That is not like johnny davros circuit. He has a secondary that
       is isolated from the circuit.
I really can't see how that is any different from your original
attempt. It is still a blocking oscillator. Davros circuit is a
2n3055 transistor driven by what he says is a piezo buzzer, but
i think its electro magnetic and in turn driving a power
transformer backwards. I really can't see how it would work . It
looks like two different frequency signals fighting for control
of the transistor base. You stated that your coil is the same
but the original coil was 70 and 14 turns. This one isn't. Ive
tried davros circuit and the transistor gets pretty hot.
I've never seen your led lamp. Does it have a lot of circuitry
inside or just leds , rectifier and a dropping resistor.? What
does its label say as far as current?
       I'm sceptical. Sorry.
Maybe if you could post some pictures.

I built that circuit, it doesn't work very well. The 220 volt
leds actually use much less current than the 120 volt versions.
So all you really need to do is boost the voltage because the
current requirements are low. Probably only need a buzzer and
audio output transformer to light them. A simple voltage
       multiplier would probably work.

       Amit
You either have a circuit that works and dont have a camera or
you're blowing smoke up you know where.
