Memories, they are what makes life both simpler and more
enjoyable. Whether they are good or bad, memories teach us a
lesson and allow us to revisit past moments. Without them we are
nothing but a shell of ourselves, with no concept of where we
came from. And, if we do not know where we came from, we will
not know where we are going.
Which made Georgia very thankful that she found her memory. She
now knew who she was, where she had come from, and how she had
came to be who she was now. However, she was uncertain where her
road would take her, because she wasn't as she once was. The
simple girl who was a wolf was no more. No, she was much more
than that, Georgia was a chimaera.
Her mind began to loop around one specific memory, of two other
little girls who shared a resemblance to her. Her sisters.
Surely they had forgotten her, because it had been so long since
they were together. If they did remember, would they recognize
her now if they saw her. With wings, similar to that of a bat,
and glowing blue eyes, would she be anything like they were? She
doubted that, but she still held hope.
For now, though, Georgia lingered around the ruins of an old
laboratory, similar to the one she had once been in. She stays
and waited, for a sign to present itself to her, to let her know
       which direction she should go.

What is life without purpose, but mere existence, if not a waste
of matter? If you can't remember your past, your birth, if
you've been living your life just trying to survive, have you
truly lived to begin with or have you merely existed? If you had
to live in torture, to wake and slumber each moon in hell, would
you not eventually become twisted and disfigured? Would your
soul not become shattered and twisted, mangled until it
resembled but a vague image of what it once was?
The creature who'd been captured in his childhood, taken to a
lab, had certainly suffered a terrible fate; something he could
never escape, becoming a monster. He had no idea why he'd been
singled out, taken from his home, for this accursed experiment,
but he wanted only to be freed even if that meant death. The
creature who'd forgotten everything but that he used to be a
kitsune knew he had to escape this hellish place.
Looking around, locked in the metallic cage the scientists kept
him in, the abomination, knowing he had claws sharp enough to
cut steel, knew what to do; he would try to slice through the
bars. So, when he finally made his way from the prison cell, the
pint sized accursed creature looked around the lab he was
trapped in; finding a hint as to his true name. However, more
so, he found what the scientist had called him... as well as a
mask and since he couldn't speak that easily, he picked up the
mask that was with it and put it on. Looking around, with a
sigh, he spoke willingly, for the first time since his capture.
".. Who... am I...? What.. is my purpose?"
His voice didn't sound like it should, though, no, it was
distorted; mangled. Though, when he tried to move, the creature
found that the mask had granted him certain psychic powers
including the power of levitation. So, looking at the paper next
to the mask, he saw the name; Majora. So, with a sigh, he spoke
that name.. that accursed name. "M..ajora....?" Then, floating
to the door, he opened it; entering the hall, looking for
       someone. "Is anyone there?"

"Now, be a good girl and take your clothes off."
A nightmare rocketed Georgia from her unintentional nap. It had
pulled a cold sweat to the surface of her skin, and terrible
tremor to her heart. That is because it wasn't just a nightmare,
but a memory from her time in the laboratory. An assumption that
she was an attractive young woman had come from the fact that
the scientists had taken advantage of her on numerous occasions,
mostly when she had no ability to defend herself. Now, the
scientists were dead, but they had branded her forever.
Georgia chose not to longer in the ruins any longer, they were
inciting too many horrid memories. Furious in her search for her
path, she nearly missed the sound of a voice. Though distant and
muffled, the words were quite easy to understand, 'Is anyone
there?' But where had it come from? Yes, Georgia had an enhanced
sense of hearing, but distance would distort it. Whomever this
was, they were nearby, and she was inclined to locate them.
Further investigation of the ruined lab, a hidden door that led
below ground was discovered. In relation to the majority of the
ruins, this door was fairly new and had recently been used.
Georgia yanked once, twice, and on the third tug, the door broke
       off of the hinges.
Sterile walls and floors, white coats hanging from pegs, and the
smell of chemicals stirred anger with Georgia's heart. This was
another laboratory. Granted, she was not aware of what sort of
experiments they were running, it strictly reminded her of the
       time she spent in captivity.
       -Screech-
As she delved deeper into the secret facility, Georgia pulled
her sharp, metallic nails down the length of the wall. And as
her anger increased, the glow of her blue eyes intensified.
Incredibly, there was not a soul in sight, at least until she
rounded a corner and nearly ran into a strange looking being.
"What is this place?" Georgia asked, not bothering to hide her
       anger.

Startled by the sudden influx of sound assaulting his audio
nerves, the floating creature's claws extended as the wiry
remains of his tail whipped about; quickly twisting around to
engage his would-be attacker. Of course, when the masked
creature turned, he was startled to find that it was a woman.
Figuring it rude to not respond, despite the fright, the
creature's eyes glowed a neon green through the horned mask's
eye-sockets. "Hell." Came a distorted demonic voice.
Floating there, wearing a torn and tattered labcoat it had
liberated from one of the chairs in the lab, the creature tilted
it's head as it looked at the female creature. "I mean you no
harm. It seems you seek asylum, from this dreadful place as much
as I. If I'm correct, it's only fair that I tell you my name,
lest we remain strangers. I am.... apparently.. Majora.. Please
don't be scared, I know what my voice sounds like, and what I
look like.." The voice echoing from the mask, while demonic,
       held a somber tone.
"We need to get out of here. Can you fly?" As he spoke, Majora
allowed his claws to retract and his tail to wrap back around
his waist. He wasn't certain of the extent of his new powers,
but it would have to be better than no powers. "I've been here
for many moons, being distorted and twisted.." Then, a computer
turned on and a video began playing; it was one of the
scientists who'd been experimenting on the masked being.
       -Scientist video blog: Day 92-
"The creature's anger is growing out of control. We wanted to
create the perfect weapon, a cold and merciless being who's only
purpose would be to destroy.. We're giving the creature psychic
abilities, but it still hasn't yielded it's mind to us, so we'll
need to destroy the kitsune and rebuild it. The Keaton creature,
the worthless kitsune, will be the perfect weapon for our plans!
We've taken his sword, gauntlets, and the other equipment we
found him with at the time of capture, and created a link with
them to the accursed mask of Majora."
-Video terminates and computer shorts out and begins smoking
       before dying-

Glowing eyes narrowed upon sharpened claws of the other being, a
threat which incited a hardening of her skin. "I do not seek
asylum, from this place or any. I am seeking the path of my life
now that I have changed." Though his claws faded, Georgia's
suspicions did not. As far as she knew, he was a scientist that
experimented on numerous different beings, given that he was
       wearing a white lab coat.
"My name is Georgia. Yes, I know it is an odd name. My sisters
and I were named after human states." Her eyes flickered from
the being and back to him. It was odd that he had escaped so
easily if he were an experiment, but then she had done something
similar. "I know the way to the exit if you wish to fo...."
Cut off by the instant start of the video, Georgia watched
intently; he glowing gaze dancing between it and the man. The
longer it played, the hotter her blood boiled. Men like these
scientists did not deserve to live. What gave them the right to
experiment on other beings just because they were different?
The more her anger rose, the brighter her eyes became, until it
felt as if they would detonate.
At that moment, Georgia knew how the lab she had been in
exploded. She was the cause, just as she was going to be the
cause of this labs destruction. Without hesitation, Georgia
grabbed the strange being and covered his head as the power
within her detonated. The entire facility shook and fell apart,
anyone other than the two of them being killed near instantly.
When the rubble began to settle, she lifted her head and looked
around. "Now, I believe I know my path," she whispered as she
       rose to her feet.

When she pulled him close, his first instinct was to attack her
but he didn't have time; instead as she detonated which caused
him to forgo the idea. "What are you?" As he spoke, standing
back up, the masked implike creature simply looked at the woman.
"That was amazing." It wasn't something he'd ever witnessed
otherwise. "Georgia... A human state? What kind of a name is
that?" Tilting his head, the labcoat being burned down to size,
Keaton couldn't believe the destructive force she expelled.
Raising his right hand, having not removed the mask, he sighed.
"The keys to my true form... I need them. Will you help me?
Please? As you can probably already tell, I'm not your enemy."
Looking around, looking at his hand, the creature closed and
made a fist; a distorted demonic growl emanating from beneath
the mask. "Humans.. worthless inbred swine.." As he spoke, his
aura shined through; a violet flame encompassing him. "They
use.. use.. use.. but never do they give back. It's
infuriating!" As he spoke, static arcs began emanating in the
crimson aura. "Would you mind if I join you, and eventually
carve our own world into this pitiful world? We.. our kind.. we
creatures.. we deserve better than this."
As he looked to her, with a sigh, his aura began to subside. He
had nothing at the moment, except the mask which hid his
hideously deformed face and granted him certain abilities. "I
just want what you probably want. To live in peace, in a world
we don't need to fear. If a few humans must be sacrificed to
achieve that, so be it. We deserve payback, we.. creatures of
       the night."

"I do not believe all human beings are like this. Merely the
ones who wish to harm others." Georgia's words were cold and
empty. For a moment, she surveyed the damage with an infuriated
satisfaction, the lab no longer of any use. Whomever had
conducted their experiments and called this place home were no
       more, as they should be.
An itch in the back of her mind worked to calm her cold rage for
a moment, the itch being a memory of her sisters and her.
Georgia had been a kind, gentle soul all those years ago, but
years of experiments and torture would turn even the kindness
person into a cold, hateful being. Still, her sisters would
probably not recognize need being she had become.
The itching continued though, even as the strange man pulled
Georgia from her memories. "I am not quite sure what I am. The
word a strange metallic man used was chimaera. I was once a full
blooded were, though." A horn, and then a second one, had begun
to push its way out of her temple, twisting around in small
circles. "But, I suppose that I will assist you in the search
       for your belongings."
Broken cinder blocks and ceiling tiles were scattered across the
crack flooring, which made searching the facilities a bit
difficult. "Do you know where you stuff is, or are we going to
need a search of the entire building?" Georgia paused and
glanced back at the man, an inquisitive expression upon her
       face.

As he listened to the woman, realizing she was probably right,
the imp nodded and waited for her to speak. It made sense, but
neither of them could undo the injustice they'd been subjected
to. So, with a sigh, Keaton attempted to accept what she'd said.
Still extremely upset about being turned into an imp, though, he
       would take ages to heal.
"I see. A chimera. A creature of legend." As he spoke, he
noticed the horns beginning to push through her head. It must've
been a terrible pain, much as his was, going from a kitsune to a
small implike creature. "Does.. does it hurt.. when your horns
grow?" His curiosity shining through, he began wondering things.
"This isn't what I truly look like, and this isn't my face, as
       I'm certain you can tell."
When she accepted helping him find his belongings, overjoyed,
the creature flipped about in the air before nodding
frantically. "Thank you so much. I'll help yuo as best I can,
that I will." Then, when asked if he knew where they were, he
shook his head but spoke again. "I don't, but there's a door,
over there, in the rubble, that looks untouched. Maybe they're
in there. If they are, hopefully, they can turn me back to my
true form and we can get out of here and help you too."

"I stopped feeling physical pain after my wings burst through my
shoulder blades," Georgia replied to his question. In truth, she
still did but didn't want to admit that it had hurt. A glance
over her shoulder, she watched him with a blank expression. "I
have only assumption to my appearance. I'm certain if you take
the horns and wings away, I would like as I should. It matters
not though, I do not feel the need to impress anyone with
beauty. All I desire is for my sisters to recognize me, though I
doubt they will. Twelve plus years have passed since we were
       together."
Attention turning toward the mentioned door, Georgia cracked her
neck and sharpened her claws. With a quick swipe of her hand,
the door lock fell to the ground with a clank. A step back, and
the another, and she rested her back against the remnants of a
wall. "Check and see if your belongings reside within that room.
There is nothing of value here for me, so have your pick of what
lies inside. When you are done, you can meet me outside if you
       wish."
Picking through the rubble, the trek outside took a bite longer
than desired. But, once she found the stairs, fresh air drifted
into her face. "I smell lilies," Georgia whispered to herself
       upon reaching the surface.

Nodding to her, moving his arms to his sides, the floating
creature took off like a jet; flying into the room. Finding an
elongated box, grasping the metallic handle, he began to pull it
from the rubble and let it fall to the ground below. When it
opened, the contents revealed, he sat foot on the ground and
reached inside; finding a scabbard with the sword inside; a
saber. Keaton also found his gauntlets, boots, the necklace, a
       book, and a manteau.
Once he put the cape and things back on, he looked like a young
adventurer; having discarded the labcoat in the process. The
sword, of course, rested in a scabbard which seemed to also
double as a guitar. When he turned around, having taken all the
items from the box and putting them on his person, Keaton began
to levitate as he looked in the direction of the woman.
Tilting his head, Keaton spoke again. "I've found my stuff, but
it seems I'm still cursed. Do you mind if I join, on your
journey? I don't have a home, and Kyjira knows I don't want to
stay in this dreadful place. Oh, and I've also found a map and a
small book that may be of use to you." As he spoke, he used his
newfound psychic abilities to float a book over to her with a
       map.
