Blood Stained Town
By: Yuro Date: July 7, 2012, 3:43 am
---------------------------------------------------------
Looking at his hands, he saw all the blood dripping from it,
grinning a bit. This felt great. Better than he had felt before.
Clasping his his hands together, he watched the blood spatter.
As it landed on his face and stained his hair, he grinned more,
licking his lips. He had missed the taste of blood so much, the
feel of its warmth on his body. All those lifeless bodies on the
ground around him. He loved the sight of it. Chuckling, he
walked over the bodies, further into town. Those screaming
people made him laugh as he kept walking through the streets.
So much had changed, yet it hadn't. His mind back on the blood
lust and insanity. How he had missed it actually. He knew now
that the sweet and kind person just wasn't anything for him.
What came from it? Death and disaster, that would just hurt
more. He didn't need all that. He wanted power, people to fear
him, and live in freedom while tasting the fear. He had no idea
how it happened that his mind got wrapped around this again, but
he didn't bother with it for now. He had shortened his hair
again quite a bit, just like it was when he first started to
meet people. Everyone was gone, except for Kieri. The love of
his life he simply left. "Tse.. love.." He mumbled and shook his
head. He didn't need any love anymore and he knew that very
well. His deep red eyes simply stared into the street. Before
anyone could see, he ran and flashed through the street, pinning
a little girl to the wall. He raised his hand. The girl had
black hair and blue eyes, reminding him so much of Kieri. He
clenched his fist and opened it again, seeing how the girl was
crying. He hated it, and hated it more she resembled Kieri so
much. With one slash of his hand, his sharp nails dug through
her skin like a warm knife went through butter. It got silent
and Yuro watched the girls head roll on the street. All the
blood that got upon him, made his look pleased, yet it turned
into hate, anger. He felt the anger inside of him, mixed with
his insanity. He screamed out, the scream making the ground
shake. He kicked the girl's body aside and went inside an old
building, sitting down on the fallen stairs. Sighing, he kept
looking at his hands.

Darkness. Everything was enveloped in darkness. Her once
black hair and blue eyes had long faded into the past. Yet she
knew something, she had found out something before Amaya passed
away. It was sheltering in her thoughts, her chest aching as she
wanted to show Yuro so badly, but she couldn't find him anymore.
There wasn't any trace of him after her shadows had pulled her
down into that dark abyss as if protecting her from something
much more frightening than a simple beast. Was it Yuro they were
hiding her from? She didn't know, but now as she had felt
herself laying upon the cool dirt, she was reminded of him. Her
flesh inhumanly white, her eyes red like blood, her hair
colorless in it's stark white uniform. Yet she had found out
something, that she could shift from day to night. Her body
returning to it's previous state beneath the lunar rays, but
shifting to this one beneath the sun. What time was it now? She
didn't know, it had been so long since eyes peered at the skies.
But that didn't matter, her heart yearned for the touch of her
love. Her chest aching desperately to hear his voice again. It
was at this instant that her shadows reached out to him.
Just as they did when she had suddenly prevailed over death and
was found in Crystalia. Even though he had left her, even though
this wasn't the first time, she couldn't bring herself to hate
him for abandoning her. So her shadows crawled across the planes
to try and reach him. Calling out to him as she laid upon the
ground. Albino lashes slipping half way closed as she stared at
the blades of grass, her body wrapped in her white dress as she
was bare beside that. Heated tears of blue liquid ran from her
eyes, seeming all the more unnatural as she just stared at the
emerald plant life and hoped for everything under the gods' eyes
that he would come back to her.

That strange pull he felt again. His shadows lashing out around
him, destroying the building more. He felt frustrated by it, not
really sure what it was that was calling him. Ignoring it for
now, he watched his shadows, seeing how crazy they were
becoming. "Quit it!" He yelled, the shadows laying down,
listening as if they had a mind of their own. Sighing deeply, he
looked around him, seeing the walls were cracking and crumbling.
Rolling his eyes, he heard the building collapse. He just stayed
where he was, letting it all hit him. As the dust and loud
noises died down, he simply pushed off the rubble from him. He
still sat there, now sitting between all the stones and garbage.
Looking up at the sky now, he noticed how the sun was appearing.
Rolling his eyes again, he moved his hand towards the sun.
Lowering his hand again, he felt the calling again, not leaving
him alone. Grumbling lightly, he got up, kicking away some
bricks. His shadows started dancing around him now, as if they
were excited. Yuro closed his eyes, letting the shadows get
whoever it was calling.
His body disappeared, appearing right at Kieri's side. Looking
down at her, seeing the tears, he just frowned, then an angered
look upon his face. "Why do you keep calling me." He hissed. His
shadows went around him wildly again. His hand reached for her,
taking her by her hair roughly, disappearing together with his
shadows. Appearing back in the bloodied town, he let go of her
hair, crossing his arms. "Kieri, wanna live in a new home? Here?
Made it to my liking already." He said with a grin, turning his
head to the side to look at the blood over the streets and on
the houses. "Ah yes.. the population here isn't so much anymore.
Maybe around twenty people left? Plus us." He said and chuckled,
shaking his head. He looked back down at her, gripping her arm
to make her stand up. He towered over her with still being 6'8".
"Tell me, do you still like me? Really.. what is love going to
do? Just destroy and make heartbreak. Honestly Kieri.." He said
and sighed, then grinned, laughing. His redened eyes looked at
hers. "Nothing will stop my nature." He said in a dark,
sickened, insane voice.

Who was it dancing upon her darkness? The sudden pull of
her hair bringing her to reality as she thudded against the
reddened soil. Yet she didn't say anything, those dim orbs
unbelieving it was Yuro. There was nothing, she knew that much.
Being trapped in the abyssal plane of her shadows had long
accustomed her to darkness. Yet when the sun was beginning to
rise, her form did not alter as it should have. At night she was
her former self, during the day she was the altered self. The
one that Amaya had given to her. Laying there, she said nothing
for the moment before she pushed herself up. "You're not him."
She whispered, those deadened crimson orbs soon turning to look
into crimson pools. "You're not my Yuro..." She whispered, it
was as though she was looking past him and not even seeing him
for what he was. As though she was turning a blind eye to him
because she could not stand herself to be deceived by her mind
again. Yet when he spoke of love, she pushed herself to a
standing position, shadows twining up her body and scaling
across her neck like serpents as she stared at him. "I love
Yuro... Even if he breaks my heart by leaving time and time
again... I still love him with my all, because when you love
someone, there is no pain that can compare to that fire that
burns in your heart."
She paused, turning on her heels before she looked over her
shoulder at him. "I do not know how you know my name.. Or why
you think I like you, but you are just a delusional
hallucination, I'm still in the abyss of my shadows.. A place
where only one person can find me.." That voice seemed tired,
tattered, but beyond all; empty of life. Turning her head away
from him, she started to walk away, those white locks brushing
against the ground as she kept her legs moving. Despite how
realistic the illusion was, she believed it was just that, an
illusion. So why would it be so grave? She didn't know for the
moment, but it didn't matter, she'd just continue to wait until
he came back to her.

She was such a naive girl. Especially with how she spoke.
Chuckling, he shook his head. "Oh Kieri, you're such a naive
little girl. I am the person you love, but just to the one I
really am. The one you love, the kind personality, is a fake
one. This is who I really am, and you know that very well. My
son died, we are engaged, I found you at Crystalia again when
you died. I found you in the shadows, because I'm the only one
who can. You really believe, I'm some illusion to you? Stand
against reality for once." He said harsh and chuckled
afterwards, shaking his head as she walked away. "Always walking
away from the things you don't like. How sweet. If that is what
you want, then go ahead. I won't stop you." He spoke calm.
Taking his engagement ring, he threw it towards her with high
speed, aimed at her back. He turned away from her, shrugging.
"I'll have my place here. I found myself again, and this is so
much more enjoyable. That fire you talk about, may be stronger
than any pain, but that fire will be gone at some point, my
dearest." He said insanely and laughed. Breaking into a house,
he listened to the feared screams for a bit. Then, it became
silent once more as the blood stained the walls and him some
more. Laughing insanely, his shadows broke down the house
completely. His shadows made him disappear, appearing right in
front of her, his eyes holding the insanity clearly. "Come on
Kieri. You can have all the fun in the world with me." He spoke
and chuckled.

Her body turned around and her hand snatched at the ring
as though it were a speck of fluff to be caught gently. Yet she
didn't say anything when he appeared before her. Reality?? So
this was reality after all. Crimson orbs turned up to the skies
that were brightening and she slowly looked to him once more
after hearing the screams. "Then tell me... Am I alone in this
fire.. Or are you still with me?" She raised to the tips of her
toes, those scarred phalanges tenderly grasping his face as she
looked up at him. "If this is your reality, then that is fine
with me.. I've seen you like this before.. I've been bitten by
you before.. There are many things I've seen you do, Yuro. But
even an illusion would know of all my memories.. So tell me.. If
this is your reality, then why try to make me a part of it if
that flame has died in your heart?" Removing her hands, she
brushed past him. "If you do not love me.. Then I will not be a
bother to you. But know this.. Even though you are in this state
of your blissful concoctions of terror and making people fear
you... Remember what he did." The moment she spoke the word
'he', memories of her marred and stitched flesh began to rise
from the ground like it was being projected some where.
Her eyes and lips sewn shut as she was used as a doll, yet she
didn't even flinch at the memories. "If you do not love me. Then
do not ask me to be by your side because I will only turn into
that lifeless doll to be used again. I will not show an ounce of
anything to you. Yet, I will still love you no matter what you
do. Remember this." She started to walk away, dainty phalanges
twisted in the ring as she held it in her fingertips, her chest
aching harshly but her expression had long fallen blank.

He stared at her as she spoke, feeling her fingers on his skin.
Simply staring now, hearing her words, he knew she was right.
But his reality? Was it his reality? What he wanted? Was this
really making him happy? Or better? Sighing at his thoughts, he
looked at her how she walked away from him now. He turned to
look at her, shaking his head. "Wait.." he whispered, sighing.
Why was his insanity just moments there? Why were other things
so much stronger? He wanted to believe this was who he was.
Strong, and feared by people. A monster. Not some weak child.
Sighing badly, he grabbed her shoulder. "Please stay.." he
whispered, looking down. "I do feel that fire. I do love you. I
just.. didn't think you want such a weak boy as a lover, you
know? I know you love me either way, but I need to be strong for
you.." He whispered and closed his eyes. He still smelled the
blood, the franzy inside of him still there. He pulled her back
harshly, his arms real tight around her. "I.. I'm not like him.
You don't need to be a lifeless doll.." He mumbled, resting his
lips on her neck, sighing lightly. "You need to return to me."
He whispered still, keeping his eyes closed. He was still driven
by the insanity in his mind, yet, he knew he could live with it.
He had to, to make her stay.

When he asked her to stay, crimson pools looked up at
him as she listened. At the instant she was pulled against him,
it was like something shattered. That wall collapsing and her
realization of what was an illusion and what was real began to
sink in. White locks hid her face slightly, only leaving plush
flesh to be shown as she kept her eyes cast downwards. "Don't
you get it yet? I don't care if you're insane or sane. I don't
care if you seem to think you're weak or strong.. I just want
you Yuro. Nothing more. You were never weak, you had never been
before. You saved me from the nightmares Luicion's actions
caused. You were always there to pick me up when I was on the
verge of failing. You were the one who always found me, Yuro.."
She muttered these words before she looked up at him. Her hands
slipping up his torso and gingerly cupping his face as she stood
on the tips of her toes. Pulling him down to her, she pressed
her lips against his own in that deep and longing kiss.
Lingering there for a few moments, she parted their lips only a
bit. "Insane or not.. As long as you love me as I love you, then
I will not become a doll.. Weak or strong, you will always be
strong to me.. And when you are weak, I will lend you my
strength as you have me so many times before.." Those words fell
from her lips like whispers as she looked up at him.

Sighing a bit, he knew Kieri was right. But it didn't feel
right. No.. his nature was what he needed, wasn't it? Why did he
have this life? Was this really what he wanted? Thinking back on
it, it was where all the trouble started. Working for Hades back
then was much simpler. He could live and do what he wanted, plus
killing for souls of course, but that's what he liked doing.
Closing his eyes, he felt Kieri's lips, pressing his back to
hers softly. It felt strange. His body felt even weirder. His
hands gripped Kieri's shirt tightly as he felt his heartbeat
going faster. It actually started hurting more. As he pulled
back from the kiss, his breathing went faster as well, more of
panting. He looked at Kieri with a kind of scared look. How much
he had thought his body would be fine, apparently it never was.
"Kieri.." He mumbled, closing his eyes as he slowly sunk to his
knees. His head rested against her stomach, sweat starting to
form on his forehead and in his hands. He looked down, opening
his eyes again, noticing how blurry his vision already had
become. Sighing lightly, he couched and started to tremble quite
badly. "Kieri.. I'm sorry.. I couldn't stay with you. I... I
don't feel so well.." He whispered, his grip slowly weakening.
He felt really sick to his stomach, his heart working so quickly
as if it would burst out of his chest any time soon. His hands
then let go of Kieri, leaning more forward. His hand reached for
his chest, curling up lightly, flinching from the heavy stinging
pain. Slowly but surely, he fell to the side, landing on the
ground. His eyes were still open, the blood running out of his
eyes now as if they were tears. He couched once more, his hand
slowly slipping from his chest. "Please.. forgive me.." He
whispered, just staring at the sky.

Feeling his grip slip, her arms twined around him when
he fell to his knees, fingers lacing in his hair as she looked
down at him. "Yuro.. It's okay.. " She whispered, she could feel
her panic rising. He was acting so strange all of a sudden, his
expression contorting to pain, what was wrong? She didn't know
and that's what scared her most. When he began to slip further,
she sank to sit on her knees, her arm slipped beneath him as she
moved him into her lap. Crimson orbs stared down at him as those
crystalline blue tears pooled in them and spilled onto her
cheeks. "Yuro.. I never needed to forgive you to begin with.
There's nothing to be sorry for." She bit into her lower lip
harshly, her body bending as she leaned forward and placed a
kiss onto his lips. Straightening up, she couldn't help but to
sob, she couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. Why he
looked so pale and weak. Her hand grazed his cheek, brushing
away the crimson tears. "What's wrong love? Why do you look as
though you're in severe pain?" She whispered, for voice cracking
as she looked down at him. Fear began to rise that much further
as she moved her hand over his chest and felt the rapid beating
that seemed to convulse and skip. Teeth clenched and she shook
her head. "Don't leave.. Don't leave me again.."
Dainty phalanges twined in the cloth that covered his torso,
white locks shrouding her from the dismay around her as her
shadows began to dance along the figures of the day, shrouding
them into the darkness she was so familiar with. Bringing him
with her to the familiar abyss, she hoped it would calm his
heart. Maybe she could do something? But what could she do!?
There wasn't anything! "Y-yuro.. Please.. Be okay.." Her voice
was strangled and she felt her heart sinking even further.
