At the sound of her throat clawing it's way to try and
eagerly take a voice, he frowned. "Troublesome." He muttered,
grumbling something beneath his breath as he nibbled on the meat
in his serrated enamel lined jaws. His hand holding the cup of
water before he shifted his other hand behind her neck and held
her up a bit. "Nng.. Tilt your head back Doll." He said lightly,
putting the rim of the glass to her lips and slowly moving the
the cool liquid down her parched throat. Making sure that he
stopped if she coughed or choked on the water, he quirked a brow
and set it aside on the table, laying her back once more. "Nng..
Go to sleep." He muttered, putting another slide of the dried
meat into his lips and nibbling on it while he looked up at
nothing. Thoughts of curiosity swarming his mind as he wondered
just who she was and why she tasted so delightfully tortured.
How he wanted more of her and how he wanted every piece of her.
Yet he pushed those particular thoughts aside and clicked his
tongue lightly before letting the tip curl the corner of his
lips. A habit, not sure if bad or good, but it was just a habit
to show his interest in something.
One could be worried of this though because he also did it when
he showed interest in devouring someone after ruthlessly
torturing them. "Hmmm..." He looked to the clock and quirked a
brow. "It's late." Grumbling once more, he finished the flesh
between his teeth before he scampered around the bed and crawled
into it beside her. "Nng.. wake me if you need anything. I'm a
light sleeper. G'night Doll." Tomorrow, yes, tomorrow he'd
figure out these queer happenings. Maybe? Who knew. His heart
simmered down from his absolute lust of her flesh and organs,
but he still felt that need. Folding his hands behind his head,
he slitted his eyes while he stared up the ceiling. It was
always like this, left for his thoughts before he could even
sleep. His mind twisted and altering between the two completely
alternate personas that was him. One the sadistic bastard that
enjoyed every drop of her blood. The other the meager and calm
one who was far too curious for his own good. Yet, they were
both one in the same coin. Just alternate sides for different
situations. Closing his eyes, he grumbled a bit before he
trailed his tongue across his lips. "Troublesome.."

Her fingers curled, nails digging dangerously into the
lining of the sheets, the short burst of strength appearing as
the fabric tore beneath her fingertips. It hurt as he held onto
her neck and pushed the glass to her lips, the smooth flesh
forced to curl against the glass as the cold liquid trailed down
her throat. As much as it's liquid embrace soothed the cracks
and aches of her throat, but it hurt with a passion equally as
well. She coughed and choked, blubbering slightly as she tried
to regain her breath, the cool liquid trickling down the corners
of her mouth and across her chin before she finished the glass
completely, laying back as she inhaled and exhaled in a hurried
pace. She was so tired...tired and achy and everything just felt
too surreal. This place, whoever this person was, the fluffy
surfaces beneath her and against her, it was all too...safe. She
lay there, chest rising and falling rapidly now despite the fact
that she'd gotten her breath back. What was that other girl
doing right now? She was probably given the whole room to
herself and all the toys...that's just what they'd do...Gwen's
fingers curled again and she lay flat on her back, listening to
the shift beside her, troubled by her intense lack of care and
exhaustion at the fact that she wasn't even worried that this
stranger she couldn't see was laying beside her. Shouldn't she
be a little more worried?...Her mind drifted off then,
exhaustion settling like a black veil over the haze of her mind,
pushing and pulling her into a sleep that even the dead would
envy.
She was back in that place. White walls, white tile, white
furniture, white clothes. The only difference in color being the
black hair that shadowed over her cheeks as she bent over. It
was time for art, the schedule dictated so, and she was
determined on this piece. Her eyes were narrowed with the effort
as she passed the crayon over and over the paper, coating the
white in shades of red, crimson upon scarlet in lines waved and
smooth. She scribbled and scrabbled, the sounds of her effort
clear before the crayon in her hand broke all together with a
finite snap, her hand stopping immediately as she tensed and
halted all together, taking a moment to allow this time to sink
in. She only had this red...Gwen looked up, her jaw working as
her teeth ground together slightly, legs shifting as her fingers
tightened and loosened over and over. She was looking at the
girl across the table. Her black hair was so smooth, like oil
over water as it fell across her shoulders, and her eyes crimson
pools staring apathetically at her piece. Gwen's hand rose
slightly to touch at the locks upon her head. They
felt...scruffy. Dirty. Her fingers ran through the matted hair,
only to get caught on knot after knot. Her hair...it wasn't
anything like the other girl's. The girl picked up a red crayon,
adding to her piece beneath her arms, shadowed by her limbs,
Gwen couldn't see anything but that red crayon...
They'd put her in this room again. It was so small that she
could push her back against the wall and press her feet against
the opposite surface. Not like she would sit up anyways. Her
arms hurt as they pressed against her sides and front
uncomfortably, her legs were hot and slick with sweat from the
sweltering heat inside of the room, her head just lay lifelessly
against the padded floor as she stared at the single fluorescent
bulb overhead, her mouth slightly ajar as the scratchy breaths
shook from between her lips. They wouldn't let her out for a few
hours, they'd said. But certainly it'd been longer...Her fingers
ached from how she'd clenched them together, and as she unflexed
them she felt the small, cylindrical object roll against her
fingers, the object slightly bendable and melty within her
fingertips. Gwen's lips twitched upwards slightly at the feeling
of the red crayon between her fingers.
She woke up, once again thrown off by the fact that when she
attempted to open her eyes not only did it hurt, but there was
nothing but blackness. Her fingers were leaving complete holes
and scratch marks against the sheets everytime she awoke, so she
quietly attempted to dislodge them as she kept her head flat
against the pillow, her gaze turned towards the ceiling just as
she had in that room. It was quiet. Nothing but the sound of her
breath's and the other person's mingling. It'd been like this
there too...except it was always uncomfortable. She'd wake up
and all she'd think of was that other girl...and the time she'd
got up and wandered to the other girl's bed, she was awarded
with a trip to the room all over...
"I...hate...her..."

Darkness filtered into his mind as he had finally
crippled himself into sleep. There was no other way, he had to
force it else it would never take place. The murderous smile
slipping upon his lips in his sleep as his dreams that would
have been considered night terrors to any other person crept
into his mind. A numerous amount of people slaughtered and left
for his own pleasure. The recoiling kicks and wails of people
making his heart race as he shifted to his side in the bed.
There were so many beautiful things, so much of that stunning
scarlet color that flooded down his throat. That dream came to a
stand still when that doll like woman soon shifted and came
about from her own wonderland of chaotic messes. Emerald had
shifted crimson as he slitted lids peered through ebony lashes
at the girl. "Nng.." He muttered, sitting up and placing a hand
upon her head. "Who do you hate?" He questioned, yawning a bit
as he looked her over for a moment to notice the holes and
tears. "Troublesome.." He muttered before he looked to the
bandages and grumbled. Slipping out of the bed, his footsteps
padded down the hall before nearing her once more.
This time, he didn't just come back with the roll of gauze but a
syringe and vial of lidocaine with some topical numbing ointment
as well. Settling the items on the table, he frowned, sitting
down beside her and gently slipping his arm behind her to lean
her up against the stacked pillows. "Don't move, changing your
bandages and I'm going to give you some medicine for the pain."
Reaching over to the table, he picked up a black band that was
once around the roll of gauze and ran long phalanges through her
hair gently. Pulling it back a bit, he tied it with the band to
hold it in place. "Doll. Who are you exactly? I mean, why is it
you wanted to rip your eyes out so desperately? Where did you
come from?" He pondered, scrunching his nose as he undid the
bandages and curled his tongue to the corner of his lips. "Nng..
So sweet." He muttered, tempted to lean forward and simply lap
at her wounds. Desperately wanting to hear those intoxicating
screams rip at her throat again, but he stopped himself short
and shook his head. Picking up the topical ointment first, he
placed some on his index finger and ran it along her cheeks
beneath the empty sockets. He applied it at her temples and her
nose, eyebrows and just around the rings of the darkened place
where those scarlet orbs had once been.
Waiting a couple of minutes to ensure it was numb, he didn't
know if she feared needles or not so he wouldn't tell her, she
couldn't see anyways and she wouldn't be able to feel it. So
there wasn't an issue, right? Filling the syringe to the point
needed, he leaned forward and placed his larger hand upon the
side of her face, injecting a bit of the lidocaine here and
there around the sockets. Grumbling to himself, he settled the
used item down and picked up the gauze, starting to lightly
bandage her eyes. "Hnn.. What do you eat, Doll?" He questioned,
knowing the woman had to eat at some point. Finishing up, he set
everything aside and scrunched his nose. "Nng... I want to taste
you again." he muttered, shaking his head as he ran his fingers
through his toussled locks with a pout. It wasn't fair, she
tasted so.. Delectable, he wanted to taste her so much more, but
he couldn't, he wanted to find out more about her. Why was she
so interesting? He didn't know but he'd find out, curling his
tongue to the corner of his lips again, he thought on this
sternly.

She was in such a hateful reverie that the moment the
hand connected against the top of her head, she'd physically
jumped all together. She tilted her head from side to side as if
trying to look around, but finding nothing but darkness and
blaring pain, Gwen just let out a slight groan that dragged out
into silence at his question. There was no way she was telling
him, because for all she knew he could meet that girl and fall
under her charms just like everyone else...and he'd tell her and
she'd just be thrown in that room all over. So Gwen silenced,
completely halted and refused to move or speak, simply breathing
shakily as he exited the room. She relaxed only the faintest bit
then, fingers jittery through paranoia before she heard the
approaching footsteps. It reminded her again of that place, as
most things did this day. The warning footsteps as she'd close
her eyes tightly and attempt at controlling her breath, fear
forcing blood to roar inside her ears, then the slight relief
when they only came for the other girl...
Again, Gwen flinched as he lay a hand on her, but she still
refused to make a sound even as he began the task of undoing the
gauze. She kept her eyes closed immediately as she felt the task
about to take place, not opening them as she was hoisted up and
still keeping them closed even as he rummaged around, but it was
with the strange feeling of fingers running through her hair
that made her cringe. It was...odd. It certainly wasn't
something she'd felt in a very long time. It almost made
her...relax. If it weren't for the shocking cold of whatever
ointment he was putting on her, snapping it out of it. She
didn't answer again, only adding to his one-sided conversation
and the settling silence as her skin went numb around the areas
applied with the medicine, unknowing to even what he was doing
before she felt the gauze settling against her skin again, only
reminding her of the fact she could no longer see...Gwen only
reacted at his final words, tilting her head very faintly
towards the man as he spoke. What'd he mean by that? She hadn't
heard that phrase used normally before...
Her stomach growled to shake her of her thoughts, that earlier
sentence seeming to subconsciously sink in as she quietly tilted
her head back down, her hands pulling the blankets slightly
further over her torso until she had it placed up under her
chin, murmuring faintly and so quietly that it was almost a
whisper more than it was anything else.
"I don't know. I never choose what I eat."

Silence, it creepily sank into his bones as he grumbled
a bit. She wouldn't sedate his curiosity, maybe she wasn't
comfortable enough yet? Quirking a brow, he looked at her, she
almost seemed breakable. So sweetly tainted with absolute misery
it was infatuating. Serrated teeth clenched down for a moment as
he scrunched his nose. She had never chosen what she had eaten
before? How queer. Didn't people normally choose what they ate?
Except for those who were locked away some where. Is that where
she had been so very long? Locked away? "Nng.. You don't have to
tell me, but curiosity eats away at me. Ah darling Doll, I
suppose you'll tell me when you wish to. Who ever it is you
hate.." He trailed off and stood up, placing a hand upon her
head gently. "Hm.. Who ever that person is that you hate so
desperately, I do believe that you'll devour them eventually."
He said, with a light shrug. "Then I'll fix you something good
to eat and if you don't like it, I'll fix something else. Either
way, you eat what you wanna eat." His tongue curled across his
lips as he looked at her out of the corner of his eyes. His head
tilted back slightly as he pondered on the thought of her
delectable taste for a moment.
No no, he couldn't be doing that right now. Not until she
quelled his curiosity. Then, if she was no longer interesting,
he'd probably taste her until there was nothing left. Moving
long phalanges to her hand, he gently pulled upon the limb.
Pressing his lips to the knuckles of her hand, he chuckled a bit
and released it. "I'll be back momentarily.." Pausing, he let
out a low whistle and in came barreling taps of claws against
the ground, the large beast seating himself in front of him with
his tail going wildly about. "Bear will guide you around the
house where ever you need to go." Leaning down, he pulled a
leash from the table's drawer and hooked it to the canine's
collar, taking the loop of the handle and placing it in her lap.
"Simply tell him where you want to go and he'll take you. He's a
very large dog, you're small, so he could probably even walk
around with you on his back. Nng... Curious.." He trailed off
fore a minute before he straightened up. "We'll I'll be back."
He shoved his hands into his pockets and trailed off.
Though he didn't know what her particular taste was, there
wasn't much of a variety in his house either. He'd have to
improvise and see if she liked what he ate, though he wasn't too
sure on how she'd feel about that. The curiosity of her reaction
enticed him to smirk. Oh that simple flame that ignited into a
blazing inferno due to his curious ways. How he wanted to hear
her scream, wanted to know more of the mysterious lass. The only
things he knew of her were that she wanted to rid herself of
those orbs, hated someone, and was named Gwen. Grumbling a bit,
he walked into his kitchen and looked through the cabinets.
Getting out a few things, he looked to the ingredients and
frowned. "Nng.. troublesome.." He muttered, sighing as he rubbed
the back of his head before he got a large stack of sliced meat
from the freezer and put it on the counter. He wouldn't let her
eat it raw, so he'd cook it up in a manner that would portray a
normal food. Maybe she wouldn't realize it was human flesh?
Pig's skin was the most human like flesh ever and people often
ate it, so there wasn't much of a difference in texture. But he
wouldn't know about tastes, since he only ever ate people and
never really dabbled in animals.

The woman pressed her head against the headboard,
feeling the surface touch against her skull, noting how that too
began to cause a throb deep inside the hollows of her mind. She
felt the scruffy locks press against her cheeks tat felt sticky
through a mixture of liquids. Most pertaining to whatever had
poured from her eyes, but the other must have been...tears? Bah.
As if she cared...but feeling the sticky textures of her skin
made her feel strange, especially in the presence of this man,
she felt...unclean. It was almost a sense of shame the moment he
lay his hand upon her head after expressing his woes upon the
lack of information she refused to give him, the fact that he
had to touch something so dirty. Back with the Caretakers, she
usually was carted to the Washroom daily, but after the other
girl appeared, washing became a rarity, usually only when the
other girl complained...Perhaps that was the only behavior any
being was inclined to feel when they weren't surrounded by
others as them, to bear the shame of being disgusting...
Gwen didn't like being touched as this sense of shame began to
heighten higher and higher, almost tearing her hand from his
grasp if he hadn't released it himself, not even taking the time
to understand that the press of flesh to her knuckles resulted
as that from a kiss. She didn't want to be around him. She
didn't want to be in this bed. She didn't want...this skin. This
nasty, dirty skin. She was collapsing back inside again, nearly
catatonic as the dog barreled into the room with the enthusiasm
of a puppy. Gwen didn't speak back, didn't move, just let that
leash stay as he sent her his regards before leaving the room
and leaving her with the dog who's musk she could smell
completely thoroughly. It was there, panting, waiting for her to
take her to her destination despite wherever it'd be...She'd
never done this before but she couldn't stand another minute
with this smell emanating off of her, if any longer she'd
just...she'd just get rid of this skin itself!! Slowly, her
slender fingers curled around the leash while she shuffled the
blankets off of her, placing her feet upon the ground while
exerting her energy to even stand on her feet. "I want to
go...to the washing room."

looked up at her weary disposition. Slowly, he shuffled onto all
fours and moved to lightly push her to sit down on his back. For
a mutt, he was pretty smart and perceptive. Though Rachet knew
this of all three canines he owned. Claws scratched at the
ground as he walked slowly, not wanting her to fall off of him

the cool air of the bathroom rushed around them as he padded

She was silent upon the clawed steed she had required,
her feet nearly drifting upon the floor as she held towards
where the leash bound its neck. Her fingers held softly against
the material, feeling the bristly fur beneath, feeling the sinew
of the muscles beneath the beast shift beneath her,
understanding how powerful the creature really was. To be so big
and to be so strong, there was no doubt that such an animal
could certainly maim a human being, but to put her thoughts into
questions of actual significance, Gwen pondered the thought of
why such a creature was necessary here. To have such an animal
without it having a purpose to fulfill was laughable. Such was
the story of her existence. A creature without purpose...
Cold tile pushed against the soles of her feet and the blinded
woman stood upwards, a figure of sickly proportions dressed in
the clothes a few sizes too large for her. Her limbs were thin,
too thin, the skin ashen where it clung to her bones. She'd been

escape...she couldn't remember the last time she was fed. The
last time she'd slept. The last time she'd been washed.
Remembering such only made her feel more uncomfortable in her
skin, the bony fingers clenching into fists upon her sides.
She'd never asked for this ever, never had she asked to be
treated like a second-choice before falling even further, to be
treated less than a common dog. Her wrath that was originally a
small flame within her seemed to fall upon its pilot light,
igniting further, growing until she felt the embers sear into
her very veins, till it scorched her heart, until it burned her
soul. They'd made her this way. She'd used to be happy, or
whatever her happiness was! She'd had food, she'd had the
Caretakers! She'd known care...But the other woman appeared that
day and all that care, it began to vanish. Gwen had struggled,
she'd gripped, she'd clawed, she'd fallen. No matter what she
did, they never looked at her like they had before. Her results
no longer brought her praise, but looks of indifference. Her
stamina and ability no longer brought her the eyes of pride, but
stares of disappointment. When she'd been hurt, instead of their
hushed murmurs of fascination, they just left her. What had she
done wrong? Did she say something incorrect along the way? Did
she not run fast enough, not think far enough? Or was she
just...not good enough? Maybe that's what it was...she wasn't as
good as the other girl. She'd never be...
Gwen didn't remember anything that had happened as her thoughts
took hold. She didn't remember bony fingers trailing over tiled
walls until finding the chilled, metal handles that she had
turned. She didn't remember the freezing water as she'd stepped
in, clothes and all, didn't remember as her skin begged for
mercy at the frigid liquid. Didn't remember as she pressed her
back against the back of the tub and slid down. Didn't remember
as she plunged her head under the surface and held her breath,
hands vice-gripped against the sides of the tub as she forced
herself down, refusing to release her grip even as her lungs
burned and the air left her lips in bubbles, lips clamping down
despite the single breath of frozen liquid she'd inhaled,
feeling it burn into her lungs as they suffered for oxygen, her
body trying to pull up while her will tried to force her down
further.

Though the beast was large and immaculate, he was the
only one of the three that was more so... Controlled. His fur
bristled as he heard the water, the cool air rushing into his
nostrils as his ears perked up. Those cold red orbs staring at
the tub as he padded over and sat down beside it. Never had he
seen someone get into the shower with their clothing on. Nor had
he seen anyone hold themselves under for so long. Then it hit
him, the hound gave a harsh howl as he lunged forward and
snagged the collar of her shirt, dragging her back and out of
the icy bite of the water. Large paws pressing against her chest
just enough to push the water from her lungs. It was at this
point that he started to bark at her, as if scolding her for
such an action. Rachet quirked a brow, flicking off the stove as
he heard the commotion. He listened to the barking closely
before he suddenly bolted through the kitchen. Busting into the
bathroom, he looked at Bear who gave him a stern look as if to
punish her for her actions and he shook his head. "For fuck's
sake doll, what were you trying to do?" Sighing, he brushed past
the canine and grabbed her hand, gently pulling her up into a
sitting position. "I'm trying to keep you from getting sick and
you go throwing yourself into ice water."
Grumbling, he shook his head and sighed deeply. "Nng..
Troublesome." Curling the tip of his tongue along the corner of
his lips, long fingers moved to pull the shirt off her. He
wouldn't deny it, she made him even more curious with this
little stunt. Just what was going on with her? Who was she? Why
did she want to do such things? Questions filtered into his mind
as he chewed on the side of his tongue and undressed her. "We
need to get you some clothes later." He muttered, tossing the
wet clothes aside. Moving to the shower, he turned the knob to
change it to a warm water. He scrunched his nose and waited for
the tub to fill up with warm water this time. Picking her up, he
placed her into the warm water and fiddled with his sleeves for
a moment before he looked to her. "Don't make yourself sick. I'm
too curious about you to let you die." He chuckled a bit and
shifted to his knees. "Now, do you want me to help you get
cleaned up or not? Because I've already finished your food, it's
on the stove." He curled his tongue again and looked at her. She
looked sickly enough, getting a cold or worse wouldn't help her
case any. This only made him more curious about her though.
The way she acted, the way she looked, it looked as though she
had been tossed into a cellar and left there. How harsh of a
life did she live? Why did she want to soak herself in ice
water? What was she really trying to do? All the questions
swarmed his mind and he grumbled, rubbing the side of his head
in frustration to not having any of those answers. "Fuck..
Troublesome." He started to wonder if his patience would be
wasted with her, if she'd ever tell him, but it was too early to
be thinking that, so he brushed those thoughts aside.

Would this be it? The tiny bubbles floating to the
surface in unsettled disarray while her legs splashed out, her
body rejecting her intentions. What kind of world was a world
where you weren't wanted...a world where you served no purpose?
That wasn't a way to live. So, why not fix it by not living...It
was so cold. Freezing. Her body wouldn't stop its shuddering to
try and keep her heated, but she didn't care. Soon it wouldn't
be a problem, right? Gwen felt herself close, and only in that
one moment did she panic. Where would she go, what would happen
to her? Was there really a place in the afterlife? And if there
was...would she get in? She was so scared in that moment...and
because of that momentary fear, her fingers released the side of
the tub just as the massive maw clamped around the collar of her
shirt, wrenching her from the icy world she'd made as her
coffin. Still being alive and functioning to some extent, her
lungs tried to expel the frost within, coughing as the warm,
sickly feeling water slid over her cheeks, only to explode from
her in a gurgled heave as the beast's paws pushed into her
flesh, leaving her lungs water-free as she coughed and gasped
frantically for air. Gwen was still alive, still alive...even
death didn't want her...
Gwen retreated again, somewhere deep inside of herself, her body
a monotonous doll that operated as he'd pushed or pulled.
Sitting up only caused her to cough and heave out a stream of
bile and water, the effort leaving her throat only the more sore
once more. What was her point now? Life didn't want her. Death
didn't want her. What could Gwen do...She seemed to tune in
slightly at her momentary relapse, aware of the fact that her
skin only felt more freezing now as the cool bathroom air struck
her already freezing skin. Get her...clothes? She'd only ever
worn the same thing all of her life...or what of her life she
had. Gwen physically recoiled at the warmth of the water,
jumping as her entire body tensed and curled forward slightly.
What type of water was this!? It was...hot! They'd never given
her a bath like this...It physically hurt as her skin that had
been so cold tried to adjust to the drastic change, but as it
did, the woman looked...or turned her head at least towards
where she assumed the man was as he spoke. Curious...about her?
Making her food?...The Caretakers never spoke to her this
way...maybe once a long time ago but never as of the late...The
eyeless face just 'stared' absently at the man before 'looking'
back down at the water, not concerned with if he'd seen her
naked for or not. She was used to prodding eyes, and the
Caretakers had always bathed them. So...what did it matter? The
thoughts struck her again as she felt her warm skin within the
water's hold. Was the other girl's body different in some way?
Maybe it was something with her form that they hadn't liked...
The arms that had been limp at her sides curled forwards,
wrapping around her chest while she refused to talk once more.
Whoever this man was, he'd tire of her soon. He'd end up slowly
losing interest, he'd begin hating her, maybe he'd lock her up
to...Gwen showed no intention of speaking. Or moving. She just
held to her sickly skin, her blackened hair a slick mass
plastered against her flesh. What was wrong with her...
