       Stator Coils Flipped

It occurs to me that some of the very low voltage could be
caused by a simple mistake. If you flip a coil over relative to
one next to it you need to consider the start and end of the
coil need to flip too. If one coil is flipped and not wired in
series correctly it will negate the voltage in the next coil.
I like to have all my coils positioned the same, wound counter
clockwise and I mark the start and ends clearly. The start wire
comes off the inside of the coil. The ending comes off the
outside. But you have to make sure all coils are wound the same
direction (laying the same in the stator) relative to each
       other.
