A simple Role Play.

"Alright!!!! Let's go an adventure!!!!" A strange man called out
loudly in a cheerfully tone. The man wore a black cloak
covering all of his body. On top of his head he wore and black
and white top hat and also wore a pair of sunglasses. He turned
to a man that happened to be standing right beside him. "No
wait...not just any adventure...an AWESOME adventure!!! An
adventure starring two best friends!!!" The strange man held his
hand up to get a highfive from his so called 'best friend.' The
other man was also dressed in a black cloak, but instead of a
top hat and sunglasses he wore a mask. A boring black mask with
a big red dot in the center and two holes for his eyes. The
masked man stood there in silent. "Oh Akuma you silly man living
me hanging. Come on!!! Highfive me!!!" Akuma the masked man
shrugged and highfived the man in the top hat so hard he fell
over. "owwwww....why so hard....heh...heh heh....hard..." The
man in the top hat stood up and dusted himself off. "First on
our list of things to do...Find a bad guy!!!" He shouted out
standing a super hero like pose before Akuma pushed him over,
shrugged, and started to walk off.

Elizabeth crouched down low in the tall grass, her long blonde
hair tangled in a matted mess as it fell over her grey eyes. Her
scrawny body, which was tanned beneath the sun though pale lines
marked scars here and there, a particularly nasty claw-mark
looking scar upon her forearm, was hidden well despite it being
the afternoon with the sun shining, she was near invisible
unless one were to look for her with intent. Her clothing was a
tan colour to match the yellowing grass that stood around her,
keeping her hidden like the camouflaged pelt of a lion in the
Savannah, wearing only a torn up shirt and shorts. Her feet were
bare apart from a few scraps of fabric wrapped around them to
protect the more sensitive portions of skin, she didn't like the
trapped feeling of her toes being stuck inside shoes like tiny
inmates in a sweaty prison. Better to feel the earth on her
heels and the dirt between her toes. Keeping her body close to
the ground, Elizabeth kept her vivid eyes on the pair of
peculiar men who were merely meters away. Such strange people!
Then again, she'd seen plenty of drunk people to compete for
strangeness with these. One fell and landed not far from her,
though she did not move, simply watched. When one started to
walk, she began to make her way through the grass around to
follow them, like a hunter stalking its prey, only the faint
rustling of grass there to give away her position though it
could be easily mistaken for the wind.

The man in the top hat got back up quickly and called out to his
so called 'bestfriend'. "Awww where you going Akuma!?!? You
can't go on this super awesome adventure without me!!! I'm the
reason why it's so awesome!!!" The strange man followed Akuma as
he ignored the strange man and kept walking. The strange man
caught up to Akuma. He put his arm around Akuma and chuckled.
"We're an awesome team!!!" Akuma shoved the strange man away,
this time though the strange man kept his balance. "Well fine be
that mr. grumpy pants!" The strange man started to look around
with a sigh. "So far...this adventure sucks...it's not awesome
at all." The strange man turned away from Akuma and started
talking about random things they'd do on the adventure. While he
was talking away some bandits jumped out at Akuma. Akuma started
to fight and kill each one with a sword and a knife he seemed to
pull out of no where. The strange man didn't notice any of this
going on behind him, he just kept talking as Akuma slaughtered
each one of the bandits with ease. Finally once they were all
dead the strange man turned around seeing them dead and Akuma
covered in blood. "Akuma!!! Do you murder all those guys?!?!
What if they were nice." Akuma shrugged not caring if they were
or not. "You have to ask people if their mean first!" Akuma
shook his head and rolled his eyes.

Following through the grass, Elizabeth kept herself low and
watched as the two peculiar men continued their journey.
Something about an adventure? Clearly one was much more sensible
than the other, as one was being much quieter and less bizarre.
She peeked her head up out of the grass slowly to get a better
look, though quickly darted down again as the strange one turned
around. Her eyes watched as the other battled off the bandits,
wondering how his companion could be so oblivious to the fight.
A frown crossed her brow as he turned back to see the now-dead
bandits, moving closer through the grass. They certainly did
seem like interesting people, and if they were fighting off
bandits then they themselves weren't bandits. The enemy of my
enemy is my friend. Something she'd always lived by, and if
these people were killing bandits, that made them an enemy of an
enemy. She rose from her crouching position to stand up out of
the grass, her eyes glancing towards the bodies that were now in
view before moving back to the two companions, wondering if they
would notice her without her having to call to them. She was
only meters away, so she was sure that at least one of them
would probably see her from the corner of their eye.

As soon as the stranger rose from the grass Akuma darted his
eyes to her and got his weapons ready but was easily annoyed and
distracted by the strange man as he talked on and on. "AND!!!
Those are all the reason why you can't kill random people!!! AND
what are you looking at!?!?" The strange man turned to look at
the stranger and his eyes widen. A grin appeared on his face and
he stepped forward. "Well hello there. Are you a female in need
of saving? I'll save you from evil....for a price." He winked at
her while Akuma just rolled his eyes and put his weapons away.
"I'm Rubix and there..." He looked back at Akuma and then back
at the female. "That's Akuma, but don't worry about him...I'm
the real hero here." Akuma rolled his eyes again as Rubix failed
horribly trying to smooth talk this female. "What's your name
pretty lady....you know the thing about heroes we have really
big.....weapons." Rubix winked and stepped a little closer.
Akuma picked up and rock and acted like he was beating Rubix
over the head with it. Not to impress the female or anything
Rubix just annoyed him.

Without flinching, Elizabeth simply stared at the stranger
holding the weapons, her grey eyes locked on him until the other
turned to face her, which was when her gaze shifted to the noisy
one. She was only short in stature, standing at a mere 5''4 and
her body was scrawny and thin but by no means weak. Her scars
were evidence of that, she never shied away from a fight. A brow
raised curiously as the noisy one stepped towards her, her lips
parting to speak though didn't get the chance before she was
introduced to the two of them. His smooth talking amused her,
though she felt the need to come up with something witty to put
him down from his current ego. With a smirk, she brushed past
him to move beside Akuma, running her fingers down his cheek as
she grinned at Rubix. "Oh, well the only one I've seen with
weapons is Akuma." Casting a glance towards Akuma, Elizabeth's
grin turned to a sweeter smile. "Elizabeth, by the way."

Rubbix smirked as she started walking closer in his head he
thought "Oh yeah, some ones getting lucky tonig...." He was cut
off watching her go right to Akuma. He was taken by surprise as
she spoke of Akuma only one having the weapons and Akuma quickly
looked at Rubix. He glared at Akuma and pointed at him. "Stop
laughing at me with your eyes!!! Stop it!!!" Akuma just kept
starring at Rubix as Rubix turned away and pouted. "Whatever
there are so many other woman out there that can't say no to me!
The hero!!!" The Rubix turned around quickly and stepped
forward. "HEY!!! How come every time I get closer to you, you
harm me in some way!?!? But with her you let her right next to
you AND she touched you!!!" Akuma shrugged and looked at
Elizabeth and acted like he was punching her. "You aren't really
hitting her I'm not stupid!!!" Akuma pulled out a piece of paper
and wrote something down and held it up. It said "You could of
fooled me." Rubix glared at Akuma and grabbed the paper and
ripped it up. "ANYWAYS!!!....We're going on an adventure...and
AWESOME adventure. Your free to tag along if you don't get in my
way and don't always need saving."

Elizabeth smirked as Rubix seemed to get rather jealous. Or at
least, that's what it seemed like. Hearing him boast of how
other women couldn't say no to him, she couldn't help but want
to put him to the test. The town near by had plenty of women in,
she'd love nothing more than to make him prove his theory. But
of course, she wasn't going to drag them into town for something
as silly as that. Glancing towards Akuma, Elizabeth wondered if
she'd crossed a line by touching him since Rubix was making a
big deal about it, but he seemed okay with it. She didn't even
flinch when he feigned punching her, simply turned her eyes
towards Rubix with a raised brow. She was curious to know why
Akuma's words had been written rather than spoke, but she
assumed perhaps he was a mute and thought nothing of it. At
Rubix's preposition, Elizabeth considered whether to leave or
stay, then rolled her shoulders. "I have nothing better to do I
suppose. I'll travel with you. Don't worry about me getting in
your way, just as long as you stay out of mine." She made a
mental note to herself to be careful about her temper from here
on out, one slip up and there'd be trouble. Who knew what these
guys would do if they found out, people like her weren't exactly
welcomed even at the best of times.

"psssssh!! If anyone will get in anyone's way it's you and Akuma
getting my way! When I save the world I MIGHT share some of the
glory with you!!." Rubix looked around a little bit and sighed.
"Now where to?" Akuma pointed out to the small town. Rubix
looked back at the small town. "Hey look!!! I found a town!!!
Maybe we can use that town to see if anyone has any jobs for
us!! Maybe a group of monsters kidnapped some one!! Or a dragon
keeps eating people there!!!" Rubix ran off to the town as Akuma
just simply shook his head glaring at Rubix. Akuma looks at
Elizabeth and then back at the town and starts walking there.
They weren't too far away from town to make it there in a short
time. Rubix ran and started to speak rather loudly. "Don't
worry!!! I Rubix the hero is here!!!" Everyone just looked at
Rubix for a moment before getting back to what they were doing.
Once Akuma caught up with Rubix he stopped. Rubix looked at
Akuma and spoke. "They must be shy."

Elizabeth watched in amusement as Rubix boasted about him saving
the world, her hands resting on her hips. "Oh really, huh? I
feel privileged to be considered for the sharing." she mused,
merely humoring him. "Kidnap? Dragon?" Once Rubix ran off, she
glanced towards Akuma with a small laugh. "Is he always this
hyperactive?" She began walking alongside him as they made their
way to the town, already hearing Rubix shouting up ahead.
Goodness, he certainly was a peculiar one. Once they caught up
to him and he claimed that the town was simply shy, Elizabeth
looked around and tried to spot any signs of trouble. To be
honest, she wasn't really sure what to look for when looking for
trouble, it was something she didn't often choose to do.
