bearings. You can take them apart pretty easy. I drive an
aluminum piece inside that has the diameter I want, leaving a
little extra out for a set screw. These castors come in many
sizes and look just like flywheels. About $19

On the "wobble engine" doesn't the gap between the cylinder and
the in/out manifold spew steam all over the place? I figure if
you make it so it doesn't leak then it will have so much
friction it wouldn't run.
I wonder if you could have two silicone fuel hoses. One for
input the other for exhaust.
And as the cylinder wobbles it kinks and unkinks the hoses
allowing leak proof valving.
Or have it pinch and unpinch the hoses.
(does that make any sense)?
