The reign of the elven tyrants!

((Some ideas have been floating round in my head, so I thought
I'd just make an RP on some of those ideas, concerning a
slightly vaguely thought up fantasy world.))
In the world of Shaenar, a world of vast kingdoms, empires and
magic, as well as ancient, long-forgotten ruins occupied by
beings most ancient; a war is coming… a war between races young
and old - between Kingdoms and Empires, between man and Elf. A
future of blood and death, of chaos and destruction.
The kingdoms and empires of the elves have reigned supreme for
countless millennia, with the occasional rebellion in time, by
the younger race of humans. The nearest the humans came to
success was long ago, and that ended amidst chaos, betrayal and
slaughter. The various sub-races of the Elves scorn human gods,
instead worshipping their own, whom they believe to be far
superior. Some of the darker Elves practice dark sorcery and
blood magic.
Now, the latest in a series of attempts by humans to achieve
freedom from mistreatment and slavery, has occurred. A
temple-city of the humans, known as Reu'harudan, a place that
was sacked long ago by Elves, has become an organising place for
humans intent in gaining some independence from their overlords.
A hidden kingdom inhabiting an area few Elves have reached plots
with those who dwell in Reu'haradan. As long as the elves do not
know of the kingdom's existence, there still may be hope.
Elsewhere, the Elven Tyrants reign with power unchecked, and
ruthlessly enslave those humans not already so. Sorcerers,
warriors and mage-assassins under the command of powerful rulers
possessing formidable magic of their own, are sent to bring to
heel, if not kill, those humans who would seek freedom from the
oppression of the Elves.
