After leaving the hallway, which seemed to be picking up in
activity, Sachiel headed up to the Game Room. He walked behind
the bar, and looked around. It was far better stocked than the
one in the living room! There was even a refrigerator instead of
a small cooler! Margarita salts and everything. Sachiel could
see himself spending a lot of time behind this bar. Also, there
was air hockey and a ping pong table! Yeah, this place was
awesome...

After she ran to her room, dressing in a pair of running shorts
and tank, Kegan mad her way to the game room. She smiled, shyly
walked up to the bar, and sat on a stool. "I bet you and Ms. Lyn
think I'm rude." Her fingers twisted around one another
nervously, her gaze downcast toward the bar separating them. The
desire to make friends here was her only motivation for coming
to the game room; because if she had it her way, she would leave
the house and head home. But, she had signed a contract, and had
to fulfill her end of the bargain.
"I didn't mean to be rude, I'm sorry," she confessed to him. Her
hands fell idle and her cheeks flushed with embarrassment. "And,
as you can tell, I'm hardly modest." Kegan wasn't confident
about many things, but her body was one aspect of herself that
she held great confidence in. She could use it to get nearly
anything she wanted, though she didn't steep to such measures.
A sheepish smile spread across her lips and she began to speak
in French, without any hint of an American accent, "Je tiens
simplement à trouver mon vrai amour." Kegan was thankful that
her father had insisted in her knowing how to speak and read
French, among other languages. She really doubted, well more
like hoped, Sachiel spoke french, so here statement would be
lost to the air between them. "Is there any coke back there?"
~Confession: I really hope I can make some friends here, and
perhaps more.~

It didn't take long for Kegan to catch up with Sachiel. After
all, all she had to do was throw on something to cover up the
too-hot-for-tv parts. Sachiel smiled to her and gestured toward
a stool, offering her a seat. He laughed in response to her
question and shook his head. "I can't speak for SueLyn..." he
said, the humor clear on his voice. "But I think you're just
excited. It's perfectly normal." An image of her in her nude
form flashed before him, and he shook his head once more in
attempts to remove it. "No, certainly not modest, but then,
that's a quality we share."
Sachiel's facial expression shifted when the woman certainly
began speaking in french. It brought a softer smile to his face.
He was impressed with the control she had over her voice and
accent. He wasn't fluent in French, but he did know a little bit
about the language. He was able to make out something about her
wanting love. His eyes rolled to the ceiling as he searched for
the words, and accent to respond with, before looking to the
woman. "C'est possible." He said with a smile. His accent wasn't
nearly as perfect as her own, but he had the general sound down.
He quickly reverted back to his language of choice, however,
unable to maintain an entire conversation in french. "After all,
you're in the same house as Tony, right? He -is- the one you
want, isn't he?" his tone had a playful hint of suspicion in it.
He had seen the way she looked at him in the living room. But
had he caught wind of her more recent mischief as well? His
words didn't suggest one way or another.
::Confessional::
I think Kegan's a little starstruck right now, but I'm glad
she's here. I think once she get's used to everyone and loosens
up a bit, this will be good for her. And hey, she isn't bad
looking either!
He made his way over to the cabinet and pulled out a glass
before filling it with ice. In the short time he had been there,
he had fully familiarized himself with the bar and it's
contents. After filling the glass with coke, he placed it on a
napkin before Kegan and smiled. "One Coke on the rocks." He
offered her a wink and a smile, his eyes making their way to the
door. He figured Lyn may have wanted to shower before changing,
so it could be a while before she showed up...

Kegan's eyes widened when Sachiel spoke french. It was a modest
comment, but it was enough to surprise her. "I am sure it is
possible, but I don't know when it will happen." Her voice had
fallen into a near whisper and her eyes fell to stare at her
hands again. "I've had a crush on Tony since I was fourteen, but
I am afraid I'll be just another fling for him. What I want,"
she paused and looked at Sachiel, "is something real, something
lasting. L'amour."
The way he looked at her made Kegan wonder what he was thinking.
"My body is my best feature," she said to switch away fom the
other topic. "I love it, but then I do work for it. I have a
personal trainer and she is very disciplined. I love her
workouts though, the conditioning is the best." Her smiled
brightened and she took a tentative sip of her drink. She wasn't
sure if she was ready to drink alcohol yet, at least not until
she got to know everyone here. She smiled again and closed her
eyes for a moment.
"I have seen you in a few films, Sachiel. You are an inspiring
actor." Kegan's words were true. Tony may have been her reason
for becoming an actor; but watching th others word pushed her to
strive, even though she wanted to remain a lesser known actress.
"But, may I ask why you came to the house?"
~Confession: Sachiel is really hot!~

Grey-silver eyes full of understanding looked on at the woman as
she explained her feelings. Her honesty was refreshing to him,
and her words reminded her of something that Kadira had said
earlier that evening. Sachiel had spent enough time around Tony
now to get a general grasp of his personality, though the deeper
parts of his psyche were still a mystery. When Tony fell, he
fell hard, but he was also no stranger to the one night stand...
"I can understand your feelings..." He said, staring into an
empty glass for a moment. "Sometimes a crush can seem just a
fantasy that's better off staying that way." He had experienced
the very same thing, and more recently than some would think...
Kegan's choice of a new topic threw Sachiel off slightly. You
rarely heard someone break out with a statement like that. But
once again, he only smiled and shook his head. "I disagree." He
said. Not that her body wasn't quite impressive... After all, he
had gotten quite the close-up look at it. But there was
something more attractive about her than that. He couldn't quite
place his finger on it, but he was sure it was there. "But if
you're interested in keeping it up, maybe you can be my workout
partner." He had seen the workout room earlier, and had to
admit, it would be a waste not to take advantage.
Sachiel thought about the work he had done when Kegan brought it
up. One top rated show, and one Emmy nominated movie. Sachiel
hadn't won any awards for his work thus far, but he believed
that the satisfaction he got from people enjoying it was more
than enough. He leaned forward with his arms on the counter. In
truth, he still had quite a buzz from the game of I Never. "To
be honest, I got dragged here by my co-star." He said with a
laugh. He thought of A'Nailiah at that moment, wondering if she
had given in to her instincts and jumped in the pool yet. "I had
no interest in coming here, but Naili didn't want to come
alone." He looked at the bar, debating whether to make himself
one final drink, but decided against it. He could still feel
that burning sensation in his chest from the Tequila he had
consumed earlier, after all.

"My agent," Kegan began to reply, "thought coming here would
better my career. I don't know if I want increased fame though.
I have seen what happens to those who remain in the spotlight,
and I do not want that." Her face became contemplative, her blue
eyes staring into Sachiel's. "When I have kids, I want them to
be able to lead a normal life. If I am still acting, it would be
difficult for them to do so." She smiled softly and bit her lip.
Kegan was beginning to lose herself on those Gray eyes of the
man before her. It didn't help her situation with him being kind
and friendly to her.
Her smile widened at Sachiel's offer to workout together. But,
that was not the image that ran through her mind. She may not
have ever known the touch of a man, but she could still day
dream. Clearing her throat, Kegan nodded and extended her hand,
"that sounds like a splendid idea. I told my trainer I would be
a way for a while, but I know she expects me to keep up my
regiment. Plus, I saw all the equipment in the workout room.
There is plenty to do in there."
"And," Kegan continued, "if you disagree, what is my best
feature, Mr. Sachiel? Yours, I can say, would be your eyes and
your personality. A girl could fall head over heels for a
handsome, kind man with such stunning eyes that you have." Blush
filled her cheeks, turning them a rosy red. She had not meant to
speak her mind, but she did. It didn't feel right keeping things
from Sachiel, even if she had only known him a short amount of
time. To her, it felt as if she had known him all her life,
instead of a few moments or so.
~Confession: OMG! Sachiel! He's in my head, and I am thinking
impure thoughts about him!~
Kegan found herself, unconsciously, walking around the bar to
stand before the man. He had a foot or more on her, but she did
not mind that. While she traversed the divider between them, her
eyes remain firmly attached to his. "Would it be strange for me
to say that I have never been kissed?" She asked, her cheeks
growing darker with blush. She was being straight forward with
Sachiel, something she had never done before. "Would it also be
strange for me to say I have never been on a date, either?"

After a quick shower, Sue had realized that her room wasn't
prepared yet. So, dressed in the only thing she had on her; a
pair of short shorts and a sports bra. The Brazilian decided
that it would have to do. Modesty wasn't a big issue with her at
all, hell, she was nude or nearly so over ninety percent of her
show! She also figured that it wouldn't be bad to use her
clothes as a nighty since her room probably wont be available
till the morning. Besides, it was all she had to wear anyway.
Sighing, the woman dried her hair and headed toward the game
room. Sadly, she hadn't seen anyone else around. Maybe heard
them faintly. Once she had entered the game room, Sue noticed
that the crazy chick was back and was all over Sachiel.
Figures.. She thought to herself with a small laugh to herself.
"Interrupting something?" She said with a smile, not caring if
she was or not. She was invited, and in her country of origin,
invitations mean a lot. "Pobres meninas. Ou talvez tenha sido o
seu charme que pegou ela como uma mosca?" She said to Sachiel in
her native language before taking a seat across from them,
tilting her head as the awkward scene unfolds. "A mudslide?" She
requested, but more like a question of if he could make one.
--Confessional. "Whoops.. Haha.."--

An odd blend of expressions consumed the man's face as he
listened to Kagen tell him about why she was there. She didn't
need this for her career! Sure, it was exposure, but it could be
the wrong kind. She was talented! She didn't need to be around a
bunch of drunken celebrities. She needed to be given a true
chance!
And then came the true dilemma. She needed the motivation. She
feared the dark side of fame, which was completely
understandable. Sachiel smiled to himself, recalling when he
went through the same mental quandary. "Let me give you some
advice." He said to her. "If your art is truly your passion,
then pursue it. Don't worry about that part of it. Instead,
become someone that others can look up to. That way, even when
the cameras are in your face, no one can ever say you were part
of any scandal, and your kids will have nothing to worry about."
He reflected on his words of wisdom, wondering if they had all
doomed themselves to scandal by coming on this show... One thing
was for sure. This moment wouldn't be aired on the show... It
wasn't good for ratings.
When she asked what her most attractive feature truly was, his
eyes shifted to the ping pong table, in attempts to avoid eye
contact. "It's hard to explain." he said to her. "You have this
energy..." Eyes back on her. "It's awkward, and a bit
unpolished, but it makes me want to root for you, it makes me
want to be on your side." The word he was looking for was aura.
Despite being young and inexperienced, or maybe because of it,
she had a very bright and positive aura. Sachiel was sensitive
to things like that.
A slight flush disappeared from Sachiel's face as quickly as it
had appeared when she went on about what -his- most attractive
features were. His ability allowed him to stop himself from
blushing, so long as he noticed in time. "Unfortunately I can't
take credit for my eyes." He said with a laugh. "They're a gift
from my mother. I'm glad you don't find me to be a bore though."
He then stood up from his leaning position and continued. "Don't
pile it on too high though. I might get a big head, then that
personality you like so much will go "poof"" He made an
exploding motion with his hands and laughed silently.
Sachiel's defenses instinctively rose when the woman walked
around to his side of the bar. He had claimed that area as his
own, and developed an innate protectiveness over it. But as she
approached. He noted her small stature, and couldn't help but
smile once more, as his head lowered more and more in order to
maintain eye contact. Sachiel was known by the cast of Daratan
for his self control; Perhaps having too much of it. But the
tequila that was running through his system battled with that
natural trait of his. He normally chose his words very
carefully. Normally, he may have connected her questions to the
game of I Never, so that he wouldn't have to answer them
directly. But now, the words just flew from his lips. "I find
that very hard to believe..."
And that's when SueLyn came through the door. Sachiel cursed
himself for not noticing her sooner. Normally he would have
sensed the distortion in water all the way down the hall, but
this time he only noticed her just before her entrance. "Not at
all" He told her, as she asked if she was interrupting anything.
He blinked a few times when she spoke up. All these bilingual
women! And he -loved- a woman with an accent. Unfortunately,
unlike when Kagen spoke to him in French, he couldn't make out
what she was saying. But he did catch the word "charm" somewhere
in there...
A mudslide! Finally someone requested a drink with some style!
"Coming right up." He bit his lip as he walked away from the
women and toward the back counter. Damn she looked good! He had
put himself in an awkward situation...
Despite being somewhat intoxicated, and a bit thrown off by the
two beautiful women behind him, Sachiel appeared to be in his
natural habitat behind the bar, as he mixed Vanilla and Coffee
flavored ice creams into a blender with Ice and Vodka. While the
frozen drink blended, he swirled Chocolate Syrup into a glass.
While the syrup added a bit of flavor to the drink, it was more
for show. Once he was finished, he poured the drink into the
glass and topped it with a cherry for garnish. "One Mudslide."
He said, placing the drink on a napkin for Lyn, and immediately
proceeded to wash the container that sat atop the blender. "So
did your flight just land?" He asked Lyn, hoping to help her
wind down.

Kegan stepped away from Sachiel the instant Lyn entered the
room, her face blooming with a full out blush. She allowed the
man to answer for her whioe her gaze was glued to the exotic
woman. The wonder of what could have happened if Lyn had not
have entered lingered in her mind. She wasn't certain what may
have, but whatever it was going on between her and Sachiel had
all but dissipated.
But, Kegan could understand why. Lyn was far more beautiful than
she ever could be; and she knew Sachiel would be foolish not to
attempt some form of relationship with the woman. Still, she
felt the soft sting of jealousy within her chest, which only
grew when the woman spoke in her native tongue. Kegan caught the
hint of Portuguese with the statement, but it was not a language
she was familiar with. She spoke perfect French, from living in
France for several years; but she was also quite fluent in
Russian, Italian, German, and Greek.
While Sachiel busied himself making a drink for the woman, she
made her way toward one of the arcade games in the corner, a
vintage Mortal Kombat system. Under her breath, in passing, she
muttered to herself, "en fait, vous avez ruiné un baiser
possible pour moi." She flushed with embarrassment at her
abrasiveness, and turned to Lyn with a polite smile. "I do wish
to apologize for my rude behavior earlier in the hall. I was
raised better than that, amd cutting you off was terribly bad
manners. I hope that you can forgive me." Her smile widened but
her embarrassment remained. It was not her place to fight for a
man, more importantly one that assuredly was not interested in
her. "I hope that we could be friends, Ms. Lyn." She added,
attempting to be as polite and sincere as she could possibly be.
~Confession: I have never felt jealousy until today. Lyn is way
out of my league, as is Sachiel for that matter.
"You see more potential in me than I see in myself, Sachiel. I
will take your advice, and hope that the wickedness of fame does
not befall upon me." She smiled at him over her shoulder and
proceeded to play Mortal Kombat.
