By: Kadira Date: August 5, 2013, 3:35 pm

"A meet and greet, huh?" Kadira asked to no one in particular as
she pulled her shirt over her head. Purple... There was no color
like it in the world to Kadira, so naturally she would make her
first impression wearing it. Once she was dressed, she made her
way to the living room. There was a little bounce in her step,
just short of skipping as she made her way down the hall and
entered the room. "Hi everyone!" She practically cheered as she
walked in. She walked into the group and offered her brightest
smile. "I'm Kadira." She said happily as she looked over the
       group of familiar faces.
She knew several of the people present for their work, though,
being a B-list celebrity at best, she had never actually met any
of them. Shay Smith was among the group, as well as Tony! But
Kadira wasn't truly awestruck until she saw her... Aoife Finch,
sitting all alone, seperate from everyone else! Her moment of
silence only lasted a moment, as she decided to take her seat
next to her favorite actress. This was truly a dream come true!
"I don't mean to be intrusive, but I just wanted to tell you
that I'm a big fan!" She said, extending her hand to Aoife in
introduction. She wouldn't continue to bother the woman though,
instead watching the group, and hoping to get in on the
       conversation!
And that's when she saw him... She didn't know who he was, or
what he performed in, but he was absolutely GORGEOUS! Her eyes
shifted to the ground to ensure that she wasn't staring, and she
tried to focus in on the conversation. "So how about an ice
breaker? Or did I miss all that already?" She looked around for
Liah, but to her surprise, found that she had yet to arrive.

He had a soft nod as he looked to where the woman had motioned
taking his seat and smiling politely. Although her smile wasn't
constant he knew he wasn't much of a bother so he just nodded
and sat down slowly. Careful not to upset her book at all. "Tis
a lovely thing meeting you Miss Aoife." He smiled again and
leaned back keeping his back straight and his posture was
perfect. His eyes scanning the rest of the room as he noticed a
man dozing off. Watching him wake up and pretty much just be in
confusion he chuckled softly. Nodding in his direction as he
spoke again. "Name's Derek, pleasure to meet ya man." He waved
and laughed again slightly. Looking around the room again at all
the new people entering and some people leaving. He cleared his
throat before he saw a girl skipping into the room it seemed a
shrug as he looked at her once and nodded with a smile. Looking
back to Aoife as he was originally, merely speaking again as he
smiled. "We had plenty of book assignments, not once have I been
captivated by a book though. Though wherever I seem to be that
book in particular has always caught my eye and found me
somehow." He chuckled to himself softly as his chest rose and
fell every breath. He merely averted his eyes for a second,
watching the door, then he looked back at her as his reached up
and scratched his chin. A small amount of blondish stubble being
       scratched at.
His facial hair was growing back, and itching even worse but he
sighed it off. Ignoring the persistent itch. He shook his head
and closed his eyes leaning back. "The way that book is written
is so much more different, so bitterly elegant I'm not even sure
calling it the finest work of literature would do it any honor."
He took a breath and sighed to himself contently. His eyes
traveling up and gleaming at the clock near the kitchen. He
looked back at Aoife and nodded closing his eyes. "It was a
pleasure meeting you Miss Aoife, and I'm sure we'll make a
better acquaintance soon. Though it was a short but lovely chat
I should retire, I have a rather long day tomorrow. Au revoir."
He smiled politely as his last words came out in an exact French
accent. Nodding and bowing lightly as he stood up. "See you guys
some other time." He smiled brightly before he sighed and waved.
"Have a good one everyone." He slowly waved again as he walked
to the stairs and then slowly back up them to his room.

Instead of wearing something snazzy, like she originally
planned, Naili decided to go for comfort. She dressed herself in
a white tank with short comfortable denim shorts. She slipped in
some flops and proceeded to head to the meet n greet. She
assumed that since Sachie wasn't there, he would most likely
already been down there. So, apparently, he wasn't late. ---
--- Quickly she made her way to the living room, where she could
already hear the congregation that had gathered. They sounded
like such a lively assortment of people. As she entered, several
guys were leaving; She figured that they weren't fans of a full
house, or they had their own reasons to leave the meeting area.
Shrugging, Naili made her way inside. From here she could see
the beautiful Shay! She's seen her shows and was a real fan of
her's and Athyna's. They had great chemistry as a
mother/daughter duo. The show was complicated but a very good
show once you get into it. She didn't know anyone else though,
sadly. Well, that was until she saw Kadi speaking with Shay,
which she offered the woman a smile and wave before heading over
to Sachie. Here, she didn't notice the red head that he was
speaking with until she got closer, which, to her surprise, was
someone else from Darathan! Cealia! or as she called her,
California. "California! Oh my God!" Naili squeed and hugged the
woman tightly, even though she was sitting. She then sat halfway
upon Sachie's lap, her back to him while she smiled at Cealia.
"Here you are, Sachie! Glad you found someone to speak to and
       made it!"

Aoife, feeling rather generous now, dog-eared her page and set
it next to her mug of tea, switching off to take a drink of the
now warm brew. Derek had her full attention as he spoke, and she
took those few moments to give him a look over. He was a strong
man, no doubt, and she could guess that he played physical,
butt-kicking roles in films. Green eyes looked at the stubble on
his chin made him seem grown and strong, which was probably why
he was successful in his career -- he definitely seemed like a
charmer. Despite being blatantly good looking, Aoife knew that
he was deeper than just his skin, and deep down he was an
amazing person. Alas, their meeting was short lived, and he
headed out to his room, leaving Aoife wanting more -- and
slightly hoping that she hadn't chased him off because she
neglected to pay complete attention to him from the beginning.
As soon as Derek got up, another person took his place, and
seemed extremely excited to see Aoife. The woman had introduced
herself to the group -once again the name rang a bell in her
head- and was silent. Aoife watched her intently, making eye
contact with her that seemed to send her over the edge with pure
excitement before she pranced on over and took up Derek’s
previous spot. Immediately Aoife had a small smile on her face,
cheeks even pinkening in a blush. Despite how cool she was on
the outside, inside she was jumping around and screaming at the
top of her lungs. It was the greatest feeling on earth to be
recognized and appreciated for something that you put great
effort into achieving. “Wow! Thank you. I’m very honored.” Her
irish-laced voice rang out, a beautiful chime that attracted the
ears with each crescendo and decrescendo of its song. She felt a
small twinge of disappointment for not knowing any big things
Kadira was known for, and frowned internally, hoping to make the
woman welcome. A little too eagerly her hand grasped Kadira’s in
the handshake, giving it a small squeeze before recoiling. It
       felt a little surreal.
Now that Kadira’s attention was focused on the group instead of
singling Aoife out, she took one last drink from her mug and
switched off with the book, debating whether or not to continue
reading there or wander around to find a nice cozy spot alone.
It wouldn’t take her that long to finish the book off -- a few
hours actually. It would be the only book she would read for the
day, figuring it would be better to socialize -despite how much
it was out of her comfort zone- because she would be around
these people for quite some time. She couldn’t help but to let
her mind wander back to Derek, and wondered silently where his
room was. Perhaps she could find him, talk with him a bit more
since she was already comfortable with him. Her nose snarled
cutely. Best not to disturb him, he said he had a long day
tomorrow, for what she didn’t know.
The book remained closed on her lap as she thought about all
that, not realizing she had been staring off into space, a
glazed over look focused unconsciously on someone across the
       room from her.

Looking around, seeing people he thought he knew, Tony tilted
his head -obviously completely confused- and sighed. Then,
deciding to make his introductions, he smiled and spoke to the
group; just as the others who'd introduced themselves. "Hello,
all you beautiful ladies, and you gents. I'm certain you all
know me, and if I'm right about who you ladies and gents are,
it's a pleasure to work with you all, and if we haven't,
hopefully that changes soon. I'm Tony. " Then, he chuckled and
stepped back, slightly embarrassed that he'd had the guts to do
       that.

       ---------------------------------------------------------
Embarrassement played on Sachiel's face as he was forced to
admit that he had been sucked into his own world in the middle
of the meet and greet. But instead of being met with ridicule,
or jokes at his expense, he was met with friendliness. "Nice to
meet you." He responded to Derek, shaking his hand firmly. The
house was full of cool guys, as well as beautiful women...
Perhaps he wouldn't have to remain in the shadow of Naili the
       entire time after all!
Speaking of beautiful women, they had really multiplied! There
were several that had arrived, from big celebrities to small
ones. This became especially apparent as the majority of the men
in the room seemed to be leaving. Even the girl who played the
serpent monster in that thriller series had arrived! What was
her name? He couldn't remember, but he was surprised to find
that she was even more attractive in person! He was starting to
feel out of place though. His thoughts were interrupted when
Naili suddenly showed up and took a seat in his lap. He
instinctively placed his hand on the outside of her leg, but
quickly moved it, realizing that the opportunity that he usually
seized happily was now a hindrance. Regardless of what he
thought of A'Nailiah, his chances with her in the long run were
zero. But if they appeared to be a couple, it would make
interaction with the rest of the females in the house awkward.
Of course she wouldn't think of things like that. In her eyes,
she was just sitting with a good friend.
Luckily, Tony spoke up, reminding him that he actually wasn't
the center of attention here. There were people who commanded
much more than he did, so there was no need to worry about such
things. "Haven't worked with you yet." Sachiel replied to the
man. "But when I do, I'll know that I've made it." He said with
a laugh. After all, Daratan had been a popular show, but his
fame paled in comparison to Tony's as well as many other of the
       people present.

This was all amazing! Kadira was sitting here, shaking hands
with Aoife Finch! She had expected the house to be full of drama
and chaos, but then, there was still plenty of time for that.
After all, everyone was just arriving and getting settled in.
And then it happened. Liah showed up, and Kadira was getting
ready to speak to her, and move to sit next to her, but she
seated herself on that guy's lap! Was that her boyfriend? She
had never considered anything like that. She wanted to ask, but
that would be awkward. So instead she decided to speak up to the
group. "How about a drinking game!" She asked everyone. "How
       about 'I Never?"

"It really is," Caelia sighed, propping her head on a fist and
grinning at Sachiel. "But at least we all got to meet
occasionally when the Siram Ball episodes were filmed! Truth be
told, I got along better with the cast from Siram and Septur
than my own season's cast." She giggled, nodding in approval at
the nickname Shay had chosen to use. "C's fine with me! And
thank you! Kiba's been my partner for a long time. I didn't know
if they would allow pets here, but I couldn't just leave him
back home." She smiled and waved to both Shay and Stefan as they
bade their goodbyes and headed out. "It was nice to meet you
       both!"
Caelia wondered if she should leave too. This was supposed to be
a meet and greet, and while she was used to the crowded streets
of New York, crowded social situations weren't her cup of
coffee. While Kiba was enjoying the attention he was getting,
Caelia would much rather meet in smaller groups or one on one.
She started to bid everyone adieu and head out to explore the
rest of the house, but before she could get up, a pair of arms
wrapped around her, holding her to her seat. That squealing
voice could only belong to a certain blue-haired babe, and the
nickname that she called only verified who it was.
       "Canada! I can't believe it's you! I thought I heard Sach
mention you were coming. How you been? I see you've already
found a pool to splash in," Caelia gestured to the woman's damp
locks as she plopped herself down right onto a flustered looking
Sachiel. She looked around at the growing crowd and suddenly
felt out of place in the sea of celebrities that was forming.
"I'd stick around to chat, but it's getting a little too close
for my taste. Maybe the three of us could catch up later? We
could show each other our rooms or something!" Caelia waved as
she picked her way through the living room, careful not to step
on or bump anyone as she exited.

Looking around, raising his right hand, Tony made certain to
speak up when the woman mentioned a drinking game. "I never say
no to a challenge, and that sounds like a challenge to me."
Then, chuckling, the golden eyed man made his way to the dark
skinned woman and offered a hand. "Heya. Name's Tony. Might I
ask the beautiful lady's name?" He wasn't certain she'd answer,
but even if she didn't, he'd still take her up on the challenge.
       "A game sounds fun."

California and Canada... Those two were so strange... But then,
that was what Sachiel liked about them. They were so quirky! But
Caelia didn't seem interested in being all too social and soon
left. Sachiel was laughing to himself when he heard that girl
speak up. A drinking game? That could be fun. Sach was about to
agree to it when Tony beat him to it. He even managed to fit a
little charm into it... And here he was with Naili in his lap.
Already off to a bad start... "A drinking game sounds fun" Sach
said with a smile. "What do you think, Naili?" He barely waited
for her answer before scooting her off of his lap and making his
way to the bar, which he found to be amazingly stocked. He made
himself a drink before speaking up. "Tequila Sunrise for me.
What will everyone else be having?" He was a skilled bartender
before taking up acting, so naturally he felt right at home
behind a bar. "I'm Sachiel, by the way. He said to the bronze
skinned beauty who suggested the game.
