[center]Having heard Serenity's last words, she smirked a bit
and let her eyes close while her cheek rested on her fist. All
the time.. I suddenly stop breathing and don't know who's real
anymore, me or the copy. She thought to herself, wondering on it
for a moment before she looked to Azaria. Chuckling, she smiled
a bit more tenderly,"Simply having someone by her side will
probably help her sleep.. I think it's best to get to know
someone while they're in a state of truth. Reality makes
deception easier, the subconscious can never lie though."
Nodding to her as she got up and started out of the room, she
watched as Cherrie gave playful banter back at the lashing
talons. Her tail whipping side to side before she snatched his
smaller form in the back of her unteethed jaw. "Oh my.. Cherrie,
play fair." Amaya said this with a gentle laugh before Cherrie
was engulfed in that tender glow. Her form shifting and changing
into that of a woman once more. Though instead of ears and a
tail resting upon her body, wings of grey were curled into her
back. The scales coated with a thin sheet of smooth purple ice
while those violet hues rested on the Komodo Dragon in her
palms.
"But it's so much more fun to play without worry! I wouldn't
hurt him, I don't think I could. He may be small for now, but he
seems very durable." She chuckled and looked down at Ryder,
nuzzling him with her cheek while her wings furled happily.
Amaya watched the two and couldn't help but to grin. "Well.. As
long as Ryder's okay with playing with you it's fine with me..
Just be careful." Amaya said lightly, letting lashes hide her
orbs once more. [/center]

Serenity was now sound asleep; she needed the rest. She
didn't have the chance to get any rest since she was revived.
Though her grandfather said that it was a good thing this
happened, Serenity didn't really see the plus side of things;
not yet anyway. She slept soundly, as if an angel or Sleeping
Beauty. Her flesh became less transparent slowly and her
breathing started to become stronger. Lumi kneaded the girl's
belly, started to groom herself as she enjoyed the smooth and
soft sleeping of Serenity. The Goddess seemed to be a bit
anxious though, because she wasn't sleeping quietly, in fact,
she was groaning a bit in her sleep. Lumi looked up to her and
walked to her chest, nuzzling the top of her head against
Serenity's chin. Serenity's hand moved to rest on Lumi as she
struggled to remain in that deep healing rest. Lumi soon sniffed
the air and turned her head toward the door where she felt the
presence of Azaria. Curious, Lumi watched and prepared to leap
off of the bed and attack the intruder if any ill-will was
conceived of.

Azaria looked at Amaya, seeing that she was trying to get her to
go into Serenity's room. She could see the look in her eyes and
the way that she spoke. Nodding her head, Azaria lifted herself
up from the couch, watching Ryder and Cherrie begin to play
until she turned the corner feeling a little strange feeling
crawl up her spine through the bond with Ryder. She stopped and
took a look back at the same time as Cherrie took Ryder into her
mouth. Amaya ordered her to be fair and Azaria lifted a brow,
looking at Ryder who seemed perfectly fine with it. He always
seemed so calm, even in the situation that he was in. Azaria
giggled a little before walking back down the white hallway
where she was hesitating. She was fighting herself to go in
there, or to turn back. She could hear the silence, the ringing,
oh how she wanted to hear her voice, but she stayed quiet,
knowing that she was sleeping. Turning her head, she glanced
back behind her, seeing the living room before it was cut off by
the corner. She took a deep breath, it was time to put on her
big girl pants.
Her fingers twitched a little and she took the handle and pushed
it down, and stepped softly inside. Her eyes found Lumi's whose
eyes were ready to narrow and pounce by her attitude. Azaria
smiled softly before mouthing. "It's okay." She turned her
attention to the quiet of the room, taking light, very light
steps on the tile to make sure that she did not bother Serenity
in her slumber. Walking toward the window, she felt the heat of
the sun on her sun-kissed skin. She glowed a little underneath
the light, but Serenity seemed to be moving a little weird. Her
breathing was shallow, but she soon calmed as she glanced toward
Lumi as she snuggled against the Goddess while she slept still.
Smiling, she turned back toward the view, watching it,
hesitating. For a few moments she stared at the waters around
the island before she looked back at Serenity, holding her hands
and twiddled them. She was not sure how Lumi was going to react
if Azaria was to touch Serenity. The friend of Serenity's was
not very welcoming at the point, but who would be? She just
walked in an hour or so ago.
Ryder pulled himself out of Cherrie's mouth and looked up at her
as she changed into a woman. His emerald eyes changed a little
before he settled himself in her hands. The presence of these
beings were incredible. Turning his head, he watched Amaya as
she spoke about playing with Cherrie. He pulled himself out of
his hands, as his body was still big, almost the size of an
adult alligator. His white scales glowed a little bit as he
stepped away, stepping onto the tile, looking up at Cherrie
before back at Amaya. A small smile coming across his scaly lips
before he settled himself, looking up at both of them before
nodding. He wouldn't mind a play partner.

[center]Cherrie moved herself into a sitting position, her knees
crossed while white locks shadowed over her shoulders and
unraveled on the floor. Those piercing orbs watching Ryder with
interest as she tilted her head curiously. Amaya slowly cracked
lids to look at the hall out of the corner of her eyes. She
could feel Serenity's distress and hoped that sending Azaria in
there would help soothe her to quell her heart and sleep. She
also helped it would help Azaria in standing much taller than
she did, seeing much more potential in the woman that the girl
did herself. Glancing to Cherrie, she chuckled a bit and sighed.
"She's older than me, yet she still acts like an excited
child.." This earned a scoff from Cherrie as her wings unfolded
and flicked at Amaya's direction,"I knew generations and
generations before you missy, don't you go about telling me I'm
childish." Quirking a brow, Amaya laughed a bit and closed her
eyes once more. "What ever you say Kitten." Scrunching her nose,
she giggled delicately before violet pools looked to Ryder once
more. It seemed he was alright with playing, which made her grin
happily.
It had been a while since anyone besides the family had taken
interest in playing with her. Old or not, Cherrie still enjoyed
her youth, though she was all too aware that people of her
kind's newest generation often didn't live as long and weren't
as youthful. Though Amaya had lasted decades upon decades, it
wasn't surprising to Cherrie that the woman was growing weary.
Not only had Amaya had to deal with years of insanity, she also
had to take on not only her heiress rights, but as well as being
the Mother Goddess. Many things had happened that easily
could've sanctioned Amaya into oblivion, but the woman just kept
getting up. This time though, Cherrie wasn't so sure. The
sorrowful look upon Cherrie's face earned a tender voice,"Stop
looking so sad, kitten, it's not becoming of you. Play with your
friend.. And smile, please?" She asked quietly. Despite how her
eyes were closed, Amaya knew that all too familiar stare of
sadness, she knew it's feeling as it sank into her heart.
Cherrie nodded quietly before her cheerful disposition was
regained and she looked at Ryder with that prowling purr, her
form crouching before she leaped forward to pounce on him.

Upon noticing who it was, Lumi's star studded eyes narrowed
slightly in thought. Could this woman be some sort of assassin,
showing up to finish the job that Mary had started, or could she
legitimately be here to check up on the woman per Amaya's
request. Or, possibly on her own whim. The puzzling questions
seemed to flow through Lumi's mind before she sensed the
nervousness vibeing from the tanned woman, though she felt a
sense of calmness and sincerity within her heart. Yawning and
softening her gaze, Lumi laid her head back down to rest upon
Serenity's chest once more. She noticed how much Serenity had
calmed once the woman had entered the room. She didn't know if
it was because she felt that this girl was Amaya, or otherwise,
but there was an odd budding connection between the two.
Tempest; Fate, never works without reason, and this was no
meeting by chance. Swishing her tail softly back and forth, Lumi
sent off signals of peace and calmness, not having the
threatening glare about her that she did before. If this was
some type of planned intrusion, Lumi knew that Amaya wouldn't
have allowed the girl near, no matter her soft voice and
seemingly nervous demeanor. Lumi closed her eyes, yet her tail
continued to swish side to side, even as the woman decided to
get closer; Lumi didn't felt threatened about the woman's
presence anymore. Now, she wondered what she would do now.

Ryder looked between the two, seeing how they reacted and talked
to each other. He smiled and looked up at Cherrie before hearing
Amaya's words. He stepped closer then began to see a sadness
upon the woman's face. He didn't like it. He slithered his way
up, making himself to a small lizard size so then he could crawl
up and perched on her shoulder when the sadness was overwhelming
the face of the beauty. He let his tongue touch her neck before
he took a dive bomb to the floor. His belly hit first then his
scrambling legs as he changed himself to the bigger Komodo
Dragon. Letting his tongue slither out of his mouth he looked at
the woman and readied himself as she was setting herself up to
pounce on him. He couldn't move as fast as she could in this
form, but he was going to continue to play. This woman was
interesting. The pouncing was awaited for, but she was not going
when he was expecting and she landed on his back. He let out a
sound and turned his head up to look at her before he moved with
her sitting on top of him. She was actually pretty light.
Azaria entered the room and she could see the friend was a
little alarmed by her presence but as she said that it was going
to be okay, she calmed herself and began closing her eyes and
swishing her tail back and forth. She looked out the window and
waited a few moments, feeling the tension of the tiger slowly
fade as she honestly had not come to harm Serenity. She didn't
want to enter hell that fast. A small smile pulled at her lips
as she turned back to look at Serenity. She came closer and Lumi
didn't even seem to mind. Looking down at her, Serenity's face
seemed to calm and the smile only deepened into Aza's face. She
lifted her fingers and traced it across the skin of her cheek to
push back a stray hair from her face. Oh, the silk of her skin
underneath her fingertips. She took in a deep breath, pushing
the stray hair behind her ear, being steady and soft with her
touch as she didn't want to wake up the woman. She needed her
rest. Once the stray hair was out of her face, she pulled back,
crossing her arms before she settled into a nearby chair. Using
her light feet, she had moved the chair closer, and she hoped
that she was quiet enough that she wasn't bugging Lumi either.
Setting herself in the chair, she sank back into it before
lifting her hand to touch Lumi on her head, just to give her a
slight touch of attention with gentle fingers.

[center]Despite Cherrie being old, she had never grown much. The
form she carried one of her more natural states like Amaya had
always walked around with, minus the wings. She was only five
foot two and weighed out at a hundred and ten pounds, the ten
because of her wings probably. Cherrie was tiny enough to be
thrown and probably glide without the use of her wings. She
often made that joke about herself. Blinking as Ryder began to
move with her on his back, her arms flung around him and she
squeaked lightly before giggling with happiness. Amaya watched
and chuckled gently before she got up and moved over to the
couch. "If you get tired of playing with her, just tell her so
and she'll calm down and simply converse with you. If you don't
want that, just tell her. " She said, smiling still as she laid
down onto the couch and curled up with a light yawn. A flash of
sorrow crossed Cherrie's eyes before she straightened up and
rolled off of Ryder, mimicking his way of moving about which
made her all the more silly with her wings curled into her back.
"Raaawrrrrr!" She said, giggling and smiling at Ryder. Though it
wasn't meant as an insult to him, she was clearly the same
species as Amaya to a certain extent.
Though Amaya was only half Crystalian. Cherrie was full blooded
Cyrstalian. Which is probably why she was capable of remaining
so youthful. The Crystalians had always been perceived as a
planet of dragons, but they weren't really dragons. Her wings
spread and she pulled herself into the air just by a few feet,
crossing her legs as she peeked at him with a bright smile. "So
what do you want to play, Ryder? Or do you wanna go do
something?" She asked, smiling ever still. [/center]

Serenity's breathing calmed to almost being nonexistent; such a
peaceful slumber the goddess had found herself in. She didn't
even manage a toss or a turn during her time asleep, thanks to
the soothing presence that Azaria had brought; maybe Amaya knew
what she was doing. Lumi watched the nervous woman with one open
eyes; she almost wanted to laugh at how timid she was. She was
walking around with no direction about her as if she's losing
her mind in the room; fighting with herself to figure out what
she's wanting to do. Finally, the woman neared them both,
casting a shadow over Serenity and Lumi as she blocked the
sunlight from the window. As she swept her fingers over
Serenity's cheek, the woman seemed to groan out in her sleep; a
peaceful sound emitted from her lips akin to a content sigh. Her
lips curled softly to a smile, something that Lumi happened to
notice this and smile herself. She seemed to bring this peaceful
air to Serenity; even though she's a perfect stranger. Lumi
yawned and shook out her head as Azaria leaned back into her
chair. As she reached out to pet Lumi, the white panther purred
heavily and nuzzled the hand as it pet her head; her hand was
very soft for a warrior.

Ryder settled against the ground with Cherrie on his back for a
moment. He felt her arms snake around him as she was going to
play with him. Walking forward, his body jerked back and forth
with each step would make the woman laugh as he didn't want to
see the sadness upon her face. She was too bright and happy to
be sad. His eyes caught hold of Amaya's as she moved toward the
couch. The tired lines on her face were apparent and Ryder
nodded his head. "No need. This old dragon hasn't played in
years, many, many years. I might as well as be a hatchling
again." He chuckled as Cherrie soon rolled off of him to sit in
front of him with her wings spread out far. The glittering of
her purple scaly skin was a mystery as well as a beauty to him.
He pushed himself up to match her height as he stood in front of
her in his lizard like dragon form. He chuckled when she began
to lean forward and say rawwwrrrrr. A smile pulled at his lips
before he leaned forward, letting his softer inside roar come
into play. "Mwarrrrr." He said before chuckling as he settled
against the floor and contemplated her question. "Well, we do
not want to bother Amaya as she sleeps, so we can take this
party outside, yes?"
As Azaria looked about the room feeling nervous, she had no idea
what she was to do and what she wasn't to do. Her eyes fluttered
every where before she finally gained the courage to touch
Serenity's face. The touch was gentle and she could tell by the
soft sound and smile escaping Serenity's lips was that she liked
Azaria's touch. It made her feel a little more comfortable, as
even Lumi leaned into her touch when she gave the gentle pet on
top her head and scratching behind her ear. She finally pulled
her hand away from Lumi's head and leaned back in her chair,
letting her fingers trace around the designs in the stitching of
the sheets. Her eyes were growing heavy as it has been a while
since Azaria truly slept, well in a comfy place that is. Ryder's
shoulder could only do so much. She smiled at the thought, her
fingers tracing around the edge before she had touched
something. She looked down at what she had touched and a soft
smile came to her lips. Serenity's hand even had a glow. Azaria
wanted to giggle at herself, but she stayed quiet, letting her
fingers trace over her knuckles before touching the back side of
her palm. She traced a little design there before just letting
it lay there. She was comfortable and her eyes were to the point
that she needed to fall asleep.
Sinking farther into her chair, she tilted her head to the side
and quickly fell asleep...all while her fingers rest on
Serenity's.
