       assembled and one with out

What I found out by mistake one day when I had my windmill down
for movement of the magnets on plate (trying to get more power )
I grabbed one of the wings and I noticed it made a sound (air
escaping) Just 1 I thought it was weird but it meant that the
others were sealed so good that it made them like a balloon
which intern helps keep the shape with out any center support
       (wing former) I think

Hi I 'm back. just sitting down with my "house blend " (good) .
Ive been watching video 's of sheet metal bending and don 't see
anyone doing the extreme angle needed for the TE. How would they
bend it past 90 degrees? I made some blades like you suggested
out of paper and the technique seems simple, I like the folded
part on the inside rather than the outside. The multiple foam
pieces inserted over the spars would limit the span to a
multiple of those inches but was one of my thoughts for one of
       my blade fab experiments.
Im going to try and figure out how to do the extreme bend in the
       TE.
You should try the bamboo veneer. It follows the curves nice and
easy (all the grain goes one way) easy as paper.

I also thought that you could have a die. male and female pieces
and put the aluminum between them and "press" the angle in.
But also thought that a separate bent trailing edge piece would
be good. Just ship the flat pre-cut blade skins and the pre-bent
trailing edges and the customer could glue them together.
OR..... Since I don't have a bending brake I would do it this
       way in the video.

why not cast each coil seperately?
then screw them to the base.
I'm making a GOOP /TE PROTOTYPE. Goop drying on TE now.
I made it as in the vid above and am letting the goop dry with
the TE pointed down so gravity will cause self leveling of the
       Goop. …like this ....> \/

The Aluminum Flashing - Goop Trailing Edge came out perfect !!!
Sheared the aluminum flashing with a flat bed (office style)
       paper cutter.
Have my "House Blend" with me.

I don't think your going to have to fill the whole cavity. Seems
like four or five foam ribs should do it.

That was quick work. How did you cut the ribs?
Maybe three to four depending on how stiff the blade is by
       itself.
