In the bathroom, she washed her face and stared in the mirror
for a moment. The day had gone from depressing to saddening and
then on to joyful, all thanks to Kayden. If she had not shown up
at the coffee shop, she'd probably be in her dorm room, reading
like the secret geek she was. But, watching movies with a lovely
person was a much better night in retrospect.
With a quick fluff of her hair, Georgia exited the bathroom with
a brilliant smile. She paused, however, noticing that Kayden had
already changed clothes. Again, Georgia felt awkward because she
didn't have any pajamas, not that she ever slept in any. "I..
umm." She mumbled and bit her lip. "I don't have anything to
change into." Chewing on her bottom lip, she contemplated
running to her room to grab some shorts, but she would still end
up removing them before she went to bed.

The lip chewing continued while she looked at the selection of
clothing laid out for her. Choosing just the t-shirt, Georgia
slid out of her clothing and into the shirt. Kayden's shirt was
comfortable and well worn, and smelled amazing. But, she didn't
want to keep the girl waiting and ushered herself to the bed.
"I have an idea to pick a movie," Georgia suggested, closing her
eyes tightly. She moved her fingers over the movies back and
forth, then blinded chose one. "We'll watch this one!" She
giggled and kept her eyes closed. As timid as she was, she was
worried she picked a horror flick and decided to wait and let
Kayden put the movie on.
While her eyes were closed, she thought about Kayden. The wonder
of kissing her pulled at her heart. She would do it, but only
when the timing was correct. Otherwise she would end up looking
foolish, and would feel obligated to return to her own dorm
room, alone.

"I suppose I will have to be a big girl and watch it, since I
did pick it out," Georgia mumbled. When she looked up at Kayden,
she felt as though she say a certain gaze in the girl's eyes. A
look of want, of lust and longing. Georgia wondered if the same
look was present in her gaze as well. It would make for a truly
interesting night if they both wanted the same thing.
Instinctively, she moved closer to Kayden, regardless of whether
the movie had started or not. She was preparing herself for the
inevitable fear induced by the oddly titled horror flick. "I'm
just going to stay over here, near the wall," she noted with a
fake laugh. Truthfully, this movie wouldn't frighten her as much
as Mark did. That man could terrify her to the point of blind
compliance.

Naturally, Georgia's head found Kayden's shoulder. It felt nice
to cuddle with someone without having to worry about being
yelled at, or nearly being forced into having sex. Every moment
or so, she would glance up at Kayden and smile, then bite her
lip nervously. "Scary is still scary. I have always had a weak
sense of courage when it came to terrify situations." Georgia
had been spilling her guts to this girl most of the night, but
it felt completely right to do so. She finally found someone she
could confide in, and it was a wonderful feeling.
The deeper into the movie they got, the more she buried herself
into Kayden. On a few occasions, she hide her face in the girl's
shoulder to keep from being truly frightened. When she looked up
at Kayden again, she did what she had been nervous of doing
since they arrived in the dorms. Georgia kissed Kayden gently,
her soft lips loving how Kayden's felt. "Thank you," she
whispered against the girl's lips.

Kissing Kayden may have been a mistake, because all Georgia
wanted to do was kiss her again. And she did. She kissed Georgia
several times, savoring the taste of the girl's lips. It felt
wonderful to kiss someone because she wanted to, not because she
had to. That is what Georgia did for three years, she kissed
Mark because she felt she must.
Now, she was doing as she pleased, and Kayden pleased her. "I'm
sorry," Georgia whispered and sat up. Her cheeks were flushed
and her lips felt tingly. For a moment, she thought of heading
back to her own room, but that would be rude. Instead, she put a
little distance between the two of them and stared at her feet.
An awkward moment had a risen once more, but this one had been
her doing.

Soft, elegant hands found Kayden's cheeks, pulling her into a
deeper kiss. Georgia was allowing herself to be lost in the
moment, the kiss, and Kayden. As surreal as the moment felt, it
also felt as genuine as any she had experienced before. Mark
would forever be a dark moment in her past, but it was but a
distant memory. A truly happy and bright smile formed upon
Georgia's lips as she kissed the girl repeatedly.
"Kiss me harder," she whispered quietly. Georgia continued to
pull back, but not to get away from Kayden, instead to lie down
and full her closer. Heat rose to the surface of her cheeks,
flushing them further. Tonight would be the best night had had
in many, many years.

Kayden first her perfectly, or so Georgia thought; and the
girl's kisses were exquisite. She could helpbut pull Kayden as
close as she possibly, her fingers gently creating indentations
in the girl's cheeks. If they continued as they were, Georgia
would sure lose her clothing; but if it happened, then she
wouldn't stop it.
For now, all of her thoughts were consumed by Kayden. A teasing
nibble upon Kayden's lips occurred, pulling an innocent grin
from Georgia. "You're so warm, too," she whispered between
kisses. A serious thought did enter her mind at that moment, a
question she would surely pose, later. In the meantime, she
allowed Kayden to forge the path.

"I, well I," Georgia paused while searching for the proper
words. "I really liked the lips and the kissing." She giggled
and nibbled upon her bottom lip again. "How did you like the
movie?" The inquiry was as much of a joke as Kayden's had been,
but still she held her breath. How did Kayden feel now? Was she
as intoxicated by the kiss as Georgia was? Did Kayden feel the
desire to go further?
A fear of intimacy gripped her heart, afraid that she would
disappoint. Before, intimacy had always been forced upon her,
but now it was a choice. Gazing at Kayden, she wanted to
initiate more, but her fear was stopping her. "Kayden, have you
ever thought of dating a girl?"

The kiss did not surprise Georgia this time, but still brought a
smile out. Kayden wanted her for her, instead of wanting her
because she was pretty. A kiss came in return, just as
passionate as the she had been given but deeper and more
fervent. Taking a risk, she grabbed the girl's hands and placed
them upon her bare thighs. It was a good thing that she had
decided to shave her legs earlier that day.
"Will you be mine, then?" Georgia asked between breaths. Having
Kayden as her girlfriend would make her stay in Colorado Springs
much more bearable. She would have to get a new phone though, so
that she could keep in touch with Kayden while they were away.
At least then, she wouldn't have to worry about getting anymore
threatening phone calls from psycho ex-boyfriends.

Looking up at Kayden, Georgia smiled and kissed her harder.
Hesitation by Kayden caused her to break the kiss and look up at
her again. She understood though, and gave the girl a small
smile. "You don't know how happy that has made me to hear that,"
she whispered and kissed Kayden yet again. Still, she pulled her
close and hold on to her for dear life. Part of her felt if she
let go, this would all be a dream; while the other part of her
wanted to see how far they might go.
"Why didn't you go home for the holidays?" Georgia asked out of
curiosity. She, herself, did not have the available fund to fly
all the way to south Florida and back again. Besides, her
parents didn't seem to mind that she wasn't coming home. Which
was fine, because if she had gone home, she wouldn't have met
Kayden.
