@ HGL I would hold off on cutting anything LW knows of a few
more corrections that need to be made, now nothing that's a big
problem but why cut something 2 times or have to sand more than
you have to we are trying to get all the smallest details all
set . @LW tries to put out quality not quantity

ok..i was ready to go thanks for the heads up..measure twice an
cut once :)..got a lot of ply . arauco plywood 3/4" g1s 7
plywood 4x8 pine sanded on side had to go threw 30 sheets....
still had a slight bow bout 1/16 maybe i flipped it an hope it
settles nothing critical ..nice sheet clean ...an i know these
will make weak rotors... to thin for rotor..not thick enough may
be Good to play with small Haitian..i use them for knife making
.....did lynx.. say he got the rotor magnet an coils an
hardware..i'm ready to kick a few or one out.. i even got
paint.. ??? if there is any thing i can do let me know..
just anxious ...i have some dough tied up in it now an very
commited....as we all are an do : :o you guys are doing a good
job ;D hope the finger is doing well sending prayers..

I dot know where you ever got the Idea that I was in charge of
this new project I am just doing some testing for LW I really
don't care what you do and when you do it!!!!! I was just trying
to let you know there are a few minor changes coming . I don't
try to say or do anything that would offend anybody here or in
       real life !

i know its just me sut no offense.... an no offense to lynx...he
said you where going to have a 175 built this weekend maybe? an
are testing the wing foil on 160 now..an then on the 175 i
assume after your build..you said n he said something was off a
few thousandth.. was off just a few thousandth..he smiled :)
what is off was my question that's not much....all i'm concerned
with your is your testing the new wings..on a 160/175 an you
said wait up a few more changes may take place... i think like
you an 2 others are testing too.... that to me says your the
man..... not saying your in charge but you are brother...not of
LW..of the build an test. i was going to make some wing foils
last week when i asked you about them..! but will wait...till
testing is completed... ihave some ideas too..but am sticking to
your plansas it is decided to go with yours there nice an easy..
       ;D
i have material...l i was going to get where you are by next
weekend .... as you are now the man..... with the real plan....
an have pointed out what some minor errors maybe..an you even
       said small
i do not want to make any mistake or rush..as i also want to
seal this board so they do not warp with moisture..we are to get
a week of wet weather next week an humidity warps wood.... ..i'm
not saying anything offensive or insulting to you or anyone..
but it sound 's an from pics great at that you almost have one
completed...sometimes, i do get a fire underneath me an quickly
proceed..get a spurt second wind... i want to stay in sync with
build you can do all that your asked to do that's your business
with lynx an you are in charge of testing an building too.. ..
       you said wait...?
i take that as seriously good advice.. just getting mixed info
or signals..on the 175 diy from you an lynx... ???
sut i do not want to error... :'( on the side of ignorance,
rushing ahead on my part! your advice was taken to heart, dis
appointing cause i'm ready.. as was Lynx's advice to get rotors
cut an panted an he said nothing changed but a few
thousandths.... my bad if you took my meaning wrong... but you
are the man with the plan.... with the test an sound like first
prototype build ....so you know best ...what to do..as a few
thing s may or may not be an issue... or have changed by a few
thousands an maybe more in your description...to wait i just
don't want my board to warp anymore it has a slight 1/8 crown in
       middle..now
       happy

ok. got it but i want to be clear....
just for viewing... an something to think about why i write a
book ...to think about computers an text message, i trust lynx
too cg, as you an everyone, i have encountered so far.. ,
although my core values say trust no man. sorry bible...but if
you profess to be who you portray then fruit will show.. an a
trusting relationship develops.. i still question everything,an
give an answer too any thing possible..i give the benefit of
doubt until proven wrong an then i pray an forgive.. an yes the
alternative energy got a bad wrap back in the 60s-70s crushed by
       big oil

someone let me know when i can start building rotor arm s an
       paint. please!
an when i can make airfoil.. i suppose after testing.. is
       finished..
sounds like end of may is when parts will be available...will
any stators be for sale too? or should i buy coils at the end
of may or buy wire an wrap my own.. an make my own stator an
12" form from melamine board. or wait on that too... as i have
dimensions for stator form. 12 O.D. 6 coils.. i would rather
purchase coils magnets an rotor or do we build our own rotors
       too..
       thx
       happy

You seem to be getting a little confused with everything, You
have to remember that this is a ' Do It Yourself ' kit hence the
plans are to point you in the correct direction.
I would say you are safe enough to construct your rotor arms or
even cut the whole rotor from a big sheet as 1 complete rotor if
you wish, Remember it is DIY and you are in control of the
       build.
The correction on the rotor was only the 120 degree angle was
slightly out (See suts photos) and lynx reply.
If you feel confident to shoot ahead then go for it. This is a
new turbine and it could end up with problems that need to be
rectified. This is the purpose of the proto-types.
       Hope this helps.

yes, , thank you..i was not confused i understand it is a DiY
..just need clarification on the error, i did not want to
criticize, cause i did not see anything wrong on print , thank
       you seriously for clarification, Ness
       i will proceed now...

i love dan..magnetic levitation example this guy he simplifies
       it so easy ...
we where doing stuff like this back in the days when i was a
kid.. dad worked in the air force an i was a native born an
raised in California..an loved science threw out my life an he
was into perpetual motion machine technology trying to defy
physics an magnetic levitation, he had some cool inventions..
here is a basic expanded idea of what i am working on.. in
theory an experience ..it will work..with the right materials
