Re: Outside

Once Jasper had confirmed that there was no serious injury, a
wave of relief overcame him, however, that was the exact moment
Aoife was waiting for; The moment that he lowered his guard. His
eyes filled with splotches of bright orange as he looked up at
his aggressor. Though the color was new, his expression would
surely make it clear that it represented surprise. It only
lasted a second, however, as it was quickly replaced with a cool
and confident grin. Bright colored irises responded to his
change in demeanor by pouring in with a deep purple.
He made no attempt to fight back, and despite the fact that
Aoife was much lighter than him, and her weight could do little
to keep him down if he wished to get up, he didn't attempt to
push her off, or lift her from his form. "And if I don't?" He
asked, his bottom lip finding itself caught between his teeth.
That would probably be enough to bring the somewhat erotic
nature of their position to her attention, resulting in a bright
red face, and ultimately, submission. Of course, he could be
wrong...

“If you don’t..?” She found herself purring the words, musing
with a slightly husky voice as her eyes trailed down his face.
Her gaze settled on his lips, catching the subtly with which his
teeth captured his bottom lip and oh goodness if was very
sensual. Aoife’s face immediately lit up with a dark red, her
head turning so she couldn’t look at him, in turn flinging more
of her wet hair in his face. “If you don’t then you don’t.” She
said simply, trying to play cool as she climbed off of him. “I
just think you should know it was mean to get me so wet…” Did
she really just say that? Let the sexual innuendos begin! Aoife
plopped back onto her bottom, combing her fingers through her
hair to get the thick strands out of her face as she groaned in
embarrassment, hoping his mind wasn’t as far in the gutter as
hers.

He shoots, he scores! Aoife reacted to Jasper's rebuttal almost
exactly the way he expected. Victory shone on his face as her's
turned red once more, and she tried to collect her composure.
He wriggled his nose as the woman's hair floated across his
face, but it didn't take away from his win one bit. He sat up
as she climbed off of him, content with the situation. And then
the bonus points!
Renegade had to stop himself from bursting into a fit of
laughter after Aoife's comment, but it was clear in his face
that he didn't miss the double meaning there. He bent forward,
so that he could speak directly into her ear in a low voice that
matched the sensuous expression he had offered her before. "I'm
sorry. If you don't like getting wet I guess I can try to behave
from now on." He winked before standing to his feet, turning
around, and bending down in front of the woman. "You shouldn't
walk on that ankle" He said, returning to his normal composure
as if someone had just hit the "off" switch on the sexy radar.
"Hop on"

No! He caught onto it. She could just die from embarrassment
right now; curling up in a hole seemed perfect. Or maybe the
earth could open and swallow her whole--anything to get away
from the embarrassment she was currently going through. To make
it worse, Jasper flipped a switch and suddenly became extremely
enticing. Being the girl she was, Aoife became tongue-tied,
unable to shoot back a witty remark to salvage what little of
her ego remained. And then it all vanished. On the drop of a
dime Jasper reverted back to his ‘normal’ self, no longer
talking in that sensual voice. It wasn’t fair, it really wasn’t.
Aoife furrowed her brows, trying her best to act as composed as
possible as she struggled to get to her feet. “Are you sure
that’s a good idea? You could hurt yourself or something--even
worse, I could break you.” It wasn’t like she was calling
herself ‘fat’ or ‘big’, in fact she was more worried about
somehow finding a way to injure him even if she wasn’t walking.
There was always the possibility she could elbow him in the head
or accidentally choke him to death, but if he was so insistent
on her not walking then she would unwillingly oblige. With a
soft sigh Aoife gave a little jump to reach up to Jasper’s back,
quickly circling her legs around his torso so she wouldn’t slip
down. “Everything good? I’m not kicking you... anywhere, am I?”
The last thing she needed was to be accidentally kicking him in
his precious spot.

"Break me, huh?" The truth was, Jasper's mind was still miles
deep in the gutter. His first thought was something about being
the one to break her, though his thought process wasn't nearly
as innocent as hers. His demeanor didn't reflect his thoughts,
however. "I'm sure I'll be fine." He said simply, finding surely
enough that she weighed practically nothing. He grabbed hold of
her legs, just above the knees, as not to bee too offensive, for
support and began traversing the maze once more. He had barely
taken two steps forward, however, when he stopped, listening to
Aoife's question in amusement.
"Are you saying you're not aware of where your legs and feet
are?" He asked with a laugh. Her feet were hooked around his
lower abdomen, a good safe distance from anywhere damaging.
"Maybe your mind is just somewhere it shouldn't be, hmm?"
It didn't take much longer for them to arrive at the exit. At
the end of the maze was a second garden, however this one was
much different than the first. all of the flowers were white,
instead of the multiple colored flowers at the center. It was
polluted with white roses, lillies and many other gorgeous
blossoms. Instead of a fountain, there was a beautiful white
gazebo, which was wrapped in vines almost perfectly
symmetrically. The lights were dimmer, and the perfect half moon
could be seen floating far above. Jasper carried Aoife to the
Gazebo, and bent down, enabling her to have a seat. He then
seated himself next to her. "How's it feeling?" He asked,
concern still reigning in his voice. Nothing to create a
romantic environment like bodily injury, right?

Aoife wrinkled her nose at his words, blowing out a puff of hot
air against his neck. “Well, tell me if I’m choking you, and I
promise not to get too excited and accidentally punch you in the
face or something stupid..” He had a fair warning now, so he
couldn’t be mad at her if she really did hit him. She prepared
herself for a bumpy ride, tightening her legs around his waist,
when he stopped. “I’m aware!” Quick to defend herself, though
her bashfulness soon took over. “I just don’t want to think
about... that.” She said, adding emphasis so he would get the
gist of what she was hinting at, which made her feel even more
embarrassed. Unable to put up a fight any longer, Aoife gave up
with defending herself and simply buried her face in the back of
his neck in shame that he knew she was thinking
less-than-innocent thoughts.
They traversed the maze quickly and soon they arrived in another
garden, though this one was decorated with white flowers and a
white gazebo rather than another fountain. Aoife let out a
dreamy sigh, leaning her head against Jasper’s shoulder as she
looked about. “It’s so pretty; it would make a beautiful
picture.” She mused with a small smile, eyes alight with awe,
even when he set her down at the gazebo. At his question she
lifted up her foot to show off the dark bruises beginning to
rise, slowly bending it to see just how much pain it was in.
“It’s.. alright. Throbs a little and hurts when I do that.” She
winced as she bent her ankle too far, causing a sharp pain to
jolt her leg. “What about you, Doctor? Do you think I’ll
survive?” A playful twinkle entered her hazel eyes as she looked
to him, extending her foot out towards him so he could get a
better look.

The odd-eyed Actor chuckled as he walked, listening to the timid
words of the woman on his back. He couldn't help but to note how
cute she was. She had gone from combative to bashful in a matter
of minutes, and it didn't take much longer for her to simply
give in. He wouldn't have been surprised if she had fallen
asleep up there, but she didn't. She was simply taking in the
sights.
Jasper hadn't judged her for what she had revealed to him. How
could he? It wasn't as if he hadn't had an impure thought or two
himself! Besides, they were adults. There was no need to treat
it like a High School exchange. He was distracted to his
reasoning once more, however, when they arrived at the second
garden. He couldn't speak in response when Aoife commented on
the beauty of the site, so he simply nodded his head. It lacked
the color that the first garden had, but somehow, that was a
part of it's charm. It was as if the simplicity of it was what
made it a thing of absolute beauty. In his mind, Jasper couldn't
help but to compare the garden to Aoife, but he dare not speak
his thoughts... Not now...
Jasper sighed as he examined the woman's ankle once more. He
couldn't help but feel responsible, since she fell chasing
him.He caught her foot when her movements caused her enough pain
to bring about a wince. "Don't move it." He said calmly. It made
him feel better though, when she was able to joke about it.
"Well, I think, if you remain under my care for a day or two,
you'll be just fine." He said, in his best doctor voice, playing
along happily. He then took a seat next to her and looked around
at the sights. It wouldn't be long before the cameras -did- come
looking for them. But for now, he just wanted to enjoy the
moment. After enjoying the sights, though, it would be time for
them to head back. Once more, he bend down before the woman.
"Ready to head back?" He asked, lifting her onto his back when
she was ready, and following the back back around to the
entrance so they could head back to the house.

Aoife’s smile faltered when he grabbed her foot, stopping all
movement so she wouldn’t hurt it anymore. A nod of her head
signaled her agreement to his words, and in the next breath she
was smiling at him with another bright smile, rolling her eyes
yet continuing to play along. “So I can look forward to you
feeding me soup and fluffing up my pillow, eh?” Now that she
thought about it, Aoife quite liked the thought of being catered
to—especially if the man feeding her chicken noodle soup was the
famous, and quite handsome, Jasper McGill. “Right, Doctor?” The
flirtatious purr in her voice was involuntary, though she paid
no mind to it as they settled into a nice silence. Aoife took
that time to look around, admiring the simplistic beauty of the
garden. After several long minutes she came to the conclusion
that she liked this garden far better than the first. No flashy
colors, just simple white flowers and a simple white gazebo.
Simple was Aoife’s favorite thing.
Like all good things, their time out of the house had to come to
an end. With a groan and a disappointed sigh, Aoife lazily
climbed onto his back, legs wrapping around his torso as her
upper body rested carelessly against his back. “Not really, but
I’ve got no choice, huh?” She said in a playfully whiny tone,
resting her chin against his shoulder and her cheek against his
as he carried her back to the house, eyes taking in whatever
they could before she’d be trapped back inside.

Jasper grinned in response to Aoife's question. "So you're
requesting inpatient services?" He laughed as he examined her
leg one final time. "I'll require a room key for that. Or were
you planning to stay in my room?" It was interesting the way she
flirted when she wasn't conscious of it. Something told Jasper
that Aoife wasn't too aware of herself in some areas. Perhaps
she was the type to be into roleplay? Ironic, considering she
was an award-winning actress. Darn! There go those pesky
thoughts again!
"Well the other option is to sleep in the grass out here."
Jasper said with a laugh as he lifted the woman onto his back.
He wondered how much time had passed since they left the house.
IT had to have been at least an hour or two...He leaned his head
toward hers slightly as she pressed her cheek against his,
teasing her just a bit as they made their way back into the
neighborhood. There was a feeling of peace that had come over
him that he couldn't help but to embrace as they walked down the
road toward the house, but he had to admit, a portion of that
peace flew away like a bird as they approached the house.
Jasper didn't bother asking Aoife where she wanted to go. He
carried her to his room, releasing one of her legs just long
enough to unlock and open the door. He then sat her gently on
the edge of his bed and walked off, first to a halfway unpacked
suitcase, and then all the way out of the room. He returned a
few moments later with a bag of ice, wrapped carefully in a
washcloth, which he placed on the counter before lifting the
woman, and positioning her so that she sat against the
headboard. he then applied the icebag to her swollen ankle,
caring for it more tenderly than one would have expected from
him. "You know, the valet service will be added to your medical
bill" He said with a smile, an odd mix of colors floating across
his smiling irises...

Aoife couldn’t find it in herself to reply to his suggestive
remarks; the mention of staying in his room brought heat to her
cheeks in the form of a dark blush. With a clear of her throat
Aoife latched onto the topic change and ran with it, not wanting
such intimate thoughts running through her head. “Honestly,
sleeping out under the stars would be amazing... and hard.” It
took her a second to realize what came out of her mouth. Hazel
eyes widened in shock as she wriggled around on his back, eager
to save herself from further embarrassment. “The ground. It’s
hard. It would hurt my back...” There, hopefully that was a
smooth enough recovery for him not to think she was some
suggestive pervert who wanted to shack up with him.
She wasn’t sure how much longer she could take his flirtatious
teasing. It was killing her. When he leaned his cheek against
hers she was far too nervous to move her head away--besides, she
kind of liked it. But only a little bit. The longer they walked
the more tired she got, the bouncing of his steps lulling her
half-asleep with the steady rhythm. By the time they made it
back to the house her eyes were half closed and her nose was
nuzzled into his neck, unconscious that her lips brushed against
his neck with every step he took that jostled her. Besides, she
quite liked the smell of his cologne she got every time she took
a breath in. It was quite intoxicating, if she said so herself.
Aoife was fully expecting him to drop her off at her own room,
the doctor-patient scene forgotten or at least pushed aside.
She was completely surprised when he set her down on the edge of
his bed. Too shocked to leave, Aoife remained on his bed until
he returned with a bag of ice wrapped in a washcloth. Her body
moved much like a doll’s, being positioned by his guiding hands
as he settled her back against the headboard of his bed. It was
when he pressed the icebag to her ankle did she finally snap
back to reality, wincing at the sudden unexpected pressure
before she got used to the dull throb. Hazel eyes caught his,
wide with innocence and awe. “I’m sure my insurance can cover
that...” She mumbled, brows furrowing ever so slightly as she
moved her hips side to side to get a little more comfortable on
his bed. “So. If I’m staying here, where will you sleep?”
