Tree of Life
By: Agemanon Le Victoire Date: October 2, 2013, 3:23 pm

The wind flows through the sparse trees with an eerie howl, the
shadows waver with the wind. It is mid fall, everything seems
dead except for the few animals that are in the vicinity of the
sparse forest. The leaves crunch softly under the mans almost
silent footsteps, the crisp air doesn't seem to bother the man
as he walks. Coming to a clearing approximately four hundred
paces around with a tall lone tree in the center, this tree
seems to be un-phased by the weather or time. Its pale white
bark seemed to glow brightly, the emerald green leaves oddly
don't sway with the air currents as everything else around does.
The tree almost seemed more like a statue then an actual tree
but it was obvious to those with some sort of intelligence that
it was indeed alive. The grass below the tree which the man
chose to sit in would glow dimly with a touch, this was the tree
of healing and life.

Soon time began to fly past as the Sun began to set behind the
cover of the trees. Darkness filling the air; only to be
illuminated by a dim light. The light of a crescent moon beating
down on the large clearing. Gleaming against the never fading
tree. Only for a presence to fill the air. Giving it a thick,
blood like, feel to it as gravity slightly increased it's power.
Not enough to really matter. Only enough to allow the knowledge
that something was right in this area. Soon a chuckle came from
the opposite end of the tree from the male. The sound of
something chipping away at the bark echoed through the silence
as a man made his presence known. Walking around the tree with
his meal coated claws scrapping away at the bark and leaving the
indentation of his four claws. Releasing his hand from the tree
as he walked directly into the mercy of the moon light. Placing
his hand into the air to cover the moon as his white and black
hair began to turn a deep scarlet.
With the shift of his hair his body soon began to change more as
well. His once red eyes turning a deep, lifeless, gold. Three
horns pulling from his skull with a low grunt of pain. The
feeling of gravity intensifying to the point where the trees
around them could no longer rustle. Leaves falling quicker unto
the ground. The male was not big, but, not slender. He was a
very fit male who's entire body screamed power. More power.
These horns slid down the back of his head as if they were
merely thick strands of unmovable hair. He spoke as his golden
eyes watched the moon with his tone a deep, sadistic, sting. "Do
you feel it..? The power of the moon... The power to destroy
land with nothing but a cleansing swipe of water over the
Earth... It is my God... And it blesses me with it's kiss every
night..." He let his hand drop to the side as he turned only his
head. His one golden eye looking towards the man with a smirk.
"You got a name?" He simply watched and waited with that cocky,
power hungry, glance.

With a quick glance at the new comer a voice seems to come from
all directions smooth as silk. "They call me me Agemanon." With
a sigh the man clad in black stands up and brushes him self off,
he peers through his medium length black hair with a single
briliant blue eye at the man who had just disturbed the sacred
ground on which they stood. He was slender and weak in
appearance but an air about him radiated with a power long since
forgotten.
"And whom are you, and why do you disturb this place." He looks
at the culprit with a look that showed obvious disdain. "You
have damaged that which is sacred and the giver of life." Still
looking at the man he places a single hand on the tree, The
shadows in the area seem to come to life and swirl and writhe
around the darkly cald man. "you may not harm this place as long
as I stand before you."
