused on JD and Raznor as it
attacked only for it to be denied by JD's blazing blade. Leaving
the beasts defenses wide open for Raznor to desolve into the
darkness. His body once again forming over the beast's head and
landing on the clumps of bone and skulls. "A core, huh? Well,
this would be my best guess then!"
Raznor quickly shoved his palms down onto the beasts head; a
mass of shadow shooting out from his body and cascading down
over the beasts entire upper body. Immediately crushing down and
condensing the top half of the beast into a dark ball the size
of a marble. Raznor's body immediately falling to the ground and
into his feet as he stumbled to keep his footing. Holding out
the black marble as it slowly desolved into nothing and
swallowed by the darkness. "Think that was enough?" He smirked
to JD with his back turned to what just consisted of the beasts
lower body.
