It didn't take long for Kratos to arrive at Zeus' throne. There
was a woman there with Zeus, some nameless Goddess, but Kratos
didn't care about that. It wasn't that Kratos had a problem with
Enyo, it was simply that she played no role in accomplishing his
task, so in his mind, she was inconsequential. He stepped
before the woman, not bothering to wait for her to finish her
conversation with Zeus. "I've done your bidding. Ares is dead!"
Kratos knew what he had been promised, but he did not know what
the Gods had in store for him. He stood before the King of the
Gods proudly, awaiting Zeus' reply.

Feeling Enyo’s presence leave, Artemis decided it was best if
she leave too. After paying respects to Olorun for allowing them
both to stay, Esu for taking her half-sister on a ‘journey’ and
Oya for merely tolerating them and not attacking her sister,
Artemis departed the land with her companions padding alongside
her. It didn’t take long for Artemis to reach Olympus; she may
not have known the way home, but she knew exactly which
direction to travel in to get there. Upon reaching her home land
she made her way to her father, Zeus, feeling Enyo’s presence
there along with some other gods’. Kratos, she recalled with
furrowed brows of concentration. What was happening there? She
mused to herself, biting on her bottom lip as she approached her
father and the others, bowing her head in respect to him. She
didn’t catch the words they exchanged, but she could feel that
something big happened. “What’s going on?”

There she stood, a visage of herself in the presence of her
father and her warrior. She was proud of him and couldn't have
asked for more. With a pleased smile, she remained silent until
her father called upon her.

The decision had been made and set into motion. Enyo did not
wait for her father, King of the Olympians. No, she knew how he
would degrade her, as the twelve always did. The world she was
from would never change, even if Ares was alive or dead. The
word of an inferior goddess was less likely to be considered
than those of a humans. Enyo could no longer be taken lightly,
not as she once allowed. No, she would be seen as the goddess
she was or not at all.
But, she had chosen to leave Olympus on a self imposed exile.
Her father would not care, nor would he miss her. Enyo extended
her arm and dropped her golden blade upon the marbled ground.
Golden eyes moved over the two sisters of hers, as well the
stange man, who had assembled within the throne room, but she
did not spare a single word for any of them. Instead, her feet
carried her with great confidence. Once she left the throne
room, Enyo's strength began to wain. She would retain her
immortality, but that was it. "I'm sorry father. I'm sorry that
I was never good enough." Her whispered words felt into
obscurity as she vanished from the Mountain.
