Ryder continued to look at Cherrie as she stood there, running
her fingers over the mounds of food as well as be embraced by
Lumi until the shifter was pulling away. Smiling, he nodded his
head seeing as she took the comment very well. A soft chuckle
escaped his scaly lips as he turned his head to look at Serenity
who had already began picking at the foods. It was delicious,
but he would wait, letting the ladies eat first before he would
scrounge down. As he waited, his tail moved back and forth when
he heard Cherrie's question. His eyes brightened slightly as he
shrugged his shoulders from what he could. "It is interesting,
but I wouldn't call it creepy. Dark, but not creepy." He smiled,
not used to the word 'creepy' being as it was used in context.
Responding to Serenity's question soon after responding to
Cherrie's, he chuckled. "Completely different, Miss Serenity."
He gave her his scaly smile before pulling himself to the floor.
Azaria was coming up, letting the ton of an animal be lay on the
ground as she came in to let the others know that she had
brought some meat just in case they didn't want to use
Serenity's stock. Ryder only laughed at her when Cherrie
commented. He only shrugged his shoulders. "Not at all, Cherrie.
Not at all." He chuckled more and began moving toward Serenity
as she was standing in the walkway of the kitchen. As she stood
there, Azaria glanced toward them, but pulled away with a soft
smile and a wave before disappearing and closing the door. Ryder
barely caught on to the fact before he felt the weight above
him. "Miss Serenity!" He called, moving to make sure that he
caught Serenity during the fall.
Azaria pressed her fingers around the edge of the water hose,
pulling it up to make sure that she could spread the water over
her skin. Turning it, it squeaked slightly and she hesitated for
a moment before she turned more to let more water dripped from
the opening of the water hose. Running it over her skin, she
washed off and then turned it off when she was finished. Setting
it how it was, she walked back to the edge, hoping that she
could air dry. Though, as she came across the doorway, she could
see Ryder with Serenity on top of him. Her eyes widened and she
quickly came bursting through the door. "What happened?" She
asked, kneeling down beside her, not caring that she had dragged
water into the house.

Looking to Ryder when he spoke, she chuckled a bit and
smiled. "I suppose." When she saw Serenity's horrified
expression, her eyes narrowed a bit and she watched Ryder slip
beneath her. A frown curved her lips and she shook her head for
a moment, slipping to her knees and rolling the woman off Ryder
and into her lap. When Azaria came rushing in and asked what had
happened, she looked to the soaked woman and smiled frailly.
"Serenity is extremely fearful of blood.." She looked down to
the luminescent woman and sighed. "She was killed by a vampire
you know.. So that's why I didn't say anything when she asked
where you were.. Though I know you're not the full blooded type,
it's still something she might be wary of. Now.." She
straightened up and shifted into the familiar feline form,
carrying Serenity on her back carefully. "Azaria, Ryder, the
both of you need to eat. I'll take Serenity to her room." She
paused, looking at Azaria with a small smile twisting her maw.
"You also need to get dried off. Here" Tapping her claws against
the floor for a moment, her tail flicked and threads began to
weave and wrap, a pair of pants and a shirt resting in front of
her.
"For when you get dried off." Padding off, she coiled her tail
around Serenity to make sure she didn't slip off before she
sauntered into the room. Shuffling Serenity into the bed, she
sat there before shifting back and seating herself in the chair.
Eyes half closed as she awaited Serenity to wake up, hoping the
woman wouldn't be too startled after having fainted. Maybe she
wouldn't remember Azaria being covered in blood. "Oh I hope she
doesn't get frightened.." She whispered, sighing as she let her
nude form lean back against the chair as she settled her cheek
in her hand. Her legs crossed at her knees as her eyes remained
on the goddess. Though she was depressed about Amaya, she knew
she had to take care of things as well. There was no going back
on family, not even when you lost someone important, you had to
be there. That's all there was to it for Cherrie. Twitching her
fingers, she felt like icing and destroying everything at the
moment, anything that reminded her of Amaya. But she couldn't do
that, because she wanted to remember. Did she? She wasn't
entirely sure anymore, but she knew that faint want was still
there.

One of Lumi's star studded eyes slowly opened as Serenity was
carried to the room and placed upon her bed. Had she fallen
asleep and was carried to her room by Cherrie? Where was Azaria
and the others? Did she leave now that all of this craziness was
at it's end? It was a pretty long day, but still, Serenity
seemed to sleep a lot. It was cute in it's own way, but this
sort of worried her. She was just brought up from the dead and
she needed to have her rest, but she also needed to get her
muscles working again, and her blood pumping stronger by moving
around. Perhaps going for a walk. The tail of Lumi swept across
the bed in thought, leaving a light thumping across the white
sheets. She stood up on the bed, her large body still making
little to no imprint upon the sheets because of her lack of any
substantial weight at the moment. She leaned against Serenity's
body, licking her cheek with affection and purring lightly. She
turned to Cherrie, who seemed to have lost most of her smile and
charm. Lumi sighed and shook her head; she'll be fine soon. . .
Lumi began to think about what would happen or how she would
feel is the same would happen to Serenity, and she couldn't bare
the thought of it.
Placing a paw upon the woman's chest, Lumi whimpered softly.
But, as she done so, Serenity gasped and jumped up with a start.
Her breathing was labored and her heart raced almost triple it's
pace. Sweat beamed down her forehead, though she had not
completely dried from her shower yet. Her own eyes darted around
the room, the orbs telling the story of worry and strife. She
had this issue of hers for years, even before being introduced
to vampires. Hell, the first vampire like creature she had met
was her aunt Celestia, who wasn't too nice to her at all.
Regardless, this condition had nothing to do with vampires.
Just.. The site of blood. She shook her head and took a deep
breath while Lumi nuzzled the top of her head against Serenity's
chin and licking her shoulder. "Wha. . What happened? My head is
killing me. Last I remember eating shrimp..." She searched her
mind for a few moments before realizing. "Why was Azaria covered
in bl--" Before she could finish her question, Lumi interrupted.
"Maybe you should go and relax. Take a walk and clear your mind.
You've had so much happen to you in this short time. I'll stay
near, but you wont see me unless you want to."
Serenity sat there for a moment in shock. She glanced at Lumi
then to Cherrie a few alternating times before nodding and
taking a deep breath. She stood to her feet and reached into her
closet, in which she found a pink two piece bikini with a wrap
around extra piece. She grinned as she slipped the items on and
patted Lumi and kissed Cherrie's cheek before making her way out
of the room and down the stairs to leave the house. She could
still smell it, but seeing it was the problem. She made sure
that once she passed Azaria, she wouldn't look in her direction,
considering there could still be blood abound. She made her way
through the forest and to the beach on the other-side of the
building. The sand felt so amazing at the bottom of of
Serenity's feet; slipping through her toes was the wet sand that
the current of the cool water had saturated. The water rose to
Serenity's ankles and caused her to giggle. She decided to take
a walk through the warm windy beach before making her way to her
favorite spot on the island; The main waterfall. It was
beautiful and majestic. She smiled thinking of her place of
solitude, but it would take her till sundown to get there at her
normal pace. She didn't mind it, she needed to walk. Maybe some
company as well... Possibly. All of this time, she wondered
about Azaria and why she was soaked in blood..

Ryder stood there with the weight of Serenity on his back until
Cherrie came to pull her off of him. He turned his head and
looked up at Cherrie before looking toward Serenity who was
already beginning to bead up from her hair dripping in one spot
because of it have not dried yet. He listened to Cherrie's
orders, but Azaria was already beginning to freak out. Her eyes
were wide, listening to that Serenity was frightened of blood.
She shook her head and pressed her palm to her face feeling
completely ridiculous. "I knew that I should have cleaned up
before I came in..." She said quietly before pulling away,
letting Cherrie do what she wanted. She knew how to care for
Serenity just as Amaya did, and she was not going to be in the
way when she did. Pulling away slowly, she looked between them,
watching Cherrie carry Serenity off. She didn't mean to frighten
her...She had no clue that was what killed her...A vampire. Her
horrible half. She trembled slightly as she turned her attention
from the sight as Cherrie turned a corner up the stairs. "Thank
you Cherrie." She called as she watched the pants and shirt grow
in front of her on the couch.
Biting her lip, she walked forth to the food, picking up a plate
as she began filling her plate after she had dried off and
changed. Her stomach grumbled when Ryder rubbed against her leg.
"Will you gather me a plate?" He asked quietly as he stood at
the base of her feet. She nodded her head, setting the plate
aside to pick up another and she began filling it up with the
foods that he would like specifically the meats. When she
thought he had enough, she pulled away and came to set it on the
floor since he was restraining from taking her seat at the small
counter. Ryder nodded his head in appreciation then Azaria
returned to filling her plate with the expensive looking food
and began taking small bites in it. Her eyes were wander off as
she leaned against the counter, taking in the motion of eating
as it was something that she didn't have to think about. She was
stuck on the thought that if Serenity remembered, she was going
to dislike Azaria for the secret that she had...Her cheeks began
to fill with blood as she finally realized that she might need
to tell Serenity...before a real deep connection could actually
form...
An internal conflict continued through her mind as she thought
about telling her with the pros and cons...There were so
many...She shook her head but then realized by the sounds of the
steps that she was coming near. She could smell the natural
perfume that snaked around Serenity as she walekd by. As her
eyes rose, she noticed that Serenity kept her eyes away, making
sure that she didn't look at her just in case there might be
blood on her. Azaria felt her shoulders fade a little more as
she shrunk slightly against the counter. Setting her plate down,
she didn't feel the need to eat anymore. Turning her head, she
watched Serenity walk out in the bathing suit, her eyes tracing
all of her curves before she turned. Azaria blinked and looked
at Cherrie. "Where is she going?" She asked quietly, slipping
closer to the door.
"Cherrie...do you think I should tell her? That I'm half
Vampire..." She asked, turning her head to look at the feline
woman. She was nervous about it...

Kayis smirked a bit at the woman's explanation of herself,
though what truly amused his lazy demeanor, was her sudden flare
of rage. "Ahh well thats an entertaining job, tell me whic..."
then in that given moment a sudden pain rushed his body... he
grasped at his chest and sighed past a hardy breath. "well i

the next second he disappeared to the bright sky and sped off

Cherrie watched as things began to unfold. How it would
go, she wasn't quite sure. Though she nodded to Serenity as she
left and turned her gaze to Azaria. Quietly standing, she gave a
faint smile. "Doll.. Nothin' is gained by secrets and lies. I
think it's better if you do tell her, because it's something
that will not only come in handy later, but it'll create a
stronger bond of trust I think." Running her fingers through her
locks, she sighed a bit. "Amaya never hid herself or who she
was, and she gained a lot in her years. I think you should do
the same, Azaria. I may be older than Amaya, but I was always
afraid of letting things about myself be known, because my
colors aren't as bright. Never be ashamed of who you are. Never
look down on yourself. Stand proudly and strongly, Azaria. I'm
sure Ryder wouldn't want you to continue to shy back in your
life either." Smiling a bit more, she rested her hand on the
woman's shoulder. "Just remember.. Things take time, so if she
reacts poorly at first, do not mind it. Just take things in
stride... I'm going out for a bit."
"I'll be back later, but for now, I think it's time I returned
to the clouds and slept for a little while." Slowly, her visage
began to waver and she finally fell into nothing. As though she
was only a lingering thought, she was gone.

The warm air mixed with the cool breeze lifted from the ocean
created a calming gust that peppered Serenity's body with tiny
droplets of the chilled water. Her flesh glowed lightly, making
her seem as if a mirror reflecting the lowering sun's light; a
beacon of light that stood out amongst the golden sands. The
wind tousled the woman's golden hair and even gripped upon the
sash she wrapped around her waist. Each step was slow and
calculated, making even foot prints through the semi soaked
beach; she even looked back to track her progress from where she
had began with some sort of a proud giggle. This island was
amazing and it was all her doing; based upon her father's
initial design of course. Each God and Goddess of light would
craft their own version of Edenia, most being much more
beautiful than the creator before it. Serenity still wasn't able
to explore all of her creation yet, so there was still many
things left that could surprise the Goddess; she loved it that
way, else she would become very bored of the land she called her
own. Her thoughts spun within her head as the breeze blew gusts
past her, breathing into her ears; whispering silent notes of
contentment toward their goddess. She tried to smile, but the
events of the past few weeks were just so overwhelming that she
couldn't even process all of it at once. So many things
happening, so many people just up and leaving her. She frowned
and balled her hands into fists as a sudden anger possessed her.
Lightning danced from her body while she continued to dwell on
the situation. She needed to try and relax, she wasn't
completely healed yet and this could be bad for her. Even though
Serenity was a goddess, she still acted as if she was human; a
rare quality to have indeed. The ocean brought about such a
lovely scent that it was very hard to ignore. "Almost there.."
She whispered to herself..

Azaria stood there in the middle of the light living room,
looking among the people who surrounded her. Ryder, Lumi,
Cherrie. They each had their strong personalities that made them
different from everything else in this world. A smile pulled at
the corner of her lips as her eyes looked at Cherrie as she
shyly asked if she should tell Serenity that she was Half
Vampire. Her lips trembled with the fear that she held inside,
but glowed through her skin like a light. Serenity had a hatred
buried deep within the skin of her heart for the Vampires. How
could she understand Azaria after gaining the knowledge that she
was half of the enemy she had made so long ago? Could Azaria
show Serenity that she was not like the rest of her darker
halves? Could she illustrate that not all were the same? It was
a long shot, but was there any other thing that she could do?
Cherrie's words made Azaria feel a little more confident. She
was correct in all ways. Letting her eyes trace over Cherrie's
darling face, she took in a deep breath. "Thank you, Cherrie."
As she exhaled, she could feel the fear escape her mouth and
leave room for the encouragement that was pouring in through her
ears from the encouraging words she heard from Cherrie. Turning
her head toward Ryder, he only watched her with gentle eyes
before following quietly after Cherrie. He decided that he would
keep an eye on the woman. Perhaps he could make a smile return
to her pretty face. Azaria waited a moment, watching Ryder jump
off the edge to go and find Cherrie again through the orange
clouds. They made her smile. He was a selfless being, Ryder was,
and she could not find herself to be the same. He was her guide,
her light, her inspiration to be a better person. Though, she
found herself hard to motivate through self ways.
Taking another deep breath, she closed her eyes for a moment
before she turned and walked toward down the trail that
Serenity's delicate scent carried. She could practically see the
prints in the sand that she walked through down her way to the
path. Perhaps if Azaria picked up her speed, she could catch up
to her....She hesitated before she shook her head. She needed to
stop thinking about it, and just react! She pushed forward and
used her muscles to push her forward, using her Vampiric blood
to push her forward, faster to reach the one that she could
possibly feel something for. A deep friendship. A strong bond
developing...
Now was to only hope that it wasn't shattered after the news was
broken to her...
Azaria pushed forward before the scent was overwhelming her. In
front of her, she could see the beautiful blonde walking forward
without much of a care in the world. Though, her shoulders were
slightly tense and she walked with delicate strides, she could
only watch carefully. "Serenity..." She said softly, walking
up to her side, a small smile on her face. "Thought you could
need a friend.." She offered another smile as she looked around
her, waiting for a response.

Serenity continued her strut through the slightly damp sand that
lined the beach. The palm trees swayed lightly into the breeze;
that same breeze that caressed Serenity's flesh and tousled her
hair. The glowing birds passed over head, playing and singing
with each other; totally free to live life without any care in
the world. She looked up to them and smiled, bringing her small
fingers through her hair to remove any from her eyes, placing a
strand behind her ear. The evening sun was soon being swallowed
by the horizon, leaving that multi-hued afterglow; oranges,
blues, purples, and reds line the skies against milky white
clouds that are scattered about the glowing skies. Serenity's
mind ran through millions of thoughts about what happened in her
life the past few months. It's been so turbulent since she found
out that she was a goddess. Shermie, who she haven't seen since,
said that things would be rough now, and she wasn't lying!
Sooner or later, she knew that she would have to meet the woman
again, and when that time happens, Serenity doesn't know what
would happen.
Serenity turned her head to see that Azaria after she heard her
voice. It was so soft and sweet, completely different from how
she looked initially. The way she said her name, made Serenity
shudder a little on the inside while turning her head to the
side and away from the woman who was once covered in blood. She
smiled and nodded, before turning to look back toward the woman.
"I've had so many of them come into my life and leave out of it,
that having a stable one in my life wouldn't hurt.." She said,
with a shy giggle, her cheeks flushed. "Thanks for coming. I
didn't think anyone would want to follow me. I'm sorry if I seem
so fragile and bipolar. I swear I'm not that fragile.." A giggle
left Serenity's lips as she moved closer to Azaria. The beach
was nearly ending and darkness was almost upon them. Next, they
would enter a very dense tropical forest with very exotic fruits
and plants and animals. It was still a little ways away though,
but could be seen in the distance.

Azaria let her feet sink into the sand that she walked on. In
front of her, Serenity kept walking with ease, lost in her own
little world. She doubted that the woman had even heard her
coming up. Though, she could admit, that her feet were not as
heavy across the ground as some might think. Her eyes traced
over the woman, seeing the way that she walked with pride, yet
had poise and grace that Azaria couldn't even imagine herself
having. For a moment, they continued like this until Azaria felt
the courage to speak to the woman, letting her presence be known
through the silence. When Serenity looked back, she looked into
the amazing eyes and she couldn't help but smile at the response
that was given to her. Slowly, Azaria shook her head with a
small giggle escaping her lips. "You are far from fragile." She
said quietly. The smile still haunted her lips as she continued
down the path, finding herself closer to Serenity. The woman had
stepped closer to her, their shoulders brushing slightly and she
could already feel the electric currents running through her
veins to the point that she was feeling the power within her
grow stronger. It was comforting.
"I hope to be the steady one to stick around. I find it
interesting here..." Her sentences were fading as she was not
sure if she should bring up the fact that she was not fully
human, but half of her sworn enemy since her evil half breed had
killed her...causing all of this to begin with. She was
hesitating, and her face was practically showing everything. The
soft red tint over her emerald eyes, and the slight paleness of
her skin. She didn't have a scar about her. Even the scar that
caused her to be this way was even gone. After a moment, she
finally looked at the ocean before them, seeing the never ending
horizon in front of her. "Serenity...there is something that I
would like to get out upon the table before you consider keeping
me in your life." Her words were fading on her lips, but she
slowly came to a stop, the water brushing up around her feet,
letting her sink into the ground as if it was telling her that
she needed to face what was bound to happen...
