I like it - genius!
I bought the rip stop nylon fabric today. Hopefully I will have
some time to get the prototype I have in mind done this week.

you could put springs on each one so that is self tightens on to
the pole.

Thanks for all these tips on ripstop. I bought mine and was
dreading sewing it. Your advice is just in time.
Happy New Year!

Yes I agree with @ Lw on great tips ! I had another thought to
add to your information what If you put a small tube in sail to
slide your string through so If the string broke you could
replace the string easily . Also I think it would help stop the
string from cutting the ripstop nylon just some thoughts

Fantastic work. Great testing. I am very impressed with the
speed with just a fan. Is it flappy sounding? If my theory is
correct, it should not make a sound.

@cg
Fantastic time and patience spent on this project.....Might have
to give this a try.....I have an old camping nylon tent so maybe
this will be good for the job.
Great work.

Duh! sometimes I wonder if I have a brain
I think I would use old pma I wouldn't have the patience to
wait lol besides then you can see what rpm it runs at and
adjust your new one to fit the windmill .
