[Nearly all the sisters entering the phase of complying with the
fact that after the speech they would have to forcefully take
pleasure in small talk, felt nauseated by the prospect of
actually conversing; having been secluded all their life, human
interaction was not their forte. Medea enjoyed it. Like the
books she had read there was excitement in the air, her fathers
speech had created somewhat of an upheaval in the crowd. After
his shocking statement however, the woman underwent four stages
of pure human emotion.]
[Guilt – though she wasn’t the one that had been married to her
mother, the sudden overshadowing sensation of guilt made her
cringe. Why did she feel so disobedient, it was her fathers
choice to move on, and wasn’t it only moments ago Medea had
decided not to latch onto her Mothers memory anymore? That it
was nothing but a mere breeze, passing by? She guessed not – her
compulsiveness wasn’t the greatest attribute she possessed but
it was out of her hands. The transition into anger was far worse
however. Their father hadn't conferred his choice with his
daughters; didn’t he require their opinion on such an intimate
subject? Did he not desire their blessings the way they did his?
Her nostrils flared, anger scorching within her, her exterior
hadn’t deterred; the facial mask perfected to such a degree that
the smile on her lips was the only piece of sentiment for the
naked eye of the people, feigning happiness while they all
cheered, for the rise of a new queen. It was turn for grief,
which lasted exceptionally longer then the other two; finally,
acceptance. Medea had no influence over her father's choice; she
couldn’t argue about the matter for who knew his faith better
than himself? And while all this came and went, she hadn’t
realized her grasp tightening to the point of pain on her
sister's hand.]
[Having hovered on the rim of her now desolate mind for too
long, she makes her way back to reality abruptly, once conscious
about the hold, not only loosening her fingers but letting her
sisters hand go, all together. The distance she had slipped into
had caused her to untangle her ties with her snakes, which
roamed around the gates, the serpents keeping an eye out for
intruders; it was then she received the message, in the sacred
language that someone was looming at their borders, 'fresh meat'
it was introduced as, by her beautiful animals. Who could it be
and what they could possibly want, coming to their Kingdom? Had
Demetrius caught wind of her Fathers decision to re-marry? Medea
thought not. Say, even if he had, what business did he have
prying around here, but the confirmation from Cyrus – her
gold-headed, long-tongued snake that it wasn’t who she had mind,
intrigued her. Was it a human? Maybe an animal her snakes hadn’t
come upon yet, they had entitled the stranger 'it,' and not 'he'
or 'she.' To her surprise, she found herself engrossed in the
idea of who it could be. Leaning in over to Ambi, so her lips
were situated right at her ear, she whispers, unable to help the
slight eager squeak in her voice.]
Simon says there's someone at the borders of our land.
[The problem the two would face was not the walk they would have
to take to get there but their guard, Drakon; he wouldn't
possibly let them pass without being certain of exactly where
they were headed, like a diary, they had to read out their
entries to him daily, and this bothered the girls more than he
could imagine, though in actuality he was just following orders
given to him by a higher entity, so it was her fathers
involvement in their lives they had to feel resentment towards.]
Keep him occupied with something, lie if you have to, and I'll
meet you there. Do not, for one second think about what we're
about to do!
[With this said, she springs out of her seat, acknowledging some
of the townspeople staring at her, before making her way to the
large gates surrounding their Kingdom. She knew Ambrosia would
be just as thrilled as she. Things like this only happened once
a full moon and frankly, the girls were jaded and needed some
form of amusement. Her pursuit came to a stop, as she watches
from behind the trees, the man that stood, in black, intrigued.
A white mask covered his face, though who knew if he had a face
or not under that cover? It was the strangest thing, and as he
shouted for someone to open the gates, it was on impulse that a
she bursts out into laughter. Having blown her cover, she takes
a step to the side, displaying herself to him, all that left of
her laugh was a daring smirk on her lips. Her choice of clothes
probably weren’t the best for a first encounter but they were an
incredible choice for a first impression. Her cocky attitude and
the way she strides, agonizingly slowly to the gates would of
aroused some, but that wasn't her intention even though her hips
sensually swayed from one side to the other with every step.]
And who ever told you you're permitted to step foot on these
lands? [It was extremely joyful to make fun of him, and as she
waits for Ambi to join her, all she could do is smile, taking
pleasure in having the upper hand.]

Hearing laughter a small distance away from him, Beralai turned
his head to see a woman walking towards the gate. Sensuality in
abundance, his eyes never left her's as she continued towards
him. The crimson helices within his eyes barely moving as he
examined her, seeing the humor within her eyes at her own
question and he couldn't help but to chuckle slightly to
himself. "Permission?" His voice smooth and almost lulling
within it's own right. "This land will still be here long after
it's current residents move on." He glanced over her shoulder
and remarked to himself how many serpents were in the area.
After a moment, he finally bowed his head slightly. "I am
Beralai. Hopefully, a pleasure to meet you Miss...?" His stance
remained neutral as he started to think. She's dressed rather
immaculately. Too much so to be a simple civilian. Royalty
maybe? Her attitude and how she held herself confirmed his
thoughts and he asked. "Am I to assume, your a Daughter of the
King of these lands?" With a shake of his head, he chuckled
again. "Perhaps things are different in this land, but shouldn't
the Daughter, be at her own father's feast while the guards
handle Gate Patrol?"His tone held a little humor within it, his
eyes glancing back to the gates. "And tell your serpents I'm not
food. Makes things slightly more uncomfortable." His eyes moving
back to meet her's.

It had finally came, the day that Eleaner had been
waiting for ever since she could remember. She closed her eyes,
and started to think about the deceased Queen, she frowned a
little bit as her voice broke out to her sister who sat right
across from her. "Hey, do you think it's bad that I want to be
with the King so badly that her death... Brings me a bit of...
Joy?" Eleaner looked towards her sister, the smaller and much
more younger sister giggled a little bit. she stood and placed a
hand on Eleaner's shoulder, smiling into her older sister's
eyes.
"Elly, I think it's great. I mean, not that she died
and all, but the fact that you like him so much, every chance
you get you take to even see him, and I think that's kind of
romantic, are you planning on finally talking to him tonight?"
Eleaner smiled a little and dipped her head, her full red hair
fell across the front of her shoulders, and her eyes dropped
down to the ground, but she didn't lose that smile. Honestly she
wasn't sure if she would have any kind of courage to speak to
him, even though she had liked him for so long. But, it was just
a feeling. Feelings can fade, they can become nothing but a
blink fading affection. "Elly, I know what you're thinking and I
think that instead of thinking this way that maybe you should
get ready for the celebration?" She tilted her head, and Eleaner
blinked a bit then jumped out of her seat.
She arrived to her room, and looked out her window and
in the distance she saw the castle. She was of the middle class.
She wasn't too poor but she wasn't high class-y rich either. She
was just right. She walked to her bed were a folded corset dress
was laying on. She picked up the folds and held them out,
looking at the before she stripped of her sleep wear, and and
stepped into it. "Stephany? an you do the dress for me?" She
called to her sister and waited a few beats until her sister
walked up to her and tightened the corset around her small
waist, pushing her bust up a little bit. Smiling to herself, she
stepped away from her sister and walked to grab her shoes, she
put them on, and walked out of their home.
She headed towards where the celebration was happening
and when she arrived, Eleaner took in a deep breath. Se was only
there to see the King, but she wouldn't ind mingling with others
also. She turned her head to look at everyone who had arrived
yet and she saw a couple of girls that she noticed were his
daughters and she smiled to herself. If she married to King,
like she thought that would ever happy, they would e her step
daughters. She turned her head just in time to see him.
Eleaner's heart raced inside of her chest at his voice let alone
his words. He's already looking for someone to e by his side?
Her eyes sparkled brightly. This was her chance, it was her
chance to do what she had always wanted to do, to talk to him,
and she would before the night grew old.

[It was strange that a spirit, whom can't be detained nor even
observed by the simple naked eye, could roam so freely in the
lands around Medea, studying, scrutinizing almost, sending out a
meaning of cautiousness to the eldest sister. Helena had always
been protective and being just a few years younger then Medea,
she was highly trained in her line of gift – she exceeded those
in her lane and went above the average standards her father had
set, the woman couldn't be more proud, her heartbeat
accelerated, as she channels her sister, through the
manifestation presented before her. Come now dear sister, you
know better then to spy. Why don't you join me, I'm sure Ambi is
on her way and will shortly be here. In the meantime, you cast
your magic, there's fresh blood here and I'm particularly sure
you won't be disappointed at what my serpents have found this
time around. Speaking of which, we can't put a finger on what he
is. . .hmm. Medea didn't know of Helena's surroundings or why
she had missed their Fathers speech, facing his wrath was going
to be a tough task, as of right now, she wanted to enjoy this
time with her sisters, to forget about their enclosed world and
open their hearts to the one outside these infuriating walls.]
[Diverting her attention back to the male, she feels the
instantaneous rush of adrenaline attacking her bones, devouring
her heart in less then a second, her elevated soul portrayed in
her shockingly blue irises, the pupils horizontally dilated,
much like her snakes. He spoke of the celebrations as if he had
been present, as if he had his own pair of eyes on her, which
she could only get a mild taste of, the mask galling the woman.
What was his reason for wearing such a thing – was he too vulgar
to be seen, was it for the fear of scaring people away? She
didn't dawn on those questions; instead, she took a few steps
further until she was as close to the gate as possible,
extending an arm out, for her beloved snake. Cyrus' scales shone
like a piece of gold hung in a jewelry store, distinguishing him
from her other serpents; she felt comforted by his cool touch as
he slithers up her arm, wrapping himself as a show of adoration
around his queens neck, taking this time to size the stranger
up.] Well . . . I am much more fascinated by your presence. It
dawns on me that I have yet to meet someone like you. [She
pauses for a moment, gaze breaking forcefully from his, to rest
on her snakes as he speaks in his native tongue, and then back
to the males.] My snake. . . and I both wonder what the masks
purpose is, why do you wear such a thing? As for my name, well,
I don't think you deserve to know just yet. [Her words are
playful, just like the look in her blue stare.]
[Beralai. . . the name stuck, like glue, to her mind,
and opened up a new world of imagination all together.]

His eyes stayed respectively even with her's, not allowing his
eyes to stray. Her movements were lithe and gracious, a common
trait, he knew. The helices within his own eyes began to twirl
as he watched the serpent slither and possessively place itself
around her neck, instantly recognizing the higher intelligence
within the creature. Beralai bowed his head respectfully towards
him as it was sizing him up. His gaze flicking back up to her
eyes as she spoke.
"The Mask?" A question he had heard so often before. Where to
begin with that item. The mark of his exile towards a family
long since passed? That was one answer among many. Her coy
deflection about her name made him smile and let out a small
chortle. "I merely asked for a name, you ask for a story. And,
I'm rather parched, as it were." His hand motioning towards the
oncoming High Sun. "And I don't think you've earned the right to
hear that story." His eyes coming back to her's, a slight hint
of playfulness within his voice as well.

"We see you are perceptive as always,dear.." A voice spiraled
forth from naught but thin air; enchanting as a meadow, yet
gloomy as a rainy day blanketed by fog. From amongst the crowd,
white orbs spiraled and settled within a single space, forming
the figure of a tall and skinny woman. A black dress shrouded
the normally under-dressed body, dark brown hair hung just below
her shoulder blades and black eyes narrowed upon inspection of
the masked man before Helena's sister. He was so.. Different
from everyone in the city; beyond the walls must be a very
different place. The souls that howl from beyond those gates
tell her of such things, but she has never witnessed these
things herself. Medea could always sense Helena's presence, even
when others couldn't, which caused their bond to be all the more
closer; a bond that withstood the test of time and adversity.
Their mother's passing was a totally grievous event, one that
hurt Helena much more than the others it seemed. They always
begged her to bring mother back, but not even with her power
could she do such a thing...
"We heard father's speech and are not too happy with this..."
She said to her sister, though speaking out against her father
would no doubt land her in contempt, but Helena wasn't one to
mind a little solitude; she always had some form of company. Her
eyes jumped from the man to Medea as she spoke as if to
undermine the man's presence within their community. Of course,
those around them would scatter, seeing as Helena stood next to
her sister. They were scared of the woman, as if she was some
sort of dark figure hanging over the kingdom like a storm cloud;
walking death, maybe? She was, however, well reserved and regal,
even though her sometimes lacking much clothing was a concern
for her father and some sisters. "We are concerned.." She
continued, though her eyes returned to the man, scaling his body
from bottom to top. Her skin warmed under the sun light, though
only to a degree of being considered 'normal'. "You. You seek
food? Water? Shelter? These walls are off limits to those the
king does not decree. We ask as well, who are you? And who
allowed your trespass?" She said, eyes narrowing. "We can tell
those whose tongue sprout lies.."

Beralai listened to the next voice that played through the area,
his crimson eyes taking in the the new woman in her black dress,
his eyes resting on her as he allowed his head to slightly bow
once more. He had to hold back a small laugh, thanking himself
for the mask for his smile would of been easily seen. He knew
these women could pose a threat, but just as anyone who had
their own location to call their own, they were merely curious
as to a masked stranger at the gate. With an audible sigh, he
shook his head slightly and spoke. "I am Beralai." His smooth
tone almost seeming to become hostile as he said his name,
before returning to normal. Twas a hard thing for him to say his
own name after so long.
Beralai continued on with his explanation after he heard
Helena's questions. "I do not doubt that you can find any lie.
But I have not lied thus far. If, however, I was allowed, it
wouldn't be much of a trespass, would it?" A hint of amusement
evident within his voice. "Nobody allowed me to walk these
lands. The lands are for everyone to walk. The lands provide
shelter, food, and water for everyone. If you think you can
claim these things, then you are heavily mistaken." His eyes
almost seemed to hold a dangerous note in them, as if he had
taken insult to how they claim the lands. His eyes finally broke
away from their's and he let out a chuckle. "Pardon my tone." He
looked back up at Helena. "I do seek refuge, but if all people
in this society are as secluded as this, I may want to
reallocate myself. I do not want trouble." His last statement
rang in truth, just like everything else he said. But the last
statement, almost seemed like a promise, more to himself than
them.

~The Castle of Achelous~
~The castle is placed right at the centre of Achelous' Kingdom;
black designs en-scripted into the walls. Painted with a golden
outline, it shines brighter then the sun. The heart of Achelous
rests here. Within these walls there are great secrets. The
castle being built centuries ago had a spiritual sense to it.
Considering this, it was still one of the calmest places to be.
Bearing ten hundred rooms, all perfectly clean and cared for,
the castle was the biggest build in the kingdom, a big enough
training ground behind it; for preparation if needed for spars
and fights. It is protected by a stupendous gate, the gold bars
glistening in the light's glow, whether it be the sun or the
moon to kiss it.~

~The Forest of Henrika~
~Outlined with the greenest of trees, with a subtle light
bursting through every hole in every leaf, the forest of Henrika
has to be one of the most beautiful things known to man. The
trees all hustled together, waiting for company; whilst animals
rest deep in the shadows; the perfect world for a Tarzanna. Deep
in said forest lies a river, which flows through the trees,
gliding down at a waterfall; only to splash against the rocks it
meets with at the bottom, the symphony it composes calming to
the ears of any passer-by. Some would say the forest was
dangerous, some would say welcoming; some would say a work of
art, something seen only in dreams. The animals that rest don't
attack one another, so beware if you are to walk these forests,
for something might be lurking in the dark, waiting for you.~
~The Kisama Gardens~
~The Kisama gardens, rest outside the suburbs of the Kingdom of
Achelous, locked behind closed doors, for all members of the
town. The delicacy of traditional Grecian art has been taken
account for. Medea and Helena had not only given thought to
this, but had given their full attention to the smallest of
things; whether it is a small plant, a delicate flower, a stone.
Looking out to the garden beside the lake, you could see and
enjoy a beautiful panorama. The greatest of plants, long living
decorates the earth, circling the whole garden, whilst a tea
house is in perfect harmony with the garden itself; these two
women had built this with the thought of enjoying the seasonal
diversity throughout the whole year. A calming place to rest if
one is burdened with many a thoughts.~
~The place of Worship~
~While other churches had evolved and become more modern, the
Church in the Land of Achelous maintained its architectural
style and beauty. There was a sense of tranquility here; a haven
you can run to when in need of a higher power to confide in. The
Churches architecture was made up of a large, beautiful cross.
The mosaic windows distribute lights of all colors to shine on
the brilliant boulder while the rectangle leading to the alter
kept it subtle, not overpowering, for beauty was in the
simplicity and not the building in itself; more so the sensation
one would derive from it. Deeper within, you would find a
twirled stairwell, leading to the giant bell tower. There hung
the bells, ropes on either side descending downward; while the
outer aspect had beautiful intricate designs, the inside of the
tower was dark, and isolated.~

There you are. . . [She appeared from thin air, as if someone
were drawing a living canvas, a black dress draped over her
skinny figure. Unlike Medea, Helena wasn't robust, with a small
chest and a long slender figure though, she was quite a catch to
the eye. As she also watched the male, and asked the questions
floating around in Medea's mind, the eldest smiles, taking her
sisters hand and wrapping her fingers loosely around it.] We
know you aren't here for trouble, but with respect sir, I am
inquiring about your mask because my face is on show. You look
at me and you see me, for what I truly am, even though you don't
know my name. I look at you and all I see is coverage. Now,
pardon me, but in these lands we are very open with our
identity, but very enclosed due to prior problems which I don’t
wish to bore you with, hence our inquisitive nature; we do not
mean to anger you, or disrespect you. I am Medea, and this. . .
[She lifts their hands for a moment, which her snake was now
wrapped around, cuffing them together almost] Is Helena; if it
isn't already obvious, we're sisters and daughters of the King.
King Achelous.
[Sister, he doesn't pose as a threat, I mean what harm would it
do if we snuck him in? He sure isn't lying and he looks pretty
beat up.]

When Drakon finally emerged from his long walk through the
barracks and finally faced the light, He was more than late to
his post. The soldiers always loved stopping and talking to the
guy who could float around the room slightly, or tell a little
of the future with his mind games. Really, his abilities where
just unique. Anyone with his abilities had the possibility to do
what he does, but it seemed he was the only one who could.
Figuring his charges could be wandering around somewhere, Drakon
send out a kind of mental ping through the air. Since his
maturation, he had begun to find many different things about his
abilities. What he found out was simple locations of the Royals.
The king had seemed to remain where he was, probably giving his
annual speech, or just finishing it up. Who knew with that guy
and the current situation. Outside the walls there two or so of
the sisters, and maybe a third?
The rest where around here. But there it was. His second mental
focus fell to the two outside the walls and this mysterious
reception that he had picked up from a third person outside the
walls. Taking his time, knowing those women could handle
themselves perfectly. Just in case, Drakon removed his spear
from behind his back, letting the black blade drag slightly
against the dirt as he climbed the tower by where he had picked
up the waves.
Looking out over the vast lands past the walls, there was Two
sisters, and that strange third reading he had picked up.
"Well... That is interesting. A stranger. And our royal family
greeting them so well. It's like their diplomats already.
Leaning his spear against his side, and the opposite shoulder
against one of the tower posts. Being in view of the two at
least gave him the visual link to speak. "Don't do anything
stupid. I have my eyes on you." Would resonate in their minds,
giving them no hint to his position, but letting them know he
had his eyes on them. Of course, he couldn't hear what they
where speaking, or saying to one another, that was above his
level. But He could at most keep an eye out for the time being.
Watching all these women was a pain much of the time. They
gathered, sure, but many of them wandered and keeping an eye on
each as one man wasn't an easy job.
