I really didn't think that one through. Didn't realize it was a
Naruto reference.

Games Progress
Katawa Shoujo: More progress. Hisao draws a bird, and Misha and
Shizune see the drawing. Hisao tries to be less gloomy after Rin
notices that Hisao seems so miserable all the time. Also we'll
be getting to see Emi on the track, which reminds me of the that
same event in Emi's route.

Games Progress
Katawa Shoujo: The scene of watching Emi at the track is the
weakest one because it's just the same one from Emi's scene with
a few differences. The other scenes afterwards make up for it,
such as Nomiya's impassonated speech about art, the scene of Rin
and Hisao in the forest and Rin's reaction to Kenji. I've gotten
a letter from Iwanako. This ought be interesting.

Time to dust this one off:
Games Progress
Katawa Shoujo: I read Iwanako's letter, which prompts a lot of
introspection from Hisao. I get to spend more time with Rin and
I can understand her troubles with trying to communicate things.
When the art teacher Nomiya returns to get Rin to put up her
images in an art gallery, Rin admits to Hisao that change scares
her. Her pained expression and her admittance of her fear is
enough for me to try and hug her despite being an image on my
laptop and then reassuring her that she's going to be okay.
When it's time to choose my dialogue options, I decide to go
with telling her that it's not like her to hesitate. I made a
seperate save file so I can try out all 3 decisions and accepted
the possibility that I might be getting the bad ending for this
Rin playthrough.

Games Progress
Katawa Shoujo: So more time spent with Rin. Rin, Emi and I are
about to have a picnic but it rains. Emi gets a cold, I meet Rin
on the roof and have a heart to heart moment which involves a
hug from Rin. I image the whole moment must've emotionally
carthartic for Hisao. I'm currently looking for Rin, who is in
her underwear for some reason.

Games Progress
MegaMan Star Force DX: So I've made a start, completed Taurus
Fire's dungeon, completed the MegaMan Battle Network sidequest
and a few other sidequests in Echo Ridge. I also inputted a
special Cipher mail: Mega Man Unity (next line) April Fools!
which unlocked an alternate costume that changes MegaMan's
colours during battles to resemble Geo Stelar's colour scheme.

Games Progress
MegaMan Star Force DX: Completed Cygnus Wing's scenario, got his
Mega Card. Completed Harp Note's scenario, got her Mega Card.
Both cards took a few attempts to obtain. Defeated Pegasus
Shadow (who only gives Zennys even at S rank).
MegaMan Star Force DX adds a minigame where you can replay the
Harp Note minigame in order to earn Star Frags (and the Golden
Hertz nearby sells some pretty good cards which can be bought
with Star Frags.) It's very fun and I got a score of 499 on my
first attempt.
Went back to school to check out the set for a school play, met
some new viruses and updated my card folder to keep up with new
challenges. It turns out the BN Blaster is useful for dealing
with those statue enemies since it's rapid fire whittles down
it's high defence when it doesn't attack you.

Games Progress
MegaMan Star Force DX: Completed Libra Scale's scenario and got
his card, completed a few sidequests, fought Taurus Fire SP (I
already had his card, but I do want to get to Deepspace once I
beat the final boss) and fought Cancer Bubble EX to gain his
card. I'm now at Time Square as part of the Queen Ouphica
scenario.
