Theories for Life Capsules

Theories about the Life Capsules go in this thread, I suppose...
Theory #1:
They were made by the witches out of boredom, with a Golden Life
Capsule being accidental.
Theory #2:
Lunar Shadow takes place in the same universe as Cave Story, but
in a different galaxy, on Newerth.

Wouldn't it be funny if Life Capsules are actually cursed?
What if the Castle Master turned evil from ODing on these?
Wouldn't that be scary?
... What? Just a silly theory.
Of course, headcannons are more dangerous than headcanons... :P

There's a bug in Lunar Shadow where you can get as many Life
Capsules as you want -- Serenity's HP maxes out at 232, but she
never ODs on them or turns evil fortunately.

Apparently, these new notes state Life Capsules were made by
Qwertyuiop, and overuse of the LCs are either fatal, OR
corrupting to such an extent that the overuser wants to poison
the air of the planet (like Aidan of Newerth).
Titans and Valkyries are two races confirmed immune to this evil
stuff.
Er. How now?
Do we scold Kim or something?

So the Lunar Shadow lore regarding Life Capsules has been
retconned, I take it? I suppose that it makes sense that
Valkyries are immune, considered that every playable character
so far happens to be a Valkyrie.

Er, no.
Serenity's the only one so far.
Evan O'Neill (the unreleased LS ZER0) and Selena Daria van der
Merwe (Solar/Selenic Shadow) have Titan blood in their veins...
Same with Frio/Kyaro/Victori in Apocalyptic Shadow, apparently;
they're Titans too.
Dunno about Hazes like Shana, though.

Forget that Valkyries are immune, sorry for misreading it. It
does make me wonder though, in Apocalyptic Shadow Tower will
using Life Capsules have negative effects on your characters?

so?
Taking one Life Capsule of any sort... locks player out of
obtaining Crestfallen Infinity in AS...
You also get only one opportunity to obtain Crestfallen
Infinity...

So basically the Crestfallen with infinite ammo then? Also if
you do obtain the weapon, you can go back and obtain any Life
Capsules missed, right?
