I had no idea what he was planning, but I just looked at him as
he got the cooling pads. Feeling them on my arm and stomach, I
flinched at first, then felt such a relief from it. Looking up
at him I smiled a bit and nodded lightly as he was about to get
a shirt. Looking down at his kitten, I smiled more and giggled a
bit. "Your cat looks adorable." I said softly. As he spoke again
to stay here till monday, I frowned lightly. I actually felt a
slight panic rise inside of me. I had to get my parrots real
quick. They indeed knew where I lived because they've followed
me so many times already. Looking at my watch again, I noticed
it was near eight am. Those girls wouldn't be awake yet, right?
I had to get my parrots now so nothing bad would happen to them
or me. As he gave me the shirt, I quickly changed it as he was
calling someone. Ready with changing, I waited patiently till he
was done. Sick green hair dye. That sounded interesting. When he
was finished I nodded with a slight smile. "I'm done indeed.
I'll be getting my parrots now. They shouldn't be awake yet nor
at my house, so it's safe for today." I said and sprinted out
his house before he could say anything. Luckily my house wasn't
far from his, just two blocks. As I reached my house in less
than five minutes with my running, I unlocked the door and went
inside. Everything looked normal and my door was still locked,
so that was a good start.
As I entered further into the house, I noticed the backdoor was
open. My heart immediately froze and I looked around. My parrots
were still here, luckily. Sighing a bit, I just thought it could
have been the wind. Walking towards the back door, I laid my
hand on the doorknob and closed it. I seemed to have forgotten
to lock it last night. That could be true, since I cleaned the
cages last night in the back yard. Sighing a bit, I turned
around and suddenly felt a slam against my head. A hand pressed
tightly against my head, pushing it against the door. My heart
raced and I could just see a few blonde locks. I felt slightly
dizzy at the hit, but I could hear the front door being locked.
So there were at least two girls. "Well well, hanging out with
him on the weekend? We knew there was something fishy whenever
you came at school again on Monday. So this is the reason, hmm?
Hanging with him while we aren't around him? You brave little
girl." The blonde one spoke, opening the back door again.
Feeling being dragged outside in my back yard, I noticed they
dragged me to my shed. Being thrown in there, I saw two girls
entering with me, as well as with one of the guys. "See, we
brought you a different guy to like, so you will leave Pray
alone. Have fun you two." She said and left the shed, locking
it. I stared at the guy with a begging look. "Please.. don't
hurt me.." She whispered. The guy actually nodded and just
grinned. "Oh, you'll find it pleasurful. When I'm done with you,
I get my reward with those two hot girls. Who wouldn't want
that?" He said with a deep voice. I felt my body shake. The
girls left my house unattended, looking like no one was even
there. As I felt the guy's hands grab my shoulders, I wanted to
scream but felt an immediate hit against my head, making me even
more dizzy, staying silent.

[center]Oh boy did I have a bad feeling when she bolted out of
the house. Picking up my keys, I shut the door quickly and
chased after her. Though I didn't want to enter the house
without permission, so I stayed outside. Yet when I saw the two
blonds leaving, a frown crossed my lips and I snatched out,
grabbing both their arms and dragging them along with me.
"Goddamnit. You've pissed me off." I growled a bit, not caring
if I was hurting them as I heard the shuffling in the shed.
Lifting my leg up, I thrusted it forward and kicked in the door.
It wasn't long after that I was nailing another kick to the
man's jaw and placing my foot on his head. "You're a worthless
piece of shit." Tossing the two girls down to the ground by him,
I scrunched my nose and spat at the ground beside them. "All of
you are." Leaning down, I moved my arms behind Leia's back and
beneath her knees, pulling her up and holding her. "But y'know..
I've got a better idea than to beat the shit out of you."
Holding her close, I grabbed the door and pulled it shut,
picking up a rake and shoving it through the handles. If there
was any time like the present to be more pissed off than
anything else in the world, it was now.
They had planned something so horrible just for hanging out with
him. That alone pissed him off, but to add something to the mix
like that, well then there was something severely wrong with
that picture. Going through the back door, I looked around and
found the couch before I settled her down on it and looked down
at her. "You stay here.. I'm going to go take care of this."
Pulling his phone out again, he straightened up and called Ryan
again. "Hey, I need you to come to Leia's house." After telling
him what had happened, Ryan had simply hung up and only a few
minutes later was at the door banging on it with a fury. Opening
the door, I gave him a stern look. "You keep an eye on her and
get her anything she needs. Make sure she's alright while I go
take care of them. They did this because she was hanging out
with me, well if they want to spend some time with me, they're
going to get what they want. On their level of fuckin' horrible
shit." Ryan was a tad bit shorter than me, but he was still one
of the best fighters I knew. Having gone to the same middle
school, we were child hood friends. Trailing out back to the
shed, I had found the scissors in the kitchen and was looking
like I was about to murder them all, but I had a much better
idea. [/center]

All I really could think was how much my head was hurting. I
felt sick from it, especially from the dizziness. Looking at the
man with barely an expression, I shrugged a bit. I felt my body
becoming numb, like it was slipping from me. Just to defend my
emotional state. But when the shed door opened and I saw light,
I frowned lightly. The red locks made me feel a bit more safe,
somewhat surprised he was here, but glad nonetheless. I simply
stared at Pray, noticing how he kicked away the man. Seeing the
blonde girls as well, I felt scared, my body shivering. Though,
the moment being held and getting out of the shed, my body
seemed to relax. As he put me inside and laid me on the couch, I
simply closed my eyes. I could barely even think. I had no idea
how hard the guy had hit me, but apparently it was with
something made of metal. Maybe my shovel? I wasn't sure, but I
felt the headache everywhere in my head. The couch started to
get stained by the blood on the back of my head. It had given me
a concussion, my face getting pale. I felt even more sick, but
also tired and just wanted to sleep. Sighing a bit, I could hear
someone banging on my front door. It must have been Ryan, but I
didn't even want to open my eyes. My hand slowly slid from my
stomach down, breathing slowly to rest. Something told me I had
to stay awake, but I didn't have the energy for it. Listening to
the voices, I wondered what Pray wanted to do though. "What.. is
he going... to do.." I whispered near silence, sighing lightly
as I felt darkness clouding my mind.

[center]Ryan stood there with his hand in brown locks, looking
down at her when she spoke. His eyes widened when he saw the bit
of blood against the couch's arm and he flailed his arms a bit.
"Holy shit!" Freaking out right now, he scrambled around the
house and grabbed a few things before he came back and put them
on the table. Sitting her up, he frowned. "I don't know but what
the fuck Leia?! You gotta stay awake!" He said quickly, placing
a bag of ice on her head and then quickly putting gauze around
the back to keep it from bleeding more. "Shit shit shit." He was
frantic at this point, getting up, he texted Pray. She's
bleeding, I'm taking her to the hospital. I'll meet you there.
Hesitating, he picked her up and shuffled to the old pick up
truck, putting her in it. "I'm taking you to the hospital,
Pray'll meet up with us there. You need to be seen immediately."
Shutting her door, he climbed into the truck himself and started
off towards the hospital, his hand over her waist to make sure
she didn't fall over. Though I was a bit preoccupied, I stopped
short of opening the shed and looked at my phone. The text
message only pissed me off that much more. Oh they were going to
pay big time. Growling, I opened the shed and closed the door
behind me, snatching up the first girl by her hair and glaring
at her.
"You think a good way to get to me is to beat someone and hurt
them to keep them away from me? What kind of fucked in the head
bullshit are you morons thinking of?" Tossing her back down, I
turned to the guy and picked him up by his shirt. "And you, you
piece of shit.. Agreeing to rape a girl just to get some ass
from them?! It isn't like they don't do the splits for everyone
already. Why not rape them instead of Leia?!" Head butting him,
I dropped him and stepped back. The way to get to a woman like
them, was to get to their looks. That's all they wanted was
their hair and their makeup, looking spiffed and pretty. It was
disgusting. Reaching down, I snatched one of the girl's hair
again and took the scissors out of my pocket, cutting her hair
into a fashion that only a deformed mutant would wear. Doing the
same to the other girl, I looked around and picked up some
yellow paint, dumping it on all three of them. Taking out my
phone again, I took pictures of the three and sent out a mass
text and email to everyone at school with the pictures and text
saying,These three are rapists, abusers, and ugly bitches. Make
them pay at school on Monday if they dare show up. Also, to
anyone else who's been hurting people because they get close to
me, you're next if I find you.
Smirking, I left the shed open for them to crawl out of before I
bolted home and jumped onto my motorcycle. Quickly putting my
helmet off, I was off to the hospital. Ryan had already gotten
her out of the truck in the mean time and got her into the ER.
Though he wasn't allowed to stay with her so that made him even
more wary. Frowning, he sat in the waiting room until Pray came
barging in and taking his helmet off. Jumping up, he looked to
him with a sad expression. "They wont let me back with her, so I
don't know what's up." Hearing Ryan say that only pissed me off
more, storming up to the front I growled. "I demand to see Leia
Taylor." I'm sorry sir, but you can't until she's been checked
into a normal room, only family or husbands are allowed into the
ICU with someone until they're checked into a normal room.
Slamming my helmet onto the desk, I scoffed and sat down with a
furious look, tapping my foot impatiently as I waited. "Fine,
I'll sit right here until I can. No matter how long it is." I
said spitefully, glaring at the woman before I looked away. Ryan
opened his phone at the multimedia message and went wide
eyed,"Damn Pray, think you did enough!?" He said, though Pray
only shook his head and remained silent. [/center]

I somewhat heard Ryan panic, but why was he panicking so bad? I
had to stay awake? Opening my eyes slowly, I just stared at the
ceiling with sleepy eyes. Feeling the cold sensation on my head,
I didn't even move. I just slowly moved my head to look at Ryan,
a bit confused with what was going on. As he picked me up, I
felt some kind of hesitation inside of me. What about Pray? I
sighed lightly, feeling too weak to even speak at the moment. I
just heard the words hospital and meet us there. So Pray would
come too. That was good. I sat at the seat, staring infront of
me. My body slowly fell to the side, but Ryan seemed to have
caught me in time. My entire body became a bit like a ragdoll.
As we reached the hospital, I kept thinking about Pray. What
would he be doing and would he be okay? Hearing more voices now,
I looked at the people. I recognized they were doctors by the
white coats, but I couldn't understand what they were saying.
Closing my eyes again, I felt such an urge to just sleep and get
it over with. As the doctor laid me on the bed to examine, I
slowly opened my eyes again. They needed to stitch the bleeding
wound, I knew that much. Sighing a bit, I had no grip on time
anymore. My whole body seemed to be numb from the hit, and I
felt like I was dozing off.
The doctors tried their best to keep me awake, and I mumbled
lightly. I wanted to see if Pray was alright, so I had to stay
awake at least. After a good two hours, they brought me to a
normal room to rest, though they advised me not to fall asleep.
I nodded lightly. I wanted to sleep though. My body felt
extremely tired. I kept my eyes closed, the black wave crashing
in on my mind again, blocking out nearly all noises. I didn't
want to go to school Monday. These things just kept happening.
It's been the first time I went to the hospital, while I needed
to go so many more times. My leg was still slightly messed up,
but then again, that was three years ago. Didn't need fixing
anymore. The more I thought, the more I started to drift to a
sleep, losing grip of reality.

[center]It felt like days, the minutes passing, my anxiety
growing that much more as I shifted in my seat. Yet as the hours
passed and the woman looked up at me and gestured to the doors
after telling me a room number, I was quick to bolt. Ryan close
behind me as I barged into the room without even thinking.
Looking her over, my frown returned and I sat down at her
bedside, reaching out with hesitation before I rested my hand on
her shoulder. "Leia. Hey, you gotta stay awake, alright? You
have to stay awake for a couple more hours, until the doctors
say you can go to sleep." Ryan could see how upset his friend
was and could only stand there. Sighing, he looked down and then
looked to his phone,"Hey.. I'm going to go ahead and go, call me
if you need anything okay?" Looking up to him, I smiled a bit
and nodded before looking back to Leia. I had to keep her awake
until they said she could go to sleep. There was too much of a
chance she could slip and not wake up for a long time. That was
something I just wasn't going to allow. Moving my hand down to
her's, I held it gently but tightly as I looked down at her.
"Leia.. Talk to me, alright?" I said lightly, trying to think of
ways to keep her awake. [/center]

My memory seemed to somewhat slip from my mind, but the moment I
heard footsteps, I managed to open my eyes. They kept staring at
the ceiling. It was so much harder to even move my neck than I
thought. Sighing a bit, I suddenly felt the touch on my
shoulder. My head finally moved to the side to look at Pray,
though my eyes looked a bit dull. Smiling lightly, I nodded, but
my eyes fell closed again. My mind was just getting thickly
clouded, my body wanting to sleep so badly. "Is it morning..
yet?" I whispered, clearly confused. I had no idea what time it
was, but it felt as if I just had slept in my own home, and felt
like it was just a nap. "Or.. is it.. night time? I.. took a
nap? I need more.. sleep... Or coffee.." I whispered with a
slightly smile, my hand lightly gripping his as well. Though
that grip weakened quickly, the smile slowly fading. I could
barely stay awake, nor did I even know what to talk about. "We..
have a test.. Monday." I whispered, reminding him of it. I was
two weeks behind though. The test had already passed, and I lost
quite some memories of school and what had happened in the shed.

[center]Listening to her, I frowned and shook my head. "No,
Leia.. The test was a couple of weeks ago.. It's day time, and
you haven't been to sleep yet. You're in the hospital. Do you
not remember anything?" Panicking at this point, I reached over
and lightly cupped her face in my hand. "Hey, don't go to sleep,
got that? You have to stay awake, alright? If you don't, then
you might not wake up. If you don't wake up, how are you suppose
to come stay with me so we can hang out? Leia, you've gotta stay
up. If you don't wake up, then what am I going to do with
myself, huh? I only started to get to know you today, how am I
suppose to return your feelings if I never get a chance to know
you?" Frowning, I couldn't help the fact that I was shaking at
this point. She had to stay awake! If she didn't, then things
could turn bad all too fast, and I wasn't going to let that
happen. Thinking quickly, I looked around before I turned my
mixed gaze back to her. "How can I take you on a date if you
don't stay awake huh? You gotta promise me you'll stay awake."

I had no idea what he was saying. It confused me even more and I
slowly opened my eyes to look at him. As he cupped my face
lightly, I frowned a bit, my look still sleepy like. Still
looking at him somewhat confused, I reached my hand to rest on
his. "Remember? You mean.. things have already happened?
Hospital.. I remember something about that.." I looked around
after speaking and realized I was indeed in the hospital. I
tried so hard to remember why I was here, but all I could notice
was me having a headache. Sighing lightly, I nodded at him. I
had to stay awake. Though the words he spoke were surprising and
I just stared at him. My heart started fluttering real bad and
my hands trembled lightly. "W-what?" I asked surprised and just
kept staring at him now. My eyes felt so heavy as they slowly
shut again, letting out a deep exhale. "I.. ne-need to stay
awake.." My voice came out barely a whisper as I let go of his
hand, sighing lightly. My whole body felt so heavy, it was
ridiculous. "Pray.. I'm really cold.. though.. and tired.." I
whispered softly, taking a deep breath, letting it out slowly.
My breathing slowed a bit, coughing. "I don't feel so well.." My
voice whispered still.

[center]Good, she was at least staying up long enough to talk to
me. Maybe if I continued to talk to her, she'd stay awake.
"Yeah.. Remember, I said you looked familiar at the coffee shop
in the mall. Then you looked down on yourself and you snapped at
me. Which made me realize what all had been happening to you. I
took you over to my house and cleaned up your shirt as well as
put cooling patches on the slight burns you had from spilling
your coffee when you jumped up. I had you change into one of my
shirts and then you bolted off to your house to get some things
and your parrots so you could come stay with me for a little
while until I stopped those horrible skanks from messing with
you." Leaning up when she said she was cold, I looked around
before I got up and looked through the cabinets. Finding the
blankets, I grabbed one and unfolded it, draping it over her.
When she looked like she was about to fall asleep again, I shook
my head and sat back down only to gently sit her up and slip
behind her, letting her lean against me. "Leia, I have to get to
know you, so don't fall asleep okay? Remember, you went home and
those two girls.. They hurt you as well as a guy."
I paused for a second, chewing on my lip before I continued.
"They hit you with something and hurt you pretty bad. I caught
the girls leaving the house and stopped them. Then I busted into
the shed where you were and got you out of there.. I called Ryan
and he took you here because you were bleeding. Look.." I pulled
my phone out of my pocket and got the picture of the three up,
showing it to her. "I got them back for that. Since the only way
to get back at skanks like that is their looks. I cut their hair
and dumped yellow paint on all three of them. I sent out a text
with this picture saying 'These three are rapists, abusers, and
ugly bitches. Make them pay at school on Monday if they dare
show up. Also, to anyone else who's been hurting people because
they get close to me, you're next if I find you.' to every email
and phone in school." Shifting an arm around her, I held her
close and sighed. "You've gotta stay awake, okay?"[/center]
