Hi, I was using a air tank safety valve for the safety valve on
the boiler. It did not last long. I found a DIY safety valve
that I was able to fabricate. Testing soon.

Hi, I completed the new DIY piston water feed pump. Using the
air compressor as a feed pump was not working well enough.
Manual test of new feed pump, max pressure 160 psi. I still have
to attach dc motor drive.

Hi, I solved my water pump problem. I was using a 4 inch black
iron pipe for a piston cylinder and was getting a lot of blow
by. I replaced it with a brass pipe and now I am maxing out the
200 PSI pressure gauge. The water pump is a major part for the
the boiler and hopefully the problem is solved. Working on
adding a DC motor to drive the pump.

A boiler is a covered container in which water or other fluid is
heated after being subjected to pressure. The steam or hot fluid
is then disseminated out of the boiler for its utilization in
heating. A safety bulb is an integral part of a boiler, and is
essential for the prevention of overheating and subsequent
damage to the boiler that can be caused by a probable explosion.

I still had water in the boiler when the night time temp dropped
below freezing. :'(

At least it's at the end where you can cut some off and put it
back together.

Hi, interesting stove design, may work for boiler woodfeed.
