Forbidden Realm RP

So You're on your computer. You've made your character, and
exploring the Forbidden Realm for the First Time (Except the
Beta testers, of course) You've just started to get used to the
commands, when all of a sudden, you black out! You awaken to
discover that things aren't right. You're in the body of your
created character! And instead of safe at home, you're
surrounded by the world of the Forbidden Realm! The land,
buildings, people, even the water have taken physical form! Shit
is about to hit the fan! What do you do?

"Ugh..." A low groan traveled into the wild as Candice opened
her eyes, vision still blurry. "What happened?"She rubbed her
eyes as she rose to her feet. The first thing she noticed was
that her balance seemed off. Her equilibrium was off, and she
was too high off the ground, like she was standing on a stool!
As her vision cleared, she quickly noticed that that wasn't the
case! She had grown at least six inches taller! As she looked
down at her figure, she noticed that many things had changed!
Her skin had grown a few shades lighter, and she was wearing...
OH GOD!! She felt the need to cover up! She couldn't be seen in
public in this!
But where was she? The area -did- look familiar, but she was
sure she had never been there before..."What's going on?" It was
then she realized that her voice was muffled. She was wearing a
mask? A few feet away was a small lake. She felt awkward walking
over to it, with her suddenly longer legs, but when she made it,
and saw her own reflection, she couldn't believe her eyes. "I'm
Jade!" Was this a dream?
She tried to recall the last thing she remembered doing... She
was playing Forbidden Realm with her friend. Suddenly she
gasped, looking around for her companion. Could she have been
somewhere nearby too? What the hell was going on? She needed
some answers, and she needed them quickly...

Donald had finally come home from work, and was looking to play
this new "Forgotten Realms" Game. He had been waiting on it for
hours now. He walked into his room, and stripped down to his
shorts, grabbed his drink, and sat down in his favorite chair.
He was now ready to plug in his new found game and see what he
could be that suited his fancy. As he scrolled through the
classes, he decided he wanted to be a Druid. As he logged into
his character, he felt a sudden dizziness strike him. He closed
his eyes, and let his controller drop to the ground. Within
moments he would be completely asleep in his chair facing the TV
screen with his character chosen and the loading screen up on
it.
As Donald opened his eyes, he would see he was in the middle of
a huge forest. This would shock anyone, and then Donald noticed
he was in different grabs. They looked of Seaweeds and bark. He
was holding a long staff, with a dark green crystal on top of
it. He looked at himself in a near by stream to discover his
face had changed, his clothes, and his voice were changed
somehow. He felt like he knew exactly who he was. He turned
around knowing that he had become his video game character
finally. His life long dream, to have a new exciting life had
finally came true. He saw "Jade" from "Mortal Kombat" running
around, and he had to meet her. With a dash, he was on his way
to talk to her.
"Holy shit............ Is that Jade over there?" Donald ran
rather well without straining himself. He guessed it was because
of the game mechanics. When he stopped by this woman, he
couldn't help look her up and down. With a tilt of his hat and a
nod to the lady. He had many options to choose from on to how to
talk to this girl, so he choose the nerd out one. " Do this
place is so cool, how long have you been playing?" He would ask
in a very enthused voice.

Candice nearly jumped out of her skin when she heard the man
approaching. She instinctively took a step back from him, but
couldn't help but feel slightly comforted to hear that he
recognized the influence for her character. Her comfort only
lasted a moment though. He didn't seem phased by the fact that
they weren't inside their natural bodies in the lead. "So we're
actually inside the game? And you're not freaked out?" Though,
to her ears, her voice sounded muffled, the game schematics made
it so that it would sound perfectly clear to the man listening
to her.
"How the hell did this happen? I can't stay here all night! I
have an 8am class!" The man's casual question distracted her
from her panic. "Umm... About an hour I guess. I wanted to get
onto the game as soon as it launched this morning,but I had a
paper to finish.. A paper that's due at 8am!" She was clearly
disturbed by the events that were taking place. Not only that,
but she still hadn't located her friend! "What about you? What
do you know about this?" She was trying to calm herself in order
to gather information, but desperacy shined through in her Jade
green eyes.

Finally launch day! Sachiel had been waiting for two weeks to
return to the game. He had been a quite successful Beta tester,
reaching level 13 in the game, and level 11 in his subclass. He
had acquired 2 summoning monsters already, and made his way from
Euphica, where players started, to Ramos, where he had done a
grand majority of his training. For launch, however, he was
respawned at Euphica, which wasn't all that surprising. "The
return of Colton." He said with a laugh. He spent most of the
day playing the game before he blacked out.
It wasn't hard to tell that something was wrong when he
awakened. His body felt completely different. His muscle mass
had expanded. His skin was covered in black fur. A dream? He
shook his head as he stood to his feet, and examined his
surroundings. He was standing on the beach just outside of town.
"I'm in Colton's body..." He said as he examined himself, noting
that he had also grown a tail. Worrisome of being attacked while
in his state of confusion, he made his way back into the city.
There were a number of people around, including a man and woman
he saw near a lake in the center of the city. He didn't engage
anyone, however, instead trying to gather information on his
own. Using various hand motions, he learned to access the game
menu, and select items, skills, and other useful things. "I'm
really inside the game..." he said to himself. He wasn't sure
whether to be excited, or fearful. So that was the next thing he
needed to test. He searched through the menu for the log out
option, but it wasn't present. There was no way for him to get
out of the game!
This wasn't fun anymore. he was trapped! And if he was trapped,
that meant the other players were probably trapped as well. They
all seemed confused and bewildered, short of a few who hadn't
seemed to grasp the depth of the situation. He decided that if
he couldn't escape the game, he needed to prepare to survive for
the long haul. He immediately returned to the beach and began
hunting crabs for food and Gold. He may not have known how he
got into the game, but he knew damn well how to survive in it...

Donald's voice had completely changed now that his character was
fully loaded. His voice sounded like a gruff, but calming
scottish like tint in his words. " I have no idea, I didn't know
I would become my character. However, being a guy who has played
video games all his life, I think this is a ton better then
going to school for some exam. " Donald chuckled lightly and
looked around his clothing for items he might have on him. He
only found a few mana potions, and health potions on him. He
could see this because they were the common red and blue
potions. He looked up to the girl again smiled. " We must be low
level, because I don't really have any gear, or items that would
deal any type of massive damage. So, I am going to go Explore,
find some random treasure, and hope I can 'level-up' if that is
a thing in here."
With a bow and a turn, he would start to run off onto the beach,
looking for creatures to fight, and gear to make. He was a
druid, so he would have to start off small, and learn what all
he could do magic and strength wise. He felt as if he could be
part of a battle if he really wanted too, he also felt a strong
untapped power in his stomach, like he was meant to do massive
amounts magical duties. He had no idea what was in store for
him, but he couldn't wait to find out. With a quick turn around,
he looked at the girl one more time. " If you would like to
party up and figure out this place together, you are more the
welcome to join me." With a smile he started to walk on the main
path, looking for any and all side paths to take.

(Just so you guys know, new players start out in the town of
Euphica. You aren't surrounded in forests, it's beaches. If
you're going to train and such, you're headed to the beach.

Candice couldn't relate to this guy's excitement. Sure, she
loved video games, but she didn't want to throw her life away
for them! She was only one year from graduation! She couldn't
give all her hard work up now! Her eyes settled on him in
disbelief, and when they did, she discovered something
interesting! Information about him appeared next to his head!
Name: Akmenos
Race: Anima
Class: Druid
Level: 1
So they WERE inside the game! There was no denying it now...But
how did they get out? And where the hell was her friend? She was
so distracted with her thoughts that she almost missed the guy
tell her that he was going to explore. "Alright, A... Akmeenos?"
She struggled to pronounce his name correctly, but gave him a
proper goodbye anyway. She was preparing to come up with a plan
when he turned back to her once more though, asking if she
wanted to party up. With a smile in her eyes, she decliined his
offer. "Thanks, but I need to figure this out. I don't have time
to play right now. Good luck though!"
She decided to head into town, closer to the center area. Surely
there would be someone who could answer her questions. But
everyone she encountered looked to be just as confused and
bewildered as her! That was, until she saw an Anima walking
toward the direction she was coming from. He didn't look
confused at all! He looked focused. When she settled her eyes on
him, she quickly understood why.

A Beta Tester! If anyone around here knew what was going on! He
would! "Excuse me!" She called out before he got too far away.
"Um, I'm a little confused. I was at my computer, and then all
of a sudden I look like this" She motioned toward her body as
she spoke. "And I'm walking around in this place!" She now
motioned to the area surrounding them. "Is this the way it's
supposed to be? You're a Beta Tester, right? Is this some sort
of virtual reality game?" Her eyes were hopeful that he held
some answers, because she could NOT be late turning in that
paper...
