Circles of Hell.

Hell. A place for all the dark creatures in the world to get the
torture for eternity for the corruptions of their own souls.
This is where the bad folk go when they die. To the lake of fire
to fry. In the place where angels cry. ;]. The leaders here were
corrupted by the eternal pain, but able to finally endure the
torture and force it to become their power. The leaders would
meet in the circles every decade to see how much has truly
changed in their lives in this Pain. They were respected by
eachother, but were not considered friends to eachother as of
yet. This is the start of the tale where the Arch Devils truly
plot their attack on Heaven, the final attack to end this pain
and become worthy of paradise.
Rule: Keep in IC ONLY.
Fighting is aloud.
Everyone gets their own NPC to rp with if they want it.
Anyone can call a meeting.

Hi this is Donald. I am wanting to make a story with many people
together as One. This isn't a family, this isn't a primary
story. This is to be fun for everyone, and just let the story
roll where everyone wants it too. It is a free roaming rp, so
don't be afraid to post what ever you want to, when you want to,
and how you want to do it. I just want this to be a group effort
and a great story to remember by all who is in it, and reads it.
