what im trying to get across the cost a mold of any kind for a
small business is not financialy possible. It would take years
to recoup the cost.

i understand you.. an what your saying... i believe i
referenced that in my entry statement unless you sold on a large
scale....but you could pit vendor against vendor for business
deal or a prototype build.. to help share the cost .. for a
percentage... look at the new 3d abs robotic Mini cnc for a few
thousand an wire wheel of abs you could make your own too. what
i did was very cheap..heck like i said at the convention they
where giving chairs away... i could not get them on the plane
:'(, all seriousness an kidding aside cost have come way down
this was 25 years ago... i would extrude ...you could even
outsource :'( dirty word just an idea..

i' will butt out.... you have a good plan.. foam is fine idea..
an light too i was just thinking aloud that's what i do..
****question is there a patent on any of these project air
coils****... i know i did some research an found some info that
date way back....?lynx do you have ones pending/ this is for
anyone...? i do not want to get in trouble or step on any toe's
or be sued...
you have a network of open source ideas here an i know this is
your blog but you did publish on youtube.. an i know many other
sources also.. crazyguy you astound me with your expertise in
electronics as lynx your both very talented...
i'm very interested in a larger 360 wind vawt DIY build
combined with other technology such as my solar and i have some
very powerful permanent magnet motors to incorporate along with
water filtration an HHO total independence of the off grid
living...
