[center]That sensation of familiarity, it was strange, but she
just sat there. Eyes watching everything in awe as she watched
the rebirth of Serenity. That light just seemed to deeply seed
something into her heart for a moment before she edged closer
and kept a close eye on Serenity. It was certainly a spectacle
to behold, though that didn't keep her from paying close
attention. Then, as soon as air filled those lungs again, she
felt relief. She was okay, and that's what mattered most to
Amaya. Waiting, that's all she could do. She knew that, and it
drove her nuts. Though insanity was clear in the woman's eyes,
she was restraining every fiber of her being in order to keep
that sanity she needed to stay by Serenity's side without fear
of trying to harm her. The carbon copy of her back home, she was
glad she had placed it there. It kept her sanity in order some
what. When eyes finally opened and she gave that forced smile,
Amaya could feel those stinging tears brimming speckled orbs.
"Serenity.." She whispered, a voice long ago broken. Her visage
got closer and she crawled onto the bed, slender arms wrapping
around the luminescent woman to pull her into a gentle but tight
hug. "I'm so sorry.. I wish I could have been here from the
start to prevent you from getting hurt. Are you okay now? Do you
feel any pain?" She pulled back from the hug and tenderly ran
dainty phalanges through blond locks. "You tell me anything you
need and I'll get it for you. Anything at all." She said with
that heart felt smile. Though insanity was beckoning, she
wouldn't answer that call. There was no way in hell she would,
there was nothing for it. She couldn't, she wouldn't, and she
certainly shall not. Amaya just kept her motherly sense and used
that and the carbon copy back in Crystalia to keep her from
slipping. That's all she needed to do right now, that's all she
could do, because she wanted to be there for Serenity. [/center]

Serenity could hardly move, but felt her body being lifted into
a warm embrace. Started at first, she tried to remove herself
from the hug, until that familiar scent coated her and warmed
her senses. Taking a deep breath, Serenity reveled in the scent
and the embrace, not feeling a warmth like this for what seemed
to be ages. Shakily, the young goddess moved in to return the
embrace. She wanted to cry, she wanted to let all of her tears
out, but the ducts just didn't work out and she couldn't cry.
She still felt cold and even shivered as her blood, which was
drained out by the unlikely assailant, who was now nowhere to be
found, was being replaced by pure white glowing energy. Not the
white liquid that was there before, this was more of a celestial
type of blood that only Omega possessed after his many deaths to
become what he was. She felt.. Strange..
As Amaya spoke, Serenity nodded and nuzzled her face upon the
warmth that Amaya's neck and shoulder provided. Half of her mind
was wanting to slap Amaya for talking her into trusting Scelah,
but the other half wanted to hold on to this woman until she
turned blue. Sadly, Amaya was the only person here. There was
not even any of the maids here at all. Raising an eyebrow,
Serenity shrugged and whispered to Amaya with her raspy and
labored voice. [glow=red,2,300]"It's so nice to see you again,
Amaya.."[/glow] She hardly got out before she was forced to take
a swallow and a breath to reset her weakened self to be able to
speak once more. [glow=red,2,300]"I really am thirsty, Amaya. So
very thirsty.."[/glow] She whispered, still clinging onto Amaya.
This was so strange, Serenity didn't know how it felt to be
revived from death. Her flesh, even though it was glowing, was
nearly transparent. But, the depth of her tone was returning
very slowly.

[center]Amaya felt so stupid, so very stupid, for even
recommending her to be with that... She'd hold her thoughts
there, smiling warily as she looked at the younger woman. Gently
running her fingers through Serenity's hair, she sighed
tenderly. "I'll be right back with a glass and pitcher of some
nice cool water. You need to rest up. Once I get back though.. I
can only be here for a few minutes, but I'll leave you my little
friend to keep you company. You just tell her anything you need
and she'll take care of it till I get back. Anything at all, no
matter how absurd or crazy it might seem, she'll be able to
accomplish it. She's been my companion since the beginning and
she'll be your's while I go to take care of this aching in my
head." Releasing Serenity, she got up and rushed off to go get
what was needed. That pounding in her head increasing as she
nearly broke into a run to stave it off and keep going for just
that next few minutes she needed.
Why now?! Why couldn't it have snapped later? The gruesome
screams were filtering into her mind and she groaned a bit as
she stumbled into the kitchen area and got what was needed,
quickly walking back as she balanced the items on a platter.
Once she returned to the room, she poured a glass and it was
obvious to see she was quite strained. Those familiar blue
markings starting to swirl and manifest upon her face as locks
started to shift to that ice like blue. Keeping that wary smile,
she handed Serenity the glass carefully before she pulled her
locket open. That gentle blue light waking and surrounding the
area before an extremely large black panther was laying, curled
up, upon the bed at Serenity's feet. "This is Cherrie.. She's
capable of shifting into a humanistic form if you need her for
anything. She'll keep you safe." Leaning forward, she pressed a
quick kiss to the girl's forehead before she gave an apologetic
look. "I'm going to go for a bit, I don't want anything
happening.. But don't you worry, I'll be back." With that, she
was suddenly gone, off to allow her insanity to rampage for a
bit so it would subside.[/center]

Azaria leaned heavily against the tree. She was almost to the
white building. She could see it, and she was within reach. Why
couldn't it be closer? She asked herself as she turned her ever
changing eyes to look ahead. Stepping near the water, she
collapsed next to it and cupped the water to brush the dirt off
of her face. The water felt good on her fingers as well as in
her throat as she gulped down almost a gallon of it by the time
that she felt her hunger quenched. The heat was getting to her.
It touched underneath her skin, pulsing through each of her
nerve endings as well as touch each and every gland that she
had. She had sweat in places that were undesirable. Shaking her
head for a moment, she picked up handfuls of water and threw it
on herself, covering her body in the glorious liquid. She
finally took a deep deep breath when she felt relieved. Her
muscles seemed to revitalize with the feeling of the breezes
that were nonexistent just a few minutes ago when she was dying
next to the trees.
Taking another deep breath, she pushed herself up and she felt
the drips touch and seep through her toes and drop off her skin
when she walked forward. The breezes blew through her body and
she felt so rejuvenated just to have the slight temperature
change due to the liquid on her skin. Her armor, which was her
summer version was soaked and it clung to her fit body. She
didn't care though. She was just happy to be close to her
destination as well as feel the breezes surrounding her instead
of the choking feel of the heat. Taking many steps forward, she
finally reached the bushes that were just outside of the limits
of the white building. It was no longer a building that she was
seeing, but it was a house. Through the windows, she could see
beds, and even people who were walking around. Lifting a brow,
she walked through the bushes, not even caring that she was
being scratched by the sharp objects that were at the end of the
stems. She only walked forward and was admitted into the
sunlight yet again. She looked back and contemplated going back
into the shade of the forest, but she knew that if she did, she
would not be able to come out again. Maybe this was her chance
for getting some help and some information on how she would be
able to get off this island.
Stepping forward, she walked onto the cement toward the back
door. She knew that she must not be the perfect sight for
meeting people, as she usually liked freshening up before this,
but these were desperate times. Walking up the steps, slowly and
steadily, she looked around herself and wondered who all lived
here. They must have had some connections to get a house built
like this. Looking up, she could see another floor as well as
some shadows. Who else was in there? Walking forward, she
finally came to the door. Since there was no call button, or
even anything close to a summoning bell, she knocked on the door
with the tips of her knuckles. "Hello? Anyone here?"

Serenity was slightly disturbed by Amaya's haste to leave, but
she was the Mother Goddess, she was always busy and it was at
least good for her to be there for Serenity, taking time out of
her busy schedule to care for the careless teen goddess who
seemed to always get herself into such sticky situations. As she
sat up, struggling to maintain her erect posture, Serenity
gulped down at least three tall glasses of water before she
finally noticed the animal next to her. It was really beautiful,
much like Adel's Panther who was originally her grandfather's.
So, she had some time with Panthers and knew how they worked.
[glow=red,2,300]"Thank you, Amaya. I'mma take good care of
her.."[/glow] Serenity spoke just as Amaya vanished. Cherrie was
so large that the bed lifted slightly, but she was so pretty
that Serenity just had to pet her. Would it be safe? Would this
animal trust Serenity like that to just up and pet her?
Shrugging, Serenity decided to pet the animal's large head, her
pale almost see through fingers dancing over and under the cat's
head and chin. The animal purred and leaned into the pets, which
brightened Serenity's day. Maybe she would turn her Orochi into
a special Panther...
Distracted, Cherrie's head darted toward the sound of the
echoing knocks that started from Serenity's back door. Maybe it
was the maids trying to get back in, or perhaps Mary! But, the
voice that followed was different than any she had heard before.
She just sat there and waited for a while to see what would
happen, still drinking her water and petting the purring animal
as her tail sweeps across the white sheets. The knock and calls
came again, which startled the still recovering Serenity.
Shrugging to herself, she looked toward the animal, who in
turned looked back at her before jumping off of the bed and
waited for Serenity, wrapped in what seemed to be a flashy dress
that Mary must have dressed her in when she was dead, was able
to get to her shaky feet. New lightning shaped earrings jingled
as they hung as pendents from her ears. She almost fell at
first, buts he was able to hold on to the wall and move her way
down the stairs. She would rather have Cherrie turn into a
human, but being a large waist high panther was much more
intimidating to any possible intruder. Finally, Serenity made it
to the door and had to work very hard to get it to open, but
when she did, she noticed a brunette woman who seemed to be in
dire condition. But, not too much better than herself, from what
it seemed. Cherrie's tail switched and knocked against the wall
as she glanced up at the stranger; studying her intently.
[glow=red,2,300]"Yes?"[/glow] Serenity asked with her shaky
voice as she tried to appear strong and not in her weakened
state.

Azaria leaned on her right leg as she waited for someone to
answer the door. She was a little worried that she was
interrupting something important, and she was kind of hesitant
to lean against the white building in fear of leaving a dirt
trail. Looking down at herself, she noticed that she was not
really in that pretty of state. The mud from the water that she
had poured on her self was dried now, and it was sticking to her
golden sun kissed skin. She wondered how this would look to
other people. Azaria's hair matted to her head and mud stuck to
her showing skin. Her muscles stressed underneath the restricted
state against her skin, but she continued to stay as still as
possible to make sure that it would not cause anymore
unpleasantness. Lifting her emerald eyes to look at the door,
she could see a shadow coming toward her. Two shadows actually.
One was a smaller, cat like form, and the other a rather slender
shadow. She wondered who it was, and if she was going to be
tackled by a big cat or not. Her eyes began to widen a little
bit as she glanced behind her. She wondered if she could run
fast enough to be able to get out of the claws of the possible
protective cat/wolf animal.
Her muscles screamed when she looked back forward and changed
her position when she finally saw the door open. Standing in
front of her was a woman who was transparent, but beautiful,
goddess like. She was scared that the woman would break if
Azaria would even get close to her, but even then, she doubted
if she could. The big cat at her side would probably tear Azaria
to pieces if she even made the wrong move around this woman. It
looked pretty faithful to his/her master. Lifting her emerald
eyes from the cat, she looked back toward the gorgeous woman and
bit her lip for a moment until she finally gained the courage to
speak. The softness of her voice did not compare with her look.
"I apologize if I am interrupting something...I am in dire need
of a place to clean up some wounds..." She asked quietly,
looking toward the woman as she hoped that she was not going to
be a hassle. Feeling a little nervous around the woman, she
looked to the side before back at the woman. "But if this place
is not open, another place that could help me nearby would be
lovely..." Her voice was even softer then. "I am of no harm.."
She kept on babbling, speaking as if she was on the spot with
fire held at her throat which was ready to throw the beam that
would forever end her life.

If it isn't one thing, it's another. Serenity just couldn't get
any reprieve from random strangers making their way to her home;
it's a goddess' duty to be very busy she guessed, but most of
them came with trouble either intentionally or by mistake.
Regardless, Serenity's guard was up, and Cherrie seemed to
notice this as well, because the animal had clenched it's maw
and it's tail's wag slowed dangerously in warning. The woman
seemed startled, afraid, like she wanted to turn tail and run.
Part of Serenity wished that she did do that, but the other part
wanted to know why. Maybe it was because Serenity was, for the
lack of a better word, looking like a ghost with a big ass
panther sitting to her side. This made the goddess giggle and
she nodded in greeting. [glow=red,2,300]"I may have an area for
you to use. It's a bathroom around this hallway, but I don't
think any of my clothes could fit you. Before this, what is your
name? And, why do you look like you've seen a ghost?"[/glow]
Serenity's voice cracked; so weak it still as. But she tried to
power through it and even had the energy to chuckle at her own
words. [glow=red,2,300]"My name is Serenity. I would say it's
nice to meet you, but we haven't gotten to that part
yet.."[/glow] She said, turning on her heel to guide the woman
to the rest room. Cherrie keeping a close eye on the dirty woman
as she traversed the white crystal halls. [glow=red,2,300]"It's
right here.."[/glow] Serenity offered. [glow=red,2,300]"If you
need me, I'll be in the next room over.."[/glow] She explained
before making her way to what seemed like a living room. She
plopped on a couch and laid back. maybe she could get a few
winks in while the woman cleaned up; Cherrie will guard her and
make sure nothing happens to Serenity while she tries to recover
her strength.

[center]In the coexistence of "monsters" and humans, she was the
balance of both. Mothering and tending to all creatures, she was
often strained. Yet for many many decades, she had struggled
with insanity due to losing loved ones. It was heartbreaking,
being the one who lived for so long while others perished
without her being able to help. Yet she tried and she tried to
stave it off. For now though, she could only return to her home.
There would be a sense of strangeness but in that sense of
urgency, the copy would continue to hold down the fort while the
real her went inside her home to do her usual routine of
releasing mental energies and cooping with her strained mind.
She could only hope that things were okay as she locked herself
up in what she called a strong hold to keep her in and others
out, locked on both sides to where only a clear mind could
swiftly undo the locks before practically shocking her to death
if she didn't do it with in a time frame of fifteen seconds.
Amaya had always been careful and wary of herself, trying her
hardest to maintain herself ever since she broke her own
insanity that day when face to face with an enraged Adel. If she
hadn't, who the hell knows what could have happened with both of
them being off the edge and Fayt being in the room. That was
something she couldn't have risked, and right now, she wouldn't
risk hurting Serenity in her weakened state. Everything would be
fine, right? She had Cherrie there after all, and that panther
had long kept her safe. Things would be fine.. She hoped
anyways. Plopping down in that single chair she often had to
replace after every episode, she tried to lasso in her insanity
and keep it at bay, though that failed miserably. After about
thirty minutes of loud crashes and bloodied knuckles, a split
brow and rage dwindling; she felt better. Her mind faultering
for a moment before she returned back to what she needed to be
at mentally.
Taking a deep breath to steady herself after near splitting her
skull open, she had a throbbing head ache and her hands were
sore, but she'd survive. Wiping the blood from her eye from her
split brow, she didn't take the time to clean up, more worried
about Serenity than anything, even with Cherrie by her side.
Quickly dissipating from her home land, she returned to
Serenity's home. Shifting through the halls to where she felt
Cherrie at, she slid into the room as though she was on socks
and a child sliding about. Wide eyes blinking a few times as she
came to a stop and looked at Serenity with a light laugh before
rubbing the back of her head. "I guess this old woman can still
keep her balance!" She sniffed at the air and could smell
someone else, but paid no mind to the woman for now, only
worried of Serenity. "How are you feeling? Do you need
anything?" She asked, worry lacing in her features as she
scooted closer and knelt down in front of Serenity with that
usual motherly smile hinting plush flesh. [/center]

It wasn't even a few minutes before Serenity had found herself
in a deep sleep. Her arm hanging off of the edge of the couch,
while her head was hunched over and resting on the arm of the
couch; her body looking like a slinky as it was folded up. It
wasn't something that looked comfortable at all, but Serenity
didn't care, for she was out like a lamp in the day time. Soon
though, Serenity was awoken by the words of Amaya, she didn't
quite hear them at first, or even her enter. Cherrie was
actually resting her head next to Serenity's lap, but watching
out like a sentinel. [glow=red,2,300]"Hmm...Huh.."[/glow]
Serenity said groggily as she slowly sat up, wiping her eyes and
yawning. Her flesh had started to pigment more, so she didn't
look as much like a ghost as she was before. Serenity cracked
her neck and finally opened her violent, gold, and blue eyes.
Her hair, which was done neatly by Mary, was disheveled since
she was sleeping so oddly. [glow=red,2,300]"I think I'm fine. I
just need a nap, I think. Funny huh? I just woke up from being
dead, and the first thing I could think about doing is
sleeping.. I'm still kind of numb in my fingers and legs; it was
really hard to walk."[/glow] Serenity giggled in her haze,
wiggling her fingers and toes to try and get some of the blood
to start filling the outer limbs once more.
[glow=red,2,300]"What I really want to know, is how could I get
one of these!?"[/glow] Serenity said as she pet Cherrie's head.
[glow=red,2,300]"Oh yeah, someone came to the door, she looked
pretty ran down, so I let her use the wash room. Cherrie was
keeping a good eye out on her, just in case she tried anything
funny.."[/glow]

[center]Amaya let a deep breath seep from her lungs as she gave
a smile to Serenity and chuckled. "You're so silly, m'dear.
You're probably so exhausted from the strain it took to come
back. Plus, you need to recover more." The prowling panther
purred like a house kitten at the touch of Serenity, only making
Amaya chuckle once more. "Well, Cherrie is actually a guardian
from my home.. She's older than me. Cherrie Tolmack Roset. She's
of the council in my home. She's also the last existing member,
the rest of them are all spirits that can hold physical form for
short amounts of time. Meaning she's the only one with a body
that's her own." Leaning forward, she gently moved her hands to
position beneath her knees and to wrap around her back. Lifting
her up, she trailed down into the hall and paid no mind to the
visitor for now. "I'll take care of the visiting woman. Cherrie
will stay with you while I do that. Is there anything you need?"
She asked, slipping into the room and tenderly laying Serenity
onto the bed, Cherrie quickly leaping into the bed as well.
