Aislin and Marcko :)
By: Marcko Date: April 11, 2013, 1:49 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
Marcko whistled, pushing underbrush away as he jogged his way
into the woods. He lived in the town nearby, obviously, but he
was wandering into the woods in search of his dog. Zulu, a
beautiful husky. A puppy too, and it was in its awkward stage;
the one where it's paws were huge in comparison to its puppy
body. She was cute. Marcko saved her from the pound. She was
taken in off the streets as a puppy, most of her brothers and
sisters died or were put down for bad temperament, but Zulu was
saved by Marcko. She was a beautiful dog, the traditional black
and white mix for huskies with two mismatched blue and green
eyes. You would think it'd be pretty hard to lose such a
standout-ish dog like that, but Marcko managed, quite easily.
"Zulu!" He called through his cupped hands, whistling as well in
attempts to attract her attention and bring her back to him. His
calls went unanswered, and he wandered even further into the
woods, calling every so often and looking around with his sharp
hazel eyes frantically.
Honestly, Marcko wouldn't know what he would do if he lost Zulu.
Then again, it was Zulu who ran away from him. Maybe she didn't
like him? The thought made him cringe inwardly, his will to find
the creature slowly fading away. He couldn't just leave her in
the woods all alone though, she'd get eaten by a cougar or
something. Zulu needed a good home, and if she wasn't happy in
Marcko's, then she'd be put in a better one. He had many
friends, maybe one of them would take her so he could see her
often. Over the few months Marcko has had the dog he's grown
quite attached to her. Dog was man's best friend after all.
-Not the best, but it'll hopefully get things going. :)-

Aislin was sitting on a rock watching this bird chirp and hop
around. Her soft brown hair pulled back by a rubber band. She
wore a white dress that was knee length, she wasnt wearing any
shoes just her long legs and her bare feet. She chuckled softly
at how the bird opened its mouth and cooed. The bird was a
beautiful Robin, a big red pot belly with brown wings. A two
toned bird with such a lovely characteristic. Aislin chuckled
and bit her bottom lip as she than had the ability to coo to
this bird. She hummed softly as she communicated with this
beautiful creature. She placed her index finger under the birds
chin, It cooed to her softly enjoying the attention.."You feel
any better trollie?" She spoke to the bird. "Yes much better"
The bird softly nodded its head up and down. "Good, now go on
fly, so that you can get comfortable your children are on there
way into this world have a comfortable labor"She sent the bird
on its way watching it fly off into the sky chirping a 'thanks'
to Aislin.
Aislin heard this howl it sounded like a help me. Aislin turned
her attention to where the howl was coming from, Aislin began to
sprint like a cheetah, running as fast as she could. She used
her heightened senses to track where this howl was coming from.
She spotted this noise right away, it was a pup. She heard that
accent of the howl. "Im coming!" She screeched knowing this was
urgent. As she was running past the tree's slipping by each one
without getting nicked by the branches she came to a halt
hearing this high pitched whine. Her eyes darted to the left,
she looked at the tree and looked upward to see if the pup was
on one of the branches knowing that some of the birds prey on
some dogs. She didnt see anything so with frustration she looked
at the base of the tree and saw this paw stuck out. She bit her
lip and knelt down to see what had happened. As she got closer
she see's this grayish white paw with black nails. She looked
closer to see the pup was stuck and was bleeding. Aislin than
grabbed some loose end of the bark and peeled it off with a
quick harsh pull.
"Im coming...shhhhh im here dont worry" She said softly to
comfort this little pup. She felt a warm wet rough patch scale
across her wrist. The pup was licking her wrist in
acknowledgment. She slowly pulled the dog out to see that the
dog had a bear trap on its ankle. "Oh poor baby" She petted the
scruff of its neck seeing blood continually ooze out. "Hold
on.." She grabbed her pony holder and bit it and broke the band
she placed the puppy on the ground and wrapped it tightly around
the dogs leg so that it stops the major blood flow. She than
slowly took off the bear trap and saw the leg limp as it
wobbled. The pup, screeched with pain putting its face in her
lap.."Its okay im going to take care of you" Aislin placed the
puppy on the grass and began to take off her dress and bit one
of the hems and started to tear it, as blood began to show on
the white fabric. She than started to wrap it around the pups
leg wrapping around at a vertical angle slowly to make sure the
pup couldn't make it move. "Thats it.. I am Aislin" She spoke
softly to the pup placing her hand on the dogs head softly
stroking the furr..
"Zulu" She smiled at the brave pup wondering why it has come
this far out from this city. Aislin stood up taking the rest of
her torn dress and wrapped it around her hips to give her a
skirt. She was now in her black bra that was now covered in
blood, her breasts had a pattern of blood just like the lace
which covered her breasts.."Oh well its nice to meet you Zulu..
you see i am now covered in blood and i cannot go into the city
to find your owner..Maybe your owner can come and find you?"
Aislin looked up at the sky seeing as it was now dusk. The sun
began to slowly set. 'Hopefully soon...' She thought in her
mind. She picked up the pup and held her in Aislins arms walking
to the rock she was currently sitting in.

Marcko ventured further and further until he could no longer
hear the noise of the town. Zulu had to be around here
somewhere. The ground was slightly mushy leftover from the rain
the previous days, so every once in a while he caught sight of a
paw print. Figuring they were Zulu's, Marcko followed them. It
had been a while since he last saw a print, but he knew he was
heading in the right direction, he had strong feelings about
that. Eventually he heard the voice of a woman, but it was too
far away for him to decipher what she was saying. Marcko headed
straight in the direction of the voice, running frantically now,
hoping and praying that it was Zulu and she wasn't hurt. The
woman soon came into view, a bundle in her arms that writhed and
whined. It was Zulu. He knew it. What had she gotten herself
into?
"Excuse me!" Marcko called out to her breathlessly, reaching his
hand out on her shoulder until he realized that she had no top
on. He bit his lip, retracting her hand from her soft skin. He
had enough mind to cautiously peer over her shoulder, being a
few inches taller than her, and see that she was in fact holding
Zulu, whom of which had bloodied rags wrapped around her paw.
"Zulu..." He whispered, petting the animal's head as gently as
he could, not wanting to hurt her further. "Zulu.. What
happened?" This statement was more directed towards the woman,
Marcko's being becoming slightly skeptical about her innocence
as thoughts of her hurting Zulu came in to his mind. "Did you do
this to her?" His voice raised only slightly, barely noticeable,
but it was obvious that it was filled with anger. His hazel gaze
narrowed on hers, expression sad yet angered. He was reluctant
to take the dog into his arms, fearing that he might hurt her,
so he allowed the stranger woman to hold her.

Aislins eyes widened as she saw this man come towards her. He
was hunching slightly forward, which she could tell by his body
language he was rather pissed and worn out. She clenched this
dog tight, not wanting him to snatch this pup knowing that if he
grabbed Zulu a certain way it would cause more damage to this
dog. She forgot all about how she was slightly undressed, her
cheeks soon became red. "Is this your dog?" She spoke out
harshly wondering why he would let this poor creature on its
own. He had no right to allow this beautiful creature to get
hurt like this. She backed up as he touched her shoulder. She
grew hot with anger upon his hand touching her. 'Who on earth is
this gentlemen? Why did he touch me i do not know him. He has no
right to touch me.' She looked at this creature now shivering
in her arms.. 'Im sorry papa' Zulu said in a whine as he began
to pet her. Aislin's blue eyes sharply looked up at him and she
snarled as she said "So your the owner of this dog.? Dont you
know you shouldn't let her wander into the forest!" She backed
up with this pup in her arms.
"Why on earth would i do this?" She raised her voice in a
annoyed tone. She scoffed at this mans carelessness. "You
should know better" She kissed the top of Zulu's head. "I heard
YOUR dog whine and scream for someone to help. She was caught in
a hole with a bear trap clasped on her ankle. She must of
slipped into the tree as she tried taking it off." Aislin nods
her head towards the humongous tree. She sighed softly bouncing
up and down softly to rock this pup to sleep."Now if you don't
mind follow me and i will give YOUR dog what it needs". Aislin
began walking expecting him to follow her. She started to walk
down this cobble stone path, they began to go farther into the
forest.."I did not set that trap there hunters like to come into
the woods.. But i live deep within the woods where they cannot
find me..or the other animals i help" They soon came to this big
cabin. Birds flapping there wings in the tree' signaling a new
person has arrived. The birds chirped a warning song."Its okay
lovelies...he is with me" She said to calm them
down..'Unfortunately..' There happened to be a bear standing up
looking at the man snarling its teeth but Aislin gave this bear
a look and it sat down huffing at this man and going about its
business.
"This is my home.." She walked up the steps and bumped her hip
up against the door as it opened a deer popped its head out from
one of the hallways to see who had come in. A squirrel chattered
softly staring at this man.."She brought a man home She brought
a man home" it screeched laughing at Aislin.."I did not..he isnt
my boyfriend if thats what your thinking" She glared at the
squirrel "He is quite annoying if you ask me..." She looked back
at him with a glare..She stopped at the beginning of the hall
way.."Go sit over there" She nodded her head towards the couch
that had a Lamb softly curled sleeping on it. "I will be
back..im going to fix your pup.." Aislin walked down the hall
way and took the pup into a room with surgical supplies she
unwrapped the bandaging and began to sow up the dogs wound
slowly unwrapping the rubber band around its leg.
After an hour later.
Aislin walked into the room with the pup in her arms all cleaned
up nicely. Aislin had her hair wet as it fell past her breasts,
she had recently took a shower. She was wearing this long
T-shirt and black underwear that you could see just a tad. She
smiled and handed the pup into this mans arms..."Sorry for
getting snappy..its just dont question someone who is taking
care of something you love." She said softly her blue eyes
finally taking a good hard look into this mans eyes. Seeing how
heartbroken he was to see that pup limp in her arms.

As the woman's cheeks became red due to here lack of clothes,
Marcko's cheeks did too, but the new pink hue wasn't as
noticeable on him as it was on the woman for Marcko's skin was
tanned and hers was not. "Yeah, she is. Her name's Zulu.." He
didn't know why he said that, his repetition of her name
probably gave it away a long time ago. Eventually, the woman's
expression became a heated one. Like him, she was growing angry
and most likely impatient, though it was probably because she
thought he let his dog run aimlessly around without a care in
the world. Her words later confirmed his suspicions. "Of course
I am otherwise I wouldn't be looking for her. And I didn't just
let her wander around, she broke off of her leash and chased
after a squirrel." To accentuate his words he fished a red leash
out of his jacket pocket, the clasp that would normally connect
it to a collar was gone, detached and connected to the red
collar on the dog's neck. "She ran away too fast, I couldn't
catch up." His words, which first started with a rugged
manliness, deteriorated to sympathetic and sorrowful as he heard
the dog whine, reaching up once more to rub small soothing
circles on the crest of her head. But before he could even touch
the soft black and white fur the woman had backed up away from
him accusingly, making his heart break even more.
"I don't know why you would do it. You were with her so I just
assumed." Once more his strong tone dissipated until his words
were merely sheepish. He couldn't help but to accuse the girl of
hurting Zulu, she was the nearest person to accuse. That was his
poor excuse, but he wouldn't dare say it out loud. "Well.. I
uh.. thank you for helping her.." Marcko's lips pulled back into
a sheepish grin as he nervously rubbed the back of his head,
eyes trained not on the woman but on the injured dog. His head
nodded as she mentioned fixing the dog up even more, and when
she departed he followed after her. It was odd. The woman lived
deep in the woods with animals. Didn't she ever get lonely?
Maybe not of companionship in general, but did she ever want to
communicate with people sometimes? Marcko knew he would go
insane if he was away from his friends.
The trees soon pulled back in a small clearing where a big cabin
rested, Marcko assuming it was the woman's. It was.. cute. A
cabin in the woods, a perfect get away. The chirp of the birds
upon entering the little clearing made him jump, being startled
slightly by their sudden noise, but he was even more confused as
the woman talked to the birds as if they had actually said
something. And then there was the bear, standing and snarling at
Marcko as if he were a serial killer. At this his eyes widened
and he took a cautionary step back away from the animal, not
screaming as that would hurt his pride. Even after the bear
calmed and plopped down Marcko still took a path well around it
in case it decided to swing at him or something.
"Figured as much.." He mumbled as the woman introduced him to
her home. Marcko followed the woman up the steps, stepping into
her house carefree. It was weird. The girl was a complete
stranger, could possibly kill him, yet he trusted her fully and
felt extremely comfortable around her enough to wander
thoughtlessly into her home. Once more the girl answered the
squawk of an animal as if it were talking with her. This time,
however, Marcko blushed at her words. Her boyfriend? As if. So
far he thought of the woman more as annoying than wonderful to
be around. "Umm.. okay.." As he was instructed, Marcko sat down
on the couch. Over the course of the hour that the girl was away
helping Zulu, Marcko wandered around the room he was in, being
surprised each and every time an animal popped its head out at
him.
~~~~~~~~
Marcko looked out the window, sighing. It was dark. Not that
late, but it was too dark to wander back to town safely. Now
that he knew about the traps he would never let Zulu into the
woods ever again. Hearing footsteps Marcko turned and saw the
woman emerge with the dog in her arms, her hair wet and her
attire different. She'd taken a shower, but he heard the water
running, so it wasn't a surprise. He wasn't bugged about it
either, he would want to clean the blood off of his body too.
Another sheepish smile appeared on his face as he saw that Zulu
was cleaned up nicely. His arms held onto the pup's body
protectively, kissing the crest of her cute puppy head several
times. "I'm so sorry, Zulu.." He whispered against the
multicolored fur, kissing her one last time before he focused
his attention on the woman, shaking her apology off. "It's fine.
I would've gotten snappy too." A light chuckle left his lips, it
soon turning into a full out laugh as Zulu lapped at his face,
his hand moving to ruffle her ears lovingly.
Aslin smiled at him and picked up a bunny rabbit that was
nuzzling its furry cheek into her foot. She began to stroke its
soft fur softly tugging on its ears.."You must think i am crazy"
She paused and looked up at him and sighed."To live here far
away from society. But i enjoy it. When you are really outside
and enjoying nature you get so tied up with it you never really
want to go back." Her eyes began to sparkle as she was talking
about what she loved. She sighed happily knowing that this was
her home. She would never change it for the world. She has a
stable income selling flowers in the town not far from her. Yet
she never really has to pay for anything since she owns this
land due to her grandfather who gave her this land. She smiles
and looks at the bunny giving it soft kisses on its nose. Its
long whiskers brushing up against her lips. It tickled her lips
she couldnt help but laugh.
She looked out the window seeing that silly ole bear wobble
across the lawn, it stood up and looked at this strange man
staring at it like to tell him 'Im watching you' She laughed at
the bear softly she could not help but giggle. Kilan was very
protective of his family. "Sorry about him.." She nods towards
the direction of the bear. "He is very protective of his
family..he thinks i am one of them" She laughs and looks at this
man seeing how his face had softened. She felt this tug in the
pit of her stomach. He was beautiful, his jaw line perfectly
shaped. His body just pleasing to look at. She found herself
staring at him. She started to get rosey pink hue on her cheeks.
Aislin cleared her throat and turned away from the window
looking at the pup.
"She is beautiful you know." She smiles and places the bunny in
her hands down on the floor watching it hop away."Where did you
find her?" she asked while placing her hand on top of the pups
head. Suddenly reality set in. She had a handsome man in her
house and there is a probability he would have to spend the
night because the woods are not trusted at night. She looked up
at him and cleared her throat trying to remain hard as
possible.."Do you need something to eat?" She looked up at him
trying to look in his eyes, so she should not show her weakness.
She looked at Zulu and bit her bottom lip having a feeling that
she may be uncomfortable in the arms of her owner knowing that
to lay her side would be better for her leg..Aislin grabbed the
dog like she grabbed a baby. She walked past the kitchen and
into the living room where there was a dog bed full of bunnies
she laid the dog where there was room. She made sure Zulu was
comfortable. She chuckled seeing the bunnies sleeping there
chests moving at different increments in time.
Aislin wiggled her nose leaving Zulu to fall asleep. Aislin
looked at the man and tilted her head silently observing him.
She smiled and took in a breathe of air. It smelled like sweet
citrus in her cabin. This cabin was for the animals and was very
tidy. The place was well kept. Not like it was a pig sty, the
animals took care of their home. She smiled as she saw the
little lamb that was sleeping on the couch get up. It made a
noise as it yawned. The frail little lamb limped over to this
man and sniffed his hand licking it. 'He is interesting
mom'..."Yeah I know.. isnt he?" She said looking at the little
lamb. "Hey..umm..I never caught your name. or at least i dont
remember it. I was kind of busy with Zulu" She smiled placing
her hand behind her head scratching trying to think of what his
name was.
She looked outside seeing now it was pitch black, she walked to
the door and flipped a light switch on. It was the porch light
switch. Once the light bulb warmed up 1000 fireflies swarmed
around the cabin slowly scattering making the evening look
gorgeous. "Follow me, i will show you where you are going to be
sleeping.. Unfortunately i do not have an extra bedroom. I have
one bed because i do not expect visitors.." She walked out of
the cabin and smiled as the path to her house was lit by the
beautiful fireflies. "Arnt they beautiful?" She said as if she
was talking to herself. She was amazed how such beautiful
creatures could light up like this. She grabbed his hand and
began to walk faster. The reason being was the bear Kilan was
following closely so close it quietly snuck up on the man and
snorted down his neck with his hot breath.
She laughed hard pulling him forward, There was this big red oak
tree in front of them. It was beautiful. Steps led up to this
tree, it was wrapped around this tree so as they climbed the
stairs the porch of the house was 60 feet up from the ground.
She walked to the edge of the porch seeing the tops of other
trees taking in a fresh breath of air. She didnt realize she was
still holding hands with this man. Her eyes widened and she
slowly let go of his hand. His hand was soft and gentle. She
looked at him.."This is my home" She pointed to the door of her
home. Glass windows showed everything. Where the bedroom was,
the kitchen, the bathroom living room ect. "I love it here.. no
animals go in here." She walked in and looked back.."Now about
dinner would you like some?" She giggled softly like a little
girl She led him into her home. The floors were waxed and shiny.
Wooden floors and as you continue on in the living room was
beautiful the glass windows having shear cloth to shut the
window for privacy.
The home was elegant it looked like it took a lot of time and
effort. She walked towards the ticket and opened up the window
hearing the birds chirping she smiled softly singing to them.
Her voice was beautiful something that could put you to sleep it
was so elegant and flowed with such a rhythm it made anyone who
listened sleep. She chuckled as one of the bright blue birds
flew in. This bird landed on her shoulder, its metallic blue
feathers glistening in the light provided by the lamps. It sang
a soft tune to her as if it was talking to her. She smiled and
nodded towards the bird. Aislin looked at the man and her smile
slowly faded away she had invited a stranger into her house. To
see these things.. Could she trust him?
She wiggled her nose and kissed the birds head and sent it on
its way. Her face began to get tense again.' I should not let my
guard down..i just met him' She toughened up nodded.."The
bathroom is over here you can take a shower an get
comfortable..i think i have some clothes that can fit you..They
are my grandfathers. " She led him to the bathroom, the shower
was unique. The windows showing pitch black except for a few
lights of the town showing. "You have the option of closing this
shear curtain so that no one can see. But i highly doubt someone
will see." She smiled and placed a towel on the toilet seat. She
left and then returned quickly with a nice white wife beater and
some boxers.."My grandfather wore these..dont worry they have
been washed..he is dead now.. so dont worry" She smiled at him
and placed the clothes on the toilet seat. She than left the
restroom shutting the door behind her.
Marcko nodded his head, agreeing that he thought she was crazy.
She had to be. Normal people couldn't talk with animals, but it
appeared that she did -or at least thought she did. His head
nodded once more as she continued talking, though this time more
hesitantly, his eyebrows raised in confusion. "I guess, sure."
Could this woman be any more insane?! Despite that there was an
air of truth that rang with her words. Marcko remembered being
with his friend, an artist. They would get so caught up in their
work -which was mostly drawings or paintings of nature. It was
crazy yet completely beautiful all at the same time, knowing
that that person was so passionate about such a thing. Marcko
was no artist, he didn't really specialize in anything, he was
just a normal guy, working a normal job at the normal record
store in that normal town.
The woman's musical laugh broke Marcko out of his stupor, and he
blink his eyes several times to clear and focus his vision back
on the girl. His line of sight followed hers, soon resting on
the big bear that had intimidated him on his way in. Marcko
couldn't help but to chuckle along with the girl, her laughter
was contagious. "That's understandable." He smiled soon after to
the woman, not taking notice of the woman rather his eyes were
set on the bear. Once more it was the sound of the woman who
brought Marcko out of his thoughts. At her words he couldn't
help but to blush a little, his tanned skin making it
unnoticeable as he nodded his head in agreement. "She is. Just
imagine what her brothers and sisters looked like, or even her
parents.." His voice trailed off slightly. He had never seen the
mother or father of Zulu for they were both dead when she was
taken in to the pound, and her siblings had been put down
already, and he hadn't seen them either. She was all alone in
the world, much to his demise. But that was probably why he
chose to take her in rather than all of the other dogs. She was
alone, just like him. Both of his parents dead, he was born an
only child, and his other relatives lived in Europe, where his
parents were originally from. The couple moved to America before
he was even born, so he grew up here, just a few towns over.
And, if one were to listen close enough, a slight british accent
could be heard, having adopted the small twang from his parents,
though their own accents had faded considerably.
"I found her at the pound in the city just a few miles away. She
was the only one left in her family, so I snatched the doll up."
Just talking about Zulu caused him to grin like a goon,
chuckling along with his words. At her offer of food he politely
declined: "Nah, I'm fine.." His voice trailed off as his stomach
answered him, grumbling loudly, clearly audible no matter how
hard he tried to conceal it. Luckily, he was saved as the girl
got up, taking Zulu along with her, and went into what he
thought was the kitchen and placed the dog on a dog bed.
Marcko's attention was occupied as the sleeping lamb got up from
the couch, stretched, and walked right over to Marcko, who
hesitantly held out his hand as the animal sniffed and licked
it, soon trotting away. He gave it a curious look, his eyes
following the lamb until they rested on the woman who was
watching from the doorway. The curious look soon shifted into
one of confusion as the woman talked to -what he assumed to be-
the lamb. "Um. Marcko. My name is Marcko. I don't think I ever
gave it to you, and I apologize for that."
Marcko stood up and followed behind the woman, walking outside
behind her. "I can take that couch in there...?" A thumb jutted
back in the direction, referring to the couch he previously
inhabited for such a long time. He still followed behind the
woman nonetheless, walking up to a huge oak tree. The breath
down his neck both tickled and frightened him, and he obediently
followed as the woman tugged him forward, tensing slightly but
didn't make a sound. He couldn't help but to let his hand
squeeze hers slightly, nervous before he was pulled inside the
huge oak tree house. It was amazing. He had never seen anything
like that. Beautiful. As he thought the last word his eyes
happened to trail to the woman, soon darting away and he blushed
once more.
Marcko nodded and followed behind the woman as she took him into
her room, showing him the bathroom on the way. Before she could
leave him alone in the bathroom to take a shower, Marcko reached
out and grabbed her hand, giving it a comforting squeeze. "I
really appreciate it, Zulu does too." He added the last part
with a small chuckle before letting her hand go and watching as
she shut the door to the bathroom behind her.
It didn't take him long to strip himself of his old clothes and
turn on the shower, waiting until it was the right temperature
before jumping in. The warm water soothed his aching and tense
muscles, allowing his thoughts to wander to the deepest and
darkest depths of his mind. But, not matter how hard he tried,
he couldn't get his thoughts away from the woman. She was so
passionate about the animals, and he looked up to her for
that... Her... Who was she? What was her name? Marcko had
finally come to realize that he didn't even know the woman's
name, yet she knew his. The thought made him sigh, rubbing water
over his face to clear his mind, thinking of absolutely nothing
as he finished the shower.
With the wife beater and boxers on, hair dripping only slightly,
Marcko left the bathroom, wandering around in search of the
woman.
Aislin was fixing something to eat in the kitchen. She grabbed
some garlic out and chopped it finely. She placed it in the pan
as it sizzled, the smells that were being created were mouth
water. She added a fresh bed of spinach into the pan and she
added a little bit of water. She watched the oil sizzle with the
water on it. She smiled smelling the delicious smells. She
hummed softly as she grabbed a bamboo spoon and began to push
the spinach around till it began to draw up and soak up the
water. She checked the pot right next to it as the rise was
beginning to puff up. She than checked of the chicken in the pan
behind the spinach as it was steaming. "Hmm almost done.."
She turned off the burners and grabbed to plate that was made
from bamboo. She grabs a spoon and scoops a large amount of rice
on the plate. She the grabs the sauteed spinach and places it
on the rice and than she grabs the chicken and places it next to
the bed of rice. Aislin did the same with the other plate as
well. She walked over to the glass table with wooden chairs and
placed her plate down and his in front of hers. She walked back
into the kitchen popped open a couple of beers and placed them
on the table. She put one in front of her plate and two in front
of hers . She grabbed a couple of silver wear and placed it on
his place mat and on her plate."Dinners ready, she shouted loud
enough he could hear her."
She sat down and began to drink the beer, she closed her eyes
and yawned. Her hair has finished drying it was slightly wavy.
She opened her eyes and saw him down the hall way. She waved her
hand to come over and eat. She began to eat her rice with the
garlic spinach. She chewed slowly watching him come and sit
down. She felt this weird furry thing wrap around her leg. She
looked down and saw a baby tiger tub. Its tail slowly wrapping
around her leg. She picked this tiger up and placed it in her
lap. Softly stroking its white fur, black lines wrapped around
its neck and its body.
"This is Siera" She smiled kissing the tip of the tigers nose.
"Would you like my chicken?" She asks this beautiful cub. Its
green eyes widened and it nodded softly Oh yes mum, Id love to
have it. She chuckled softly grabbing this piece of chicken and
ripped it up into small pieces feeding it to her. "I dont know
how she got in. I usually like to have this place to myself.
They are too demanding sometimes. " She smiled while cradling
this cub in her arms while feeding it.
"I am sorry I do not think i got to introduce myself.. I am
Aislin, " She eyes returned to the cub who was now nibbling at
her fingers. She smiled thinking about this mans name..'Marko...
interesting name' "My mother gave me that name, it means lotus
in her language. Because lotus's always seem to bloom in the
mud. Make everything else around it beautiful" She smiled at him
watching him eat. She got up and walked away leaving the house
and placing this tiger cub on the ground. "Now go home to your
mom. I will see you in the morning Siera."
She smiled walking away and slowly walking up the steps and
finally walking into the kitchen. She grabbed her plate having
not really touched anything she places the rest of it in the
garbage and begins to wash the plate. She hummed softly as she
began to scrub the wooden plate. As she was done she hanged it
on a rack to dry. Aislin walked back over and sat down as she
held onto her beer. She took a sip from the bottle "I hope you
dont think i am crazy.." She bluntly states looking at him as
she was relaxing in her chair. She crossed her legs and tilted
her head with that cold beer in her hands.
"I can communicate with animals.. I have this DNA its a gene
where i can understand them, become like one and actually
contain there ability.." She looked down embarrassed to honestly
say that, this was the truth. She bit her bottom lip and sighed
looking to the floor taking another swig of her beer almost
halfway done with her bottle." I tend to stay away from the
cities because i hear everything. It gives me such a migraine,
plus the people do not make it any better." She looked at him
her icy blue eyes having this sheer glaze upon them..."My father
left me for dead" She said looking at him.."
Thats why i tend to not trust people as much as i do.." The
weird thing was that made her uncomfortable was that she felt at
peace around this man. Maybe it was because she wanted comfort?
To be held by a man to feel loved.. Yet..She has always had a
problem truly trusting people. Why has she now, wanted to give
her full trust to this man.. She began to finish her beer and
began to start drinking another one."You know these things do
help a lot.." She chuckles as she began to tap the top of the
beer bottle. She stood up and drank this last one in a gulp and
placed the empty bottles into a container. As she watched him
finish his plate she grabbed his and began washing it. She
walked to the porch looking up at the stars.."How beautiful..
these stars are amazing" She stated with clarity looking back at
him..
