He pushed his chest out slowly and his back popped before he
relaxed and nodded at her words and suggestion. "Whatever
pleases you dear." He smiled and chuckled lightly, taking
another drink from his coffee and finishing it off with a quick
breath. "That should keep me running for the day." He let out a
light chuckle as he graciously nodded at the woman again before
he finally lifted his head and smiled again. Before he thought
about it he looked around the shop and caught everyone with a
quick glance. Then stopped to look at Jacelynn again as his eyes
stared into hers. He smiled again, his hands resting on the
table and the cup still on the twenty dollar bill. Before he
finally nodded and closed his eyes. Sitting up straight and
taking a light breath. "Well the company is really appreciated,
and the fair sounds quite wonderful about now. With all the
games, the rides, and even the foods and people you get to
meet." He laughed again lightly before finally pushing his cup
to the side as the woman came over and grabbed it and the money
with a bright smile and laugh as she nodded in thanks and walked
away.
"I have money dear, so everything will be on me today. No matter
what it is." He smiled brightly and stared into her eyes again.
His smile dulling to small smirk as he settled in the chair more
and slid his wallet back into his pocket. Pulling out a small
watch and checking the time before putting it away in his front
left pocket. Pulling the brim of his shirt down to cover his
pants and lower stomach again. "Please take your time, we have
no need to rush." He chuckled and slowly sat forward and smiled.
"Well, I make music, skateboard, create graphics and designs of
all sort but other than that I do freelance guitar work." He
laughed politely before nodding and looking at their boards and
his guitar that sat in the seat next to them. "And as you can
tell I do happen to be a side show attraction if it ever comes
down to it." He chuckled again covering his mouth as he sighed
and sat still again. Awaiting anything to happen.

She watched each movement his body made as she sipped the small
cup of coffee she held in her hands. "Well that's good to know."
she responded before sipping on the coffee again. Now the cup
was nearly empty, which was good. She swallowed the last little
bit of coffee before mimicking his moves by sliding the hallow
cup to the side of the table.
"I would have thought so since you are openly offering me
basically what ever I ask for today. When you barely know me."
She met his eyes, gazing back into them as he was doing to hers.
"Do you do this often? Offering girls what ever it is they may
want, so you can spend the day with them?" She bit her lower lip
the moment she realized that her word may come off as harsh or
rude, when that was definitely not the way she intended them.
She was just curious about this boy, Craig Linth. She adjusted
herself in her seat sitting forwards, resting her forearms on
the table as she looked at him. "You seem like you may live a
quite interesting, busy life." She laughed softly at his comment
about the show he had put on earlier, the one that had captured
her attention, making her want to know more about him.
She watched as the girl from before came and took her cup and
left off with it, giving them all the more reason to leave. "You
ready to head for the carnival?" she questioned before rising
from her seat after sliding it back. She pulled her board up
from the floor, hoisting it up and holding it in her right hand
as she waited for him to do pretty much the same.

He had just left out a chuckle at her words and he shook his
head. "Never in all my days at this place, town, skate park, or
coffee shop has a woman so captured my attention like you." He
smiled genuinely and openly as his eyes closed and his head
tilted slightly. "Actually it's been quite a while since I've
been in town, anywhere near here to be exact. Though I have been
known to give out a bit of cash as charity I have never once
taken a woman out on a proper date..." He sighed and shrugged
slowly, shifting in his chair as he stood up just like her. His
eyes opening with a flicker as his guitar case was tossed over
his shoulders again and he lifted his board into his hand.
Sliding his chair in and waving to the staff and smiling.
Acknowledging them all as he made way for the door as he opened
it and smiled at the still sun light. "And I've never been known
to do something like this, just figured it'd be nice to mingle
at the least or even try and be as friendly as possible to those
around me. I haven't been around, nor have I really talked to
anyone lately."
He let out a soft chuckle as he slowly reached for her board and
smiled. "May I?" He asked politely as he held out an open hand.
Taking the board carefully into his hand before sliding his
board behind him between the guitar case and his back. "You ride
goofy am I right?" He looked from the board then to her as he
laughed lightly and shook his head. "If I'm right then you've
got the trucks all wrong, the tires are okay for now but may
need loosened as you get the hang of the board. Should only take
a few minutes though. The trucks need to stay slightly loose,
give you an easier time on turns and make the board hop more
with a Nollie." He smiled again finally as he spun the board in
his hand, tossing it into the air and balancing it with a catch
and on one finger. Spinning it again before flicking it up and
catching it again. Handing the board back to her with a tilt of
his head. "I'm not quite interesting as i am a hermit, but
either way you look at it. It's been quite a while since I was
at a carnival, or at least around another skater, let alone one
as beautiful as the midnight sky shining on the sands of the
beach and beyond." He smiled and nodded at her politely, his
smile fading to a blank expression of seriousness as he stopped
walking and laughed lightly. "Perhaps we should find a spot for
our stuff so that way we don't quite lose it in all the hustle,
would you like to come to my place real quick, it's just up the
road?" He had stopped walking. Looking into her eyes again as he
smiled.

She stole a quick glance his way as he spoke of her catching his
attention like no other. "What about me caught your attention?
That is, if you care to share. And besides, proper dates are no
fun, but then again I didn't know this was a date" She smiled a
sweet, innocent smile and a quick wink while she awaited an
answer. Following him out of the small coffee shop, she felt the
warmth of the sun as it kissed her face and gave her exposed
skin that natural glow. Sweet summer time was one of her
favorite seasons, but autumn was by far her favorite.
When he asked for her board, she handed it to him, but not
before replying, "thanks." He was a true gentlemen, one she was
happy to have come across. He seemed carefree and fun to be
around, the thrill of today excited her. Her eyes flickered in
his direction ever so often as to show she was paying attention
as he talked but also keeping an eye on where she was going and
her surroundings. "Well, I'm not much of a skater like I said,
it's just something fun and interesting to do in spare time, so
perhaps you could give me lessons sometime? I would love to get
better at it." Impressed by the trick with the board, she
clapped softly and laughed before taking the board back into her
own hands. "Well I don't know if I would say I'm that beautiful,
but I must say that was probably the best compliment I've
received." When he slowed and finally stopped walking, she did
too. "That sounds nice. I don't think it'd be much fun having to
carry the board around all day. So just lead the way." she
replied, smiling yet again.
