Re: Tyretian home
By: Landon Yamato Date: January 19, 2012, 6:43 pm

Interrupt
As Kayis began to walk past Landon and towards the city, that
thickened air froze creating a glass wall between him and the
city, it wouldn't last long... Kayis would break past it quickly
but right now it was holding him back so he could watch what was
going to unfold... Kayis would be forced to watch the next
steps, wanting to get down to the city... Wanting to avoid what
would happen.
The green spear pulsed once within the ocean, it's glow tainting
the clouds above it, and then it dulled, vanished from
existence, it's very molecular structure had gone... Or at
least... Changed...
Red and blue smoke erupted from the ocean as the earth began to
tremble, the city shook as window's began to crack under the
pressure, the cement that held bricks together slowly crumbling
away giving way to the houses slowly toppling, leaning slowly so
their supports would buckle and the people inside would evacuate
or die slowly as they were crushed to death.
Though as the ground shook and the smoke rose something seemed
out of place... There was no sound... So sign of what was
coming... And then it started, the water around that area dipped
in almost like a whirlpool had been formed instantly, the shores
fell dry as the water was sucked quickly away as if the world
itself were ending and that the very floor of the ocean had
separated giving access to much deeper dark crevices, and in a
sense this wasn't too far from the truth...
The centre of the gaping hole burst to life, water being pumped
out quickly into the sky forcing it's way through the clouds and
into the heavens, it was a sight that would be beautiful to many
but to Landon he knew the true beauty of something such as this,
and to Kayis... He would know the true horror...
Which with such a beautiful image had to come something
terrifying... The sound of what happened erupted for all to
hear, though instead of sounding like something all would
expect... Something Landon kept close to his heart carried
across the breeze... The sound of cracking as bones of those
previously killed in battle fell to the force of maces and
hammers which crashed against their chest's and backs, the sound
of dripping as blood spilled from those who were cut open with
unrelenting force, the sound of gasping and gurgling of those
who felt the thickly woven rope snag at their throats as the
floor was taken from beneath them... And lastly the soft whimper
of children as they watched a sight so horrible, the sound of a
woman crying, screaming as she found herself a victim to war...
Her love killed, her body used and her life taken... Sounds that
Landon heard every day... Sounds that kept his eye's open for
they only found him in the darkness... Though for everyone else
this was his way of making them shut their eyes for a moment...
For them to see something... For Kayis to understand the
difference of what they went through to get to where they are...
The day that Landon met Vermillion...
As the darkness slowly wrapped itself around his limp torn body,
he felt the bitter cold bite into the open wounds that tainted
his body. The way his thick warm blood that ran from his body,
began to turn cold and freeze to the smooth black marble floor
beneath him, made movement almost impossible for him to pull his
beaten body from the ground and run for safety. It made any
chance of finding help a distant thought for him yet with every
passing moment, he lost the will and strength to even
contemplate it and slowly, he embraced the thought of his own
death.
"Oh Lord why have you forsaken me? What sin must i have
committed?" His voice although trained to be powerful and honest
was nothing more than a fake whisper, his numb lips struggling
to move forcing him to sound more with a lisp, though beneath
his weak words the slight sound of his own gurgling, almost
forced him stomach to churn yet the weakness within his body
prevented it, Though still blood rolled down the side of his
mouth. "Why have you cursed not only myself… but also my
family?" he eye's blurred slowly as he stared deep into the
darkness, praying that some god like voice would answer his
questions yet with every word he spoke, every painfully bitter
breath he drew, he realised that the only comfort he would find
here were his own words, and the sick gurgling that rose from
the depths of his throat.
"Lord… wh…" His voice caved in as his stomach finally churned
and bodily fluids rushed up through his throat, filling his
mouth with the sick bitter taste of his stomach acid's that
burnt the open wounds within his mouth, only to quickly have the
taste mixed in with the blood that already rested at the back of
his throat and in a moment of panic, he swallowed hard feeling
the thick grime and sharp lumps of food slide back down his
throat. A torture no man should ever be forced to contemplate
was being forced upon him, and no matter how hard he hopped that
taste would be his last and he knew it, yet that taste was far
from the worst that had happened, not only had his voice caved
in but broken as well as his next attempt to speak left him with
nothing more, than the choking sound of a drowning rat which
sent his heart in a mad panic, as the realisation that his life
had been left for the slaughter by the god he loved.
his mind went blank as he laid upon the floor hoping not to
think about the agony he had felt, and whilst he listened to the
cracking of the frozen blood around him, to the gurgling in the
back of his mouth as he breathed, he heard something he had
hopped for, a distant voice but unlike what he had expected,
this voice was different. Rustic and bitter like the hiss of a
snake as the words travelled across the thick darkness. "Such a
foolish man to believe that your words would reach such a being
as him!" Even though the words mocked him and his hopes a
strange feeling deep within his heart forced him to respect the
words he heard, yet as his dry blurred eye's tried to examine
the darkness, he found himself alone with no footsteps or sounds
to be heard and slowly he realised, he was hearing voices in his
mind. He was slowly losing his mind and replacing his hopes with
false words in a voice that he would dread to hear, it made
little sense to him but he had always been aware that in moments
of fear, insanity was a mans closest friend but as he thought
more to himself, he noticed his insanity was going too far.
The strong stench of old dry blood and filth rushed through his
nostrils as a warm gust of air fell down upon his face, almost
as if something was only inches from his face and breathing down
upon him, his dried eye's rolled within their sockets as he
frantically searched for the cause of this foul warmth, yet
nothing could be seen within the darkness. He tried to speak
once more hoping to get the words out, maybe to scream for help
but instead he gurgled more as his voice couldn't return any
longer, with the realisation that something was above him and
his cries now silent his heart raced once more in the panic that
his death, would not be as long and quiet as he had began to
hope.
"You were forgotten by the false idol that you worshipped, just
like myself" The voice spoke out once more yet this time the
words could be felt upon his cheek, the lips of who ever or what
ever it was almost ran across his beaten flesh sending a chill
through his body, forcing him to want to scream harder than ever
before but he knew inside, no matter how hard he begged, he
would die silent.
The minutes ticked by as his blood continued to pour out around
him creating a sick frozen bed for him to die in, his mouth
still burning from the stomach acid's that attempted to force
their way out, yet even with all this the breathing still
pressed down upon his face, still foul, still warm, it was a
torment that made him wonder if at any moment the thing above
him would kill him or save him, he hopped it was a test from
god. A true test of faith but with every sickening whiff of the
beings breath he lost the trust in his own lord and as he began
to give up, his eye's starting to close so he could die and be
forgotten by his loved ones, the cold long wire like hands of
what ever it was above him grasped tightly too his throat, it's
fingers digging deep into the thick open wounds that covered his
flesh, small chunks of flesh broke free and slid inside of his
wounds while cold blood broke free of his neck and added too his
frozen death bed.
His eye's were wide open as tears of blood began to build around
the edges, he gasped for air as the thick grime in his stomach
rushed back up and poured out of the deep wounds in his throat
that the being had created. "Do you wish to die here like some
unwanted dog? or do you wish to live and see the face of your
fake idol?" The words were almost spat upon his face as he tried
to scream in pain, he could feel the stomach acids boiling
across his raw muscles, the stench of it only forcing more bile
through his system and onto his frozen throne.
He screaming in his own mind to die, his own life was fading
fast and it was a feeling of pure bliss, the way his eye's grew
heavy and the way the pain dulled, but without any thought about
it his body's own natural addiction to life took control and the
last of his life forced the muscles in his neck to tense. Slowly
his head rose from the floor as more blood rushed out of the
wounds that covered his numb throat, his eye's still couldn't
see what he was hearing or feeling but his mouth still moved the
best it could, and in his mind he screamed no, he begged for his
body to lay down and give up but his body had it's own idea's.
his lips moved roughly and poorly but the words it tried to
speak could never be mis-interpreted. "I thought so… See you
soon child" With that the cold wire like fingers pulled
themselves out of his neck and the beings hot decaying breath
drew further away, leaving the body of the man to simply die and
rot within the darkness, let the body seemed different, it
hadn't reached peace, yet it wasn't in pain, It was nothing more
than an empty shell.
Everything stopped, water ceased to pump into the sky, the
sound's faded away and the earth's vibration slowed, the city
would stand a little while longer but Kayis would understand
what is to come... Landon would not fight this war fairly... If
Kayis wanted to be afraid then every person would die by their
own hands and not by anyone else's... Slowly Landon sat down,
waiting to see what Kayis would try now... Would he rush to the
city to save his family? Or would you step back from the city...
Scared of what might happen...

( it shall be short as this is mid way right before my prior
post, but this is upon the interupt of seeing the things landon
had to show me.)
Kayis throat lumped up with wretched sickness, his eyes hurt for
the man. " Landon we are not what we are told to be." that was
all that he could say as his energy and aura ripped past the
cold mist, a chill upon his flesh as he pushed forward to the
city. " I wont allow it.." he said finally as he remembered the
horrid images that he had just seen, no one would end themselves
this day, only man would end man death would over come some, but
if the Tyrets allowed him he would face his brother, One large
game of chess, in terms of war. a battle to be remembered for
ages on. and what awaited Kayis with all of this. His family
would survive, but would he?

As his brother pushed on he laughed softly, he knew what would
come, he knew what would happen when all was done though as he
looked up he smiled softly, water had rushed up but never
fallen... The Tyret's had their hour now... Kayis had his chance
to fear what they were.... And he had something to look forward
too... Something to try....

There were sayings of a time like this; a time when the family
would actually be put in jeopardy. There were many before who
have spoken of a take down, yet nothing had become of it, but
now, it seems that things have become real, almost surreal.
Alivia wasn't one to care though, for the Tyrets were the last
thing on her mind, for she bonded more with Kalani blood more so
than with her other half. But, this was different: the woman had
made up with her father, for the most part anyway, and she had a
little girl to protect. Knowing the ruthless nature of the
world, Alivia had to be prepared, and with preparation, comes
planning and meeting. She knew her father would be as arrogant
as he always have been and try to fight for his own cause, but,
the Banshee wasn't going to be another victim to her father's
ability to get her family slain. Resting in her chair, holding
Charm against her chest, she kissed her daughter's head and
nuzzled her under a heavy silk blanket. Others were coming soon
and it was just a matter of time before things began. She placed
a necklace around her daughter's neck and smiled calmly, as if
to signify that nothing of ill will shall befall her little
precious girl. Even if her own life were to be extinguished to
save her own off spring.
I love you, Charm. My little precious baby girl. Mommy will make
sure everything is alright. Don't even worry, don't cry. This
night will pass and the floods will soon dry. A new day will
come, you will see. Eternity lasts forever, as long as you are
with me. So, sleep well and sleep tight. No matter what, you'll
live through this fight." She sand softly and rocked back and
forth, cradling her love deeply and full of care.

Kayis looked back to see Landon only once. " I understand your
frustration, enjoy this day as you wish, and think of it as a
chess game. After the games over we may be able to return to our
current standings, or if you hold such thing as a grudge then
maybe not. I accept he punishment for my behavior, how about
you?" he smiled and continued soon his steps were quickened soon
he was upon the door. guards tried to stop him, and they lost
their heads for it, Nothing would stop him at this point. His
feet carried him a mission of his own, betrayal and the end
apparent all would collapse in the wake of the power landon
possessed, it was apparent but there was something he could do
he knew this much. Royal guards moved to place spears at his
throat and his eyes gleamed in golden ferocity. " try and and
ill end your lives." he said int he coldest voice. " i come in
peace." the guards were wary but allowed him to pass as they
knew there was no way he could be stopped at this point. His
arms moved and he busted in the council room doors to see the
Tyretian Nobles convening. together. " well lets get this over
with. " said to all of them with a smile before taking a vacant
seat and propping his feet on the large table. " the enemy you
face today will be your end if you aren't careful, I am not your
enemy unless you make me such, i have one desire. and that is to
protect my family. Alivia, Kota, Charm. Bring them to me, and
summon them guards. you will need my aid for a hope of winning
this, i offer you the services of a god of war. whether you
accept or not will decide your damnation." he smiled at that
point looking between the leaders, he expected Alivia would be
speechless at this, the same man who'd issued the proclamation
of demands now sat at their table in attempts at helping them,
Kayis nodded to Redick and old friend of his, and then also to
ray and Magnus. " what say you?"

Kayis noticed how his daughter was nestled to Alivia, Could he
dare approach her, was it even just to try to at this point. " i
will protect them." he murmured to himself as he toyed with the
odd necklace he had with a key upon it. His golden eyes met
hers, and the dreams he'd had of her asking him " why are you
doing this daddy? was i bad?" at least they were not lived he
would not see that this day. No he'd left it all be hind on a
gamble his life held in ones hand today and today only. Making
up his mind he placed the thoughts aside, and moved to go near
Alivia, This would be Kayis first time meeting Ray, He knew
Magnus had helped him and had so many questions. Then this
beautiful woman Alivia, the mother of his child , who cared for
their daughter so much. Calmly he cleared his throat so as to
speak to her. " Alivia, Looks like i made that choice i needed
to huh?" he asked calmly then looked down at charm. " Just as
your Mom said charmy, Daddy isn't going to let anyone harm you.
" he smiled a sweet smile that expressed he love, though his
feet worked to jitter with the fear of the day. This was new for
him as well fear of battle, of war the thing he was so well
known for? it was amazing the love he had for this little girl,
what he would give for her. Calmly though he held out his Pinky.
" i pinky swear, and you cant break those promises ok?" a gentle
chuckle emerged from his lips as he locked pinkies with the
little girl, at least she would know her father not as the
devil, but for his name for his love of her. even if this was to
be his end, they would survive Tyret Kingdom would live another
day, and by some luck the curse of a life that Abyssals carried
would be ended in this.
I love you dear, brother.. But today when curtain falls. You
show will end and all that you value will be swept away like
dust. peace eternal awaits your damned soul. and in another
life, maybe you can love again.
With s smile at his words he took the seat near charm keeping
only one of her hands in his he gave Alivia a pleading glance. "
please just let me hold her hand for a little while?" from there
his attention returned to the meet as he waited for everyone to
convene on how they would treat him.

He gently clapped his hands as he smiled, he had always been a
man who loved to sneak, who loved to observe and find a beings
weakness, and this was truly one thing he was glad not to have
missed. "can't break a pinky promise aye?" He laughed at his
brother as he slowly emerged from behind the door, the soft
stench of blood tainted the bottom of his jacket as the crimson
liquid dripped onto the floor, the guards who had just let Kayis
in would not have let a man like Landon pass without convincing,
though he knew Kayis would see the blood... would smell it and
so he shrugged with a gentle grin. "Don't worry I stuck to my
agreement... No one dies for one hour... But they did need some
persuading not to try and drive me through with their toys..."
he smiled like a child would at Christmas before setting his
eyes on the woman and the child.
"But do excuse me, I do not mean to interrupt... I just wanted
to see what you were so dedicated to protecting... So please
continue..." he smiled softly before walking into the room and
slowly towards Kayis... The woman and child, his eyes stuck on
the woman and child... The way the woman held her so close, the
way so much love and passion was radiating from the two... Just
the sight of them was enough for him to know the woman was ready
to give her life... Or even her body to see the child was
safe... Or more to the point, to walk away from this city to
keep her family safe.
"As there is obviously a reason that you are so important to
Kayis... And that he is my brother I give you all an option...
Stand up and walk out of this door with me, bring the girl and
anyone else you want... I will escort you far from this city to
a area where you will be safe, protected... No harm will fall
upon you... I'll even make a 'pinky' promise if it reassures
you." He laughed softly at this concept of a pinky promise,
though quickly it stopped, he stared with a gentle smile waiting
to the reply... He was a man of his word if nothing else, but
this was as far as his kindness would go, he could not promise
their safety if they stayed, and there was no way Kayis could
protect them all... Not from the power that was getting closer
with every passing minute.
"So what shall it be?" he held out his hand and smiled as he
bowed, waiting for a reply... Waiting to see how much the woman
loved her child and if she was truly willing to walk away from a
doomed city to see her child grow up to see the sunrise.

Adrastos appeared at his brother’s right side smiling, he had
sensed three members of Shin’en Fuchi in close proximity which
always promised fun times ahead, he smiled as he saw Kayis
walking away, there had yet to be a member of the Shin’en Fuchi
to betray their brothers that Landon or himself had allowed to
see another day. For it was one thing to decide you no longer
wanted to be part of the Shin’en Fuchi, to betray them was
something else entirely, and for all intents and purposes was
nothing more than a fool hardy thing to do. Though it seemed as
though Landon had this one under control so he would do nothing
more than sit back and enjoy the show unless asked to do more,
at least until the rest of the action began and he could allow
himself to cut loose.
Looking down at the city he smiled hungrily, it had been quite
some time since he had allowed himself to indulge in his Abyssal
powers, and he would enjoy this greatly once the battle started,
he couldn’t wait to unleash hell when it started, some might
call it a war, but he knew the true word of what was going to
happen. “Annihilation.” He knew this might cause the others to
look at him, but he didn’t care, the only one who need know what
he was talking about would gather all he was thinking from that
singular word.
His impatience caused his power to begin fluctuating wildly, the
ground at his feet dying and reviving with such speed that it
was never dead or alive more than a pico-second, he dug his
nails into the palms of his hands and sighed at the feeling, it
was possibly the only pain he would feel on this day, though he
amused himself for a few seconds by watching as the blood the
swelled from the wound danced upon his palm to a beat that even
he himself was unable to hear. Though as he looked away the
blood receded back beneath his skin and the wound healed, his
blood singing for release as the anticipation of the fight
gripped him. He grinned coldly as he thought of the ways he
would slaughter the creatures down in the village who thought
that they were better than the Shin’en Fuch. He also wondered if
any of them would give him the chance to use his blood, by
actually drawing it themselves or, would he eventually end up
doing it out of boredom?

Curiosity killed the cat, but he was no common pet. Maybe it was
curiosity that sparked his sudden interest here. Other than
that, one couldn't imagine why Dems' figure would appear on the
highest wall, his eyes overlooking the scene as his hands rested
within his pockets. His fingers danced along his leg, drumming
an unsung tune that only he knew. Completely suppressed,
completely incognito, the man watched from stories above as the
scene before him unfolded like a distant play. He hated the
nosebleed section, but it was the best he could afford without
stirring up emotions in the players below him. One didn't come
to a show in order to redirect the actors attention. So here he
would remain, hidden among stone.
He had heard about the dragons, gratefully, these people had
saved him an entire month of planning on how to destroy them.
But now the threat seemed more close to home. Here they where
again, in another kingdom, terrorizing the people like some
giant war horse that was never going to be satisfied. It
concerned him, if only slightly, that they came to the Tyrets,
making a proclamation of fight or die. It filled his mouth with
a bitter taste, in which he licked, dragging that silver tongue
over sharpened teeth to rid himself of that disgusting flavor.
But something strange was more or less taking place. It seemed
that a breakdown in command was going on, as one of the soldiers
idly walked towards the wrong side of the fight, the supposed
fight he was going to be helping in.
This proved intriguing. Another problem from being in the
nosebleeds was that he could not hear the dialog clearly.
Floating exclamations and sentences shouted, that he could hear,
but whispers, the real intimate stuff that may of held more
meaning went lost, and then so did the story. Dems would watch,
he would observe for the time being, invisible, to see what
these men and women of this warring clan where all about.

A grin appears across Aslen's lips as he appears, he had no
connection to this family. He didn't care if they got destroyed
enslaved or otherwise. He was here because he was tired of power
hungry people. He appeared to be rather weak and frail. Few knew
just how strong he actually was, then again his goofy demeanor
would off-put most. He appears at the highest point in the realm
glancing around he could see those who destroyed one other
place.
He leaps down landing quietly without a noise. He looks at those
he'd just interrupted, or possibly interrupted. "HEY YOU BUTT
HEADS! I'M GONNA BEAT YOU ALL!" he shouts as loud as he can.
Knowing that most of them would just ignore him. But he'd make
himself be heard one way or another.
