Embarrassment flooded Kegan's face when Kensley began screaming
at Sachiel. She tried to calm her sister, to tell her that
Sachiel was not the man who did it, but Kensley was on the
warpath. At the rate she was going, Kegan would have to leave
the house because Kensley hurt one of the other cast members. As
frustrating as that was, Kegan wanted to stay and spend more
time with Sachiel, Kaylee, and the others.
As Sachiel turned to leave, Kegan grabbed her sister by the arm
and began to drag her out of the room. But Kegan did not leave
without saying goodbye to Danny and Kaylee. "It was good seeing
you again, Danny. And Kaylee, after we are done here at the
house, it would be my pleasure to take you to Sicily, and any
where else in the world you would like to go. If you are up to
it that is."
With that said, Kegan pushed her sister out of the kitchen and
into the hallway.

A groan left Kensley's lips, but she was in no mood to be
embarrassed. Apologies could wait, for now she wanted to
confront the man that used her younger sister. But she didn't
get much of a chance to say anything else, because she had been
pulled from the room by force.
(Sorry for the short post.)

AS the others shuffled out, apparently from a moment of mistaken
identity, Danny waited for Kaylee to join him, then saw her sit
on the counter. Closing the door, he turned back and walked
over, so he stood just out of arms reach from her. He owed her
an explanation, and maybe an apology... he was still pondering
that one. Looking back to her, he stood there, quietly,
awkwardly, opening his mouth to say something, only to close it
again. He felt like he was a little kid, trying to fess up about
something. He knew he should say something, after all, he had
asked her to stay and talk, so he had to say something, either
about their encounter earlier, or last night, or anything.
Thankfully though, Kaylee broke the awkward stillness for him,
with an apology! That was not something he had been expecting,
not from her, but it made him smile, as he nodded, and then
folded his arms. "Well... Thank you..." He said softly, and
smiled wider, "Though I really don't think you had to apologize.
I understand what had happened, and I am more than willing to
take the blame for it." His retort, was spoken slowly, as he
watched her, and thought of what words to choose. He didn't want
her upset with him in the least, so he chose to tread carefully.
Pausing he lightly clapped his hands together and leaned on the
table, then smiled, and started to laugh. "Jesus! I feel like
I'm high sdchool again, trying to talk to the prom queen!" He
joked, then looked back to Kaylee, and smiled.
"Oh, and about last nioght, don't worry. nothing happened, we
ran into each other in the hallway, quite literally, you were a
bit... inebriated. So I tried to help you to your room... I got
lost, so I decided to just take you to mine. I gave you the bed,
and I slept on the flor. Nothing more thn that." He explained,
and moved forward, to pat her hand, "Besides, you had nothing to
worryabnout. Even if anything had started, I wouldn't have gone
through... Not while you were in that state.." He added softly,
sweetly. "Oh and this moprning, the whistle, I didn't want to be
caught there, you swimming half naked, and me not say anything.
Would have been a little creepy."
Stepping back, he looked around, then grinned, "Oh and two more
things. One, you want to go play a game of pool, or something?
And two, this party your playing, would you honor me with
allowing me to be your date to it?" He asked, suddenly quiet, "I
on't generally do well in those situatons, and it would be nice
to at least have the appearance of goinmg with someone.." He
added, suddenly quiet, looking at the ground as he reveiled a
weaker, less onfident side of himself.

The little meeting in Jasper's room was nothing short of a
surprise, but when she left, it was like a little part of
herself was left behind in that room with him...even though he
was soon to follow her to the kitchen. Heeled feet clacked on
the floor as she stepped into the kitchen, and immediately
crossed to the refrigerator. Opening it, she zoned in on a
lovely carton of Mango flavoured juice. Fetching it, and then a
small glass, she poured the liquid in, and then lifted the
beverage to her lips partaking in the sweet liquid.
After replacing the juice in the fridge, she found herself
seated at the dining room table, long, mocha legs crossed, one
of the other as she reclined against the back of the chair she
was perched in. a sigh left her lips as she waited for her old
flame to step in, and vaguely wondered what they would talk
about if anything. Had he found another woman in the time they'd
been separated? Most liely. Her mind wondered with these
questions as she sat in silence, lost in thought.

It took only a moment for Jasper to arrive after Shay. He didn't
gather a drink from the fridge, however, he simply sat across
from her. The light red that had taken hold of his eyes was
completely replaced now, swirls of blue, green, and grey took
hold in his irises now, as if the colors were fighting for
dominance. "A delicatus potum vitrum." The words were spoken
under his breath, but they had their desired effect, as a glass
of lemonade appeared before the young actor. "So, any new
boyfriends I should know about?" Jasper asked, only partially
joking. He was always conflicted at times like these. The
knowledge of any man Shay had met never brought him any
satisfaction though, only a feeling that he couldn't quite
describe. At the same time, it was pleasing that the two were
usually able to be civil with each other, even when being
together was out of the question.

Gazing across the table at him, her plump lips curved into a
crescent smile. She thought about his question for a moment,
trying to remember if there had been a man after him. If there
had ever been any men after him. And to her surprise, she could
think of none. None other than a young man she had been
acquainted with for her show. "There is one man that ive had to
be intimate with on screen. Someone Asterii refers to
affectionately as Art. But other than that, there is no one."
she shrugged, and took another sip of her mango drink. Golden
eyes fell upon him once more, and she quirked a brow. "How about
you? Shay wonders if there have been any lucky women in your
life." even though they were on again off again, she found the
thought of another women being in his life sent a ping of
jealousy through her. Truly curious about the answer, she gazed
at him expectantly, her leg shaking a sign she had never noticed
always occured when she was anxious, or ready to become
internally frustrated with things.

A tinge of relief came over the man in response to the woman's
answer, though he wouldn't allow it to show on his face. But he
was glad. He didn't follow her show the way he used to. He felt
it to be a bit strange if he did. So he had no idea who the man
was that she spoke of. He took a sip of his drink as well.
"Jasper can't say there are any lucky women, thus far." He said.
The tell-tale leg. It was something he had noticed about her
ages ago. She wanted to hear that he hadn't found anyone else.
Well, it was both true and false. He had had a few adventures,
but no relationships. "Never know what the future will bring
though." He said with a smile.

Shay couldnt help the flash of relief that flickered in her sun
kissed eyes, and she didnt much make an effort to hide it
either. A giggle bubbled up from her lips, and she flashed him
that smile that only he could gain from her, and nodded her head
about his last statement. "Thats true, I mean there are tons of
bachelors and bachelorettes in this house. Who knows which of
them would catch our fancy...if any. " None would catch her eyes
here, not now that she knew Jasper was here. She just didnt feel
like any of the men could catch her eyes like he did. Then again
people changed, and so did feelings.

Catch our fancy... Shay always said the most amusing things...
But despite her interesting choice of words, Jasper didn't like
the idea any more than she did. But even moreso, he hated the
fact that he didn't like the idea. It meant that despite his
decision not to be with her, there was a part of him that longed
for her; That didn't want anyone else to have her. He hated
that part of himself. It was that part that always got him into
trouble. It was that part that lead him into most of his bad
habits. He decided that it was best to avoid overthinking the
whole situation, instead deciding to change the subject. "You
hungry?" He asked. He figured she came to the kitchen for a
reason, after all. Perhaps she would like a bite.

When he spoke of food, the fiery haired female instantly perked
up, her gleaming golden eyes brightening just a bit as she
grinned across the table at him. She sat up straight in her
chair, and stopped kicking her leg as she twirled her hair, mind
lost in thought for a moment. She'd originally came to the
kitchen for a drink, and then she was plannign to head to the
pool, but Jasper had always made such delicious meals before,
and she couldnt help but to remember when they 'd had sat at the
table together and shared one of those lovely meals together. "I
think id love something to eat. You make the best food after
all." she chirped out, arms crossing over her chest. A clear
indication that he could surprise her with anything he wanted.
